We got prediction markets. We're all Oh I'm good. Bter AF about all of the years that I covered the tech industry and could never buy those stocks. L. Mad Mad manad still bitter are. Yep, I'm not doing that. I'm not having that. It's fun over here on the commercial side. Yeah. But I do wish that I knew how to slash were brave enough to short stocks. And then at one point, he's like, and then I let post to GitHub and you could hear her just go, you do what? Hub it a hub her blah bl, blah. And he's like she's like, you know, but I hear all these stories about people who like gave it access to their email and then they deleted and synced so that now all their email is gone. and then they have to go to a backup and, you know, pull out the backup of the email repository And he's like, Yeahah, it hasn't done anything. I do you know, I'm really careful with the things that I tell it to do and I tell it to not do a lot of things. I mean, there is a part of me that like if a AI agent like just nuked all my email. I'd be like I. I must be like, you know what? it would hurt for a minute. But then it would be sweet peace. You'd be like, o, good I feel unburdened. I told you to make my life more efficient. Well done. Yeah. It's like when you leave a job and like all of that goes away and you're just like, Oh. But I think I told you guys. So I went to school I ended up years later getting a job back at where I went to college at the college And they reactivated my same ID And then I logged into like my company email, which was the same email address I had when I was a student and they never stopped receiving email. Oh my go. From there. So I had like twenty had inspared on the inbox. There was just years of spam Yeah. It was amazing. I was just like Okay Good to know. I actually posted about it on Blue Sky in a way that I think probably made people think that I was just that I thought I was on threads, but it's like you go to threads to just post about like like I was just going to post about what I think is arguably a thing of the week, maybe just worth thing bonus material thing, which is the Clay Thompson Meghgan Stallion situation Mm sureure. But I was like, you know, you go to threads to post like I just was going to post about Clay Thompson and Meghgan Stallion. And then unfortunately, you're just like hereere are seventeen ways that the world is ending. And also why are you not taking the Pepsid allegra like magical cocktail that everybody has been hiding from you that solves everything because it turns out all your problems are a histamine response And then I was just sitting here thinking like I bet these guys don't even know about the Peppsid Allegra thing I this is the first time I've heard of this Like it turns out there's just a hole, I mean, over in the human zoo That is threads There's has been a big bubble dropped over the ladies All of them are talking about taking pepsid with allegra. to reduce inflammation and histamine response and possibly impair menopause like improve brain function, and then they mix it with Geratraal the multivitamin because I guess something's something Some reason for that. Yeah, ABC News has a story about it too Oh really? Yeah. Oh God, so it is a real thing. I mean, it's like it jumped. I mean It jumped. AC News has a story about the viral trend Which is my favorite form of journalism. Let's look at what's on social media and then report on it as if it's actually a real story. It did make a deby seen new It is, I will say that tracks. like it's that it has kind of become that big a deal. And then of course, they have to be like You know, we talk to some doctors who don't think maybe that's not true or whatever. then And then of course, all the people were like, oh really because there are allergists who say that it is true. and you're just ignoring women's health all over again and likeike it is big doctor Tara Narua, Chief medical correspondent, breaks down the viral trend. I mean, that's just Every reporting on medicine is like everyvery medicine has risk and side effects, you should be may result in death Listen carefully to your doctor and not necessarily what you're seeing on social media Oh, wayd be a bummer. How dare you suggest I listen to my doctor Instead of what I read on Who by the way, I turn. Which I will say though, to be fair, who by the way, I can't get in see I don't know what any specific doctor knows about par menopause or not. I actually saw I was auditioning a new general practitioner And she was like Well, I don't know anything about the hormones. Okay k Okay, we're done here. By I don't say this lightly But I want you to move to Los Angeles now And then you are going to see our doctor Dr. Yastani, who We'll always see you when you need to be seen for instance When Eileen needed some medication recently, she called Dr. Yazani and Dr. Yazani is like, Ohh yeah, you need that and called in the prescription Uh and world Definitely know about Permamanopots Any like I Every time I ever think about like, Ohh, doror Yzani, she's so so far. it's such a long drive. and then I hear everyone else talk about their doctor. I'm like, I'm I'm never She was y I mean, just just take a moment to contemplate the borderline malpractice that it is to be A doctor taking patients who are anywhere between forty and sixty. Yeah. And you literally say in a declarative way Oh, I don't know anything about that hormone stuff Don't you have to answer questions about that in medical school? Molly, you're weirdly like someone is see, now this is the danger here because I not going restord this and then they're going to use this as the reason why Well and with our medical AI assistant Your doctor could instantly be upskilled into knowing exactly everything because I've heard I have I worked on some things where people make those connections very quickly But yes, I don't want tona be the person who talks to AI instead of doctors, and yet I frequently do for all of these reasons. And then I had a natural white wine that really had the like kind of vibe, that sort of like orange wide vibe and I mentioned it to the lady I'm like, oh the, you know, it's like almost like ban Lureange. And then of course I got the whole like she was like, well, actually. L Oh, because it was a rosee. It was a rosee that tasted like an orange wine and it was almost borderline orange. And she was like, well, roseet and orange wine are the same, you know, they're made the same way. It's like skin contact and blah blah. And I'm like,, I know I'm just saying some of them taste like funky and cheesy, even though that doesn't sound appealing And kind of wine words that don't sound appealing, you know, like dirt There There is earthy There are types of wine that are described as cat pea. Yeah. All right.. Yeah.. Anyway, my French is only good enough to have the first half of that conversation and not to continue to talk, you know, it wass just like, I could tell you that this is like got the vibe of an orange wine, but I don't know any words for funky. so ye And then she was obviously on the orange wine sensitive a little bit. I guess I could have been like like sitt sitting pretty funky Funky Mispa That's that? Funky S that the funk. S have that be the funk . I just want to clip that out. That's a ringtone right there? You'd think after spending the weekend away, I would have discovered all these new things, but I did not Sometimes when it's like the fam, it's different.
