I think that actually Rhode Island just wrapped up last night and I think it was had I'm going to say next to Atlanta, the best freshman reunion of all time. Yeah. Atlanta is Iconic, it made the reunions what we know today, right? Like don't cross your legs to marry Men. That was my first reunion. you know? Did she call out Wig? was Wig in that one? It may have been. I think that's when do you remember like Lisa Wu like stood up and it like was headlines like she stood up from the couch. We're all like, Oh my God, did you see that she stood up? And like now it's like everyone has to walk off But this reunion was great. I was just kind of like I'm like, that's gonna like get me through this week. I low key like the valley The valley is so toxic and dark and people are hating on it, but I kind of am enjoying it. I like it too. People we haven't really covered it on here. Of course, we've been doing a lot of summer house work, but now that we're coming back into the recaps, we haven't I'm still enjoying the show. Yeah. I actually don't think it's that dark Yeah, I think it's just like a reflection of just like miserable people have past their prime. And I think that's okay. Well yeah. I think we're so used to like these very fun sunny shows like Summer House that like when we we go to the valley and we watch these people just barely like white knuckling it just to get to Michael's, it's just like, I don't know. L I think that's kind of funny. Like I feel bad because everyone's like, Ohh my god, the bally is so dark. This is like not fun to watch. And I'm like watching every episode and chuckling. I'm sorry, I am. What Jax was dark, right? Jax was dark. That was a different level and things we didn't even know that were happening. Yeah. What we're watching now is reality. Yeah. You're seeing a bickering couple who's trying to put on a good face, but like obviously like the cracks. there are a lot of cracks. You know, like things are starting to burst through the seams because there's a tight lid on that. That's a reality. We all know that one couple who tries to pretend like everything is okay, but it's like that not everything is perfect. Yeah, and that's what I like about the show. We're watching Kristen dealing with postpartum. It's real. I think it's like very real. Like you know it's I think that maybe sometimes viewers don't want to be around like certain real tension. It's like not the escapism that they want. but like I don't really have that in my life, you know, thank God, knock on wood. so for me I'm not it's not it's not like getting it's not hing close for me. Yeah. So for me, I'm just like watching these arguments and I will always take a reality show that has interactions that are rooted in real shit. Yeah over something that's manufactured, like over like, you know, like, oh, let's do like a beauty pageant where you dress up the guys. admittedly that they did that on the valley.. But it also brought out some real shit. But like we know the stuff that's manufactured. That's why a show like McBe Dynasty for me is is the only thing on Bravo right now that's like an outright like flop because it's all just so manufactured, even though they're dealing with real stuff on that show, but like the valley is giving us like real interactions and real pressures. And we all know what it's like to be friends with a bickering couple and what do you do? What do you say? How do you react? or you feel like they're putting on a facade? So I'm like down with the valley ob. Yeah. And to your point with that A lot of times you look away, you're like, that's not our business. We don't want to get involved. And then an outsider comes in and's like, What the fuck is that? Wh is Lala, which is which is real. Yeah's actually Lala's been really good on the show. Yeah. I was anti it. I was anti. I thought it was going to be typical Lala where she was going to come on and just sort of have some sort of storyline to bring the attention towards her. But I think she's come in and done like a great job. Tom Schwartz That's just a vessel, an empty vessel of a human just taking up space on that show. I'm sorry to say. The only thing that's changing is his hair every episode, and I still have no idea what's going on. Is it just like a flex? like I'm over forty and I have enough hair to make it spiky? Because I don't understand what's happening with it. But does he? It's not the same. It's not what it was before. and I'm like not understanding it I have a big He's a nice guy. I believe he's the nicest guy. but the The gee golly shocks I'm just like we're over it. I'm so over it, especially on a show that is like so dark and people are having all these interactions, then he'll be like, Oh, gosh, o I feel really bad about that. I'm like, we cannot do like a leave it to Beaver moment in the middle of this. It's the sceno night guys. Should I do like get it together? G're the adults. Grow up It's the valley That's what we start saying Grow up It's the valley. It's like a Chinatown. Yeah. It's like. Jake, it's Chinatown. That's so funny. But do think I think the valley is like way better than people are maybe giving me a credit for this season. I think so too. Also I'll say I don't watch McB Dynasty, so I guess it would be the thing that I'm hating. However, it's interesting that you talk about it being produced because Next Gen just premiered. Yes. and I would consider that a more produced show than the other ones, but it works. It works. Because Gin Z It's very produced. Yeah. and it's like, I don't know, I think that they're like more inherently interesting characters or it's like they're like, I don't know, you know what it is? because their squabbles are so so petty and so like They're so small that it's actually like funny. Like the fact that we had a whole fight last year where like Georgia had taken Charlie's Bluetooth speakers. Yeah. And like that was a real issue. That you end up screaming at her. And it was so funny because the stakes were so low, but also weirdly relatable Like, how many times have you like lent that thing to a friend and they haven't given it back yet. like, what is wrong with you? Is that how you react? I am the reason you are here. I wish. That's how I react internally. I basically to have like a shower and I'll be like, next time I see them, I'm gonna tell them. I'm a friend, and I gave that to you and then I see them they're like, oh I still don't have it. I go, Oh, my Godd, that'stally Okay. Take the time. Take the time. And I'm just like in the inside, I'm like boiling You're practicing how're gonna do it the next time and still only to fail again. Yeah. I yeah, I'm with you. there is something that feels the production of Gin Z next gen, G Z, next G Z. I always mess this up just feels right. I like seeing their text messages. I like the bubble. I like It works in a way that Calabas's confidential didn't quite land the same for me. Yeah. And you're right, they're very interesting, but you know they're also interesting because a lot of their parents are interesting. I think knowing that they, some of them are a second generation of other people we're familiar with and we're closer and age to also makes them interesting which is why that's so dynamic is really Gan. And on the shows that their parents were on They were also so dull. Bea if like almost to a te, every like child of a real housewife is almost like like a like a robot or something like that like hi, how's it going? what's I mean like what's going on in there? But like But now that the now that they have like the spotlight, they can like their personality you know. But also I feel like Given that all these shows have a certain degree of like producing and like scripting, I don't want to see the ses Yeah. And I feel like with McB Dynasty I always see the seams. And people think I hate on McB Dynasty because It's about like right wing Cowboys in the Zorg. Did that come out? It's not like a spokeen me, but they're like they are. I was some of your favorite housewives? I know, that's what I was gonna say. It's everywhere. likeike it's not it's not that It's that I think the show is is like a poorly made show. And I feel like it's beneath the Bravo brand. And I'm like protective of the Bravo brand. If the Bravo brand go downhill, watch what crappits is going go downhill. I can No that good for you. I will I will take the show to task until it gets until They put the effort behind it to make it a bravo show and not a USA A andE history channel Nat Go show. then you know, then I will change my tune. But for right now It's that scripted. When you say USA, I really know nothing about them except maybe somebody's involved with a jail. Theres's they have building blocks for a great show. They have a dad who's embroiled in a financial scandal. He has like two crazy Russian ladies who are fighting over him. like enough said, right? Where is it Um, Missouri. Okay. Yeah Okay, but it's just it's like a really bad show. and I just think that like Bravo should just It should not be like no there's no reason why Ladies of London is not on the air L did you saw what the rumor was? I saw that rumor omer Romer Mill report It makes sense. Yeah. Be what was her name Margot. Margot got She either got a really bad edit or she looked bad Either way she looks bad. Yes. Like An sounds, she looks really bad. And it just kept getting worse and worse. Almost to the point where it wass like, how are you not understanding how bad this looks? And allegedly, allegedly, allegedly, allegedly, look at every camera Yeah Her family is threatened to sue Right, the basically this like random guy random British guy went onto social media last week is like guess what I heard. The real reason why L' Lotin is getting canceered is because Marga is suing the network. And God, I wish I could do reax. It was just like that. And he that's what he is alleging. And he said that like also like her Instagram has or he didn't say it. someone else was like, I just went to her Instagram completely deactivated. So she like has suddenly disappeared I don't know the veracity of it, but I would not be surprised. I would not be surprised. And I kind of feel like the fact that it's been a few days now and she has not like publicly refuted it being like guys, Yeah. That'd be crazy. This is my meal takea two. Why would I ever do that? Yeah It makes it seem more and more like it might be the truth. Everybody should stand up for themselves. and if they feel like they were wronged, they absolutely should, you know fight against that. Yes. But this trend of alleged lawsuits and some actualized, it's gotta stop. You can't sue everyone that you're unhappy with and that goes for reality TV all the way up to the tippy top of our entire country, I would say. Yeah Let's keep it moving. Okay Really quickly, we're not going to spend too much time on it because we are coming out of our We'll call it summer Hayayse. Smmer House Hays But we haven't really talked about the whiteboard, and that's partly because I don't think I finished it. I got lost somewhere in it. I definitely started it. I didn't finish it. I pressed play. I started watching some of it. and then I saw the video that I was looking at was like thirteen minutes long. Should have done that. And I was like, as a viewer of nextext genen, New York City, I basically view myself as a Gen Zer now. and so I have a genen Z attention span. If we don't get to the nuts and bolts of this thing within forty five seconds, I'm moving on. and just was going on for so long And it was amusing. It was like, I mean, the whole thing with the whiteboard is funny because it's basically likees, I like like, you know, it's like like outsiders like demystifying Bravo for this guy who just found himself on Bravo What I didn't like was First of all, they were kind of like going over stuff that we've all been going over so much. and a little bit late to the party And I felt like even though yes, they're giving West shit This is actually ultimately just like really good PR for him because it shows him as like, I'm a cool guy. I'm chill. I can Did you walk away feeling he was a cool guy Well, I refuseed to let myself get sucked into that. Yeah because I felt like ultimately that was the vibe that they were that was going for. It's like, yeah, okay, I'll take my licks. I'll be funny. I'm with these cool bros. I'm a cool guy also. Don't you just like want to hang out with me now? And then slowly people be like, you know what that guy? like, yeah, he messed up, but he's actually like really funny. anybody. That is going be the takeaway. And I was like, I'm not gonna I'm just not gonna like I'm not going to go down that path. People will move past it. L it's very important that you listen to what Ben just said. Thank you. And M for all points in life. Thank you. There will be this is like the beginning of it. Yes. You will soften up You'll be like, it's not that big of a deal. There probably will not, I cannot imagine we get a third bravo scandal like this or a Netflix from another network, but you will soften, you will say, well, they've moved on, they're separated. They're together. Kyle seems happy, Sierra seems happy. L we should just move past it. And I would love to catch up on their lives and see where they are either individually or together. It's bound to happen. It's human nature It's within us Turn the corner very, very quickly. The news cycle spins rapidly. It gets faster and faster and faster. Yeah. The thing that bothered me, I think I saw most of it But the thing that bothered me was When he makes the comment of like, people really think I'm like really calculated the guy's like, yeah, you're not that sm. He's like I'm not, I didn't really think of it that way. I have a hard time believing that I don't think you're as smart as you think you are. That's a correct statement But I do think you saw it Some of it was strategic. And just like And towards the end of this on his podcast, he makes a comment of I'm not going to be on this season, leaving the door open for more. And I think that Again, that's strategic. I think I'm talking about his podcast in the way he's strategic. And I think Even him going on the whiteboard show. That is inherently strategic. strategic. And it also to me is super arrogant. I find it like, I don't have to sit on your reunion couch and give you what you want. I don't have to give Sierra and the respect and the answers that they want. I can just sit here and he basically said what I had said before that he's his strategy, again, his strategy was to go in there notot defend it, just to accept it apologize and move on. Then he does the sit down with Kyle. manag to sit down with Lis Lindsy and again, he gives nothing can if he wants to. and that's what he's doing on his podcast. That's what he's doing with the white with the whiteboard from the White booys Whiteboard. That's what he's doing with that too. And hundredcent arrogance in that. And I don't like it. I don't like it either. and you don't have to be like a strategic mastermind to to we're not saying he's necessarily a genius, but he is someone who's thinking about his future and his career and his image at all times. And a lot of people do. There's actually nothing inherently too wrong about that, except unless it gets in the way of like your real relationships, which it did. But that was my first thought was how He was so close off at the reunion And then even in the aftermath, he was like faux open. It was just like a lot of stuttering, a lot of like, u, well, I think that like I just just staring down in front of him But he gets ono his own podcast. It's a whole different person. Yeah. He is speaking with authority. There are no stammers, there's no stutters. He's speaking actually with almost like what I detected or I perceived, maybe I prootjected it But I felt actually like a tone of cruelty I felt like he spoke in a very dismissive way. knowo it Well there was the clip where he was talking about like, I hope the Kicks lose, that way there's a game six and that way it goes up against the thing. I wasn't offended by that comment. It's just a stupid thing. But what offended me was like he had like a real anger That was there when he was saying it, he was like, oh God, I hope they fucking lose out. And I was like, o, where's this West? Yeah. We've never seen this West before. And if you're feeling this way, why didn't you express this on the reunion? This is your moment to show the real you and say this is who I am. And if you are feeling angry, stand in your anger and be like, I really dig this woman and I feel like this is not fair that I'm getting all this shit. I'm sorry I didn't work out for all of you guys But I like her, but he didn't do that. So What I'm getting from him is kind of like a duplicity here. and that's what we're all wish they've called out And that is what we were all like hitting up against because it's like, what west are we going to get any given day? Yeah. know No, it's so true. I didn't like that statement either and I felt like She believed he had so much influence that by making that comment, that people would actually not watch the show. And I was just I'm like, whoo do you think you are? but I'm so glad you pointed on to the cruelty and how dismissive he is when he's on his podcast and how he And he might speak too or speak Yeahah, or speaks around Even at the reunion when he was speaking, like when he makes that comment, which I feelelt like I didn't talk about enough of when he's like, you know Siera does this. she does this to get under your skin. It's like also leads to some of the things that I think they've been debunked, but or he's said that they're not true off Lindsey being like he was trying to push us out And so he could get his people in. And it makes me think of to quote the great Sianna Taylor who made this comment at the BET awwards Y success doesn't have to cost other people theirs. That's right. in order for you to be successful. And I feel like In some ways he tried to play that game, tried to paint people a certain way, tried to play into certain negative stereotypes about certain people in order for people to feel sorry for him and to be a victim. And at the end of the day It's cost him all of that. And I do could see him on a future Bravo show, even if it's theark show. but he'll never be what he could have been in my opinion. Well, I think the thing is that we as viewers do not really like in authentic people. And what we saw in this last season of Summer House is we saw him getting upset about Jesse wanting to kiss Sierra And then he instead of just telling Jesse, actually that's really not cool, he instead and goes sort of murmurs to other people around the house. He tells Lindsey, Lindsey takes it, you know, and runs with it, explodes everywhere, and has all these other people do the things for him Yeah. And it's like this kind of Iago vibe of someone who is just sort of like an underminer, it's not someone who'd be upfront with you. And we really as like a society We really treasure people who are going to be upfront And like say things to your face. I say this as a podcast who talks shit all the time behind many celebrities' backs, but that's okay. I never said I was ay. I was not a. I'm a hero But that's why Like that that like layer is there And then the moment Like he gets by with it because he's like, charming and sweet and fun.'s like o, he's just like sweet he doesn' know how to express himself. But the moment he does like now've he's been exposed, unmasked. like, oh, actually that behavior is like is symptomatic of a larger issue with him, which he is He's non confrontational and then kind of like mas and undermining behind her back. You know, And even on one of the clips I saw from the Whiteboard, he was talking about Sierra and he talked about her in this really dismissive mean way, he said something he was talking about, if I remember correctly, he was saying like, yeah, I mean, like we had like one conversation for like a year and hf like not talking and like I kissed girl once and then of a sudden it was like, oh my god, what're gonna? He was kind like, Oh my god, like coo crazy pants was like vbe. Yeah. I was like sir. Nah, you were up in her status text messages and promise in twenty twenty six. so stop. there are receipts. But by the way, he will one hundred percent be back on TV because what's going to happen is This season of Smmer House is only okay. This is the viewers will say Yeah, like it's kind of a dud now. like Wes was like really bad, but he was a really good villain or I kind of miss him. He was charming and like really at the end of the day, wasn't an affair. He just followed his heart. likeike it's like that That tide will turn everyone everyveryone comes back. Yeah, I agree. And I think that yeah, like if the Phedas can come back the Nini Leaks can come back all come back. They can for sure, especially if Sierra decides not to come back after this season And then Kyle and Lindseay move on. They've already said that this last season was supposed to be their last there. So yeah, we'll see more. it's not the last one because he is Despite everything, he is crazy charismatic K's al TV He's good TV. He's good TV for sure. for sure. He had like, Meghan King Edmunds. Yeah. Now Ava Dash There was Sally There Sally is next going to be just like Peggy Tannis from Orange County or Oh my God. See No. My biggest thing with this is step outside of the Braville universe. I know you have been kissing other people at your shows. We've seen that. We've seen you walk away with women that we are not familiar with because they're not in the Braville world. That's great. It's what we do as poss. I feel like they're very much about like these are my boundaries and like I need to have my rest or whatever or like this is this is as much as like, I can do. I'm not going party and I based that off of just seeing random reality shows Yeah. but I also feel like goingo through COVID I think there were a lot of like young people who didn't really like learn certain things Like partying. Yes accusing them of verbal and physical abuse during a confrontation that took place earlier this month on june third I'm going to try to read through this quickly. He wrote a lengthy declaration to the court where he accused the dad of attacking him. He alleged that Victoria struck him in the face during a he of conf confrontation over whether she was recording him without permission. I feel like there were rumors before that they had kind of like Maybe there was some hitting or something going on, but now he has taken it to the court And he's seeking a restraining order against the dad based on the verbal and physical abuse he has perpetrated against me, the most recent incident being on june third. He says, wherein he grabbed me and restrained me, chased me into the bedroom and punched a twelve inch hole in my spare bedroom door where I was barricading myself. He said he's afraid of the dad and his ex girlfriend and requests the court's protection Per Tom, the dad put his face in the hole of the door and smiled telling him, I will fuck you up funny. Fuck me up. Destroy me. He said. He said he's going fuck him up, destroy him, and he called him a motherfucker. It's kind of too detailed to be fake But can you see the visual? Well, I don't know if you've seen it. There is a security camer video. Yes. doesn't it's more of Tom looking more of the aggressor. Right. So of that video, he's like going off on the girl.'s like. I don't know, he's like talking about something another. He's really upset And then at some point starts going like, Are you recording me? Are you recording me? He's like, really upset, evenven though it's being recorded by like a ring cam or something He gets like into her face And it all happened so quickly and I had no idea what was going gonna happen next. I wasn't looking for details. And the dad kind of gets up to pull him away from his daughter. I don't know if Victoria hit him or whatever. Tom pushes the dad into a lit fire pit. And the guy's like rolling around the fire pit and then the guy basically like charges at Tom and it goes inside. I don't know happens after that, but like You did Throw someone into a fire pit. Push You know, I'm not saying any violence is good violence. like I'm not justifying violence Not saying it's good that There was a whole punched or kicked into a door or whatever. But like it's funny that Tom leaves out the part where he threw someone into a fire pit and then' like, he charged at me. I was like A you threw him into a fire pit while he's protecting his daughter. I mean, I don't know the details, but This is like the sad path. This is like the sad post fame path that people go down Yeah, I mean, we're definitely on the other side of it with Tom because and even so, when I watched the video, it looked, not that he's pushed the dad into a fire pit before, but the arguing, it didn't look like this is a first time. It meant like it looked like this is what they do. They were the Victorian and her Dad were sitting in chairs, sitting looking at him responding And Tom is standing. he's pacing, He's doing that thing where he puts his arm out. He's like, but I don't even know what he's saying. I can tell the vein is popping out. But he is on like a ten Yeah and they are much calmer. I'm not saying that they're just like blise. but like he is up there, he's pacing and he's moving. And you've got these two just sitting in chairs saying maybe they're egging them on, whatever. But he just seemed out of alignment with what the tone of their conversation was. Yeah, it doesn't look good. This isn't good for anybody involved. And also when I say Tom's on the other side, it's like You survived Scandval kind of. Yeah. You just got the news that you and Ariana finally settled whatever it was with the house. Yeah. You've been on every reality TV show you can possibly be on at this point. There really isn't any more space for you in this industry. But also like after traitors, people started looking at him more warmly again. which is what's gonna to happen with Wes. I don how bad Scandaval was. Yep. See, if if he could come back from Scandaval then like West for sure will come. And and we keep saying he's on you said TV. I said Bravo, but you're right. It's like West might be on traitors. West might be on special forces. forces. So Whiteboard guysy said that. There's Mas singer There's so many things out there that he could be on now. He will like he could honestly, like I could I could see him showing up on a million different things. I think he will also do a tour of duty with like Theo Vugh and Joe Rogan. I think he'll go down the entire Manisphere path. I think that's in his path. I think that's definitely in whichich is rich because remember he used to put out those videos where he was like So liberal Yes because again, because the ladies were like, look at West West stands for women. West this. It's like not if you you like hit your wagon to the Joe Rogan. But once you get cancellled, we all know what we all know the path of these of these guys once they get canceled White men. Nobody likes you I mean, its it's a bad track record with this guy It's got to be a common denominor a certain point, yeah, like it's But also like I will, I'm never going to blame the girl, but part of me thinks like, Pretty well documented Victoria A lot of this is on like is Yeah. I mean, his ding profile was pretty out there. L like I'm not saying she deserve anything. I'm saying like people be smart about the choices you make when when you start dating people. Well, I think I remember when they started dating and I think people were kind of like, yeah, she's doing, she wants to attach herself to him. I mean, at the time, he was on all these reality shows. he's singing on He's very tra. AGT. I've not seen that I've not seen that yeah Full disclure, I know Tom S ofall And he's always been very he's always like very sweet and very charming, but it's all reason. I'm not saying like this is not an. You're just saying you can see how people like I can see how people could become like lurred in byi it, you know U because like we talk to him, he makes you kind of he gives you that kind of attention that you're like the only person in the room, you know? That is a skill. That's a huge skill The attention I give people is that I guess there's other people to talk to in the room. You don't do that. I've never seen that for you. I feelt like I'm a person who makes you feel like like I'm very tuned in.ike so are you. You are not I try to be disarming. You Yeahah, yeah. I can. I've seen you in the throwes of Bravo Kan and I felt like you were paying attention to me. Yeah, well of course, how could I, especially You made me feel like you were paying attention to me. Look at us. we paid attention to each other. Look at us. Just two regular Thompson. two very charming. Making you feel sae. Two narcissists who found each other. Don't you have to have a little bit of those traits to be on a microphone. I say this do camera. You think what you say is so important to people like a little trait here be like, this is another thing about Jen Z that I figured out But I mean, you do. But I also think it's like if I've always wanted to like put my voice out there for. And I think that just like if you ever feel kind of stymied in other places of your life, you get drawn to these things that let you get your voice out there. if that's something that's a desire for you. And so podcasting You know you're passionate about it.s There's a purpose for you. Yes. And to further refute that, I think that when because we were talking about this, we were having dinner guys. We had a little dinner. I am you were talking about your Bravocon experience and just the reception that you were getting, you didn't walk in thinking you were deserving of it all. But for me, it's when people say that they've like read my newsletter or watch my board game video because the thing is like Watch what Crappens for me is like the bachelorette for you. Like that's like the big thing. It's a huge deal. And so like when someone like es does like the deep dive, It goes like that extra does the extra legw and then they've like, oh yeah, like I subscribeed to your YouTube channel. I'm like, than you. It's been kind of like, okay, we're kind of like manufacturing some stuff to get some squabbles to get us through episodes But Kay has been, you know, she's got beeats with people left and right and like they They're kind of eat these hilarious paranoia fueled beefs. Exactly. But I kind of like it. Butike did you watch Lev and hip hop So I can tell that she still has trauma from L Hip hop. I mean, she comes in saying, I don't have friends of Atlanta. I'm still traumatized from the last time. You know, I was around a group of women in Atlanta. And you know, she's come back, she's married, you know, she's working in a whole new genre. Yeah. And she's presenting to us that she's a changed woman and we realizeed, no, there's some unhealed And I don't mean to, I'm not poking fun of like her actual wounds that she has. but like there are there's like something internally that she's still grappling with. And I think that's where her paranoia comes and I don't even think you have to have watched love and hip hop to realize that There's something else going on. one hundred percent. And you know, when she came on and she was like, I don't like these TV shows or like groups of women are so hard. And so at first I was like This is a new kind of like trauma card to play on Bravo, which is I've been on reality shows before. And so like that's my trauma that I bring to the show Actually it really is because I think what she's been trying to do is cut off storylines at the past. She's like, Oh, I know what they're going to do in this situation. I've been down this path for. This is what they're going to try to do. This is what they're going to try to turn on me and I'm not going to even allow it But the thing is she's doing it like, she's cutting out the storylines so far ahead of the pass.es. that people haven't even reached the pass yet Like she's trying to like cut off something that she thinks Drew Sidore iss coming up with, but Drew haven't even thought of it. Like Dre like Drew's not thinking seven steps ahead. No, she's not. Drew is really liable this season. Yeah, my opinion. I think Drew has really come into her own as a housewife because she has that special thing, which is that She seems to lie about half the time. and she's also a bit deluded And she also gets messy. And like you need that mixture of like delusion and messiness to really be a good housewife And she's just sort of she just does it. like No Ralph I think that was contributing to a lot of that we saw Eactly. That one season, I think it was their third season where they were trying to convince us that actually everything was fine now and they were doing some sort of like some sort of like dog and pony show, like and he had his little keyboard out there and he reminded me of like the Muppets and he was like And she was singing and I was like, what is this silly this? And then by the end of the season, I think they were actually full on divorced. But like, you know, because he has that big cheesy smile and he's going like this. have that's gotta be a meme somewhere. I'm gonna to have to look that I vaguely In my mind, he had like a full on proper like Yamaha, like a good one. But in my mind, it was like a little casio keyboard, like that I have when I was in fifth grade. like Who are you? You know he tried to give her advice on her career. I remember the scene. I just don't remember it as in detail as you, and now I'm so curious to go back and watch it I think actually like between Ralph and Dennis, I think they've been somewh of like the Achilles heels for Portia and Drew in terms of like getting into those characters because I felt like everything with with Ralph was fakery. It was all to try to like present an image. They thoughtought. it wasn't like like, oh, we're happy all the time, but there was a lot of fakey there for sure. And I kind of feel like a lot of stuff with Porte Dennis is like It feels tiring to me and tiresome because I feel like when Dennis comes on, I feel like they're doing like They're doing like a skit. Porsia still really is likeike really thought Dennis was the guy And Dennis just wasn't ready for that level of commitment. And I think he He plays with her feelings in some of that. I think she's moved on, but When she gives the ring back to her, that's when I was like, o There's still some unresolved things here for you. And it was just so dirty and yeah yeah, I think he plays with her in a way where he play he knows how to push her buttons and play with her emotions. Yeah. And ye that would explain why as someone who is has hot doog restaurants, he then became a music producer for Drusador Apparently people said it was good. I didn't I haven't listed, but yes, you know. Okay. Yeah I haven't Drew is talented. Drew is talented. Drew has legit talented. Yeah so yeah. can't sh that. I mean, Kay Michell's I mean, if you're saying better singers, Camich's a better singer. But Drew does more, I think across Yeah, what she didn't or it was legitimate. It very good. Yeah. And she acts too and she's been in the business longer than Kay Michelle has. but inacting. I think. Kay Michelle though, sitting next to Andy, and I'm trying to think of this. other than Garcelle, and Garcelle did not sit next to Andy in Beverly Hills Who's a housewife that came in Already, like, yes, there was Eileen, but soap operas, no disrespect Who came in with like An reality show, and a big name.. Like I know that she might not be as big of a name to maybe people who are watching Bravo, but she is in the culture. Yes. And so Part of it just makes me wonder, is she also there because she's Kay Michelle I'm trying to think of like the other Like other sort of like quote unquote celebrities that they came in. I don't think like Lisa Rinna Becauseuse who else would get the seat next to Andy I think this season Obviously Porsia, Portia just gets an auto seat I'm just now mentally going through. like there could have been an argument for like Angela because she's so popular Um, But the thing is that you know, they're also gonna put someone opposite Porsia that she maybe has the biggest beef with, so that would maybe be Kay Michelle. Thatakes sense That makes sense. I think also I do think that Kay Michelle is Like on that side was it? Cay Michelle who's next to Kichell Cay Michelle, Kelly, Shamia. Kelly couldot be for seat. No No, no, no. Kelly's been in a bunch of like shit and she's feuded with Porsia, but she does not have like the gravitas to be firstseed. No. Shama That was last time. Shimia was last time and Shimia is like, findindsh me kind of annoying this season. like I really liked her a lot last season and I was even on her side. This season I feel like, she's giving me like Anne Hathaway vibes. Did haveave you seen Sunday's episode Not Anne Hathaway. This episode made me feel for Shimyia because of the stuff that Angela was concocting It is It's so anti the Angela I like I know was so bad. This was a bad week for Angela and we'll talk about it on Friday but this was bad. I decided to give her a pass. It makes me question everything because similar to in Rhode Island I saw somebody say, Joellan has all the evidence for Rula, but no But Kelsey has no evidence for Rosie, which is very telling And when I look at this, I'm like, you have been coming at Shemia. you have huge accusations about Shamemia. And here was an opportunity where you're like, you did make it seem like you talked to this person that was involved. And then Shamas shows the text messages where she's like, she is making that up. She has it out against you And the answer's like, yeah, no, she didn't say that. I just that's what I feel. So it's like, have you been doing this? Is that the So has she been with the Hawks players Has she been with the Falcons? now I don't know. You know I guess the reason why it didn't bother me as much as other people is that I never lent any credence to any of it like this entire time. So when they were talking at the Kabab place And they're like, well, I've seen you. Well, I've seen you out. To me it was just like, it was just shit talking. And it was like, let me just grasp at something and throw it out there. It did seem like stors are big I know affairs were big, but I also feel like I mean, people are throwing around affairs all this entire season You know? And so it's just sort of like you to me, I'm sort of like numb to the accusations at this point. Yeah. You know, people and people Atlanta' had a history of that like there was we even saw a clip going all the way back to the Kenya more days where she's coming at Paedra for. you have Paedra who famously went for candy. Like people have thrown false allegations about So much that to me, I'm just like a I'm like a jaded Gen Zer who's seen it all at a young age. And so I just it's like I was like, okay, it's like another like allegation that we know is probably not true. I'm not saying what you're saying is wrong. I get like an allegation about a relationship is real. But Angel was messy on this one. I was going to say why it feels a little bit more believable with Shamia is we don't see her relationship on camera, where with some of these other people, you at least saw their significant other. And I get it, he doesn't want to film, and you know, he's very successful, he's above it. It all makes sense When I do see them together s there doesn't seem to be chemistry, any interaction. He doesn't come to parties or events with her or at least on camera. So it is easy. And then it seems like he came out of notees. rememember we've been watching Shamia has a friend up for a while. For years. And she has a good time and he just seems to be the complete opposite of that, which again, opposites attract, but it's kind of like, Well, maybe They're open? Mbe There's it felt believable and I guess I just kind of trusted Angela, which was my fault. No, I mean, the thing is this if you are if you If you are sleeping with someone from the Hawks or the Falcons thenen why are you also sleeping with George with the green beard? Let's be honest th. Now that's that there's the real quest I forgot about. Like like we're not we're not going we're not going from, you know top of the charts here. toase of number one. George with the Green Bard, like if you have If you have like You know, good an Atlanta falcon You're not be like, guuess what? This has been great I like the guy with a green beard who does injury lvel Be he donated money to a cause. that was crazy what Angela was said. Like ' like it's so bad for her this way. If he said if he said to her Well she looks so good, I had to give her money. That doesn't mean he paid for sex. That meant he was making a joke like, well, of course I had to do it. It's just so gorgeous. Of course I open up my, you know, like So the fact that she was such a literalist about that and then like applied all this other stuff to, I was like, Angela. It's so And then on watch what happappens liive This past week, she says that she has vacation with Shamia and seen her with and so I don't know if that has happened post this filming or before I hope not before because she's like, oh, I've seen Chhemya with her husband They have a lot of chemistry in a real relationship, and it's like, then you did this orr did you do this and now you've seen it. because then she goes, can't wait for you guys to see the reunion. So maybe this is all happen after and they've developed something, but I don't know I've always felt like Angela was like a little slippery, but this was I enjoy her so much that I'm like not I'm just like, okay. This was not your this is not your best shading No of all time. But like hopefully you can get back on the horse. You know, I feel bad for Shamia. And I always actually do feel bad because I've been going in on her a lot recently because I do find her like very annoying. I think she's like very performative with her inter. And it's like it's so over the top. It really is like drrama club. Like she's like the kid and's like trying to get to go see her and Brigadon. And I'm like, I just It's like so annoying, but the truth is that it's probably covering up sadness, you know? She probably doesn't get to do that at home. She Exactly probably like feeles like she doesn't get to be herself at home, that she's almost like trying to be like not upset, Gerald. And then she comes to this group of women that's like tough And And I just and she was friends with Portia for a long time where Portia really was like took all the air up in the room. and she tried to kind of express that and she got painted as someone who's just like talking about Porsiae behind her back And like my heart fellt for her. I felt like she's just someone who's trying to find a voice. but I think she's like kind of over compompensated the season to be like, guys, I'm fun. I'm the fun one. I'm Shamia. And I'm like sweethe heart, please don't. Yeah. I think you had the best impression of her when she was like, I'm Shamia and she just started twking on Be that's that that' what what she does. But I think very good point But I think we got to the root of it. I just don't think that she gets to be that majority of the time and this is how she gets to. I think she has studied what makes a like a fun real housewife and she's trying to apply it and everyone can see that this is not authentic. My number one pet peeve. Yeah. And like there was when they went to Texas and Cynthia was lying there on the bed like, oh my God, the shot of clocks thing and the twerking and everything's Yeah, sign know Everyone can tell it's not like authentically her persona. And we've seen her all these years. It would never was her persona. And I think she's trying to be like, how was always fun. You just couldn't see me behind Porsia's shadow. And I'm like No, like actually you were enough as a what because we loved you all these years we loved S. We were so excited about her being a housewife. and she's got friends with she's pretty connected in Atlanta period. So she seems to have friendships with a lot of like Atlanta, I will say, celebrities. So I Nobody doubted how fun she was. I never even looked at her as living in Porsortia's shadow by any means, but yeah, she's doing the most L. She just needs to find her way. She's still new to being a housewife. She ain' Marlowe. She didn't do what Marlow did. Thank God. Okay, a couple of other quick things U The real Housewiv's ultimateirl stri The Raring twentieth trailer. I'm nervous. Has dropped I saw that the trailer dropped I Get myself to press play I watched it and I have to say, I'm not excited for it I love, I love a nostalgia trip. I love like I love when someone comes back to a show for a guest moment and you're like, oh my God, there's like Ln Curtain, but like what I do who is in the trailer. Yeah, Cuff love. But the trailer to me, just looked like a whole bunch of like quote unquote fun and games And that's my least favorite thing that happens on any Bravo show or any of like the ultimate girl trips when it's like, let's get into a costume or something and be silly and and joke and it's like they don't really know what to do. And so you get a lot of the like table games and I Is that what it is It seemed like there were there were a lot of cameos, which was cool there was no drama in the trailer And it might not be I So the reason I w to press playay is because if you guys have been watching, I thought It was called Road tririp for some reason And maybe it wasn't wased to It is a road trip. They driving around. But they're flying. I thought that we were going to get them on a bus and I was geeked. I thought there was a core group of women were going to different cities. I was like, this is going to be so good. And then when I found out it was that, it's kind of like, I'm of course going to watch But I've had to lower my expectations, which is why I haven't yet press play. But knowing that there are eighty two appearances Knowing that it's what you just described because it's one of those things where those kind of activities are not good TV. They're fun if you're there and in the moment, but as a viewer watching, it doesn't translate the same on television. I feel like it feels like it's like the fire making challenge on Survivor where they're trying to light the fire and try to make something happen. especially because these shows, of the ultimate Girls trip they're shot usually over like week or two. So they kind of like they had do these highly produced scenarios to generate some sort of reaction But what happens is like the episodes are long and they kind of have to pad it out with just like just silly activities and like I don't love that. Now that being said, The first ever Real House wasouse Ultimate Girls tririp I thought was amazing. And I was shocked by it because I thought it was going I thought it was going to be like this. It was so good because it was really just like them talking about the show. And I thought the Dorindo, the one up instone Manor was really good. Nasa was the first one.ose were great. The third one then started to show some wear and tear But then you know what? L loveove Hotel? I was like, this is gonna be the worst show. And I loved loveove Hotel. I. I didn't know.' I' take on love loveove reality show. Yeah I'm actually not big on the love reality shows either. I only watch Love Island. Only. Yes. That's like watching four shows No, meaning that I have not like gone to like the mothership from which you hail. And so I've just been purely Bravo, but like Lo Island is like Bravo adason becausecause of Ariana But, um, The in terms of like Love Hotel was shockingly really good Both seasons. I think there's been Oh, there's only ones. lookook at me. Yeah But beingi, the point is that some of these shows that have read to me like they'll be these highly produced, annoying like wacky activity shows have actually been really good. So I'm hoping that this one is We'll watch. Well We're gonna to watch. it's gonna be on. lowering it. I mean, the fact that Minie and Alex McCord are coming That's the kind of stuff that draws attion eighty two people It scares me because I'm like, I'm not gonna to remember a lot of these people, but It could have just been Ninie and Alex and that would haveve been. Could you imagine Ninie and Alex, like those were the two that they were like gonna to build the cast around? I would have been thrilled I mean I think that they're like soft launching Nini. like let's see how this goes. And I think it's kind to go great. Yeahre back. I think that Nini will We didn't get sued Yeah L like we're like bring her back. I think look, and I think that like the next one that's going to come back is gonna to be Bethany I think that there's a p, don't do it. Now that we don't feel the we don't feel the same way about Bethany that we do And Bethany is she's just a perpetual disaster in a way that I think makes for compelling television. Even at her worst. like I watch them like she's lost her lost her mind, she's lost the thread. She's actually actively incredibly annoying put her in an the ensemble and she just really shines. how long has it been since she's been on? There's a lot that's happened. It's a to I was for her when she left when she came did she come back? She came back. she came back. I liked all that. I was was a supporter of Bethany. Yeah, you know, in the same way that I like Vici Gunwilson on my TV But Bethany now, too much has happened Yeah. And where would she go That's that's the thing that's tricky is that like If Ronie were still where it were, then she go back to that. Did you hear the rumors, by the way that did you hear this? This was yesterday's thing. The rumor is and this is I don't know where this came from. I don't know if this is substantiated. The rumor that people are saying on the internet is that the Rononey reboot reboot is so bad that Bravo is considering shelving the whole thing. Okay, I saw that. I don't think that's gonna to happen. I don't either because then just remember Last week, we got The side to silver U Carol Radswell, is it Radsw? Yeah? They got on me for saying her name wrong last time. You know me and names that she questions her about Jeff F Efstein. I's like to me, that is drawing me in. That is the kind of drama or conversations that I need to be had on the reboot reboot of Rononey. So I don't think that I don't know what I saw it too. I don't know where R and that's like a lot of money to just No Brav will Brava will air it I think it's going be on. But but I was shocked that people were We're stirring that Yeah that up I think we're just desperate for a scandal again. I know. That's true. We're already We have such an insatiable appetite when it comes to the Bravo universe, and Summerhouse fed us in a way that we never thought could be possible again And so now I think it is just s it's been good and bad for us fans. A couple of other things really quickly Melania, Melania, we know that she was arrested for assault. And she took to social made a video and she said, It is what it is, shit happens in life and you got to learn from it. Just become a better person and talk about it She said, I have one thing to say, I'm going to save the rest for tomorrow, but that mugshot of me, if you guys really believe, that's AI Okay I'm not a good person to determine if something is AI or not. but What I do know and I spoke about this is people prior to this have been talking about her erratic behavior on social media on TikTok ten plus videos a day And so what I like about the statement is just become a better person and talk about it. I'm hoping she doesn' gonna talk about it like use your words, not your fist. I'm hoping she' like talk about it, like whatever is going on with Melania That she's getting whatever help she needs. I don't want to make assumptions. just it sounds like there's something going on and I hope that she gets what she needs. I hope so too. that mugshot is AI. That also sounds like something that would come directly from like Thesa herself No's it's say e though. it's not like a real photos and stuff You know, this is the person called W. Okay, last quick headline The Valley Persian style is back in production for season two. I am thrilled. Yes. GG is already Gijiing on IG. Yes And I saw Reza post it, not Reza. Are there two Rzas There are two res actually New Resa Ra Jackson. I think it was I thought it was see When I saw it, I thought newew RezA posted something, but it could have been OG Reza. Well, one of the Rezas posted something on social media. So we know that there's something going on, but GG is like untag me from it. And so I just we I don't there's nothing in me that doubts whether or not GG is going to be good TV. If you're doing Mount Rushmore in Bravo, non housewives of people that are good TV Gigi's on there I actually disagree I don't know I think Guigi can be good TV. I don't think she's auto good TV. I think think she's good. I think there's been a few there have been a There have been a few seasons of Shaws where she was kind of Doullsville where she was sort of faking like even this season on on the valley. It's like, I'm gonna buy a house because I need to get a house. And I'm like, it's sort of it felt like what's my storyline going to be for TV? And I feel like sometimes she does that. However, what's the ex made me feel that way. Yeah. But what's good is She I love it when she confronts someone, when she gets into it, sometimes they're like The thing that we joke about on the podcast is that like she does sort of have this like eighty sitcom bully thing of like, watch out for me. I'm dangerous. I like knives, so get out of my way. and you're like, okay, it's like It isunc like bully. She's like, if you wantna be in with me, you gotta drink a You gott to drink a raaw egg like see, this, I think the boyfriend, the ex boyfriend stuff and like like ex But the house wasn't because to me it highlights an old storyline of her family is still taking care of her as an adult and that action is causing conflict with her sister, which they've always had a contcientious relationship. That's I like that she was going to look at houses that she clearly cannot afford. See, to me, that was entertaining. I liked that part of it because some of it is rooted like was she really looking for a house? No, but the realness of her parents taking care of her, her sister not liking it I love that kind of stuff. Yeah. I think it's just on she brings in Denis. Sure. and we had to sit through all this denis stuff, it's like, why are you doing this to us? Like this is like If she like did not clutter her storylines with those kind of things and she has done that for years and years like shoot to me wouldood be like, oh, she's like a top tier, but she's had too many things where it's like, I guess here's my storyline where I'm like,, she's just not as not as good. But like she's so entertaining when she gets into a fight, when she gets agitated. When she goes after someone, it is hilarious Um And you know, like Gigi, Reza and MJ, that trio, they are a toxic ass trio, but they're like But they come together to love us there. and they're like We need to put it on a TV show. So we're going to do it. But I think they genuinely like being around each other. I think they did. The are a family. Yeah like you Well, they are kind of a family via TV the way the old school Rononey is. you know, It's like loveove me or hate me like you're gonna need me to put on this TV show. and we're just gonna do it all over season after season. We'll throw each other under the bus and hope for the best. We'll find our way back to each other and then apart and then again and its just it's just our dynamic. And isn't it so funny how like the Valley Persian style has a totally different tone than the Valley? Yes. Beause it feels like everyone on the Valley Persian style is like you seem older. They seem like older people who are like working like real jobs. There's except for GG, of course. Except for Gig. It's culture. And I think that's what I like about it. We are watching a culture and that's why it feels different as opposed to like this is a group of friends. This is a group of friends and also they have connection through culture. And so it connects them in a different way or they're loyal to each other, I think, in different ways because They are they understand each other in ways in LA that other people don't And I thinkian Persian culture is You've Persian friends, like it's like deeply, they're like deeply connected. I really like the culture. U I have to say on the Valley Persian style, I love Sky. She's the villain, you know? She's the goodood TV. She is so funny, the way she's like Ugh I hate going to the valley. Like she's on a show called the Valley and she hates everything about. She's like, I just want to go to Erowwan. When she said, you are the tissue of the nose Noen. It's like, o, it's just like any thew way, she's like, u she's so dismissed. And they're like she didn't grow up like that. It It's like, so where did this come from? And her husband just kind of just follows along, but then will fiercely defend her. He's like scared of her and turned on at the same U I like her too. I don't know like I know we're supposed to hate her and I know they all they all hate her. but I'm like, I don't care if she is so funny to me And like she is disgusted by everything at all times. And sometimes, by the way, I'll just be walking around and I'll just go bom shud. Love the influence that they're having on you. I'm so glad that you like the Vally Persian song. I'm so glad they're getting his season two. I was upset when Shaw's left I was going to say the first time, but left period. And so I'm so glad that they are back in this It's like a new iteration. It was a good like revamp. Yeah. you know, obviously with Mike, that got you toxicic, Dark Dark Yeah. And also like Shaw's had kind of like It had sort of like ground to a halt. They were like grasping for straws. It was also the pandemic, but now it's refreshed, it's jged up, it's rebranded and I think it's like It is really good Ben, thank you so much.
