Let's start with Rhode Island, which I'm so sad to see it go N nextxt season, we get more episodes. We only got fourteen episodes or really twelve episodes, I think and then the two fourteen makes it for the for the reunion, but I could just keep watching these ladies forever And I had a thought because everybody's been commending them about how You know They don't seem to be playing it up for the cameras They don't seem to be trying to be any other housewives. They literally live in their own world bubble in Rhode Island and they're bringing us into it And because it was filmed so much earlier And now We've watched a season and now, you know they have fans and people know who they are is crazy because we didn't even h at Bravvelon, even though we knew that Rhode Island was coming Um I just hope it's still the same I just had that thought. I think it will be. But it's worth noting. No, totally. Real House ees of Salt Lake City had an excellent first season and it's still good But they definitely turn into characters of themselves when they feel the fame, feel the fandom, and like their lives change So I'm hoping that doesn't happen with this bunch Yeah find it hard to believe it could happen for most of them Um just because like Alicia I mean, no, she's not gonna change. Cb being on stage and like Billy trying to explain their financial situation and it seems like he's trying to do Every to like balance it all. but she I'm not sure what like even Andy was like, I'm starting to understand why this is like a little bit more difficult than what it just seems like Wow And here's the other thing with that There's a whole storyline and fight over how you grew up and what the man who you were supposed to trust the most in your life did to your mom and to you and your family. And it had to do with money and finances and an argument over whether you were homeless or not D Now here you are with a man doesn't have your name on the house, who you've been engaged to for nine years, who now we're learning is trying to explain some of the business to you. and and your place and all of it. And you are Refusing to listen because you're bored This could be a recipe for disaster. It doesn't seem like that. Brian seems to be you know, a good man to Alicia we learned that, you know, he really courted her and he you know, wore her down and wanted to be with her, but you would just think knowing what you've been through that even if you didn't want to know because it's over your head, you don't understand it or you're bored. you would hire somebody whoo at least would do it for you to make sure things are okay. You know what I mean So I didn't even think about that to be completely honest with you. Itither talk about the homeless homeless situation But knowing all that, It is odd that this wouldn't be a priority for you. And I don't even think it's just that she's bored. I think it goes over her head I think it's like too complex for her to like sit down and like she could sit down and hear all of it. and then at the end of it be like, I have no idea what you just said. Like that's kind of the vibe I get from all of it. It made me feel a little bit better that Ashley was like after getting to know Billy, I don't think that he would ever like do this, but like Most of the time when something like this happens, people don't think that the guy would ever do it, right? They're like, I never saw this happening. I feel like that's what you hear over and over and over again Regardless of how Billy courted her and even regardless of her history, the history part just makes it worse. You've got to have a better control over your finances. And the woman, what's the woman's name? Sarah Whever her financial advisor is that she said she has to call I didn't catch it. Whether it's her and her mom or her and one of her aunts or whoever someone needs to makeake her sit down and figure it out. Yeah Yeah, like a lot of the women We'd like trying Like Kelsey tried Rula tribe, like they're trying to get her to understand it. and she's just like, u Yeah, and I get it like That stuff can is confusing. But you hire people that you trust to make it make sense for you or to at least understand it on your behalf so that if the worst comes or if you want to do something, you know, like maybe she will after this. like she's already announced. She's got a collaboration with oyster crackers And that's going to be her own money So maybe she will hire someone to I with someone Well, she herself explain some of the stuff. I just And maybe it'll be a wake up call for her. Maybe one of the aunts O mom will watch this and be like, oh, I thought it Alicia had a better control over it. I mean, thankfully for her You know, nine years you still seem to be okay. That's a long time but You just never know how things can change And even Billy being like, I will give you fifty percent of pizzaama because I think he's also like, It doesn't matter. like she's not going, it's not going to change anything. She's not going to like from what we have seen It doesn't seem like Billy is purposely trying to not involve her. It's that he can't involve her He had to force her to sign for fifty percent of pizza mama. Like, yeah. like I already have fifty percent. No, you don't. you do in spirit. Yeah Yeah,s not going to mean anything when it comes down to. Alicia plays a role on the show and it's not You know The sharpest tool in the sh No the box. I don't think he's playing the role I lovelyt know I mean that' her role. N housewives of all time. Like that's how much I love her. Yeah, I don't think she's I don't mean like she's playing a role. I mean like that that's who she is. It's very, it's very Teresa Like she's just not she's wors. Well She doesn't know how to pronounce words. She doesn't on. That was a good one. She's very funny like her just I aloofness to everything. Yes. like I like her. I like her a lot. but She needs it, she needs to learen from housewives maybe before her You need to know something or hire that person to know. She being such a favorite And like didn't really have like that much to say in the reunion because Everyone mostly likes her And she's still a favorite that generally doesn't happen. like Even if you're a favorite or not a favorite, usually if your first chair, you got smoke. L you have stuff that you're gonna have to say, you're gonna go at people You're in the mix of the drama. She's not really in the mix of the drama. And Everyone most for the most part, likes her. overver sure But she she's giving enough, right? Be's giving me everything I want. Like I love. Yeah, like I can't Joe Ellens's too fiery and too amped up to be in first chair You know, and then we always have to remember, you got to be sitting across from the person you got the most beef with So it's like, who else is going to sit across from Liz? It can't be Joe Allen. and I'm like who else is on the other side of Jo Ellen? I can't even I can't think the couch order right now that I'm I know it's It's Alicia Joe Ellen Kelsey. Kelsey, Kelsey. Yeah, it's and it's not going to be Kelsey. And it's like, you got to have It's not going to be Ashley and you got to have Rula An Yeah, the other side Rosie on the other side Rosy and Ashley It makes sense. And like Liz and Alicia have known each other. But like Alicia just It speaks to Like there's two type of main characters, right? You got Keny on in the city who we've talked about before. And then you have An Alicia H More is like a Mia person You do just enough And when you do it in those moments and whether it's intentional or just accidental, your timing is always so good. It's so memorable You do the most with like by doing the least That's the type of main character energy has. I have to tell you guys, I'm at my mom's house right now. my dad's here. my brother's kids are here. It's a full house. and at night we watch Love Island every night Oh really? That's so cute And well, not my kids, that like anyone who's in like the main area will come sit down to watch L violland. My dad sat down for like Maybe two minutes. of L Isiolland and it was like, Absolutely not. and like got up and like left the room I had on Re Housewes of Rhode Island. my dad was crying, laughing, crying. He was like, What's this call? I gotta watch this. This is crazy And he was like, these people aren't twenty. I was like, they're not twenty. They're your age Like he's like, this is He was Blown away. And he absolutely loved Jo Ellen. She's okay, I want to get into the Joe Ellen. love, love that you're dead because because that's what Salt Lake City has done. like Salt Lake City is like a couple show. I feel like men and women watch Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. L they can find the humor and the joy in these characters. That is what Rhode Island is giving for sure. Love that your dad It hats in. Hope he goes back and watches the rest of it. And he's right about J. He really liked it He what's not to lie He love Joe Ellen was like, o, that dude's lying, talalking about Brian immediately before Brian said a word. He was like, anyone that wears a teal colored suit is a liar. He also, when they showed Liz He was like, she hasn't said a word yet, but I can tell you she's a gangster. That's all I have to say, she's a gangster I was like, you are reading all of these people correctly right now. Get him on W What happppens liiveing. like. Has there ever been an likeike I know there's never been a coach but I don't know if I's ever been like a former athlete too. That's what I was gonna to say I don't know. I think't watch any of these shows. He just came to snd it down for the night and this was on And he like sat down right when Joe Ellen said that Brian told everyone that her butt smells like garlic and he was like, what E she made we wererewind and we watched it all together My dad's funny like that. my dad doesn't watch housewives, but if I would be watching something on TV in for like a couple of minutes and then like want you to explain everything and then like rewind that and I'm like, Go watch it, it's recorded yourself. Yeah, he was asking me too many questions. I was like, let's just start over from the beginning go Jo Ellen There are people that I've seen I love Jollen. thought she brought the right energy. the right sense of humor, the right receipts, the right everything was right to me. I didn't think she was too much To me, she was not like a Lindsy It was enough. And even when Gary comes And he calmly explains Listen, my wife is doing this because you continue to call her a liar She is simply defending her name. And with that, those couple of sentences, I was like, Jo Ellen, continue Contue because you were correct She didn't lose her composure that much. Like even when Rula stood up and yelled at her Dlla never stood up Jeln would just go right back. but also she said, guess what? She didn't really have to. She knew, I think for the most part, she knew that she was telling the truth. likeike Yeah, Ruulle being like, you sleep with doctors, you're a whore, all that, whatever. I think Joann was like, Should I have fun in my twenties? yes But like right now, I'm not cheating on my husband. So if you want to say that, go ahead But like I know that I don't che out on my h. It didn't seem like she was bothered at all by anything that Rula was saying. No, no, but I will say Gary says that he met her in high school Like he met her in high school and then right after he graduated or she graduated He was into her. So I'm like, well, when were the wild twies I don't I don't I think she was wild in high school, it seems like. and maybe like early college Okay, because I don't know when they actually got together, but remember her mom sent her away because she was so wild. Right, right. But I think she was just wild in her teens and like probably into her early twenties. Some of her twenty three them with Gary. I think that they yeah, I think but may met or maybe he started liking her or mayaybe they dated, maybe they broke up. Maybe they I was like, I want that explained a little bit more the way Gary said it, it made it seem like right after high school He's he wanted Joe Allen So I don't know, but it doesn't seem like Gary's bothered with her wild way. No,. Gary invit Whatever they got going on, it's working for them. Yeah. he welcomes it as well as the other women And or man. we don't know. I don't know if there was a man or a woman. We have no idea. I assume it's a woman U But I have seen some people say She might have. Some people say that Jo Ellen was doing Like she needed to like I was watching, Carlos Carless King and he was like, I just would have told her to dim it fifty percent And hy I think he's at fifty. I'm like maybe five I wouldn't have if anything, I thought Rula should. and As much as I'm entertained by the willingness I get the willingness kids, but I get the willingness to want to make it work for your family, especially if you've come from a second This is your second marriage. I understand the desire to want to keep your family together. I really do However, There's so much as it kept going that Rula was like, I didn't know that. He didn't tell me that Well, you need to ask him that. And it's like So you came in thinking you guys were on the same page and you were a united force. Brian had told you all these things And then slowly Jo Ellen provides receipts that chip away with that And you keep and then like even at one point, I can't remember what it is But she has to admit that what Jo Ellen is saying is true. evenven like whole Brian says your butt smells like garlic And then She posted on the story The funny thing is, I don't eat garlic and it's like, that's the point You smell It also doesn't matter. No one's saying that when they yell because I eat garlic all the time. I know my butt doesn't smell like garlic. The pol. He said you stink Right that's the point. Nobody eats shit But your butt smells like shit Doesn't matter what you eat. Itesn't matter. It's un the worse. I believe he said it. After that, when I saw that that was your comeback, Hi Everything is true you don't have a defense to anything. The Chanel purse that's he Chanel purse was bad. The Chanel purse is bad. and give it to Andy for for, you know, any gostly gets U people get ono him for not asking the right questions or not going in depth enough, but He literally was like so basically when he got her to admit that the affair was going until October November of last year, that means it was going on during filming the entire time So Why are you so fiercely defendinging him. R. And then she tried to kind of be like, well You know, it was that It was the way Jo Ellen was doing. It's like, Yes Jo Ellen for receipts. Then you called her a liar. Yeah, that's my problem I would have the intent. She agreed with Carlos and other people saying Joellen was going too hard. If Rula never asked for receipts, never called her a liar and was just like, okay, I hear you. thank you. Can you please stop I actually think Joeln, maybe I'm crazy. I think Joelleln would have dropped it If that's how Rullea acted. I think so too Brian calling her job. are eventually getting laid off which I don't think that she got what she even said. I don't think she got laid off because of Brian. Do I think it helped anything? Right? No. no employer wants drama brought to their front door. On top of you being on the housewives and like everything that's gonna to go with that. I'm sure they were just like, this is an easy one. We're done So Brian calling her empl employer, bothoth of you guys are on this show calling her a liar, yelling at her And it's like, You asked me for this. Now you're telling me that I'm a liar and you're calling my job. And unfortunately Rula, you are collateral damage in this But once Brian called her job, Joellen was like, I'm going to call him out. every single time that I can Yeah. I love that Andy was like Would anyone else go on a reality show about their life if they were having an active affair And everyone didn't say anything and he was like, anyone and they were like, oh, we didn't think you were actually asking us. No. Yeah. because Rula thought it was over. and Brian thinks he's smarter than everyone. I mean, the tracking thing. it's like, why would he put a tracker? And she's like, I don't know. But also then Andy being like, why did you? And he's like, well, the case was dismissed, so I can't talk about it give us so you then you can talk about it. Exactly. I was like that is exactly when you can't unless which we know because it was your wife that was involved. There's no NDA here. You didn't put the tracking device on the woman who was having an affair. It was dismissed. A, a liar Aain, somebody brought out. Yeahah, he put I think he told the mistress. I put yeah, he did. I put the tracking device so I always know where Rula is at all times. I wanted the question to be asked why How does Rula find out That's what I want to know How why would you find police? That's what I wanted to know because she didn't think it was Brian Yeah, but wouldn't you have called Brian and been like, I found a tracking device on my car? And he probably said Oh my God, that's crazy. go Police He probably did You think he said it was me I go to thisice dumbest thing for him in li and lies. And that's the thing about Rula, it's like, which we know nothing's changed, right? Because she put up that stupid picture of Funny is I don't even eat garlic, but you came in thinking you knew the truth and every time you spoke about the truth, it was refuted. So you are learning in real time. a detective says Ryan is still Lying to you. just like when Liz is like Brian called, what is Liz's husband's name? Jerry, Jerry, she calls She calls She's like Brian called Jerry and then R was like, no, he didn't. He would never do that. And it's like, this, how can you so fiercely defend a man who you know continues to lie to you? That's I like he's been known to lie before. So there is a chance that he is lying now. The whole wedding date thing is weird The whole but it's like I don't even know when he got divorced becausecause he was lying. Like this isn't a new thing. He has lied to you from the moment you guy started dating Yeah Yeah And it's like, I understand and this is like an in the city thing too I understand you file, you might separate first, then you file And it takes time to work it all out before you actually get the t like the weirre divorce. You know, so maybe there was a judgment Maybe it was signed. You still have to submit that to the court and wait for the judge to sign it to Yeah. it's like And they're not u Danielle and Owen were there in the middle of it. so I understand not talking about it in detail. It's done You could be like this, this, this and this I think that they started off on shaky turns. and I do think she got pregnant and knew that he wasn't fully married yet. I mean, divorced yet. And so it's like she doesn't want to come in saying and it's not listen, people date. People can engage while they're so. I don't think it's that big of a deal But I her culture, I think that it might be a little bit because based off what she said second marriage. I don't even know what her culture is to be honest with you. But based off of what she has said, I can end a second marriage, yeah, there's a lot of things She does not even know the real facts of it all. She just knows what he's told her. And I think she's at the point now where she knows She doesn't even like that's why when she kept asking for the wedding day, like Rula was scared to tell her wedding dayate because she's like I don't know if Brian's telling me the truth or not That's an insane place to be. Well, Joe Alunch could easily look that up to could easily it seems that she had it. She wanted to trap her in another lie Yeah, like Jo Ellen could easily look that up. and you know what's interesting? It's like We talk about Alicia who clearly doesn't know she's not married, but doesn't know anything in regard to the finances, their assets, their debt, the business, all of that. But she's got a got a billy who seems to have her best interest at heart Mhm And then and and she Very much so owns that she doesn't know anything. And then you've got Rula Giving Alicia advice and telling Alicia, you should have this, you should have this, you should have this. like you should be smarter than that. And she's standing with the biggest liar sitting behind her. And so it's like you can't almost project to be This smart, but also this dumb youre where you're choosing to or this man is making you look so dumb because you're choosing to believe your husband as you should and trust him. And he continues to embarrass you and lie in your face and not from before it didn't end when the season ended, it's still happening to you at this very reunion They have theyaken their stress ping. You know her page No, well, I guess I do. I put I sent it to somebody but the mistress posted And was basically like you guys have no idea what I have in my own I believe him And Al have posted a picture of her hand And it looked like there was a ring on her ring finger And I don't know about that That's another thing. Gary's like I didn't even know you, Brian. I know the girl the woman because our kids went to school together, didn't even know you and I run into you and she introduces you as her boyfriend. I didn't know you were Gary married to Rula. And then they ask Rula and Rula's like, well, I do know that that's a restaurant that he constantly goes to For clents Yeah. So this woman works with with Brot. Didn't he say that she's O some of the business I'm young. Yes So I understand the legality and all of that, but man, this is m. So he has to deal with this woman all the time. I don't think think she owns it. I don't think she owns it anymore. The fact of the matter is, from all the information that we have about Brian, he may or may not have cheated on his last wife with Rula, but Rula was unaware Now it seems like he's doing the same thing to Rula with this other woman. and the woman now seems like she is aware. But who knows what he was telling her? He clearly was telling her that Rula's butt smelled like garlic He was also telling her that I can't wait to be the best boyfriend and fiance to you. So he's definitely telling this woman like I'm leaving my wife for you. The most perplexing thing, and we talk about this a lot with housewives U In what world Do you have this going on and you tell your wife, yeah, let's go on a housewives reality show Well When you think one a narcissist And to somebody who thinks they're smarter than everybody. I think he thought This woman He could I think he thought he could do enough for this woman to where none of this would come out. Never in his wildest dreams did he think that a Joe Ellen would be in contact with her. I think if he bought her enough Chanel purses, if he gave her a piece of the business, If he continuue to see her Um and have this affair with her and make Rula look stupid on this show. I think he thought He had it under control. I'm not saying that's a smart thing. I just think that that is the lie that he was telling himself did appreciate U Rosie and Kelsey at the end trying to be like Hey, you understand you don't have to stay Like Rosie being like, You get that you didn't know half of this information before today. like that's a problem. He's telling you that You guys were like you had already gone through everything. He's told you everything. and then you learned all new information today that he's kept from you. likeike They telling her in a way that she wishes that Jo Ellen would have told her. They're trying to like lead her water But it seems they're still together, so the horse did not drink the water Yeah, no, no, no, no. yeah, like She is in it. at this point and I think some of it, yes, some of it is culture, some of it is the second marriage, some of it is the kids.ide But some of its. I was going to say, some of it is the pride. I can't let this person be right. I can't let everybody say Good, You should leave him. I'm going to fight and prove every everybody wrong and how sad And how sad? L there's no way You are happy in this. You are just surviving. You're just dealing with it all. and that's really sad Would you rather W. Whould you Would you rather have Joellllen tell you that the affair is still happening or that Your husband told his mistress that your bt smelled like garlic I'd rather my husband tell me the affair. I'd rather her tell me the affair is still happening The garlic thing on TV for me, I was like That's almost worse than the affair still going on. Well, it's so specific, it's true You know what I mean? It's If he said it smelled like shit, It would have been different He said, Girl, that's fucking specific That's how you know it's d. L was wrong for this. She had to put that out there. I don't think she wanted to. She stopped herself for a second She had waited. She had not that piece of information until Rula got up and started screaming at her She, listen Joel s Brian tells people that your butt smells like and she paused for a second because I feel like she was like, this is not nice She went there, so I'm gonna tell her I also think it was hard morning. I also think it was a warning. I think it was a warning like And you know there's more where that came from A lot more It popped up in my algorithm on TikTok, a doctor saying twoo reasons why your butt can smell like garlic. I thought No that. It's real I saw it. Also even says it doesn't matter if you eat garlic or not Of course not. off course, like listen, your shit your shit comparison Yeah says it all. says it all. Well We end on that. U Re waers into Can't wait for it to because I want to see where I hope they stand back. Yeah, there are a lot of rumors that Liz isn't coming back I want Liz back I do not think the show will be bad if she's gone I know many of them. I'm sure there's a million mill in with The community seems chock full of people that they can add to this. Yeah, I was talking to somebody who was telling me that they Moved talking to I don't want to say their name anyway so it's probably great. This is why it's good I don't even remember. But they moved from LA to Rhode Island thinking that they were moving to like A small, I mean, it is a small town, but like to get a quiet life to get away And then I think it's Liz who lives in their neighborhood And it's either Liz or Alicia. And so like there's cameras everywhere and they're like, we left LA for this life. And I'm like to that, I say I hope that's because they'rere gear enough to film the next season. So cannot wait, cannot wait. And whatever's coming up next, J No wait. whated Liz just confirmed on Instagram. Breaking news seems to happen to us a lot She's out for season two Im a little surprised I'm a surpred'm surpred because the rumors, but if I hadn't seen the rumors, then I would I would be shocked. But well I think she hates what it's done to her relationships and also she's had some legal stuff pop up with u Dino and I don't know if it concerns her directly, but I think it might just be better for her to just take a break Yeah, and like She didn't come across well Uh uh towards the end She feels like she's set up And to be honest, I don't know why this moment stands out to me so much, but when they went to that Castle plays. And they had the water slide. and she walks away and Ashley runs after her and she's just kind of like I'm not same age as these women. I'm kind of like in a different place in my life. I just felt like she felt silly Nothing was even happening, but it just made me realize how much of an age difference there is Yeah. And I just was like, in that moment, she From then on, she started to feel out of place to me because then everything crumbled right after that too. So yeah, I feel like her relationships have been strained. one of her you know, as she said on the show is one of her best friends, he's going through legal issues and so she's dealing with that. She is older by a good margin from the rest of these women. And even the reunion she probably left the reunion like, yeah, don I don't want that side of me to come out I have retired from that life Joellan is still active and like I don't want to go backwards Yeah, that's, I mean W she's probably not even going to be a friend of Once se when is the last time we've had a housewife that we actually like that voluntarily left after the first season I cannot remember I'm sure it has happened in the twenty as we come up and celebrate twenty. twenty years But I'm trying to remember if there was a housew that I really loved that was like, you know what? No Not that I really love, but there has definitely been some housewives that are just like, yeah, that's enough for me after one season. And then there's housewives where it's enough for everybody else after one season. That's usually the case. Those housewives would kill the house not ask to leave. That's clear Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. likeike Liz has decided against it. So I do hope they get we get a new one though I do want a new one. I don't want just this cast. I would like a new. No, no, I think they'll replace her with somebody else. One last note, I loved when they went around and said what they wanted to do better or what they wish they would have done better And I actually like respected everything that everyone said U Ashley noticed like, yeah, I wish I would have been She saidater. I wish Yeah. so I need you to do I need do all those things. Yeah. a lot. A I think she recognizes like I was not who I wanted to be on the show and I would definitely participate more moving forward. And Kelsey and Rosie mending their friendship, I would like to see them best friends. So I didn't feel like they ended their friendship Oh no, I'm saying both said that they wanted to mend their friendship. And I appreciated Kelsey being like If you actually w to be friends with me, like I'm open to that, but like it has to be off camera. L we have to actually become friends. I think these people really value like real relationships I think they do too, but I was confused when Kelsey said that because I was like, I didn't hear Rosie say. I want to be friends with you. I thought I heard Rosie say We can be cordial unless I miss that, when Kelsey goes, if you want to be friends, I said Did she say that Or did she say I want to be able to be cordial and walk in a room?
