Serkis Starmer has resigned as Labour leader, saying he'll step down as Prime Minister by September at the latest. He's been under pressure to quit since the former mayor of Greater Manchester Andy Burnham won the Makerfield By Election. If another competitor receives enough support from Labour MPs, a leadership contest will be held over the summer. Scotland's first minister John Swinney says Sir Kistama has made the right decision. Elizabeth Ritzini from BBC Weather explains what the what the warning means there is a danger to life. This is not just for vulnerable people, of course, this is for the wider population as well.
