There's some things that he's done and said that were kind of bothersome to me. Backhanded? Not backhanded, just an observation. Interesting. Interesting. Yeah ye And I'm going to say the first two and then I don't want any arguments. So write it down if you have any arguments. Yeah to couldn' talk. Yeah, so I'm going to do the first two without any interruption from you. right? And go get a piece of paper and a pen and I will not allow you to even say a word. okay? And it's just interesting little thing to admit of something that. all right. So are you ready Carlos or Yeah, where are you? I said to get my jewel. ye, could get your jewel. Yeahah yeah. One jewel per gripe. You get to huff one hit per gripe. The first one I don't know why bothered me. It probably wouldn't have bothered you But it bothered me. Okay. Okay. so I have Carlos go up on stage stop. I did see photos of that. Yeah, yeah, he goes up on stage and he needs to say two things whichich are please no heckling and put away your phones. And put your away your phones because Bobby has a special coming out. we don't want anyone videoing it. S request. Yeah, right. Classic shit. Right, right. So classic Second show in Toronto, he gets up stuff giggling. G guess up st's giggling, like Right? He looks at me right in the eyes and he goes I feel like Robin Williams I feel like Robin Will Williams Now, what do you think you have in common with Robinson? No, no, he doesn't get a sorry, not. You want to do it now or No I'll go bit to bit. We'll go bit to bit. So let him I think yout not's re. Let's rebuttal..id you not say that? I did say that. I was feeling it so hard. I was high as hell, getting off stage and I was proud of myself for killing it for my boss Yeah. It was more like I feel like Hannah Gatsby You know what I mean? Yeah, you' the old lady and I'm hurrying. No, no, you G attack. Good attack. So good att good attack. You good show. Very good att. You you believe you crushed the cold open. Like Robin Williams. I do well. Okay. He did not God laughs. The laughs were for me No, no, no. And they got all of them. they were for me as well. Okay Any, does it bother? I couldn't think of an analogy. I think maybe I thought of the feeling. Can I give you just analogy?? Let's say I'm a construction worker Right? And I'm working on a home. Yeah O O day I invite my son My son's fifteen years old. Come to work with me, son, rightight? And I'm putting in a nail. Yeah. Right And the last bit, I go, sunk, come over here. grab the hammer He does the last bit. the son does. Yeah, and looks at his dad and goes. I built a house. Right That's the feeling I built a house. No, you put a little pce of nail in. Yeah. Yeah. You're not Robin Williams. Yeah I didn't feel. He didn't feel I bet your money. I bet you money that if Robin Willon was still alive, right? That feeling that you have, he never has Oh, that cocky feeling of it's it's it's not even remotely. I mean giing you your I would I so that you said would it make me mad No, and I'll tell you why. Wh? Oh, good. I like this. I want to calm down, yes, please. Because I would have never let him go on stage. I know. Irew you would' have been psched for me. I know I would have been happy for you. Yeah. But if he said that to you, what would be your reaction I didn't bring him back out stage on stage. out of gun, Robin Williams guys, everybody. give it back out. Let's have him do another ten. An ten. Yeah. I was on his own. I was manic like you were at dinner. Gripe two Well, I'll tell you I was That's the gripe too. and do not say anything beforeor. Okay. Write it down, okay Here's my gripe too So well, there's a couple of gripes, but there's actually more gripes now, but the gripes are growing. Yeah, gripes always grow. Like grapes. The gripes they grow like gpes. It's a vine ofes. Yeah, it's a vine of gripes. But I'm gonna to say one gripe, okay So after the second show, what does one do after a show? You go to eat You're smart You have to go eat. fuckking're hungry,'re's I'm here with. You worked very hard. Dude, you're so fucking smart, dud. Where did you go to eat? We went to this hot pot place that we really liked. M So we're walking there and there's a gigantic Indian slash Turkish man with us. Okay. security? No, I've never seen him before in my life. Who is the man? I don't know. his name. There was another his cousin was with him too or some friend. I think his name is Haron. Haron. Yeah, yeah yeah. So so stop. I said, donon't say anything until I'm done. I'm just lwying up. A lawyer get your lawyers like go to your counsel or whatever you need to do. All right? I'm Carlos Ca. All right. We're at dinner, right? And these guys are with us. Just sitting at dinner, eating a meal. I'm paying for, yeah. Did you didid they introduce himself to you at all? The big guy didid not know So all right, so and the other guy I only know his name because During dinner, I go, What's your name And he goes, Haron, Harun All right So I turn to Carlos when they're both gone, they're at the sauce u section bar section. sauce bar. yeah. So they're away and I go cus this guy And this guy Carlos goes, Oh, that's o are cautious ger. A Haroon sing. Yeah, Akash sing. R? Do you remember this? When I looked at him and I went, Oh yeah. what was it like, you know, to hang out with growring up with Akosash, and he goes, Oh, I've only met him a couple of times in Toronto when he did no tours. Yes, they did. Your Honor. ye, yeah, yes, yes. ye yeah. Who is he? Who is he Wh me ask you just Be he is his brother Look at Was he his brother? He was not Your Honor. Your Honor, I point to evidence exhibit A. Well, let me read this. Hassan Salimi says, Hey, man, gonna to talk to Bob tonight when we get off the plane. Salimi Sing. Salimi Singh. Yeah, they're different last names. Very different. You told me that he was his brother. Yeah, but in the Middle East, they do weird things with their names you never know It says your Carl said, Hey, man, got to talk to Bob tonight when we get off the plane. Things have dot dot dot And Hassan says LOL week to week, we live one day at a time I don't know if that is a Muslim thing, but I don't know what it's It's an A thing. It is. Yeah And he said, tell him Akash sing bigger but younger brother is here to make sure he's good when he's here. Okay. so when I asked him Are you his brother? He goes, when he comes to Toronto, I come to his shows So I just I just want to tell anyone out there when I'm on tour from now on, if you're a serial killer. If you're on the FBI most Monest list, J. just come to dinner. Dror Carlos Zodiac killer L If you're in town, just come to d anyone come to dinner. Come on to dinner. Come on to dinner. Le. H Honor, Your Honor. Yeah yeah He liked him so much, he got a ride to the Ritz car. No, I got a ride because I didn't want to be in the car with you. Because I told you to take a chill pill because you were being manneica. Yeah because you're I'm with people there aren't supposed to be there I mean, if you have issues with standing up and like with boundaries and telling people who can and cannot come to dinner, That's your that's your job. But you should whisper that to me before we go. And you would have no problem with telling hold, hold on D't thr me under the bus. I am simply waiting for my ride. Yeah. Don't push me in front. Yeah. So wait, get back to the D back let's go back to the DM. go back the DM becausecause what I would interpret this says If I'm Carlos and he says Tell him Akash singh bigger, but younger brother is here. My immediate reaction would be You're related to Akash You're right, Y Honor. That's a question I could have asked. But instead, you said Oh I know a cs. We love AK. I've know. I've know him since twenty eleven. You didn't inquire if whether or not this was Akasha's brother or reach out to Akash to say, is this guy your brother Now how do this man DM you He DM bad page or your page Either way, the point islelease you didn't inquire if this man was actually a relative or just a local host of comics holding hands No, that's my hands in my pocket. brother. And look at my head. I'm going, who is this This evidence you're trying to display. Yeah, yeah. Who took this photo You did. No I didn' Yeah, you did And you did this because you knew I was gonna do this. this is insane.at crazy this photo. Yeah, ye yeah. I have a my I have a better iPhone than that. Yeah. Okay. This gentleman came to dinner. Yeah. Bobby was being cordial and got through the dinner, although he was uncomfortable with the whole thing At the end, was there any semblance of an apology or like, hey, I didn't know I fucked up or any of that? No. No Interesting move, Carlos. Yeah. He was visibly upset about this whole having strangers at the dinner I don't think he was visibly upset about this Then why did you say shut your mouth during dinner? You would I shut your mouth? Your Honor, I would never tell my w. What did you say? What did you say then Okay, takeake a chill pill is what you said. He said chill pill. He That's how he took it. Okay. He was manic, Andrew. We needed his meds. you would have T hold on maro set. hold on Did you invite two strangers to dinner? Yeah, but they were cool. And they were the same color as aK. Hold onold hold on Everyone in Toronto is brown I know. The whole city is brown. I know. They can all come to dinner. why don't know Well, I guess now they can. I guess if when I go to Toronto next year, come on out. distant cousins of Akhash come out and so to're managing that. And also yeah, yeah. And also, you know, I'll pay for it. Anyone can come out. Okay It's not the money problem. it's that you had strangers at dinner It's It's a comb it's also a combination of different things. Were they backstage? They came backstage. Yeah, they came backstage. Sure. they did. After the show. Yeah, yeah of course they were No you were in my green room. Of course they were. Honor. Your honor. about that. Yeah ye ye. They weren't on the backstage list and he was standing by the door walking with other people who were. And I gotta say I got a little afraid of it And I was like, Oh hi, yeah, you can come. Well, nothing says good tour manager. Like fear. Yeah, like fear. Yeah ye. So you got afraid of this man. So what did you do? You let him in. You let him in. Someone has someone comes with an axe to the door and you go Get in here, Bobby's sitting down eating dinner. I'm not secret service. I wasn't trained in military tactics. I understand, but a tactic you are very good at is deflection and diversion. How come you didn't deflect and go, let's figure this out And you guys why don't you go sit out there? Let me talk to Bob because he needs to and then my I also had told him, I don't from our last trial, did I not rightight that I don't want people back there if I don't know them That was presented That was presented that was at the previous trial on aisle Okay time. You said Robin Williams There were two guys I didn't know at the dinner. I mean, what the fuck is there else to say? Let me say this. Yeah. I dont know listen, I don't know anything about him. You got along swimming. I know, but I would rather get a ride home with him than you that night. Well, I yeah. By the way, interesting tactic by the general to ride with the enemy versus his own team. never does he history. But he doesn't trust his own team enough he rides I don't trust my own team. That's interesting. Yeah, it's the most interesting. H That's tough. Yeah, yeah. Now let me say this. No, let let's say let me get the let me get Andreas and Macon in the action. Go ahead. Yeah Andreas, what do you think? I'm going to say it's difficult to defend Carlos here. I want to I really want to onor. no, no,, no I'm The jury The jury has to talk. They' talk in court. Yeah, yeah. in this what court, they do. o. That friend's court they talk. they talk. All right. Macon. And be honest and you know, I know that we have, but please. Oh no. I think I mean Carlos should be keeping you safe. and there he really was putting your life at risk. Exactly. Life at risk. Lifeast right Let me ask a lastic Macon, right? Robin Williams, what do you think of that I was hiding No, no, I mean I am aone just I did hear he crushed Oh, he heard he cry. Really. I'm being honest the backstage thing. I heard somehow but it got backstage Yeah now who told you that that he cried? It' on the internet? No, yeah. St strangers were reaching out the DN' being like, I didn't know Carlos had it in him. Like he really like went for the Glden E Gils. So so he was Robin Williams that night. Yeah I think Well, he was very high. Robin was often very high. I't they promis just in the hotel room. You just said that you were That's Oh no, I meant high from the from being on stage. That's what I meant. Oh, you weren't weren't intoxicated. No, not before the shows smart You know, I did pretty good as well. I imagine. Yeah yeah. that has nothing to do with the. And I walked off stage and I felt like Th these details are interesting. Yeah ye. because here Aobby gets off stage. He killed Standing ovation. He's feeling, he's feeling And I feel okay about it. Yeah but you do thirty four seconds. No I did like two hundred and forty seconds And I'm not a comedian. so it's more exciting for me. I don't have to have this brooding like, o I didn't really kill even though I know I did.. Okay, lets let's move forward in the case. Copy It was there because the judges moved on. Yeah. Was there any apology at all about letting in foreign objects or people? No, there's an apology the night before because I yell twice and then I call Bob and yeahah, here's another So you yell All so there's more gr so the vine gets longer and As the vine grows. Yeah the vine grows, Oh, it gets afraid of loud noises or something. It's insane. No this guy This guy snaps at strangers Who are you yell You didn't snap at the random guy you left. I attacked the door What did the door do to you? What does the door do? Oh, it's said don't open me. Gee. So you open it? If a door says, donon't open me, he attacks it. I yell. So anyone in L.A countounty right now remove those signs. Rove those signs. Yeah, yeah, because he will attack through. Yeah yeah. He kicks it, he pulls on it, right and he goes, fuck you Carlos. I will say this this can be a time for us to not have a strict You know, you you can either You could even You can either catch a guilty charge O You can do a sincere apology for some of the gripes that I know but we do this every week right now. Okay. Every week we do this. I know right. And there's slight changes in behavior, mentos. Right? Mento' in Cologne. Cologne is pretty big, R right? So he doesn't look like it's like a cave trol. And who's Cologne own What kind I mean Malin and Goats from Lararchmont. Yeahah. Malin Gats. Yeah we were talking about It's more goat than we wereking Mal. I didn't know if you switched Colog. Yeah Yeah. Okay, so so that being said. You now know that nobody can come backstage without clearance Do you feel bad about it or you're still sticking to your guns saying, no, Bobby had a good enough time with a guy that you don't know. No, of course not. I do feel bad about it. And I told you that. I said I felt like I let you down this weekend and you said no, you didn't drop the ball. Like there was this gaslighting thing of like saying something was fine the night before and It's like it's like you're in a relationship Yeah and your wife I'm cheating on and your wife keeps cheating on you. And you still go back. And you're still together. And eventually the screaming and the yelling and the beat and the physical and all that stuff you just kind of get used to it and then it's like, o, you cheat on me again. So you're an abusive relationship with Carlo. I think so. Yeah.,' I think we need therapy. And in fact, can I say this? and this is there'sah Hollywood therapist so reliable I do therapy for liberty. I swear it's for the love of the art the science. You're saying therapist isn't valid far. Andrew, help me, please. And And I got it. Andrew look at me I got you. I need your help, right. I got it because it's coming up. It's bubbling. Yeah, it's raging and I' try to be calm Hey, so just look at me, please, please look at me. L helpp me. I got you. Oh got you. I got you. Yeah yeah. You're gonna to be. I've had a great week, Asal one, Arsenal one I sold out. I was literally trying to like not even remember I took you what did I say? out was in the parking lot? He said I don't think should yell Carlos today. Yeah when I said I' be fine at that. Yeah, yeah, I did. I go, I go, I have so much you know resentment, You know what I mean The fun is what it counts. Yeah, yeah. and I looked at you and I said, I don't think I should bring it up today because I think the audience is tired of it. And you said, brring it up. Bing it up. I want So I brought it up, Your honor. You did. Yeah, But I wantan to hear because I'm So I think, you know, the Robin Williams fine Okay. Innocent on Robin Williams charge. Innocent on Rob Okay Innocent on Robin Williams. Innocent on Robin Williams charge. Yeah, if you were to watch Carlos that night, it would be just like watching Robin Williams. Same shit. The same shit. Yeah. Right. same energy, the same, you know what I mean? Thank. Tent. Okay Second charge though, Charge two Charge two Guilty Very Yeah Yeah go il You're probably gonna get an extended sentence because of the level of the guilt. I mean, it's scary guil. I wantan to say something on this court Yeah. Is this a translator who is a? know who he is. Yeah yeah. Your judgment might be impaired. You are the one hiring me. I know. And I'm questing myself. Now he's back to Chalamay Yeah did. Cham.. You look twenty years younger. Yeah yeah. Yeah weight loss to do for you. You look good too, Bros good. Hs there Thank you so much man. Yeah, man. It was I had type two diabetes. Oh no. Yeah, yeah.' not good. That's not good. No no, that's not good. That's not good. Okay, whichich one's good. Is that the best? Three is good. Oh, three isree is good. So type two diabetes, Doc Doc told me type two diabetes you were going to the doctor, but you're But you beat it. I went in because I had a cough Yeah. and I was having illnesses that were stopping me from eating, like I couldn't eat nothing sweet. Everything I was eating was just I was like almost throwing it up. So I stopped juice, no matter what it was, Apple juice, everything So I was like, all right I need to go to the dock Well actually my cousin, she was like, getet your ass in the doctor. You you got free health care. What's your favorite kind of What's your favor kind of juice? Pomegranate. Oh that's a good juice. Yeah it is. a very good juice. And so I was like, all right, let me just go in and So I go there and He basically just C be fat to my face I've never heard a doctor even. You know what I' saying? Like the doctor Walk, did you get on the scale? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. said that when you first go in, He said that before you went on the scale? No, no, he said it right after that. Okay. but he didn't say fat. He just So let me explain. I had this He had one of the baddest female students I've ever seen. And he was like, is it cool? If we just do this exam in front of you? I'll like, shit, I'll do this shit naked. I don't get ab She was beautiful, bro So Asian white, what was it? As India So and like ye said' doctor Yeah. Oh, Indian doctor. Yeah doctor. It could be Asian. Indian is Asian. That's right. Yeahah. okay. And she was like just like really, really present pretty That's okay. yeah. So He look he does all this stuff. lookooks at everything And then he says, everythingthing looks good. so far, you look well and everything's okay. And then he looked at her and he said, But however you see right here on a computer He said, we got to move a cursor over here . They I go, what the fuck? And then I go what the fuck you mean? And he was like, 'cause you know, yourMM. BMI is too high. And I said, you're just gonna to say that right in front of the bitachch It was embarrassing.' not to call it be. sorry. ye. don me. He always like he was always calling holes bitches. Anyways, So I was like, all right. What's next? And you say, okay I need you to go in and take some blood because I'm concerned about you. giveive some blood. I'm concerned. I say o So I go in And then come back three weeks later, he's like, man, you got diabetes. So I had an early stage with that. And then so I was having issues with my stomach like I told you guys. He said, Well, let me se you in So get an ultrasone on your abdomen. So he goes in, I go in. They do the exam And then I come back and they go, Hey, man, you got two lesions on both of your kidneys. You got something on your kidneys And you got something on your liver And they said, so we got a do more testing and blah, blah, blah. And then he said, becausecause of all of this I'm to send you to go get a colonoscopy. So I go do the colonoscopy They find a pollp and they like, oh man, we got We got a also went to the Uurlologist too. So I gota test come, I gott to get the results. So I actually just did a CT scan for that this past Thursday. I can't believe they fit so many bad things in such a small box. Yeah. It's crowded in there. lot there. It's like trying to put jawbreakers in a lemon head It fits It fits. But you know, here's the good news. you look A thousand times better. Well, do you look healthy as fuck? Tell him why, You told me what you were up to. He said he cut out no booze, no junkks. No, no, no, no, no, no. Would you ever throw out no booze? I mean don't do that. Wait a minute You said no, say no. no. Well, here's what happenens. So said, I'm not drinking wa for a while, too no. That's I said. I said just like me Jen. What it was was The doctor when I told him about the wine, he's said, No he said the things that happened to you is mostly due to your sugar He says, I'pecting your pancreas, your liver and everything. He says, So wine is good, you can do it you still gott to do it only two glasses a day. And I said, yeah, that's already what I always was doing. I don't drink like know. I don't drink I get drunk. Yeah. Soometimes over here you did. No, never. You had two. always. Always two Always. Well let's get back get some wine, please. G. So the thing was was When when the test happen when the test came back about the liver, he was like, So what you want to do for right now until we She was going on? He said because it mostly points to fatty liver due to diabet being over diabetes He says so just we want to scale back on it. So I said, I'm going to stop period So that's what I did. I just stopped Not period, but I got. But you haven't drank in a while Yeah. then too like The thing like especially for disclosure to you, bad friends who own They always tell like yeah, he's a fucking alcoholic You it ye Yeah,'s like I'm the alcoholic I can it on you for some reason. I've always since I was young, never been able to get drunk. L it makes like I get really sick. My mother actually had an intolerance to alcohol. She couldn't drink at all. So I have kind of the same thing. If I drink more than two, three, I get really sick. So like sometimes I would sneak and try to do like four glasses, man, I'm over there hurt man is for the worst. So I will always stick twowo, three tus. but no sugar, No sugar. So through intermittent fasting twice a week Sometimes the eight sixteen eight and sometimes twice I did forty eight hours in a row. Try to go three straight, but that shit is rough. Yeah. You can't do that. You end up looking like Carlos. Yeah. Well, it's actually really good for you because it causes a topagegee. And when a topagee occurs, that's when the cells start eating each other And they started looking not eating each other, but they started looking for things to eat. So first it start off by eating your fat in your body. They eat the weakest cells. Yeah, ye. ye. So the longer you can go, the better the a topopology.. Doctors recommend doing it only with water fasting. I did it twice without. and then when I started doing the fasting, I would do lemon water to replace my electrolytes. That's right. So you lose electrolytes when you fast. Yeah. So y'all be careful. but it's actually super great for you. So my A one C went down from six point six to five point nine.ow wow, w. Is your mental function better, you think when you fast? People say they see something in their brain function. The best feeling in the world after when you get to that forty eight hour point I've never even I'm like They call it lightheaded, but it's almost like you're high. It's like the best feeling in the world. That's a man. And you want to keep going, but your mind, you're fighting with your mind because you're not really that hungry either It's like a weird space you're in. you feel like you're floating R It' one of the most beautiful fm. I'm like man, this is Amazing. So I always try now just the fast just because of the feeling of it. It's like What was the sugars that you were intaking a lot Was it sweets or was it Okay, last year was the year last year was the year that I've ever ate like So when I was on bad friends, I was roughly about Kind of where where I am now So when I left, And last year, I went to New York came back in February From there, I just was in the house and when I tell y' I was eating bad to we the point where my cousin recognized it when she would talk to me on the phone, like 'cause I told her what I ate and I eight. I would always eat a Starbucks. L donoughnut and some coffee. Every morning. No food And then sometimes and then wait til afternoon two o'clock, I'm like, you know what don'm have a little wine So now I'm drinking wine. Yeah, home coffee and starbucks, you know what I cupcakes and shit, and I was totally just fucking myself. And then I would eat and I'd, damn I ain't at eight, It's five o'clock. Let me go in a jack in the box. I don't feel like cooking is too hot. So I did that shit and I got in a r what would you get at a jack in the box? I always get the tacos, You ever get the tacos? Yeah, no, that's taco beal I trust they talk what. What with the egg rolls. Damn, if you can make them yourself, that a family recipe. Why would you whyy are you jacking the box in? Because those are the two things that other places don't have. Well, because of the deals. you got the app. So the app I was like, I could save more money. I don't really eat like this. I was telling myself that My mother never fed me fast food when I was younger. Okay. Like that was our thing. She used to get mad at me when go to McDonald's, what you't you don'tat like that? I taught how to cook it and I'm like, man, all right, I'm relaxed. It was just a burger, right? Yeah what did you get when you get a jack in the box? Who would you eat? I would always get the Breakfast combo sandwich every morning. If I do go to number twenty S get twenty three. Yeah I'm about load it. looad it. And then I would always get the jack in the box butter, the buttery jack What's a buttery jack? It's u I don't know exactly what it is, but it tastes good in a mother. The battery Jack is a burger with Swiss tomato. It looks like it is a buttery burger. Proably cooked in butter So you haven't had that in a while in a while. Yeah, ye yeah. m hold on. it's not done. So I was He's not done Andrew. Shake Shake. Yeah. fiveive guys. so I was balancing it out because I was like, well, they got better quality be so I don't want to eat too much of is. You were burger You were eating burgers a lot. Burgersat lot. Yeah, yeah. Burgers and And where was your pizza spot? what would you get Hm Is this place around a corner called Joe Pepes? Yeah,e ye fantastic. No, they're good Yeah. They're good. So wait a minute. you pop Popeyes too Popeyes But Popeyes over KFC for you, Yeahah. Yeah. Good man. Okay a good man. smart. Yeah. smart Why though becausecause this is the taste Okay there. Popeyes is better chicken by far. It is. It tastes better. It's always tasted better. I've never been been to Popeyes. Do they have a like a fried extra crrispy drumstick? The best friy. Their fries way better than KFC. Not the French fries of fed chicken. They're fy, I'm saying. they're f I didn't know. I didn't know. good. There it is. It's great. You never had popey. I never had popeye. Oh. I don't like the carto Yeah, yeah yeah, yeah, yeah he's notuck min it. J ar fuck me up. Yeah It couldould have been caused because I went on this whole spinach diet Wh I won't eat none the spinach You know I could do spinach with and tomatoes, spinach with onions and squash, spinach with broccoli. Oh was p. Yeah, it was like everything spinach. And then turn around and I'm reading's what you abouty. Ps kidney ston. Kidney stones from spinach. There you go. So the lesions that they send that's in on my kidneys. inside my kidneys, it's either kidney stones or the lder Wow. Wow. Yeah. Yeah. So Kale, is that good K Kell's good. Theyre both good for you, but they It's got less it's got lower oxalates than spinach. Well what's the best vegetable I can eat because I eat camb, I eat boak choy. Bk choy iss good broccoli' is good In fact, the best vegetables that your people know of is fermented vegetables are even better. Kimchi Kimchi' one of the best you. Okay, good. For many levels. it's really, really good Yeah. M vegetables cho arrugal and dark leaf lettuce. Light leaf lettuce is not good for you In fact, there's a lot of research that says kale is total bullshit as well. butark leaftu, lightight leaftuce has almost no nutritional value. The beets are good. So putting on beets and be are very good for you. Okay What you say? put in spinach in a kidney stuff Yeah no, he did. No, no, he did. Oh he did.. Yeah, oxalate. calcium oxalate is a lot of kid. So what you have to do is you have to have a protein with it. That's right buind oxalates. Oh. So if I ate so if I had steamed spinach and some steak. they bind together. But you could do like cotted cheese or you can do something that has All high calcium level chehees are usually what they say with spinaches. I't know. I didn't know. No, I know I can get you there. So you went all spinach for a while. for a while. That was my thing was like How was olive oil? W she good? How was she b? Or Brutist. I big Brutist. You're. So Doc, out of all thisuh An idea of walking too. You've been walking a lot. Japanese walking Yeah, your hands behind your back This can make a make. Yeah, this can make a make.. G me a nap Japanese w. Give me a nap dud. It's hands behind your back, right? Isn't that what it is? Not behind your back.old hold hold hold up. hold up, hold hold up hold up, hold up. That was a curveball, dude. Alloldoldold Japanese walking. Japanese walking. It alternates three minutes of brisk walking, three minutes of slow recovery and a total of thirty minutes. so it's warm up. So it's interval walking levels. There you go Wow. And this says warm up and then fast interval, slow interval. And when you see something that you haven't seen before on your walk, you must say, oh. That's crazy that that's in the How to do it. Everybody. Well, it for us, it's like, you know what I mean in us to do it. It's what you do. we always do it. Yeah, yeah. But now when you're walking, there is a big thing they say, peopleeople take walks. So my wife and I walk likeike every night they say, do not be on your phone or check your phone because nighttime walking with phones, I say is really bad for you Well, yeah, because you being on a phone at night period is It's blue light. blue light. It's real bad for your brain. ' they' transferred. So if you was having an a assamnia, that's what that's what it is about. Yeah Yeah, your transformation is unbimable Yeah, you look happy. He's healthy. He's happy. Yeah. I mean, you know, I'm doing I'm doing great. you know, I always I think I feel like even when I was on bad friends, I've always been happy, you know from a But now you're really happy. The same Okay. Are you the same?'s the same. ye. No, but you've gotten a boost in your life, I feel mentally, you feel like you've figured out more stuff in life, right? Like you've got a clearer path to what you want. No, it's even harder now. Okay You chose. Yeah, I'm over here like but you still have your vision board. Yes How's the vision board I had to tear it down. I told you It was the wrong vision. it was ain dont A you been doing stand upp any or no? Not really. I've been kind of like I said, 've been really working on my Okay So I've been like I've been doing like some mics and a couple shows in there, but mostly I've been just working on focusing on health is. Yeah, becauseuse I've been turn around everything. Pe wanting me to do podcasts, whatever. I'm like, now, like I'm just trying to and then, you know, I didn't I didn't say anything but my great aunt passed away in November So it's kind of been like a Like I've been in a haze and I'm still in that haze, but it's like feels good. Like I'm like, o, okay. You know, I'm just going and taking these day versus me saying. What's next? What what I gott tomorrow? That's right. What do we do? What do we do now is more important?. I don't get to right now I think stay present. Present is important. Yeah. and it's a big thing in the program It's the only thing. No it's say saying now The only real thing is the present moment. Be here now. My mother used to say when I used to Wry on the phone She would always be like, All right, all right, now bring it back. Bring it back. You're going too far ahead. Stay right here in a moment Bring it back. So she would always, that's what I hear. You I always hear what I'm thinking, man, what I'm gonna do next? And whyy is this heck? Bring it back Bring it back. It's a great way to coach yourself and keep yourself in this moment because like they say, what's the say As I I don't know is in a future ression is in a pairred. That's right. The moment of Solidarity and is now is now. That's right. Or they say you never assume why becausecause you really don't know No, because if you assume you make an asset of you and, that's right. You You didn't know no don't No I I was setting him up. Did you know that or no? Itelt like you didt. Yeah man I was in third grade. Everyone's hurt. You do more? Let's do more. I don't know any more. Oh I know I don't know I know know If you have one foot in front of the future, I'm doing that one now. And you have one foot in the past, you're pissing on today. Oh watch. That's actually pretty good. It's actually very good. good ye. You you ever heard of that one? No, never Well I'm Asian we know these we're b with them. What about the one that's please don't make one up. Yeah, Give me one. Yeah, yeah, from Chicago. goo ahead No, no, I was gonna to do one of your peopleop's. Okay, go. What's the Asian thing about the tree, the plant the tree? Do Asian Asian saying planting trees Asian saying planting trees. watch. it'll you know, it'll pop it up right. They have a video. Okay there to zoom in The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago. The second best time is now Take action immediate It's very good one. Yeah, very good. good. Asians manen, you guys have all of where all this is where it all com. Becauseuse if we don't do that, we go. So you found a stronger relationship with God to help you kind of refocus life then. Yeah, I've always I know you have, but I mean, now it sounds like you're more focused. Yeah, 'use it's like, arere you going to church Yeah. They don't need to go.old. I used to go all the time. I just since COVID, I haven't been in a while. That's fine. Yeah, so it's kind of like Are you scared of Huntaavirus and Ebola and all these new viruses are coming about Nah, you should. You gotght COVID seven times. Yeah. Yeah. What a good ass memory. He remembers all my goddamn tragedies, this gu.. You did have COVID more than anyone I've ever met seeven times. Oh ye. even myself, I said, how the fuck I keep getting this shit? I sick of it. Yeah And Iar fucks in goddamn cookies Yeah. But I want to warn you though, with Hntaavirus at Ebola It's not gonna to spread, but I'm sorry.y Such bullshit He's on this kick. It's not coming around. You know what's more likely the fucking Garden Grove factory that's about to explode here in LA. Oh I know that one affecting us. Yeah Or Gardino I'm just saying hypothetically if Garden Grove I'm just saying hypothetically, if these two diseases mutate and they become airborne, Yes, spreads like COVID, right? You gotta be more careful. Remember to e No active doses. What? This this happened before? This ain't the first time No, it's the first time. It happened in Dallas, Dallas. in a couple of other places. There's also no active doses of spread within the United States. It's contained Yes, alternate news, I Oh great. Can you just say something? Sure. viruses want to survive, right And because of global warming and because of the cutting down of the rainforests, right, these viruses just mutate ight They do. They mutate because they're fucking scientists are trying to kill us. That's why they mutate. Well that's another theory that COVID came from a lab. It's not theory. that's aiteral fact that came from a lab. and purposely put upon abbsolutely the world to cause right? So if they do it with Ebola, which has a fifty percent, you know, the if they do this again We They won't give us a warning shot It's just going to happen. That's my point. And I'm concerned about Dg. He's got stones in his livers. he's got all. He's You don't dive whatever youre gonna d. to die. You what I mean? It's's go. You done it seven times. We're fucking, man. That's all I'm asking, dude. we're fucking dude the You can't freeball hunt a virus, Dg. You gotta wrap it up, Doug. G gott wrap it up, dude Oh no no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. No, you're not gonna I'm courageous in the fear of de I face. Where is Antiv virus now? Where is it now See so, where is it now? It's dead.. It's gone. Yeah. It's. But now Ebola is a whole thing and you know, it's like, I don't know Hontavirus is primarily located in two continents and neither of them are here and the hotspots are not here anymore. Okay The four corners there's a region They're monitoring estates, but it's not going to get around Also remember too, the seven times I caught the coronavirus was It was mutated strings, right? You know what I'm saying?. So what I'm trying to tell you is follow the str. Just mainly, I got more antibodies to fight off more things than you do in yours because you haven't had it enough. All right,. So he needs to get got all the night range. Yeah He had all the range. That's why I started following the little What about D following you were opped to? I w aam, w aamam.oc Doc collects coronavirus like black guys like Jordan'. Or like Chris Tucker Rush hour. Yeah Yeah. I want the foes I want the five Yeah. I'm just concerned for your he. That's why I'm saying now. I'morry. Well, is it attacking Back people? Then it would be more scary for Doc. Is it Is Hanta going after bllack people? No No I don't think so. Well, then it wasn't made the right way Whver grist to No God Yeah ye Well, no, you think you think you think Do you not think that the government's tried to put viruses and stuff out there to attack black people. you think that's ever happened? I think that that's a possibility I think we've pro. I think they've done towards a lot of different populations. I think Sou.ertainly think Sou We've done nothing to these Asients. Yeah. Well, yeah, yeah. We have you love the Asians. Goddamn, they just as dumb as us. I don't know why you It's pro Yeah, yeah.. What J just becausecause you invented peanut butter doesn't mean they canent and a stoplight a stoplightopl Don't forget about socker. Don't forget about hidden fingures. And there was A black scientists on That's right. There was A black scientists who help create that atomic bomb. that. You also created a closed dryer this home security. really all day. Iirony. all guys created home security.'s so funy And we know't know how to break in. Yeah this guy. You're captain America now? You're Captain America now. What does that mean There is a black man playing Captain America now Oh, it is. You're Captain America. Isn't it? or am I wrong? Not my. starting. Yeah, yeah. You know, this is DI shit. Stop Anthony Mackie. Kathony Mackkeie is Captain America. Harrison. So he went from being the other guy to Captain America before that The falc The fc. Yeah, yeah yeah. And that sucks, man. why? Why? why? Because it's like You don't want America being white is okay. It's like, stop Yeah's like' gonna stop,., comeome on, that's crazy. What are you're saying is not. Anybody can be Captain America. No you're saying No no, what I'm saying is the original character dong. It's c. We're together. It's just the comics. Yeah, but wait a minute. I agree, but they've deviated from all that now. It doesn't matter. Nhing means anything. To me and Doc it does. Okay. Okay, so here's another I'm gonna tell you a true story. I know a Korean actor. It sounds like I'm not the white guy Isn't this crazy? Like I'm fine with it because I don't give a f Why does it matter? Yeah The original one Okay, how about this How about this? did I agree with you on certain Can James Bond not be British he should be British He has to be British. Yes. But does it matter what color he is C alu was becausecauseuse he's not from. That's all I'm saying Yeah, that's' comics books were cold. They were cray there was color. There's descriptions on who the person was, right in the com. Did they say Captain America was a white male? He was drawn alwaysways as a white male. He was a white cololor costs more money. I know this Korean actor who was almost, right and I can't say his I couldn't agree with them more, which is funny playing devil's advocate, But even though I' like yeah, ite D I know a Korean actor who came to me and goes I think they might want me to play Wolverine And I was like, please say no Why? It'll ruin it Yeah, Wolverie is Canadian, white dude, short, thick, you know what I mean? It's like, I What about? Yeah And the chopstics's coming out. This wolver Yeah. Yeah. No I know I know what you're saying. The original that' what you want. I get. I just a big I guess I don't got what you' saying Yeah I don't give a fuck. how about this? I'm more mad that any red headed comic book guy has been recast by non red headaded fuckking. They don't put any red headaded people and they're re. Well you weaker Interesting. It's harder to believe that a red headed guy would be Je Greay By the way, they've made every reded account half of them are black now whatever red headaded person before they're black.'re hot girls. Yeah, they're. Now's there's a there's a whole cartoon draw of all theddit. That's probably. You you're not weak. I'm sorry for redded people. I mean, even Storm wasn't white. We know that Hary Berry played Storm right? Yeah. So we it's just like It just seemed like they just They're having a struggle internally with what is right and what is wrong. and they're just so like it doesn't matter in the sense of what you're saying. I just don't care. I'm just talking about just far the comments, I don't care. it's a movie Well that's what My my point is it doesn't matter who plays it becausecause it's meaningless anyway. It's just kind like saying, who cares with the original Now when you are a comic fan I'm not a certain. So they're making they're making new comics now with a variety of different colors of people. Right? And in twenty or thirty years from now Those roles will be played by, you know I mean People that No, not why. Here what I don't like. people ain't going like this. You' gonna get mad. Yeah. I don't like that. RDJ is played Dctor Doom What N yet ak your mind. Br. I'm like, bro, I'm used to him just being Irironman. and now y'all's like Yeah, there's other actors. Yeah, there's Hollywood is so afraid, But there's not They wanted to There are. No, there's hundreds of thousand ctors, but they don't care that doesn't mean anything to them. They're not as great. But it doesn't move the needle for them So they're this is a business. They're not basing it on who's available or what could be cool. They're basing it on how much money can they render from this? It Why can't Leo play Doctor Dom? He probably doesn't want Oh my Godd. I would have been There's no way. Yeah, ye yeah yeah. I mean, there's some Daniel D. Lewis. He would never do that said no. Tom Crw said no. They won't't want to do toorrow So, you're saying to me, I'm sorry, they went all the way down the line It got back to Robert Downe Junior. he was the last pick. I guarantee you he wasn't first because Tom Cruise got up a bunch of people got off. It was just Tom Cruise then RDJ. They only wanted like the biggest moves. Brad Pitt. No. I don't. He would never do that. Yeah, they don't go after people. would try Give him an offer. I don't think he would. Okay. think I think there's certain guys in this game that are of the top of their career and the end of their career or whatever that this is not How old is Doctor Doom. But isn't Marvelous not. I want to know how old Dctor Doom is. Say it But do you feel like Marvel and DC and allll these, they're out of point. where You can you pretty much can get anybody bets 's great at acting and it has a certain they don't have to be a big name like Robert Donner Junr. just because it's already solidified as a a F now, but it se it sells internationally so much better. So doctor Doom is in his mid forties and early fifties. The MCU is sixty in the movies. Okay. but I'm just saying in the comics Heays in mid forties, early fifties. That's me and you, bud. Now I all I do it. Give me all the actors that are in their mid late forties and early fifties. That's a good question, Tino If they had doror Doom and wanted you to play it, I'd be like, fuck that, that right there, that's we something, can I it? I No, no, no, no, you're not getting it. I'm saying fuck that, you can't play that gu.. Like no, man. Wh Why? Why? Look at thatino', you know, his Tino's not He's not doctor Doom material. He's too nice. He's a good guy. you know who's more doctor Dooo? I guy I keep him come off. Who's more door. I would have to see you play a evil dude You know what I'm saying? I do it on this show every week. Yeah, yeah yeah. Wait a minute Definitely not. How big was he Was he a full size man D AI with the rest of my body. Okay. All right. so Born in seventy These are the actors they could have gone to. Ban Flack The rock Marlen Wayon Eers's alba. but he would Yeah, yeah. Okaykay. So Adrian Brody could have been it It's a different mask with the nose. o I love Patrick Wilson. I love James Marsden seventy four DiCaprio would never do Christian Bale. mayaybe No, he already played Batman. He can't do it. Joquin Phoenix Joker already Matthew McConneghy, pererfect doctor Doom. Insane to say that. Yeah. How could he play that? Would you rather have Mat? Yeah, he would have been his voice. Oh man. All right, all right, all right doctor Doom. you just ye maybe you're right. You gotta get what's available. All right, you're right. Okay.ah here. But also It doesn't it I just think it doesn't. I think How about this? I don't care what color person plays any of this stuff. Make new shit, dude Yeah. I don't want to revive old properties. I don't Like did you see weapons? That was new shit? That's new shit. There's a new movie I'm going to see tonight or tomorrow and I obsession. I heard it's really good. Oh, I heard that's really good. No I just hear it's so good. Have you seen it? It. Yeah, ye. M more of this needs to make a wave and a comeback. I watched the Hul Cogan documentary last night. I finished it. All three episodes this guy. What is it on Netflix, Netflix Yeah, I'm not I'm pass Well, it's funny because I'm not a wresting fan, but I was enamored by the idea of this guy I was a huge wrestling fan when I was in the eighties, but like once it got past stone cold, I kind of You tapped out. Well, this was kind of about the world of his in and out of lasting Longer than maybe he should have and then the world of NWO and ECW and all this stuff is Tonga the kid was my guy. I mean, he was like They quoted him as one of the most recognizable faces in the world. Pably. not not names sayake because name yes, but That you could show his picture to a foreign country of know, far in the middle of nowhere they'd be like, oh yeah, they know who that is.. They don't know what he is, but they know who he is Yeah fucking wild. It's wild. I mean there's a few people like that in the world, Michael Jackson it being one. Yeah, but think about, Michael Jackson was a musical genius.. You know what I mean? athlette Well, Hulk Hogan was kind of in his own right because WWF is strictly acting. No, It's real. Yes, it's real It's real That's the mial to me. That's the myth. That's the myth of pro wrestling that it's fake. It's not No no. rightight? No no, the physicality of it is real. Yeah, Hulk Hogan picks up Tonga the Kid, right? No he picked first of all he picked up fucking Andrea the Giant, which was the greatest. onreiant. let him. Throws Tong. Yeah Exactly. throws him over the ring. You know what I mean? on the d falls on the table, right? You don't think that hurts? No no, I'm saying the physicality is real. Yeah, but it's but it's you think it's predetermined. It's a play. one hundred percent No, no, it's Also before you think they go, hey, you're gonna win this one? Yeah. It's like a movie fight Everybody knows that, but that's the fun of it. It's like watching them drama unfold. It doesn't matter that they know. And by the way, he does say You do a dance with your partner sometimes, you it may flip in the moment of who wins and who doesn't when. It's a play. They're doing a live play. Yeah.. It's fun. They're all I mean, they're all They're like theater kids who love to lift weights It's really what it is. You're like a theater guy that loves lifting weights. But it was I want people to know that I know how wrestling works. W and Hok Hogan But what Hk Hogan? H Hogan someome people do get deep in it. Yeah He had the leg drop. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. What people loved about Hogan Yeah was that last minute of being down and out and making a spring back. 'cause that represents that encapulates America. Rocky. Everything It was a maricathon of being down Yeah. And then he put the finger up in someomebody who just They telling telling it I telling it That moment. And Oh my God. You know what I mean? I watched the whole thing. I just wanted to see the sex tape more than anything and they didn it watch. I never played it. They never played it Oh yeah wellow They do leave out a lot of stuff.
