Hey guys, we got a pass a family back here telling us that one of their their son, I guess, did not get on the wife. He's a minor, but I don't know if maybe he was off to something else, but he's still up there. So we got the gate closed. We thought we had a close out here and they need to get their boy back . And thirty five fifty eight, I'm on the phone with the gade agent and she's explaining to me what's going on . So before we put that Jebridge. me G oneive second, please . All right, so I have the gate agent on the phone. She's telling me it was a party of eight and some of the family members went another route. Is this the family inside the aircraft telling you the kid was left behind? Affirmative . This is the family on board saying that their son's still up there. I don't know if they stick with them or what, but that's just the story that I have so far. I've seen a passenger come back looking at our airplanes so I decided to be there with the gate agent There's nobody at the podium with the gate agent there's okay now there is Yeah, I saw him. I've seen, you know, he keeps coming over here to the window looking at the airplane. So he's a teenage boy and I don't know what we have to do about that, but the family I guess want s to be here. So I don't know if the plane is full yet you guys have closed it out. I don't believe, but yeah . All right, thirty five fifty eight , one passenger showed up to the podium. Let me see what's going on. It looks like a young boy, probably fourteen, fifteen, maybe. Let me see what's going on. They'll be right there. Project . And thirty five fifty eight she's working with those passengers right now and trying to get them on. Apparently there's another kid as well . Oh geez, okay. Yeah, with that for fifty five fifty, they might bring the dipper back. We haven't blocked out yet, so that way we can at least get that sort of soon. Yeah, she's working the paperwork hard. She'll be right there. All right . All right, so now the kid walk away looking for another kid that is in the party . So I just told the gate, she's going down to put the jet bridge on so we could get these kids on the on the plane. Not sure if it's one or two, but I got additional support on the way. three thousand five hundred fifty eight. We're going to see if we can get the parents up here too that way they can go and get that taken care. We're gonna have at least one of 'em up there going look for them . Exactly. I don't know how they get separated I know for twelve years being here and this is the first for me too . So we'll go ahead and try and get everyone united here .
