Yesterday I went on quite a rant, didn't I about ince Pr Harry cancelling the trip to the UK with his wife Meghan Archie and Lilibet. Well, overnight it has now become clear that maybe things are going to change again. These two my, head is spinning so insiders say that Harry is determined to bring Archie and Lilibet and Meghan to the UK despite the on going concerns about security. In a new statement, the Duke of Sussex said the following quote, He's exploring every available option to ensure that his children can safely visit Britain , insisting the issue has never been about where the family is going to stay . It is about adequate protection to be provided throughout the trip . So although King Charles has offered the Sussexes a royal estate, accommodation on a royal estate, Harry's team is now saying that that might be safe, but that's not enough What they're concerned about is once they leave the royal ground so all the royal homes, all the royal estates have extra protection around them. So as long as they're in a royal palace, they will have this extra layer of protection, but when they leave to go to Birmingham for the Invictus Games, which is what the whole trip was about. We've seemed to forgot that, haven't we? We don't remember that at all. So the trip is about the Invictus Gam es, which is happening next year. They're not happening this year. It's the year countdown trying to get people excited, trying to get people to turn up. And so this is really just a press stunt. It is a launch to get everybody really into this and it has become absolute chaos . So they are not backing down Ravik, which is the government agency that decides who gets extra level of security . They said no. For five years, Harry's not had it. He's not going to get it now. Also too, though, I think this is important pointing out and I have a short story today and my substacker about this or Rob Shuter. Substacher. com The problem is somebody explained this to me yesterday in law enforcements. Private security guards in Britain are not allowed to be armed. Britain has a very strict gun policy. You're not allowed to carry a gun. In fact, many police people they don't carry guns. You have to be highly qualified to leg carry a gun in the UK. So if you turn up with private security, if you're Madonna, if you're Janet Jackson, if you're touring Britain and you want security with you, they're not allowed to carry guns . They can secure you, they can do their job, but they are not allowed to be armed. That's not allowed in Britain. Now when the president goes, exceptions are made for secret service and foreign dign itaries who are visiting although if after the president goes to bed, if those secret service want to go to a pub to get a bit of bit of dinner, please to beer, they're not allowed to carry guns to that. So they're only allowed to carry guns while they're protecting that person . And so that's what Harry is concerned about. He believes that Meghan, that his family needs twenty four hours a day, seven days a week armed security , armed guards. When they travel in America, they have security with them. Who are armed? On their estate in Montecito , there are armed people patrolling that neighbourhood . That's not allowed in Britain. And this is where it gets complicated. When you visit a country, if you go to Spain on holiday, if you go to France, their rules are the rules you have to abide by . These countries have their own laws and you can't just change them. If you stamp your foot and you scream and you shout or if you throw your toys out of the pram, it doesn't make any difference. He's coming up against the law and that's why they won't change it. So there's two things going on here. Today, I have a little bit tiny, a little bit more understanding of what's happening here that Harry is so deeply paranoid . He's so deeply concerned about his wife, which is a good thing and his children, that is a good thing . But Britain is a pretty safe country. Nobody in Britain wants anything bad to happen to anybody, to tourists to visitors, to citizens. And so this is a very ugly conversation that Harry's forcing the Brits to have . We want security definitely, but who's paying for it? Should we pay for every famous person that goes to Britain? Should the Americans pay for every famous person that comes to America or is that part of your responsibility, private security, around pop stars, around celebrities? That has been going on for many, many years . Harry wants this extra level of protection , but he wants it paid for by the government and it's not just money. His camp argue. This is not about money at all. I think it is a little bit, but this is not about money at all, this is about safety. Once again , Harry can pay all the money in the world to hire private security , but they're not allowed to carry guns. What do you think? Let's go to a poll of the day. So Taylor and Travis, they're not taking any chances when it comes to keeping their wedding under wraps . There are trucks, there are vans, there is lighting arriving. So I think it's going to be at the garden. And invitations only tell their recipients that it is in New York City on july third. That's it. Nothing else. Be in New York City, july third, and then twenty four hours, twelve hours before the actual wedding. They'll get an email, they'll get information about where it's going to be. I'm told it's going to be about a thousand guests. Also to the rumoured performers are Stevie Nicks, Dimras, and possibly can get your head around this? Paul McCarty. Once again, my team was outside the garden yesterday, lighting, rig, stage equipment , all the gear was spotted at the garden and security. It was super, super tight. Sources tell me there's a massive stage being built in Pennsylvania that is going to be shipped today or tomorrow to the garden fueling speculation. There's going to be an unforgettable show. TMZ are now reporting to that Taylor is very hands on with food. There's going to be food stations and she's gone to all her favorite fan cy restaurants in New York. I've been to a few of them. Oh my goodness they are delicious and very expensive . They're going to be catering this fabulous, fabulous , fabulous event. It is something everybody is waiting. There's a new report too today that non disclosure agreements, NDAs have been sent out to all the invited guests, although TMZ are reporting they don't have much bite to them. There's no legal consequences, there's no financial consequences. So if you break the rules, I don't think you're going to get sued. I don't think you're not going to have to pay a lot of money to the couple, although you'll never be invited to a celebrity wedding ever again and you'll be shamed by arguably the biggest star in the world so people are not leaking information. They have nothing to leak at the moment though. They have nothing to leak. I'm also told to, which is really, really interesting is that Taylor will record the wedding. There will be a recording of this wedding. I know at least two camera people who I've worked with who have been booked to work. They don't know where yet, they don't even know what yet but, it's's Taylor wedding. And so there will be a recording which means along the way down the road . There's going to be a video. There might be a streaming special . Guests have not been told yet they can't bring their phon es. So we know that that is slightly unusual, isn't it? All this privacy and they're going to allow phones. I don't see that, but official cameras are going to be there. And maybe it's just a home video . Maybe like many brides, Taylor wants a video of her wedding. A lot of people do that. When my niece got married, Paris, there was a video who made a video and lots of Instagram stuff. It was really, really wonderful. So Taylor's wedding will recorded. It won't be televised live, Netflix have not got the deal, they all wanted it, but there will be video which you know. Taylor will use down the road, maybe in her own music videos, maybe as a special , maybe even a film in the cinema. She is the boss, okay? It made me giggle but as I got to know the ladies more and more and more, as more came out about their real lives, I realized that these are some of the worst people in the world . My bravo has managed to find just really despicable people. We celebrate them and we make them rich and we make them famous and they love this and now because the show is coming up to its twentieth year anniversary, housewives has been around that long. That's why Andy Cohen's so rich . Now we've got the next generation and the next generation I fear. Are they going to be worse? They're going to be absolutely awful. Teresa was in her forties when she got arrested and went to jail. Now her daughter's in her twenties in her twenties and has been arrested and instead of paying her dues instead of saying sorry instead of having any remorse, she's on TikTok.
