Young people are less optimistic about finding a job than older Americans are, according to a new Gallup poll. Forty three percent of those surveyed between the ages of eighteen and thirty-four say it's a good time to find a job. That marks a twenty seven percent decline from twenty twenty three, similar to feelings expressed in the lead up to the financial crisis of two thousand nine.
