N never, never, never, never Hello, welcome to the inaghty but I sh I' your houseful shooter. It's Thursday morning, which means we are joined by our dear friend from a very special location, Mark Lupo, Hey Lupy, are you there? Lup Lewis here, how you up Where are you, Loopy Loo? Porting live from doors That's our bureau on Long Island. That's right, my mom Now is this your childhood bedroom? Where are you? My childhood bedroom, ye. Oh I know. Who's on the wall behind you, the beautiful lady? So I worked at Abercromie when I was in college and I took home one of the big posters. was black and white posters. so you stole it. I stole it and here it is on the wall. So very cute. It's lovely, hi Doris, Okay, let's jump to the show. My time to sit my friends at Airs. Tea time, lots and lots of Taylor Swift stories news to get to at the top of the show. So I reported this first mark and now it has been confirmed. Taylor Swift is not getting married at Madison Square Garden. So it all sounded so bizarre, didn't it? it's because it's not happening. It's so upraand what is happening She's having a party at Madison Square Garden. So that's going to be the big celebration, but the actual wedding is not going be there. So a gentleman called Anthony Jabin, who's probably now in a lot of trouble, he was talking to TMZ and he just announced casually, I've been invited to the wedding. and then TMZ asked him Is the wedding at the garden? And he said, no. it's in an undisclosed location. So while we've all been standing outside the garden and there is an event at the garden. Taylor's going to celebrate at the garden. So while we with all every reporter, every photographer, every news crew has been outside the garden, it's a little bit of a decoy because somewhere else in New York City They're planning a very small intate, beautiful wedding. I'm told it could be at her apartment. Now we have had people outside her apartment. They haven't seen any stuff coming and going, so maybe not. But this sounds so much more like the Taylor Swift that I think we think, we know. She's gonna get married in a beautiful, small space very low key, very few details and then She's going to turn up at the garden for this massive celebration with a thousand friends and family and have a great night there. So think of it almost as an after party. It's not The wedding, it's the party they're having Does that make sense now? what do you think? I'm really happy to hear this news because I was wondering this does not feel like a fairy tale moment to being married. we love MSG, but that's just intimate place. But I think you know, hopefully she picks out a really beautiful either it's a church or her home. somethingomething that's special to both of them. That would make I think a lot more sense. I think it makes more sense. Now neither one of them are particularly religious, so it might even just be a civil ceremony. Can you imagine if she just went to the courthouse It'd be so cool. She just got married at the courthouse and then did this big extravagant thing afterwards. And I spoke to my sources who have been telling me this all along. and I felt almost a little bit silly. You know like where you have reported, Mark, but everybody else has something different. You start to question yourself. You're like, am I right? A I right on this A right and thank you to this gentleman with loose lips on TMZ, The Daily Mail are reporting she's going to become Taylor ely. So she is I don't think she's going to change her name professionally. It's like when JLo got married to Ben Affleix, she did become Jennifer Affleck except in her in her career, she was still Jailer. So I think on her album covers, it's going to still be Taylor Swift. when she goes on tour. it's Taylor Swift. But let's be honest, she's so famous at this point and so successful. She could just be Taylor. She doesn't actually need a last name to be part of her mo strategy. But the Daily Mail are reporting that she's quite traditional. I know this from my reporting too. She's quite an old fashioned sort of person. She has an old soul. I love that about her. That's why her songs are so beautiful. and I like this name. What do you think Taylor Kelsey?? I mean, I think it's a great marketing thing she could do for her next album. Like how Beyonce had a tour, like Mrs. Carter Tour. I think she could be the Kelsea Tour of the album Clever. I like the sound of that. That could be quite clever. Would you change your last name, Mark if you got married? No, I think you know twenty years of working and you know using your name. It's too far into it now. That's right. you're at Doris's house' at the Lupo Residence. It'd be disrespectful, wouldn't it to be there and be changing your name, o. More details about this wedding. It's gonna be a Ted hour extravaganza So people are going to arrive at the garden about six PM. Once again she's going to be married by them. So six PM they're going to be at the garden and then actually it's even earlier. Guests are arriving at the garden about four PM. Sorry, four PM for cocktail hour and then the c the ceremony is going to happen outside the garden. So there's some report still that it's going to be in the garden. That's not going to happen. So they get there at cocktail hours And then they go down to thisavish lavish reception. She's building like a fairy castle. There's a castle being built in the garden. I've seen trees, artificial trees coming in and out. There's now a gazebo that has been erected too in the garden. and there's going to be performers. My question is that, It sounds great. Stevie, Nick's great performers, I'm sure Taylor will get on the stage too, so you get a really sort of like a private Taylor Swift concert. Is ten hours too much to ask from your guests. It's a lot that's not a wedding markark. That's a marathon. Is that? 'cause sometimes it's just too much. I just w to go, have my chicken, listen to some music, have a little bit of a dance and go home. It's a lot to basketball. It really is. but in my imagination, they're going to have like cooling station, a bed for people to sleep in, gift bags. it's going to be a true event where you like there's value beyond attending the wedding. I hope you're right. We've been invited not to Taylor's wedding, but to some big events throughout the years, Mark. And sometimes the people that produce these events, they ask too much of me. I just want to sit in my chair. It's like when I go to the theatre and there's audience participation. No, no, no You perform up there on the stage and I sit here nice and quiet in the dark. I don't want you in the face. I don't want to get up, I don't want to dance just leave me on. This is going to be a lot of work. like if you're coming to this wedding and particularly if you're wearing uncomfortable shoes, ladies guys, we've all had them on, if you're not that comfortable in your tuxedo or your sexy dress You know, it's a long day I mean, it almost like going into like, you know, a Teshare, you know presentation, you're trapped there for hours. you can't leave. L you know like you're committing to something big and's it's a timeeshare presentation. It's exactly. You know to get that free dinner to Applebe', you gotta sit through the timeeshare for They're not going to give me my prize. or talking about food. We did see some trucks pull up and we've seen some indication of what's going to be on the menu. So there was a lobster blackened chicken, a boneless chicken breast, chicken legs, French fries, onion rings. we also saw Lettuce and eggs and cream, but my favourite thing There was a truck that pulled up from Krispy Kream. Krispy Cream. Oh I love a Krispy Kream don. I love They have one in Times Square. Ifver you're in Timesquare at the theater or out with your friends. Oh, there's one, I think it's like forty eighth streets in the city and they make them hot. You can see them coming off the conveyor belt and they just melt in your mouth. So you're going to be well fed, although I think With this endurance test, you're going to need your energy. So eat that chicken Lots of cbs because it is a really long day. Mark a few bars and restaurants around the garden, they're not very happy with any of this because they said it's going to be bad for business. If they close down streets, then suddenly your business it's in trouble. And so New York is dependent on street traffic. We walk past everything're on the onn the side of the road, even the fanciest restaurants are not set back behind bushes and lawns. in New York City we're all on the grid. The fanciest apartments are on the street like Mark, even on Park Avenue. It's still up the street. It's not behind a hedge or a massive lawn. And so all these businesses, they're going to suffer that weekend, I think with the heat. And now this wedding and street closures Is it a little tone deaf mark? Is this too much you know it might be, but the area surrounding MSG like directly near there is not the There's's is bum Maybe some bums will get, you know a chance to eat too, but it's it's not the best area. and yeah, it's going to be tougher for those small business owners. The police are going to be out there removing homeless people. So there's a report that the NYPD, they're saying it's because of the extreme heat. It's going be crazy weekend. could hundred seven It's going to be over a hundred in New York. So if you are outside, get to a cooling station. Also to the police there's about fifty sixty cops that have been hired for the wedding day, which is Friday. I'm told they're going to set up cooling stations too. and I feel bad for the press mark. People like you and me would be outside, can you imagine standing outside? Our friend Niki has been there all week and she just sat with a huge hat on and sunglasses and she found the one piece of shade. There's no trees around the garden. She found the one shady spot. and she made friends with a local bar. She keeps going in and just sitting in there to cool down. This is going to be something. I can't wait though for Monday to give you all the details. Once again though Big news is that she's not getting married at the garden. It's an event, it's a celebration. it's not a wedding, which brings us to our poll question of the day. The wedding's going take ten starting in the afternoon to go until two or three in the morning. they must have got a special permit too because the garden normally shuts you down about eleven thirty twelve. And so about a ten hour wedding. is this fabulous or is it just too long? It's too much. You can over do a good thing sometimes when I'm watching a movie mark Oh after two hours. I'm done. I don't need you three hours, Steven Spielberg. I don't need I went to see a musical. I'm not going to say which one because I thorough enjoyed it for too long. Wn't you hit the three hour mark It's too much to ask. This wedding iss going be T hours. Hey go vote on our Twitter X page at Naughty nice Rom. Our Facebook page is naughty gossip. And be sure to cheill by tomorrow to hear your results. Okay Mark, We're gonna fly through these next items because we've spent so much time as we should O Taylor's wedding, what are you working on? All right, so Taylor Frankie Paz entered rehab as her Bterer custody battle explain Frankie Paul. She is focusing on her health as her legal battles with her two exes continue to escalate. The secret lives of Mormon Wiv star voluntarily checked herself into a rehab facility on the recommendation of her doctor. Now her stay is last about one week with insiders saying she's committed to getting better All those closest to her are focused on supporting both her recovery and her three children.mart. When people want to go and get better, we have to support them, although their timing is a little suspicious because that bachelorette show might be bubbling back up. So it was cancellled, it was postponed, but it wasn't scrapped. It still exists. They have spent millions of dollars on producing this show. It's not a cheap show. This is not the real housewife cheap They're in a mansion and they fly all around the world on private jets and helicopters and if you've ever seen the Bachelorette, that is not the real housewives of New York City.ike they spend money the housewives, they barely get a free sandwich, Barely a piece of cheese. It's so cheap. This show expensive so they don't want to throw it away but they've got a problem with her because it is a show about love and she has been accused of domestic violence. And so now there's talk about maybe it will come back. So I was told great timing to go to rehab. We love a comeback story. We do America. We love it. And so can we find a little forgiveness for Taylor. Frankie goes to Hollywood. What a name that is, Mark. Taylor, Frankie I'd never heard of her u till the Bachelorette. H had you heard of her? No. And then, you know, once I heard of her, then I really heard of her. Oh she came out like Kate Goslip. I' never heard of her. She came out swinging and I was like, Oho I can't get rid of her. We whing knew the best. We're not making fun of somebody going to rehab But T look suspicious. o moving along. Gweneth Peltrow and Chris Martin's son Moses, I mean, is now modelling for Berberry. I don't know if I like it. I looked at the ads. He's a nice looking chap twenty years old. He doesn't scream model to me. I would guess if his mum and dad weren't Gwenneth and Chris, he might not get this. Now Berberry is a very famous British brand and his dad's from a British band. So maybe that's the connection there. I'm a bit disappointed in Berberry that they did this mark. It's not made me want to buy one of their raincoats. Let's say that.ight know I'm kind of surprised because Berberry is already kind of struggling in the relevancy in the worldm of fashion, but to have a neto baby the front of her campaign it just feels tired and boring to me. I think it sounds so boring, doesn't it? I see Heidi Klum's trying to do it with her daughter and I don't know. Yeah, you know, go and do something. Go and make a name for yourself and then become the face of a campaign. He also too is anonymous If you walk past the poster, it's just a cute looking twenty year old guy. You don't stop and say, Oh my goodness. there is D don't even know his name? Let me look at again. There is does he have a name? Moses? how could I forget? There's Moses. Not so smart. Okay, Daniy Glover, heartbreak an announcement. What did he have to say? So sad. So Daniy Glover has revealed that he has been living with Alzheimer's disease since shortly after receiving his honorary Oscar in twenty twenty two, a seventy nine year old star shared the emotional news during a candidate interview on the Today Show, saying he's learned to live with the diagnosis while acknowledging that as it advances, things are going to be different and change. That's right That's right. Oh, it's heartbreaking. I'm told this story was about to break. I think one of the weekly magazines had it. He has He's had it for a while now isn't it twenty? That's four years to keep it a secret. so good for you and I'm glad that he got to tell his story okay quickly before we go to a break. Melissa Judici, we have more revealing details about her arrest. So apparently she was throwing things, throwing food, throwing candles during an argument with her family inside Bew Jersey home. told you It was inside the house. It was her sister who called the police. Brav, bravra, bravo. rewarding bad behaviour. That should be their tadline. They are just awful, awful people. Okay, we're going to take a quick break and we will be right back. A decade ago, the ethanol kingpin of Iowa became the king of corn in Brazil So we met where a lot of larger farmers went from Bahia to Toateines to Monteroso. They brought a team of executives. They were gonna help the country get in on a gold rush. Carbon and its derivatives are gonna to be really the next great commodity that the globe's gonna trade. But back home in Iowa, trouble was brewing If you live in Iowa, your land, your water, and your voice could all be at risk thanks to a man named Bruce Rastetter. Now people are questioning if his climate solutions have anything to do with climate at all. You gotta give Bruce the guy's credit. They'reublic kids. They don't get cred on any now. On this season of dririlled Carbon Cowboys, the story of how the ethanol kingpin of Iowa became the king of corn in Brazil, and what it tells us about the limits of technology and markets to solve the climate crisis.
