Yeah, you know, Not feeling well. I haven't had a cold and I don't know how long. so this is like foreign to me and then like Having to have a baby and have a cold and then we're moving this weekend, so just like a lot of plates in the air. I'm really tired and I hate that I'm sick like worse timing to get sick. It can never be one thing. That's probably how you got sick with your immune system being down. It's so weird to hear people say cold becauseuse immediately I'm like, well, it could be this, this, this or this. Well, we do like you Take care of yourself And thank you for not coming to the studio today. Yeah for not those people I think if COVID taught us anything, it's like, yeah, dont you don't need to come into work if you're feeling sick. I don't want to get anyone else sick. So I'm one hundred percent, one hundred percent Yeah, the range of emotions, and we'll start off with this. like The range of emotions from the Summer House peopleople but particularly the last morally corrupt episode with Kyle Cook U Ky' issue an apology for the confusion that he caused, not only us, but Anybody who consumes his content or is a fan of Summerhouse or maybe just Bravo in general. The post was confusing. He made the apology in a video talked about his emotions of that day and how he was feeling it, I guess now that the season's over and how much he wept into each producer's arms because of it all. And I guess he felt the need to post it and therefore confused of us and I have to say, the cow cook, I don't accept the apology You know what you were doing. You know? He you know? I' say that I don't think he did know what he was doing. And I'll say this because our friend of the pod Gibson of gabbing with Gib, he posted something like a a summer house, I think part three carouol. and one of the photos was Kyle's photo of the girls on the couch and it was just like a really bad photo. And I responded, Kyle takes a picture like a dad on vacation taking a photo using his iPad. L just very much just not really capturing things that he wants the candids where like your eyes are closed and your legs are open and your foop is out. like that's what Kyle does. And so to me, Kyle gives like dad social media etiquette energy. Like I just don't think he really knew what he was doing. We know he rambles. We know he just talks, he says his emotions And I will I am willing to give Kyle the benefit of the doubt of like, I think he's just in his ignorant bullis and in his own head and thinks he's like writing in like a yearbook entry of like CN next summer, but like not fully knowing what he would saying. Chelsea, you're probably right. but I' You know, one thing that has come out come out of this is that Lindsey and Kyle know what they're doing and they are big on, you know, in the way Lindsey responded to Amanda, this, That's what some people are saying. in the way that Kyle was with West and you know, he said he's never going to be against anybody like saying he won't film with someone or things like that. And so to me, it felt like it was over. We had finished the awful aftermath and there was a lot of criticism in regard to that. And so it felt like he was trying to give us something else. likeike let's just keep it going Let's keep the people talking about it. That's how I looked at it. But you're probably right and I've just had enough And Kyle Cook is getting all my energy right now with that post. But I will say too, he was very clear In the edit It was very matter of fact and I thought, Kyle, how hard was that How hard was that You know why it wasn't Because you knew what you were doing the first time. And I know some people are like, well, you know, it's not my apology to accept. It is my apology to accept and I'm not accepting it. Okay? Kyle Go film. This new season, season eleven. And then again, let's be done with it all. or focus on in the city. Let's focus on that. Youet a whole other show on Yeah. I mean, I will say I personally enjoyed your reaction to his edited post. So if that's what I get out of it, then I'm okay with it. I'm okay with it. I should also say and maybe this is me getting older, I refuse to use the A word to myself. But And talking to some of the other people on our team They It was very obvious to them that it was not a good by post But that is how me, Callie, and Belle took it But not everybody on the team saw it that way. And so maybe that is my fault. And for that I can know. Maybe I read it too quickly because we were podcasting, but there were some people who were like, that's not exactly what he said. So maybe it's my fault for rushing to judgment And and I overlooked it. I panicked when I saw it. Um And you know, I was already in a mood from the aftermath show. So you know, maybe that's my fault, and I jumped to conclusions. But anyways, we were upset that he could possibly be leaving. I will say it is nice to know that the option for him, which we know he'll be there. The option for him to be at summer House is still available because I think that feels right. I would not want it to in the way that it did. And I'm very eager to see a single Kyle this summer That's a whole storyline in itself. Kyle could honestly carry the show by himself. He could be in that house all by himself as single Kyle And I think I would be entertained. Yeah, I would be entertained by Single Kyle. And I think you know, another mention for her friend Gibson, he had Lindseay on his podcast last week and I listened. And she did say that last season was supposed to be the, you know, carrying the torch season and they all graduate in the city, but it seems like this season will be that So Does Lindsyay come back to summer House again? I like are we 're, you know, wash and repeat Lindsey's coming back Lindsay's coming back, Kyle's coming back. I think Lindsey will come back like we saw her this last time You know, every other week, every two weeks, whatever it may be, but for sure Kyle and Lindseay are filming So then do you think we'll get everyone except for West and Amanda? Yes. Maybe not KJ. Oh, Okaykay. Well, it just depends what mental state he's in I think I can't imagine we get KJ and Deara. I like KJ. I want KJ to be healthy and happy. Same. I don't think Summer House is where you go to be healthy and happy. And I don't know if I want Deara without KJ Yeah, I don't need it Yeah. Um I don't even know if B I don't think Ben and Levi should come back Levi, she got the short end of the stick She already herself in other ways and she did not. So I'm not hopeful. That's why I'm saying Yeah. I feel like Ben will come back because people are big fans of Sabrina. Sabrina Bell. Oh, they are Yeah, like people think she's interesting. so I think she might be the reason Ben is back because of Sprina and her like wedged forced friendship with Sierra that she formed Um I mean Bailey might have solidified their place by saying those things about Ben and then she retracted it, but she loves Sabrina, but made these accusations about Ben. And then you've got peoples in Sabrina's comments saying like, save yourself, girl. You're better than this. And that's a whole drama, that's a whole storyline in itself, and I don't care what kind of amends they made. There's no way that does not come up if the two of them are there. So I think if they're back, think Bay I do Any. Let' see Bailey. I do like Bailey. Editor Okay, and other news kind of related on Sunday, Danielle and her boyfriend, Ior Hevey announced that they had welcomed their baby boy ten weeks early How do he really say his name Owen, but like honestly I spelt like I can't look at that. That is just the most F frustrating way to spell a name every. What really nationality is. It's Owen And whenever they put his name tag on on the show, it just it takes me out of it. like Eon and they say, Owen and it's just I don't get it. I don't get it. You know what I do get? Eor. You like how I read that without likeike Fumbling any words, just E or hei. And from now on, that's what it is I did not know it was ere's he It's ridiculous. Where iss he from? I don't know. Be maybe that is spelling that they use there. Is it Ireland Maybe that's the spelling that they use for Not to be all American and all, but can we just please spell it Owen? for my English eye. You know what would be fun is if they put his name, but then they phonetically put after Owen put like just put OW E in in parentheses, you know, and it's not disrespect, it's just to help us out because then you end up with an ER And nobody needs to hire it Born in Dublin. Okay, so yeah, I got that part, right that far right. But congratulations to them T weeks early, you're a mom. You know how scary that can be, but Aiden Santos Hevey born june twenty first on Father's Day, very exciting Owen wrote that it was the longest day of the year, both both solstice wise and for mom and dad. He's heading to summer camp at Nku for the first two, three months in this world, but mom and dad can't wait to bring him home hopefully soon. So congratulations to them. When I saw this announcement, I was like, wait a second She just announced she was having the baby You know, it honestly didn't even occur to me that the baby was so early. I just thought that they gave us the announcement so late. You know, She waited until her third trimester to tell us, but thank goodness, Danielle seems to be doing okay and the baby seems to be doing okay right now too. Yeah, that honestly was my first thought too. It was like, oh, maybe she just waited to tell us that she was pregnant until she was due. but I'm very happy and relieved to hear that they're doing good. ten weeks early is like so scary, but But yes, happy that they're seemingly healthy and happy. and I'm sure they're getting great care at the hospital that they're at. And yeah, praying that they get to bring their baby home. Yeah, like apparently she was in the Hamptons and then had to be taken, transported to I guess a Long Island like closer to the city hospitals. she definitely thank the staff and medical team and everybody and just like talking about how like they just make miracles happen every day. So you know, really happy that they're doing okay. And 'is the season, right Andrea and Lexi are pregnant. Ivon and Nick are pregnant as well. a lot of babies coming to in the city, which I think We know that means They're going to get another season. I mean, this is the whole point of the show is showing the next chapter and they're literally bringing life into this world. And so we're going to see them, which I think is kind of cool, I guess, if you're an in the City Wer You're watching them talk about Like Yvonne was just talking about she and Nick and decided to start trying. you're seeing Andre and Lexi, you know, like not with child. You're just we saw Danielle talk about wanting to have a child. So like it's just it's cool that Now we're actually seeing them have these children or be pregnant. And I'm excited to see that play out in another season. I think that's cool I guess. so I have a question. We have that are watching the valley and they feel like the valley is really dark, they're not enjoying it. and we have two like freshly Yeah And I think a lot of it is coming from, you know, people aren't used to seeing freshly postpartum women on television and like seeing the struggles that Christin's having. Obviously people feel some type of way about Danny and Nia and their relationship, but also just like, yeah, like Nia is also a freshly postpartum. So if we have Three couples who are going to be postpartum in the trenches filming a reality show. Do you think that How How I guess would producers maneuver that if they're getting backlash on the valley and like the postpartum moms and stuff like that there? Do you think that might be an issue? See, I don't think that What we're watching on the valley should be called dark I think Lala explained it well when she was on Watch What Happens Live about how brave Kristen is to be living out a version of postpartum that we don't typically see on social media. It might be hard to watch and I think that's fair for people to say, but for people to call that dark when we equally call J like what we watched with Jax and Brittanyy, that was dark. This is a woman Wh is And I mean, obviously, you can speak to this better than me, Chelsea. I've not had a child, but like She's navigating so much with a camera in her face And so and she already has anxiety, she's talked about it. And the situation we're watching right now is a situation that makes her even more anxious than she already is To me It's not dark I think that if Kristin didn't want to film she could say that, and I think that they would respect it. But I would imagine that there are moms who feel sane And we don't always get to be. like remember when Lala and Sheina were pregnant at the same time. and or had the babies and Lala bounced back really quickly. and Sheina didn't. She had to work harder to get her body the way that she wanted. I appreciated not always seeing perfectly done up person on TV and like every like this is how it always happens. I like Shina talking about But it's been very difficult for me and not that I'm say rooting for the difficulty, but just in the honesty and the vulnerability of that, I liked the contrast of that. And then Lala having to be more sensitive to Sina in that moment of where she was because she didn't feel like herself because her body isn't what she is used to So the same way with Kristen appreciate that. And I think if it gets to too much She would stop it or I would hope production would And I think three people having children and possibly being postpartum, three couples, I should say Um I think we're going to get a range Or maybe they don't want to come back, orr maybe if the show doesn't want them back, who knows? I could make an argument that Andrea and Lexi should not come back Yeah. I mean, I I'm a couple of episodes behind but they don't like They seem like fine people, but not the most interesting people Yeah I don't want to root for anybody to lose their job Yeah, But I will say, I agree with what you're saying where it's just like, yeah, Jax is dark postpartum is real and like going through and experiencing it is real. and yeah, it's nice to feel seen and to see that on television. I think why people think that it's dark it's just because we don't necessarily or see that side of women often, if ever. So And I would love to see all three couples come back. Maybe Andrea and Legxi might have know a little more pizazz to them adding a baby into it. but We'll say We'll see we'll see what happens there. But definitely a season two' got to be coming, especially to like Yeah I feel like their first season was done so in such an unfair way because of the Weston Amanda drama of it all I am Okay Other news, this is all summer house related. So you're still getting your feel guys Somebody got mad at the way I say feel because I don't think people realize sometimes that I'm from Texas. accent comes out sometimes So I was talking using the word in F E E Iill Eel F E E L. And I said, Phil, instead of feel I'm he that happens sometimes with the accent, okay I just said it and it reminded me that someone was like, I love you, but can you please say it's feel instead of feel? If I'm talking about feelings, they're feelings. and I mean feelings And you just have to use the context, okay You guyss. Now I have to think about how I safe Now how I say it But I say it both wayays. I say People get upset when I say Sutden's name because I say like it's spelled SU DD Ian instead of SUTT Owen. Guys. We gotta like, There are some things to acknowledge and there are some things to just let go You know? She said in to me. She's suddenly.' set in. Dara was on a podcast and she shared that they that they've called it quits after almost a year of dating She didn't want to talk about it any further because she didn't want to get emotions. It's obviously still sensitive. We know that they have a lot of love for each other. We just saw that on a reunion that was filmed in April Um I think that this is they're actually done because We know now from the reunion that they had they've broken up before. They hadd already broken up. and they never said anything. They kept it close to the chest and they rekindled You know, all of that. So u The fact that she's saying it out loud makes it feel more final And, you know, you never say, never but it just seems like It's a decision that that att least She's going to stand on for a little bit. I don't know who made the decision, but I'm only saying she because she said it Yeah, it's weird because it it feels I don't know, it feels like not a good breakup because they each like wiped their social media of one another. P do that Kids do that. Even if it was amlicable, like even kids do that sometimes. I want my photo album. I don't Actually, I did wipe my ex on social media And that's the first time I've ever done that you don't like your No, I can't stand them. But I'm not their age. So normally, like in the past, I've left it up. I think that's something that they do, you know, to kind of answer the quest to say the thing without saying the thing Um, But yeah also we're at like a like Sierra DSW event, like the same day that they then wiped all the stuff. So it just feels like something sudden happened. Andbe it's mutual I just I feel like there's more to the story and I want more Well, we know that they're on rocky ground, right? Like we know that You know, KJ shared a lot at the reunion. Mia told her to break up with him because it's really hard to date someone who not who has mental health, but who is just new you know, like still dealing like trying to get a hold strugging with how to manage it. Yeah, yeah. And it seems like she did that and then went back to him and maybe to me, it seems related to the whole thing as like this is all new and you're still trying to get a hold of it on it And like he seems to be because he was recently diagnosed. So again, like you're learning about this new diagnosis and how to function with it and how to be. And I'm sure that there's medication and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. and sometimes it makes you feel not like yourself is what people say. So there's so much to it. I think it's related to that. And maybe being in a relationship doesn't help the situation. He needs to be by himself this is all speculation, but Maybe that's what needs to happen rather than him also because like to be a good partner, you got to be good with yourself. otherwise you know, it's just it's a recipe for to that disaster Disaster. The whole time it seems like he was already talking to another girl who he seems very in love with. And so outside of that Nothing So she gets on watch what happens live. and Of course, we know she's going to be asked about doctor Dreay, but it had come out before she was on there She'd already it had come out before that she had confirmed that they were dating So already knew she was going to give us that becauseuse I don't think if that had come out before She would send me so And I saw somebody say, she's clearly under an NDA. Now defefinitely, She talks about how they met It was organic. It wasn't a hookup. They just happened to Connect And then her last statement when asked about him is, what can I say he's a wonderful man? A lot of people I feel a certain way about this because doror Dray has a past, a past to which he's acknowledged and apologized about. more so I'm talking about the acknowledgement of it, so you can't talk about things being alleged Um You know, some people don't feel he's a wonderful man because of the past I don't know who I was listening to. I forget what podcast, so I'm sorry for not being able to attribute them. But I think me being from California, LA Dror Dreay is like very significant to my culture, my lifestyle growing up. I listen to him child A So I have a different perception on lens of him than I think a lot of people do. and I think that what this podcast was saying is it's so easy for us and maybe it's a patriarch, like whatever that We forget men's wrongdoings and u Like so when someone pointed it out, like, oh yeah, Dr. Dves I was like, oh I forgot about that because there's so many other things that I think about when I think of him. Whereas with women, like that's the first thing that we think of is like what they did wrong and whatnot I understand people's like outrage and frustration of St her dating Dr. Dreay and whatnot I don't know too much about his personal life outside of what he has acknowledged and whatever I hope that he has apologized for it and has made that clear. I hope that he is a different man and that those patterns don't repeat with his new relationship with Michelle Um I, you know I would not be surprised if she has an NDA signed that she can't talk about her relationship with Dr. Dreay. That's a very high profile individual. He is a billionaire. I don't think he would want his details to be aired out on a Bravo reality show. So I'm I'm not surprised you gave us nothing outside of a confirmation that they were dating one another. Yeah, I mean, if she wants to keep hold on to that relationship, She better stay tight lipped. I mean, she says that he knows she's on the show. confirmed he hasn't met her daughter It's just, I wouldn't think he would it's one thing if he dated her and she used to be on reality TV. It's interesting that he's dating her currently on reality TV. Yeah. And it's not like That's strange. Yeah, it's I wouldn't have that wouldn't have been who I would think that he would be interested. But also we don't even know how serious it is. He hasn't met her daughter or anything like that. by You know, she Yeah. I mean, it's not even like she's had a drama free time on the show. It's like there's a lot that comes with that. So it's interesting, you know, but becauseess you can't help who you like. All I would say to Michelle is You know Keep your antennas up becausecause you know The allegations span Because even in the divorce, again I say the word allegation, the wife claimed that there was verbal and physical abuse. The person who was mediating or involved in their case, a man, also claimed there were some abuse allegations too. So it's not like this is something that's started and stopped in the nineties. These allegations have continued to exist from past exes journalists from U I guess this mediator, whoever it is. So you know, just just keep your antennas up. It's It's it's, you know, when you say, he might be wonderful to you, but there's just a past there that makes people haveave another conversation about it. I'll say it that way. But who knows how he has in twenty twenty six? I don't know. And again, Some of the things I said were allegations. someome of the things are not. Um In regards to the valley, what are you shocked that Lacey is pictured on the seating chart to you, does that mean Lacey is there the whole time or does she pop in? Yeah, look, Lacey brought some dramas this season. She brought things to Janet and to Michelle. I think I like Lacey. I like that she talks funny and quietly and slow. I think she's smart. I like that she acts like she doesn't like Jessie and I don't really think it's an act. I don't think she likes Jessie I like her. so I'm happy to see her on the reunion stage. I think she provides like wacky sense of level headedness, which I know are words that really don't make sense together, but there's something about her that I enjoy. No. She's definitely interesting. That is the number one word I agree with you. and that The things she says aren't just interesting. they're like captivating. It's like, tellell me more Yeah, like, wait, what? Just like even the thing she says, it's just like so random. And there's a quirkiness about her. that I'm like Wait Can we go back to that? Like she says things and we move on. I'm like, actually I need more of her I need somebody. I need her to be miced up like players are micked up in a game. That's what I need. I need to hear what she's saying under her breath. I need to hear her side comments. like she is really great with the ad libs. I need more of that from Lacey So I'm interested and her sitting next to Jessie. It's like you know she's going to be telling Jessie to sh or don't say that or actually that's not true. Like we're gonna to get a lot of that from her and I And that's what I like about it because like even when she had they had their disagreement with Janet and Jason, like she was like, no, you need to apologize. L you're wrong. and Jessie didn't like that. So like I like that she's able to Um callall him out, say when she thinks things are wrong. like I enjoy Lysy, so I'm happy that she's on the couch M Lala being in front of Michelle makes sense You know, I honestly also think like Maybe this is Michelle's last season. L this was the most personality we got out of her this season and that's still not saying too much And if she has a boyfriend, that obviously is not going to beyond the show. u Does that mean that shes gets to be on the show. likeike I don't I don't know. this might be her last go round It might be. I never thought of it that way, but that actually might be the case. And I mean, what a way to go out. What a way. U Okay, in other news, this just happened right before we got on the microphone, but Lisa Haockstin's felony charge has been dropped and is no longer and she's no longer being criminally prosecuted after she completed all requirements of the advocate program, which is a pre trial diversion program, she entered in connection with her felony communications interception charge So that means I can tell you what she did not do is plead not guilty. She might have said no contest. She might have said guilty. She might have done an Alfred plea where she formally admits guilt just by, you know, accepting whatever this is but simultaneously maintains her innocence Um But I can tell you what it's not and that is not guilty So whether she just wanted to avoid a trial altogether, whatever, may be, the charges have been dropped The information is still out there And if there was a camera in Miami, we'd be able to talk about this and document it. But it just means, hey pick it up in the fall, next year, whatever it may be But good for her, one less thing for her to have to worry about.
