Hey everyone. Welcome back to another episode of Life After MLM. Hello So we've got some news today. Breaking news, really get into that I want to really quick Mhm First of all, it's June, so happppy Pride. Oh, happy Pride to you And happy pride to everybody listening. Another thing I wanted to talk about was, I don't know if anybody saw my surprisingly viral video this week about me owning a woman who told me that I didn't know what I was talking about Oh yeah, you owned. It was really funny. I think people that don't follow me don't usually know that I bring the receipts and it was a very funny video. so if you haven't checked it out, you should check out my clap backack about vanilla ice. It wasn't even about vanilla ice, it was about It was about this woman who said Vanilla, I didn't say that. And I was like, yeah, I did. He most certainly said that And it went viral and it was really funny. So Welcome new listeners and new followers from that video. So if you like vanilla Iice content, you are in for it. You are in for such a treat. Today's episode is all about vanilla Iice. It is. Get ready, everyone. I'm kidding Today's episode is actually about And MLM that we have talked about before. they were one of the contenders in the race for who was going to buy Modire when that closed last year And that is a Mare Global. That's a Mare. That's a Mare. We were singing that all day and coming up with like ridiculous Hanbot lines about It was funny. We should record when we do dumb things like that because then we can't really recreate it and everybody misses out. I know Ching aing, ing. Yeah Pockets will ring, ching a ching a ching, ching a ching a ching. But the happy juice. The happppy juice. S about my Ulide told me to tell y or something. I don't know. I gotta work on it. Hey, we're all workshopping these. Yeah, it's just a big workshop all the time So five years ago, almost exactly, I made a video on TikTok about Amare. Yes So enjoy that right now So I Googled it And already, my eyes are popping out of my head They call themselves the Mental Wellness Company Then you scroll down a little and it says, What is mental wellness? It's everything Focus, physical performance, pressure management, stress resilience, mental performance, financial wellness and confidence. Those products must be magical A pill for confidence, a powder for financial wellness They have a pack that's specifically designed for children An all in one product that supports the entire gut brain axis And then some vitamin that has a proprietary blend brain acxis support and then some sort of easy to digest powder Kids' moods This seems scammy as hell So yeah, that was what I thought about this company five years ago, almost to the day. Yeah I really want to see that gut brain acis Well, you might be in luck because yesterday, which was june second, twenty twenty six Yeah The FTC dropped this press release FTC sues to stop Aari Global holdings from misrepresenting the health benefits of its dietary supplements for children and adults. Clutching my pearls already Commission also alleges Omari deceived consumers about how much income they could generate selling Omari's products Tail as old as time. It is So in true life after MLM fashion, we're gonna go through this. and if you know me, and you've seen my vanilla ice video. Then you know that I always bring No Receipts? Sandwiches. I always bring sandw. Oh right. Yes, receipts So as we go through the press release of this case, I've brought some receipts to help the FTC. All of these pieces of evidence were literally found today. Yeah. When I was doing research in the car because you had to drive up north to do some stuff. So I took the time to sit and just research extensively. So everything that is in this all the clips you're about to hear were' all found today. Literally the day after this came out. Yeah. So either ARA just really doesn't have a handle on their salesfce not violating the FTC's rules or these people just have no idea that these claims can get them into trouble and or They have no idea that there's a lawsuit happening nor do they have an idea that the Earth is in fact round Oh we'll get into that later, okay? Oh Oh, I was spicy today. Right And we'll get into that later And if you've ever been in the comments section of an MLMR's post that anyone has any pushback on, you have definitely heard how MLMs have quote won the lawsuits and it's just unhappy losers and haters with chapped asses and an aagram. Yeah That's me. I'm the disgruntled loser So either way, it doesn't matter, let's get into this. You didn't try hard enough. You're right. I didn't The Federal Trade Commission today sued multi level marketer Amari Global Holdings Inc and three of its principles for misrepresenting to parents and other consumers that its dietary supplements marketed for children and adults, could treat or cure health conditions such as depression anxiety and ADHD and for misleading its seller recruits about their potential earnings as brand partners So Amar sells dietary supplements for children and adults, including kids happappy juice Kids Mood plus and the Happy Juice product pack. In its complaint, the FTC alleges that Amari made false, misleading and unsubstantiated claims and that Sean Talbot, the company's former chief science officer Patrick Hints, the company's founding brand partner. And David Chung, the current CEO and majority shareholder are responsible for these claims. And here's a fun fact Talbot and Hints are subject to previous orders with the FTC that prohibit them from making false, misleading and unsubstantiated claims All right, well again, not surprised at any of this. Right? surprise, surprise. Cama's gonna scam, Grifters gonna grrift. Do they do. So let's look into Patrick hints really quick because I was like, oh my God, what did they do? Like whyy were they previously in trouble with the FTC? So I Googled it. Marketers who claimed fuel additive could drastically increase fuel economy and reduce emissions settle with FTC. Nice, okay, so they did a fuel additive thing. Yeah, we've covered those before Yeah, I feel like a fuel additive was just the stepping stone too Children's products. So this is from november twenty second of twenty thirteen Okay Under a settlement with the Federal Trade Commission, the marketers of a fuel additive called envirotTabs will pay eight hundred thousand dollars for consumer redress and are prohibited from making false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims that envirro tabs, when added to any type of fuel, will increase fuel efficiency, reduce emissions or save consumers money They were marketed as the world's first multivitamin for your engine. Sould have that my suppose. And they claimed that it was scientifically proven to be effective. Well, that's why Patrick Hence got in trouble. And in addition to the eight hundred thousand dollars judgment, the settlement prohibits the defendants from misrepresenting tests or studies about any product or service, and bars them from making claims about any product without having competent and reliable scientific evidence. Nice. Okaykay, so Peer reviewed stuff, gotcha. So he's in trouble for that and he's doing it again And then we have Sean Talbot And this and again, I looked it up. Three courta slim defendants to give up four point five million in cash and other assets, FTC's litigation continues against four remaining defendants. And what did he have cortis limb? What is that So this was in September of two thousand five. Okay, ye. I knew that Over twenty years ago. Yeah. Three defendants will give up four point five million do in cash and other assets to settle federal trrade commission charges stemming from their roles in the marketing of corta slim and Corta stress, dietary supplements promoted for weight loss and disease prevention respectively Okay, so I'm guessing the court is the cortisol? Yes. Okay The FTC alleged that the defendants made false or unsubstantiated product claims and used deceptively formatted infomercials in pitching the dietary supplements an, they had infomercials, that I would like to say. I don't think this was an MLM. I think this was just a scammy dietary supplement company. When we said cortisol, we meant cords like cordurys. They didn't mean cortisol. What? Well, big surprise here, Utah based Sean M. Talbot cannot make benefit or efficiency claims for any dietary supplement food, drug, cosmetic, or device, unless the claims are truthful and sububstantiated So the settlement with Talbot required him to give up one point twelve million in assets two hundred and twenty five thousand dollars cash three hundred fifty thousand dollars from equity in property in Centerville, Massachusetts or title to the property And then thirty eight thousand seven hundred dollars from the sale of a timeshare in Hawaii or the title to the timeeshare. Vy good look getting out of that And cash equal to eighty percent of the current market value of a property in Lisbone, Ohio or the title to that property as well. Jokes on you federal government, get out of this timeshare in Hawaii says If Talbot is later found to have misrepresented his financial status, he would be liable for a three point five million dollars judgment Yeah. So those are the guys that are in trouble now. Yeah, he's got a diverse property portfolio. Well, like I said, scammers are going to scam and grifters are going to grift and these guys have a clear pattern and history with this kind of behavior. Yeah they do. Okay, so let's get into some of these current allegations of health and income claims. Omara's claims were not only deceptive but dangerous since it was aware that some brand partners were taking advantage of parents looking for products to help their children who suffer from serious conditions like depression and anxiety and need proven treatments. And that's what Christopher McFarid, who is the director of the FDC's Bureau of Consumer Protection said Companies must make truthful marketing claims and abide by FTC orders, and those that fail to do so will be held accountable by the FTC, which we have already seen this year so far. So I'm kind of excited that they are holding people and companies to the flame. Absolutely So here are some health claims that I found today. I have a fake Facebook account and she's a bit of a detective. She's got a cheeky name. I'm in several different pro MLM groups because my m, Roberta Bleuffin's once got kicked out. So I had a a fake Facebook page. Yeah. These are all from a couple different MLM pages because I just wanted to see what people were saying about Amare and what they had said about Amare in the past and what's out there already. This was from a year ago. I says withith happappy Juice and the happappy hormone pack I have literally gotten my life back So much trauma and having a special needs daughter, this mom was stress overloaded. I'm now mentally healthy again and down forty five pounds. I became a brand partner because of the amazing transformation I saw not only with myself, but with my daughter, my husband, my mother, my brother. This is it, my friend. Oh my God. so what's the Does this just affect everyone? this stuff? I mean, what is this? This is like a Vitamin grenade that she's throwing into a room. It's just it's literally like this happy drink, which we'll get into, ' I've got a video of somebody preparing it. Right. So she gave this happy drink to said person. Right. Everyone in her family is now taking this.veryone's Everybody is happy. ye. Okaykay. And it literally ched literally gave her life So there's another one It says I started out as a customer and really supplements for my son who is autistic ADHDC, touretes and anxiety, right? already with the health claims, right? Yeah And honestly, my mom bought them. I had already tried so many things for myself and I wasn't even interested in doing that with my son. So my mom ordered the kids pack After thirty days, I didn't continue because I thought for sure it wasn't working, but then I noticed. When we didn't have it anymore, I noticed. So I ordered it myself to him and I haven't missed a month in two years. Now for me, during this time I was trying to help my son who was stuck in fight mode, I was depressed. I was having a hard time getting out of bed, performing normal daily tasks and even sleeping. It goes on and on and on. and she says, So I started with Happy Juice and GBX fit. Within two weeks I started to notice little things I got up easier, I could clean and do tasks easier. I was hungry. My cravings were going away. I was able to get to sleep a bit faster and sleep for longer. And after five months, I was hooked. I was she was so hooked that she stopped doing the MLN she was doing And she joined ARA. And so it work If that yeah, I guess if you if you're trying to get people hooked so they'll join, it absolutely works. Yeah, Mar explaining. I mean I guess this one kind of bothers me the most because I mean, personally I have my stepsister Wh's got a severely autistic child and I know what that's like prior to the diagnosis, what was going on, what was happening. And I know she would have grabbed for anything at that point. I mean, I think they recognized it pretty early, but I do know those early stages there, she was there. and I feel like they were preying on a lot of people because of this stuff. That's unbelievably deceptive. Absolutely. She said that she added tumor products and that got her hormones balanced and it helped her with her endometriosis And then she added the sleep supplement and she takes it in the morning to boost her serotonin, which then helps her body produce its own melatonin and then she falls asleep faster and she stays asleep on. I mean, she is making health claims for like three or four screenshots worth of text. Yeah, I gott toa be honest. I mean, I'm not a doctor. I'm not at all. I would never purport to be the fact that the same happy juice that she took or the same The Vitamin that she took helped her with her endometriosis, her ability to wake up in the morning, as well as sleeping is super weird Well, it's happy Jewers, it's magic Well Yeah, I mean, I guess you have to suspend belief a little bit here and Asolutely. Right. I don't know Someone else said I didn't start at Amari products for weight loss, even though I knew I could lose some. S's like the self deprecation like already. but it's been a great side effect from addressing my mental health Okay. And this theme comes up a lot. Mental health, mental health diagnoses and disorders. Sure. They call themselves the Mental Wellness Comany, which I find to be a little predatory and cringey. And they pride themselves on saying that they are helping people's mental wellness And people literally in these comments were claiming like, oh, I don't take my meds anymore because I'm on this and so much better. Well, it's super dangerous. Yeah, super dangerous. I've got a really good friend who has a mental illness and if he doesn't take his drugs, that's That's a no bina She says the money back guarantees sealed the deal for me because I knew there was truly nothing to lose except the crappy way I was feeling and she says she doesn't regret joining. and she's got a before and after picture, which is also not allowed Oh really? Looks. She's sharing this her before and after Yeah, her bloat's gone down a bit. Yeah What else did she change? Well, she's smiling in that after photo. Oh, well that Well, that makes sense because of the m Hotcha, right. That's a side effect. Happiness. it is I mean, I understand like losing weight could potentially make you happy, but okay, yeah, sure. All right. Another person said, I've been disappointed by multiple companies. I've been drinking the juice since February. I ordered it for my crippling afternoon fatigue. That's gone. I've also seen the following abbdominal bloat eliminated, inflammation decreased, face no longer puffy, I'm sleeping normally I kicked my Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts habit. My cravings are gone. I lost five pounds without dieting or restricting my eating, and my gut is normal for the first time in forty five years And then she adds, I'd love to help you if you have any questions. Selection ver is by location video lesson It misunderstood drink It's one of my favorite drinks and I want to just give you a little background to it. So the company that I love for mental wellness, which helps folks with anxiousness, with you know just feelings of sadness, lack of motivation, lack of focus, brain fog, all those things originally started about nine years ago with this product. This product is mentibiotics And this product is the only product that has the strain specific probiotics and the prebiotics and phytobiotics to nourish those that supports our overall mental well beinging. And it supports things like balancing cortisol, stress response. It also supports happy hormones, which originate in your gut That serotonin, dopamine, and calming GabA and signal to your brain. It started here with this plain tasting original mentibiotics, okay thenen came along This product, this is known for giving you a mental edge. So think of your executive brain function, your memory, your sharp focus, your motivation, your drive, your productivity, your concentration. This is called edge for short, because it gives you a mental edge. This came along. We started mixing these two together We also brought along an energy drink mix which is for your mental energy and it comes in a sugar free as well as a little bit of sugar and a caffeine free versus a little bit of matcha green tea version. So these little energy sticks mixed with this poof made happy juice Happy Juice was just a fun name that we gave it, but the science behind it is very serious. So then came along stick packs for Happy Juice, No more canisters, using stick packs for the convenience, and we started introducing new flavors. We have watermelon, we have grape, we have mango, and we came up with a new flavor of the anentibiotics. That moved into a stick pack? And then came along raspberry Hibiscus anentibiotics. Again, sugar free, caffeine free. So now we have so many flavor choices and so many options. We've got mango, we've got grape, we've got watermelon, and we have a blue raspberry in the mentle Edge and you can mix it with whichever ones of the mentibiotics that you want. And we even have a kids happappy juice version. So cheers. So that audio was from a high level distributor and a top tier leader at MRA. Right, which I always get haven't learned yet. wouldould she call herself she was an executive director Something like that. yeah. Right. Executive director. So just listener, it doesn't always mean that they're like a C suite kind of person 'cause I'm learning this I was like, go It's true because I was like, Oh, she's an executive level. He's like, oh, that's pretty high up. And I say, no, no, no, no, no. Unless she's got a salary and I can look at their income disclosure and know what all the ranks are, I have no idea if Eecutive director is a rank or like a C suite level salaried position. Yeah. And they like to use real things to make themselves look more legitimized. Right It'd be funny. I, you know, I think about this too that interviewing for that job in front of a triple ruby would be pretty mean. I went to Disney today and I just met with the Ruby. She has been a featured speaker and award recipient at their annual conventions. She's won leadership recognition awards and things like that. So she's super, super high up Mar So of course, she's got nothing but great things to say about him The Amario award Mhm The FTC alleges that AmAarI markets and distributes its dietary supplements through a network of salespeople who participate in AarI's multi level marketing scheme as brand partners and amplify the false misleading or unsubstantiated claims, which we just heard proof of every single one of those. were're all AmMarI distributors That's Amari Marets is is a tongue twister Omari Markets. Tryed to say that five times. The defendants and their brand partners advertise Omari's products on social media, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook with claims that their products will provide various health benefits, including treatment of certain diseases and mental conditions both in children and adults. For example, the AMarI defendants claim their products can improve a range of mental conditions in children and adults, including depression, anxiety, and ADHD The company's brand partners also claim that Amari's products are, quote, scientifically backed or clinically proven and will treat or mitigate depression, including by reducing the risk of suicide in children, which I think is I'm believably dangerous. Yeah, this whole cl all their claims are super dangerous. Daling with depression, dealing with any of those things. Clinical depression is no joke. All of those things are serious. They require supervision by a psychologist, probably drugs from a psychiatrist These are all serious things. Right. And what happens if you join this cult, you convince yourself that their word is the law, you get your kid who needs to be on medication off their medication, that child then has an episode and heaven forbid, the worst thing possible happens, how much liability is Amaria going have? And how much of that did you sign away when you joined to become are Right. It's super dangerous This is no way analogous to this, but I once shifted away from aluminum deodorant once thinking that I want to go, you know I want to avoid aluminum poisoning until I went to the doctor and I was in that little tiny exam room and realized I smell I use that natural stuff and that is the worst. And so yeah, and it's all because I read some stupid thing about aluminum poisoning and I thought, man, I gott to stop. This is far worse than me, you know, kind of stinky When I was a teenager, my mom got real crunchy L shopped in all the natural grocery stores. D get the rocks? Yeah, the crystal deodorant and she brought that home, I had to use that. It didn't work. Really? It's the worst time when you're a teenager to be rubbing rocks in your armpits, it doesn't work. But your shockas are aligned. I don't think so. I was thirteen. What thirteen year old shockers are aligned None. And its complaint However, the FTC alleges the defendant's claims violated the FTC act by claiming without substantiation that Omari's products including Happy Juice, Kids Mood Plus, and Kids Happy Juice will lower, reduce or regulate cortisol Cortisol came back, raaise, increase or normalize serotonin, dopamine, and GAabBA people already talk about and cure, treat or mitigate depression, anxiety, and ADHD, which all three things have already come up in the posts that I found Yeah, and again, not a doctor, but from what I've kind of read or learned, I mean This is a wide net they're casting here. alone, each one of those things would have required some sort of other pharmaceutical to treat. Now they're offering this miracle. Yeah that would cure all This is a really disturbing post that I found and it was not even posted by the original storyteller, although I'm sure they posted it too. But this was posted by like a downline or a sideline of this person because they tagged them and they're like, oh my God, this amazing story from my friend. You have to hear it. And then it was like a copy paste. So here is the copy paste. It says, this is my favorite family photo These are my neurodivergent family's results since taking happappy Juice for the past eighteen months. Now listen oldlder kids are diagnosed with ADHD Level one, autism and social anxiety My husband and I are self diagnosed with ADHD which bothers me a lot, especially as somebody who is actually diagnosed by a doctor with ADHD, people going, o my God, I forgot. squirrel. I must have ADHD. You know me, I have ADHD. likeike it's some sort of ridiculous thing to claim. Like if you honestly think you have ADHD Please get diagnosed. Please get the help you need. Sure. Don't self diagnose with like a TikTok video or chad GBT or something like that talkal to a specialist Talk to a therapist, a psychologist, a psychiatrist whatever needs to be done and get the diagnosis, I promise it will change your life. That's all I gott to say about that Right And this isn't a push for some pharmaceutical either. This is just you knowing, right? Right. I mean, I went forty plus years of my life not being diagnosed and wondering why I did the things I did and acted the way I did and, you know, getting a diagnosis and talking to a professional and getting my questions answered was life changing for me. Yeah, it's super important. So I mean, I'm just a big advocate for addressing your mental health, addressing any conditions you might have and not just self diagnosing and being like, o Oh my God, I have ADHD. huh Like if you really, really, truly, seriously think that you have it Please if you financially can done then get it done and until you get it done Don't sound silly and be ridiculous. Yeah, I find that knowing yourself is always that kind of first step. You know, hey, I recognize I have this, Mbe I can work toward fixing this and this is aren't my pathway to it. So I guess finding something can help you work toward the solution. That's typically how things work. It's kind of the scientific method They continue. I am enjoying my kids. This has been the most beautiful outcome as my stress levels have significantly reduced We dance most nights in our house and my whole family's nervous system have reset So we are no longer in hypervigilant state of constant fight, flight, freeze, or fawn from trying to fit into a neurotypical world Okay, ye. Okay. I understand that too. Sure, yeah. I do This to me is just loaded with dog whistles to manipulate folks have diagnoses might be on a neurodivergent spectrum and are looking for help or for answers. Maybe they're afraid to go the doctor. Maybe they think they might have ADHD, but they can't afford a diagnosis. and they're like, Ohh my god, happappy juice might be the cure And I'm just saying again, like getting your health advice from an MLM Hun is probably not the best use of your time. Right. This whole like market sector of MOM, this mental health market is kind of super dangerous because there is a bit of a stigma that goes with mental health I don't make any bones about it. I was a kid and I went therapy. a lot of it. That's kind of the way my parents kind of dealt with stuff, you know, they're like just send them to therapy And which I did. I went and I went to talk therapy for a long time I think there's such a stigma attached to mental health and you know, even going to a therapist, there's such a stigma attached offering a solution that you could pick up for I don't even know the price, but something tells me it's probably well over fifty nine dollars a month. It sounds a lot better than going to pay for a therapist once a week. And I gotta tell you, most therapists don't really work off insurance, so you're paying a lot. I mean, I get it I mean, and that's why this is so I mean, it's just it's evil She continues, this is not a band aid solution, right? She's creating this giant medical statement and then she's like, but it's not a band aid. Like here's my caveat. I won't be responsible that bothers me too. Yeah. It goes to the root cause of the issue, which are biological stress responses that happen automatically in a neurodivergent body and brain No amount of talk therapy will fix this If the brain is constantly feeling threatened. The body needs to feel safe to unmask and heal One psychology session pays for our whole family's juice package And we do not see our psychologist anymore because we don't need to. Wow, okay. So that answered what I just said earlier. MLMs or cs Yeah. MLMs teach people to believe things that aren't true and We don't have a lot of stories on the show that are like, everything was amazing. It's mostly like I was financially devastated. I was emotionally devastated. Like there isn't a lot of positive stories. I mean, it's not like they're saying mental health is a scam But they kind of are saying that. They're saying I mean, I guess if you want to waste your time with a doctor, but like You can just drink this juice instead. Right. I mean, what is that you know, guy or gal who went to, you know, medical school or has a PhD in it, you know, what do they know? And also if the FTC is listening and you need these sources, I will gladly send you all of them She goes on to make all kinds of claims, do you want to hear them? Yeah, and I'm guessing she comes from the do your research crowd. Oh, I'm sure she does. A lot of them do My boundaries are rock solid, no more fawning or people pleasing here, with less procrastination and overthinking. I have reduced cravings for caffeine and sugar. This product gives me natural energy and motivation My sixteen year old has gone from constantly gaming online to getting himself a job, owning the dance floor at his school formal and crushing his exams My ten year old has gone from school refusal to a lead role in her school play and loving her first camp experience. My seven year old is flourishing at school. My sleep is a thousand times better so I feel more refreshed and energized. I'm turning forty nine next month and I feel like I did before I had kids, which I never thought was possible. I was so incredibly burnt out and depleted from chronic stress. Just to have one question Fuck is a kilram I don't know. I measure things in apples and inches Anything to not have to use the metric system. I'm American. I don't know. What is a metric system? This was a comment underneath that post. Okay that I screenshotted because I wanted to have a little bit of a conversation because this is the kind of stuff. Nobody replied to it. Luckily, but maybe she'd sent her a message, I don't know This woman said, Just starting our journey for my grandson, it's been about a month Some things are better, but others are progressively worse Biggest issue is that it's so expensive Want to keep going, just needing to know if there's a light at the end of the t Wow, Okaykay Yeah again, this is the disturbing part of everything here But the h solution to this would be like, well, then you just join because you'll get a discount. Yeah. You can earn your product for free if you work. You can work hard, you can get people underneath you, you can get this little bit of a bonus check and then it pays for itself Right, so this is a grandmother who's trying to help out her grandson messed up. this is super evil Now we've got a kid's health claim Okay I've talked a lot about my son's journey in here, how he went from constant panic attacks and being non verbal to playing with friends and speaking a whole lot more. Well, the part I usually leave out is his toouretes. Tourettes gets worse when anxiety is worse. so ticks come and go and depending on how bad the anxiety is, he can dictate how bad the ticks are She goes to talk about how his tick is spitting. Okay and he'll spit on the floor And that his carpet in his room is just like covered in spit. It happens so often that they've just sort of taken it as normal and said that's just what happens right now and we'll it later. I understand, right? Yeah. It can be a lot You do what you can and you let go of what you can't. Yeah. thenen she says that when we started our kids on Happy Juice, I noticed that he was still coming home stressed, but the spitting had stopped This tick has been around for about three years now. We were hesitant to clean anything in fear that it might happen again. We're two months into our kids happappy Juice journey and we have officially cleaned the carpet and upgraded his bed. He's been doing amazingly well on this protocol. I didn't think it could get any better, but here I am. I think when it involves kids, it gets really kind of disturbing I mean, that's the part where I kind of go,. I mean, I understand if someone's going to go and do this themselves as adults, they make their own decisions, they do what they have to do. Ultimately I don't know, it just it's bothersome. It is Well I've got another video here You ready? Yeah. Let's make some happy juice. First, we're gonna start with our anentibiotics the gut. It has our preim probroiotic in it It is great for all gut digestive issues including anxious feelings because all anxious feelings start in the gut anxiety, if that is something you're dealing with, if you're struggling with You know, a lot of anxious feelings start by healing the gut The next product I'm going to add in This our mango happcky juice guys stuff is amazing It helps with mood, it helps with motivation, it helps with sererotonin and dopamine production. If you're somebody who struggles with weight loss resistance, cortisol issue, limmream mushroom helps with memory and focus. okay? That's why it is so amazing because it gives you that focused energy. Ad my water in It's weird that she made that out of a mason jar I think it's like a hunt thing. Is it? Yeah There was a lot of Mason jar stuff back in the day when people were mixing stuff. I think it's just I think it's just it's a trend, I guess. I thought Mason jars were like I had Mason jars when I got married like ye, thirteen years ago. It'd be funny if she was making it out of like those little things that you make Moscow mules out of I like a copper mug. Yeah. So first of all, again, with the anxiety, usually I don't think those anxious feelings come from my stomach. Usually they come from my head been anxious for something that was in my stomach. And that's basically how it goes. Oh no, I ate too much butter. Oh no. You are the kind of like CIA superagent Jason Born, you figure out where all the bathroom entrances are Right I don't know, mayaybe somebody can chime in like Does anxiety start in the gut? I don't believe it does One of the problems I have about having a kid product is that you turn your kid into the product Yeah And we've got some kids health laim videos coming up Yeah, this is the part that just really kind of leaves a bad taste in my mouth Kids Happy Juice is live and ready to buy. I'm so excited. The same type of happppy juice that I've been drinking for myself and been sharing about that helps me with my mood, with my focus my stress resilience all is ready and packaged and formulated for our kids now. Kids forore and up. it's going to help them with their focus, their homework, their study habits, handling their emotions getting along with siblings and friends and just being in a better mood. All these things that we want for our kids are now finally we're able to achieve through a probiotic Cortisol regulating drink that is truly amazing. It's gonna heal their gut. and help with their dopamine and serotonin and GAABA regulation and just make them overall a happier, more calm, more focused child for you. And you can lock in a price right now for twenty dollars off And if you do that before october thirty first, then the lifetime of you buying it, you will always get it at that sell price, which is amazing. So message me your questions, what your kids struggling with, and I will let you know if kids' happppy juice can help. I believe it can. Girl, blink twice if you're okay. Yeah, that's a lot. Wow. She's like I love happy Juice I've never been happier I mean, it seemed like she was being held prisoner and told to read cQ cards. That really was a weird proof of life video. we just. And these freaking claims like it'll help your kids with their homework I know. It's a math tutor now It's a math tutor. It helps with their piano. It'll help them get along with their siblings better. Wow. It's a conflict mediator too. Oh God, we should ship that over to the Middle East, right? Right? Ridiculous. Here's another kid's claim. This one is You know what? We'll talk about it when it's done ppy Wednesday with baby Pin Pina's going to share a story about her journey this week that's something that she noticed. I might be been hurting. And I've been having diarrhea so And I haven't been draking my happy juice Oh, so do you think that's part of the problem? Yes. Yeah. So she's been on the go with a Nemo production. It's been a little crazy this week as it's tech week. and she realized last night and Monday night that she's't been feeling well. And she has not been feeling well. She actually one night took Pepob Bismo And then I asked her last night, have you been taking your happy juice? And she said, No, Mom, I haven't. And I said, Well, your belly's not happy. So I think we need to get back to it. So she reminded me this morning that she needed to make it. So if your kids are struggling with going to the bathroom, having an upset stomach, this could be a solution Yuch. That little girl's like eight years old. Yeah, I don't like it when they're used as products Also, like that video is totally public. Obviously I was able to find it by searching like kids happappy Juice. And this little girl is like, I have diarrhea. I'm like, do you think she wants to see that and have the pee on the internet for the rest of her life? No, I mean, yeah, I get the probiotic thing. so maybe that kind of helps a little with that, but I don't understand the rest. It's just it's weird It's all just Ridiculous The FTC also alleges Amara made deceptive earnings claims about the money brand partners can make from selling the company's products Amari claims that anyone can join the company and earn specific stated amounts of income, such as five hundred dollars a month or supplement or replace their current income, even if they have neither MLM sales experience nor a large social media following So it was really easy for me to fight inome claims. Yeah, yeah I searched a Mar business opportunity like on social media, just in the search bar on both Facebook and TikTok because I think those are the two places where it's just it has the most reach. Also I metant all those MLM groups on Facebook. Yeah. And then on TikTok, I found out that Amar is actually in the TikTok shop. TkT shop. That seems to be a place for MLM. and from what I understood and you told me this, I believe MLMs are specifically prohibited Trump selling their wares on the TikTok shop Well, that was the case when the United States didn't own it. I don't know what the new rules are. Really? A lot of stuff has changed on TikTok, like a lot. Interesting Yeah. So I wouldn't be surprised if that rule was lifted or if it's still there like on paper, but they're not actually enforcing it because it's in the TikTok shop. Like so many MLMs are in the TikTok shop. We've got like Vita Davinaas in the TikTok shop. We've got Bomb partarty all over TikTok Now AR is in the TikTok shop as well. So let me ask you when you looked on the AR on the TikTok shop Was it like the same product with eighty people selling it? Was I? No, I didn't even look. I just saw that it said Amare shop. Oh real TikTok shop and had their logo. Oh, so it could be a company shop. It could be a company shop I don't know. peopleeople could be selling it live and they link it or I'm not really sure if like Amari has and now an affiliate tract that is like a TikTok shop thing. I'm not exactly sure. I didn't look into the business so much as I looked into the health and income claims go with this FTC allegation Just to bring receipts and prove that the FTC knows their shit and OMar is absolutely doing this. Yeah. So there's a couple federal agencies that you always have to listen to that you look at and you know, if they show up you're pretty much screwed A lot of the times it's groups like the FDC and I'll tell you another one that's pretty interesting if the US postal inspectors show up You're screwed. you're done. you're those guys Yeah, there they I think they have like a conviction rate of like ninety nine percent. It's ridiculous So some of these income claims I found in a group that I'm in that's like literally for parents that are looking for MLM opportunities And so I was like, that's the perfect one to go in. Amara is targeting parents because of the kids wellness line And I found so much stuff in this group that was not only just like Emmm concerning, but also like Woo, oh my gosh, are you okay concerning? Oh man. Which we'll get into. Yeah So this woman says, Hey friends. I'm a diamond leader with proven success at Amari Global, the mental wellness compomany. Drop a comment or shoot me a message and join the Amara crew and let's make some serious magic happen Let's do this. Well, those are like some serious income claims. Yeah, fifty thousand dollars a month, huh? Or five hundred, five hundred to fifty thousand. That's a pretty big range. That is, I mean I even feel like five hundred dollars is kind of high for what most people are making at Mari Global Yeah, I haven't seen what their disclosures are, but I bet five hundred might be a yearly rate.. I didn't look into the income disclosure, but I could. I could make a TikTok video on that. Yeah. I've made several of my TikTok videos and I think they're due. It's been five years. So let's listen to this video because I think it's very interesting. All right If you're looking for an additional stream of income invite you to check out Amari I am loving the business and I know that you will too. Check out the eighteen minute video here to find out more. So I went to that guy's profile page which just like, see what's up? And interestingly enough,'s like he's like a pastor here in San Diego at like a mega church. Nice. Yeah. But also that eighteen minute video, the link to it. Yeah, I'm waiting to watch it It's it doesn't exist anymore. Come on. The link is broken. And I had eighteen minutes to kill too I was super bummed because I was like, I bet there's some good stuff in here But it's gone Yeah but I do have this video and it's on TikTok And the funny thing is is this woman was talking about AmarA Global. Yeah. and somebody commented and said AmarA Global is an MLM I'd avoid anything with that business model And she made a reply video to that comment. Oo, let's see. Let's listen to her reply video These are my favorites. The reason being is I used to feel the same exact way and I totally understand how you feel I had been a part of many different companies before, been burned by all of them, never made money, lost a ton of money. The products didn't really work for me. I didn't like the skemmy scamminess of them So when I came across this company, it was out of a desperation for healing. I was not looking at the company at all But I decided because it was free at the time to upgrade, that I was just going to do that and maybe if it did work for me, two or three people might want to do it with me. That was it So tell me why this girl that hated network marketing thought it was all a scam. New for sure It wasn't going to work for me. I just wanted to try the products became the top recruiter in the entire company within my first not My husband and I were able to pick up and move from Michigan to North Carolina I lost eighty pounds. I healed my entire body, my nervous system deepression, anxiety, PCOS, acid reflux, GERD, the list goes on. My son went from non verbal to verbal using these products So all I do is share what they've done for me, my family and our health and my friends health And this is the first time I have ever worked with a business model. They're not all the same, by the way, with a business model where I actually made money just by being truthful and honest and not trying to go out and find all these people and scam people or tell people lies to pull them in or try to trick people. I don't have to do any of that because the products literally speak for themselves I just hear the truth So I get it I get feeling this way. I was there too It's twenty twenty three. And eggs cost six dollars So I am not going to ever look down on a mom that is being truthful and honest and finding a way to bring actual sustainable income to her family to help her husband and her kids. live a little bit better of a life. and buy all the eggs we want I alsoso want to add, I'm nowhere near the top of the company, right? That's the whye they tell you. You only make money when you're at the top of the company. I made fifty five thousand dollars last year I'm not even midlevel in the company I don't have a massive team of people working underneath of me It's me and a few people that band together. That's it And we have fun So I hope you have a good day So holy income claims, Batman. That's a that's a big income thing. And also I'm going to point out that No good decision comes out of desperation. I mean, I would say a lot of the times those are usually the worst decisions. Well, the whole entire video is her being like, I was in so many MLMs and I never made any money and none of the products ever worked. and they were the worst companies ever. and all I did was scam people, but this one's totally different. I'm not even scamming people. I'm not even having to scam people this time I just being honest and the product sell itself. The company's scamming people. I'm just there. I'm just a sales rep. R, if you don't believe me seell it to my North Carolina abode. It's just ridiculous. She's responding to somebody who's being like, Hey, MLMs are dangerous. And she's like, not this one girl. I finally found a good one. By the way, no shade on North Carolina. I love that state I've been to Wilmington, it was beautiful Yeah, yeah. That's where they filmed Dawson's Cree Really? Is that where you went there for? Well, I just happened to be and I like, Oh my Godd, Wildmington is was where film D' Strereek. This was back in like, two thousand two or something. So Wow. I never watched that show I mean, that makes sense. It's kind of like A your time. It is Okay, so A all of This, right? Yeah As I'm searching on TikTok. for Amar videos I came across the first video of me that we shared already. R and then I came across, This video That's a mark. which I think is just Such a good video People that follow me on TikTok know about this game called How many Clicks. This is a How many Clicks video. And it's me responding to a comment of a woman that responded to my first AMARA video that we already listened to and she said, I don't sell anything. I studied my natural nutrition over ten years ago and I learned about the gut brain access then. it's definitely not a new concept Right So you know me and my clap backs. Right So this is, again, one of those do your research. I just couldn't let it go And this video is literally from Donny, Donny three. Okay. a couple years ago, Three years ago. Yeah. Here's my clap back. It doesn't have to be a new concept for me to be upset about people preying on those that have vulnerabilities with gut health I myself included But the thing that really got me in this comment was the first sentence that says, I don't sell anything when I asked you what it is that you sold Now around these parts I sometimes play a game that my followers love called How many clicks, and we're going to play it now One and I'm an expert at this, so it's too. But for those that need reassurance Here's three. So I will answer my own question and say that you sell Amari. And when I say that MLM's core competency is deception This is what I'm talking about. B birurn I love that's my favorite part of TikTok is just owning the huns when they're like. And they say mmm so often, you know You drop some business terms today and you drop the core competency. That's right Sick. Yeah We also have this woman So I'm going to talk today about the EMari Global compomensation plan. and I've been in the industry of network marketing for fourteen years now and I tell you, I have never seen a company like this. I joined because of the products, which I think a lot of you if you've been in the industries and then you're like, wow, I want to share these with you products with my family and friends And then it ends up being a business. So for me, it kind of went that way as well. But when I got here, I realized This is very different from anything else I've ever been. I was with another company for ten years And there's so many things that are different here. And that I think when you're looking at a company you Absolutely have to love the products. No question, right? You have to be in love with the products You have to have had fantastic results, be inspired by the results that you're seeing with other people But the timing is so critically important as well. Is this timing right now What we offer in this company, the mental wellness company, is the timing right have to say Big, huge yes on that one Mental wellillness is huge. It's a focus big time right now. People are really struggling with stress, really just having a rough time in general. So these products absolutely are giving people their life back, giving them more stress resilience, better energy, better sleep. better hormone imbalance, better focus, I could go on And she does. She does. For a really long time, and I'm not gonna subject you to the whole thing because it's like so much. Talk amongst yourselves. Talk amongst yourselves. I also found this woman on TikTok who was really just like bringing the FOMo. I wanted to just really kind of drive this point home. Yeah We are about to change the If you haven't seen my last video, legit, go check that out Pronto, but we're about to make so much noise. We're gonna do something that has never been done before and legit. I feel like I was just handed a brand new business on a silver freaking bladder. As featured in Cosmopolitan, as featured in Tim, as featured in Goop, as featured in Alert, I could keep freaking going. This is a multim million dollar business That we are being handed. There are companies out there completely changing everything, cutting people's legs from under them, cutting paychecks, cutting commissions, going one hundred percent affiliate. and we are doing the exact opposite and creating so much more opportunity. In fourteen days, this is going to be released to the public and I'm telling you you do not want to miss it. If you're wondering what the products are and maybe you just want to order as a customer and you want me to tell you in fourteen days, comment customer. But if you're like, hey, I do not want to miss this wave. I want to get in before all the noise and the disruption, comment affiliate and let's chat Affiliate? Leggette. Affiliate, Affiliate Customer. And then There was this and this was this was a person that I saw posting in this group constantly about Aar over and over and over again. like every other post Was this person? Okay And I'm just gonna start off by saying like no judgment, but her name is a tragic D E I G H. Oh, is it? Yes. We had a gentle person's bet and I lost. You did. You thought she was from Utah. I did. And she is from Texas. She is But like every other post when I searched Dari in this Emily and Parents group was from this woman Everything, just recruiting. We've got a good deal. We've got this. Don't forget this sale, like just going hard for it. The earth is flat Well, I wanted to see because all of her posts were kind of old and I wanted to see if she was still with a Maring. And so I went to her page and I was shooket to my core. That's right. Hey, do your own research. was so embarrassed I really was. She just had some just really horrific posts. And again, it's Pride Month. So she had one post that was pinned. This was her pinned post.. This was like her whole mission statement for her whole page. R And I just felt like every post I read got worse and worse and worse and spoiler alert, she is no longer with Amara, but she is with Melaluca. Cool Right. So out of one frying pan and into another, also fun fact, my mega upline Yeah. She left Lula Row. Yeah. And she joined Meliluka. The one that's in the picture with me and Lula Rich, she left Lula Rowe. I mean, her husband always told me that if they left Lula Row, it would be because it was circling the drain. and I just think that's a really big sign. Ouch, yeah. There's a lot of Lula Row news coming up. We're gonna to have Becca come on and kind of fill us in on all of that. I don't think she's the canaryian in the goal mine I mean, I think we knew it was certain in the adrenal Yeah, but she kind of is the canary in the coal mine, at least for me. Be like I was like, oh my god, like she would she's a liver. like she would never, ever leave And they leftugh. Of. And they went to Meluca. Yuch. potato, potato so this was this this woman's post and again, this is like really like inconsequential, but it's just kind of like goes to show you the kind of people that you're taking medical advice from. Because this woman is like, oh my God, this is so great for all of your things and it'll heal all of your things. And then I went to her page and these were the things that she was spouting like with her full chest public for everybody to see. This one says I need to say something hard and I need you to hear my whole heart behind it. I talk a lot about sin, abortion, homosexuality, adultery, not because I think I'm better than anyone, not because I'm on a soap box, but because I don't agree with these things and I don't have to in order to still love people. I've seen a lot of comments like Jesus sent to love, don't judge, and if you don't have love, you're just a noisy symbol Listen, I'm all about love, but real love doesn't let people walk into destruction without a warning. And I was a girl, you are in an MLM. Yeah. What do you mean? Don't let people walk into destruction without a warning. Big glaring wan wan w red flags and sirens here. You're in an MLM, girl. Yeah, run Girl, are you in danger Jesus didn't say, Keep doing what you're doing. He said repent. That means turn around, change directions, stop. It's not easy, but it's worth it. And it just goes on and on and on's like a total diatribe. She says, so I will keep speaking on the hard things, so keep calling sin what it is, not out of hate, not out of pride but because I've been in it, I've justified it and I know what it costs. And I say the same. That's why I do this podcast 'cause I've been in it, I've seen it, I know what it can do, and that's why I help people get out of MLMs. So I just I thought this was kind of ironic that she was saying these things something like, She's so close. But then you go down to the post that was on the beginning of June here for Pride Month And she says, love is not love. We've become so obsessed with feelings that we've forgotten what love actually is. Love is not affirming everything. Love is not celebrating every desire. Love is not applauding behavior. God calls sin. If love means never confronting wrong, then parents don't love their children. pastors don't love their churches, and Jesus didn't love the people he called to repent. Love without truth is not love Lve does not rejoice in inequity, but rejoices in the truth. F Corinthians thirteen. So I was just like, girl Why are you so hateful Yeah. I mean, I don't think God has a stance on hom. I don't think so either. I think it's, you know, love is love. But it's an intentional choice to post that at the beginning of Pride mononth. Yeah. It's really intentional. and again Be as hateful as you want to be, like stay away from me, but like she's giving people medical and health advice on the internet Yeah, and she's spewing hate. And she's spewing hate. I mean, that's super annoying. She also has a post of the world Right. And it says, just zoom in here and show us this. and then it's a picture of a cruise ship that is upside down because clearly she doesn't understand what gravity is. Right. So she was zooming in on the southern hemisphere. Yeah. Be she thinks the Earth is flat It's a firmament And then she asks, Okay, do you believe the earth is round or flat? No judgment. Why do you believe the way you do? I amm curious. I believe it is flat because the Bible says so. So my only response to this is Science And that would beZ end. Someone says, I believe it's round and not at all flat considering the shapes of the sun, the moon, and other planets. And I also believe that the scriptures they use to support a flat earth are those who are misunderstanding scripture and taking them out of context which is regularly done every day. My spirit tells me when I read these scriptures that it's round And she says, that's interesting. I don't know of any scriptures that mention I don't think they solve any of those debates. Again,' I'm Catholic, so I don't know a whole lot of scriptures. I know like one. I'm going to call out Kelly right now and I'm going to ask her to send me scriptures that mention the earth being flat and or round because I'm very curious. What the Bible has to say about flat earthers. Someone said a circle is round, but it doesn't mean that it can't be flat Ever played a record or ate off a paper plate? O, snap. that is logic. I cannot argue with. Cnot. Another person said it's flat according to Genesis one Also, she makes this claim many pilots have said it's flag. And I just feel like that's not even close to being true I've flown a lot. I've flown around this world and I gotta tell you, I disagree with that. She She agrees with her, though. Someone said I believe there's a firament above, whether it's completely flat or sphere, I don't know And I just say what? don we Do you mean Yeah. I just I just don't I just don't understand how Anti intellectualism has come into the chat and like taken over And then like people can literally watch a video and say, he didn't say that. and then I can be like No, he did. Here's a video of him saying that. and then they respond and go, well, that's TMZ. I don't think that's a source. And I go, no, it's literally Vanilla I saying it. It's literally him. There's I still didn't believe it. Yeah. Here's the Vanilla I' com. I promise. I'm still upset. I know. I guess I'm not upset because like obviously I won that argument, but like I'm just so confused how somebody could be just dig their heels in and just honestly just defend Vanilla Ice the way she did. just I didn't know Vanilla Ice had such fervent fans until I made that video. Here's the thing, I'm kind of more of a fan of Vanilla Ice right now because I had a newfound respect for him Because literally, if you watch the video, He'd basically perform for anyone who pays him. And I think that is Refreshingly honest. It really is. Well, then I've got good news about pit buull for you. I found out about Katie Perry. Now Pitbull and then The Hunbach says
