I need to ask, did the whole Westn Amanda thing take you out of this season? or were you still able to watch it and be like, okay, Kyle was a little out of line here If anything, it made the season better for're going to be honest. Obviously, I knew that the West and Amanda thing was happening from the beginning because I trusted you and Troy. So the moment that y'all broke the news like weeks before anyone else, I wholeheartedly believed it. you know that we texted about a con when everyone else was like, no, no, you I was on your side, like I believe it So yeah. it made the season better. You know, I'm a Kyle apologist. He's my favorite problematic Bravo guy. So the fact that Kyle got a pass this season is kind of like, yes, that's my boy. L So no, I think it made the season better. I'm still interested in the city So yeah, I mean, anyone that's not about it, it's like, o, maybe you shouldn't watch reality TV because this is what this is what it's about Definitely, definitely. how do you feel about in the city? I haven't watched the second episode yet, so I don't really have much to base my opinion on the second episode yet either A actually, but I was like one of these people that was like fighting so hard for the city to be a thing because I mean knither our like Lnding them were ready to transition out of summer House, but we weren't ready for them to transition off our television. So I will be the biggest advocate for this city. And I think honestly, I'm sorry to say this to Lindsy, but Jim is the star Like I know Lindsay, you might be out shying for once in your life And I think she'd be okay with it only if it's Gemma, nobody else. Yes, but Gemma is that girl. I am so glad baby Daddy signed those papers and Gemma can be on our screen. Lindsey said, let's get some more money Oh yeah, that's how she got him. She definitely was like sees and she'll have a college fund, a trust fund. She'll be set to she's thirty. Just let me let me go to work Totally, totally. so. I mean, we're gonna get into the reunion Before we get into specific moments, how did you feel about it? a great first episode. We got a lot out, but there's still a lot left. but it also wasn't just about Wes, Sierra Manda and Kyle. I love the Bailey and Ben of it all. I love the KJ of it all. Mia existing is just enough for me. So I thought it was very a rounded first episode. I agree and I'm glad we already heard the leak. L we don't have to worry about it. I agree. It's out of the way. I do think again, I'm I'm glad the leak happened because I still think the editing's protecting Amanda a little bit because again she is on the city and they need her to be an asset So I'm glad the leak happened. like sorry, not sorry Yeah, I agree. They're fully trying to make it out like Amanda's not that bad. She just made a mistake I was so distracted by a go awful ponytail. Ponytail. likeike when she sat down, I wanted Lindsey to be like, you know, when she sat down before they started like filming. I wanted Lindseay to be like, did you forget to do your hair? Why you left you left your your clip in, takeake it down, girl. Yeah, that ponytail is stressing me out You're more of a fashion girl than me. What did you think of all the looks Oh I think they all look fire. I mean, whatever Sierra puts on, she looks good. I think overall, Lindsey's dress is my favorite, but they all even Amanda. Like that's one thing you can't take away from Amanda. when she puts a fit on, it fits. So they all look good. Guys too actually I know I loved Carl's outfit. Jose so a thingress. Yeah. I can't be awesome. We'll just go ahead and put it out there. You and I are going such a roller coaster with Kyle. Like there's been seasons we've hated Kyle Yeahes, excuse me. It's so nice to love Carl this season I agree it took me ten seasons to get there and now I am fully more life. bigest fuck, one season I love him, One season I hate, O one season I love him, one season I hate him. But's I forgot what it feels like to like love Carl And I love that we watch reality TV the same way where it's like, yes, Kyle has been a monster in the past and he's not a good husband, but he is a star. Yeah today like Kyle has more like appeal right now than a lot of like movie stars. And I'm like, damn, that's kind of true Get them in some acting classes. Let's go God, I yeah, I just I think this Sandal really kind of just revamped the season and we needed it. And I like the fact that they did the reeditings. You know what? my favorite thing that's come out of it is Lindsey and Carl's friendship is reblooming. I'm sorry, if we have to sacrifice a marriage and some friendships to get Lindsey and Carl back as friends, I am willing to make those sacrifices I agree. Carl will be on the next season of in the city. I'm sure Lindseay blocked that. I'm so curious about that because like he we want to see him on the city, not summerhouse. I'm very curious of why they didn't put him there I understand ye, masc. No offense to your girl. Give me Carl. Listen, Danielle marched right over to Lindsey and said, W a chat. You can say a lot about Danielle. You cannot say she does not work Exactly. she clocks in. Yes. she gives found her energy. Foundnder energy. That's so funny. And everybody clocked in for this reunion. You know what? Before we talk about West in Sierra and Amanda talk about Ben and Bailey. I just I'm just going to be quiet and I'm going to let you talk I say this again, you and I are never wrong and we clock in from day one. First of all, first of all, we're not even going to get his personality. Let's just start with like episode one, everyone's like, he's so hot. I'm like, no, he has an accent. He's not hot. He has an accent. I'm not saying he's not attractive, but he's not even like the top three hottest guy in the summer house And then we get to know him and I'm like A He gave me like, the oh immediately Sometimes I'm wrong, usually not. We were not wrong about Ben A man is a nuisance And Bailey clocked it. Bailey said everything I was thinking about him. You have nothing for men, but you have all the smoke for women. and he freaks the Sabrina crazy. Gant it she is insane The choker' a little tight. But he said't speak to her like that fully agree And I think one thing I see on social media a lot is people saying, well, Ben didn't yell. Bailey said he yelled. and I'm like, you don't have to like yell and stomp your feet in order to be an asshole. Like you can just rude. Yeah in the Boiling anger just below the surface is what I see with him. And he was like, you just embarrassed me at the dinner table. I'm going to embarrass you in your own bedroom. Yeah ong Like't bad any, when I'm telling like that would have pissed me off and I would have s Sentos down. I wouldn't have apologiz. I don't care if I rued Amanda's birthday. Like I'm being honest Ben said to Sabrina which they were in the room just them to in one scene. I guess she was being annoying and not getting ready. And he was like, if we have kids, how you going to get them ready for school? I'm like, what an odd thing to say to say A in? Are you okay And it's like if you're dating like Sabrina, you might have to like guide her a little bit. She free spirited and doing her own thing. She's hot enough that that's okay. Spr comes from like a religious background, right? Oh it does mean. I think he has like a preacher daddy I think Ben from Summer House and Danny from the Valley have similar upbringings and that's that's why they are the way they are That makes so much sense. An comes from a Jesus freak family Yeah, I was just so glad that Bailey secured herself season two with her like not even looking at him as she's speaking. like her whole bodody' like tilted away from her and I did like when she started talking about Sabrina. he's like, donon't talk about her. She's lovely. like she's like, I'm saying she's lovely. You good for you, buddy. This is something so funny watching two people sit on the couch next to each other at aunion and fight Be usually they space them out where you fight for people, you know, across from you just the energy of them fighting next to each other and Bailey knew. Bailey knew. he's not going to get loud with me today because Carl's got me. Like I think Bailey and Carl had a conversation and Carl was like, say what you need to say. I got your bag, baby I hope so. I hope that's true. I'm at least thinking that in my head Even if it's fanfic, I don't care. It's the truth to me. It is But yeah, I give her credit, you know, it's her first reunion and she still didn't like the way Ben spoke to her. And I just don't understand how other people don't see it You know, Bravo fans, no shade, no tea. This is true. So if I'm talking about you, I'm not apologizing. They love like a basic white man. like a basic white man does no wrong to these Bravo fans. like they're insane. Insane. The clip of him taking off Kyle's hat was very intimate. Yeah I think he wasn't raong. used the right words. Like that was such a good read from Bailey Yeah, that was probably one of my favorite moments from the reunion And I'm so glad Mia got a moment to shine. Like Mia T and just a moment is and Troy and I just said like, I can't believe she's not a founding cast member. Like I can't believe she hasn't always been there. Yeah, it's crazy. It's taken like my only qualm Lier is like, whyy did it take you this long to introdu us introduce us to me. L we needed her And I'm glad she dumped her chef boyfriend. Oh my God. The only One cool thing I ever saw. I did see online that he's like business partners with Michael B. Jordan. Yeah. And I was like, okay, he's got Nia in some of the right room. but this that man was interestnteresting. And look Some people are not meant for reality TV. She probably I mean, I'm glad they broke up now, but she should have left him at home for that weekend. Like if you know your man is not cut off reality TV, don't don't bring him. Don't bring him to the front of the church Maybe she knew she was going to dump him and was like N know And I did love when she was like, I don't need to jump into from relationship to relationship and then looked right at Amanda Yes, because you know, that's one'm you know this about me. One of my biggest pet peeves when someone gets out of a serious relationship and gets right into another one because someone's not doing the therapy work they need to be doing Yeah. no introspective, no looking at myself, nothing alone is important Now I am going to say unfortunately, West does have like a way about him to make you laugh Like when they were talking about the dick pick And he was like, let me see, let me see. And then he was like, Yp, that's me. I was like, God, he does have like elbow his platic If West was a little older, he would have been on the challenge and he would been great for the challenge because he's one of those guys and like even when Lindsey at the beginning was like, don't make me laugh I understand what she's saying. I've been there before with like a Jordan or a West or even Johnnyanaas where you're like I'm so mad at you, You're a piece of shit, but you also sometimes say funny things Yeah, I totally related to Lindy in that moment. She's like, I'm here to be mad at you and you're getting these jokes off a little too early Who's like the one that gets you the most in the challenge house P West West can be really annoying, but also really funny. Johnny Bana just tells the same joke over and over again where Wes reads the room and responds. So probably West. I think that would be a safe bet Yeah, Johnny seems like someone who would repeat a joke louder to see if people would laugh if it's louder. just saves the jokes for every season and knowing the rookie girls will laugh. It's exhausting I definiteally imagine how bad those jokes have gotten because he's getting up there in the age. He is Like he's literally like almost at grandpa level of like he's like surpassed dad jokes at this point He's a granda Jokess pop That's a mature man. Well, a mature, mature man Well, somethingomething we need to talk about. I mean, just the West in Amanda of it all and watching them cuddle together on the coach and kiss when he entered. I mean, were you expecting all that backstage stuff becausecause typically we don't get it with Summer House. No, Andy was disgusted. and so was I. Like Andy was like, I can not believe y'all are playing in my face right now. And I't the same way I But the funny thing is I knew that Wes he would do that behind the scenes and then be exactly who he was once My cheat I saw a tweet also that was like Wes acts like an audience member at reunions He's just there. Like he doesn't talk. It's insane To watch him just chew on inside of his lip over and over and like look at different corners of the studio just trying to not be there is insane. And he shouldn't be allowed to get away with it And Amanda like mothering him, coaching him, like already getting annoyed with him. Like I'm like, y'all are't too freshed in this relationship for her to be looking at you like that. Like this is going this is going to be done in a month or two and everyone's going to look like a fool I know, I can't believe they're in Italy together right now I just wonder if who's headaying for the trip West or Amanda's father A's. Yeah. Yeahah, for sure he'd been thowing her every other day for the mills Exactly. So yeah, I mean, with this reunion, they got kind of right into it. And I actually really, really liked that I just don't understand why committing to a lie when they have proof that you're lying. like Sierra was able to pull up those tags. And Amanda is just like, yeah, I lied. And it's like that's not helping you ood was crazy to me. Like Sierra's a better woman than me because I would have went across Andy when she started getting an attitude with me. L be fucking for real Batula And I think what pisses me off the most is the whole lying about the timeline of when they got were intimate y'all only put out that statement because your hands was forced. Y'all didn't put out that statement because y'all were ready. So the whole saying, o, we didn get intimac after those statement makes zero sense. And it's a blatant lie and to just sit there and keep lying. L no one cares at this point No one cares. just be like, yeah that we liked it And we're gonna keep fucking. What's up? L just that was like just so unnecessary to me. And it was so bizarre to be like, well we didn't have sex until we pressed send. Yeah, it wass like the say day like What is that a fucking purity ring Like what is going on? just lying, just lying. And I'm a big firm believer. like one hill I will die on is The foundation of a relationship, how a relationship starts determines the entirety of their relationship. So like this relationship's not going to amount to shit. evenven if they getarri and have three kids, they're going to be miserable. They're end up divorced because of the foundation You cannot build a happy home on someone else's foundation. Yeah, and it was so bizarre that when they were talking about West's maybe girlfriend who he wasn't seeing exclusively a girlorse girl. And he was like, yeah, she did spend the night at my apartment. And Amand it was like, I didn't know that Yeah until like But she has to play it up. It's crazy Do you think Amanda knew that Sierra had those fall sleepovers? because her face looked a little ge. I'm likeady like I couldn't f I cannot figure out if she knew and she was just annoyed that Everyone else knew or it was new information to her and she was trying to keep her face under control. My guess is if you're sharing a location with someone, they probably know a little bit about your life, so she had to have known And I was like, maybe she even wasn't even checking Sierra's location. When you have a bun's location, the shena shay of it all. You're going to check and you're going to see some things you might not need to see. So And I was like also if West wasn't like responding back to her that night, she probably wouldn't check Sierra'. So I think she knew too. I just think she was annoyed that it was said and now we know As an avid reality TV lover, you've been on reality TV Do you believe that these two were just hooking up like starting in February? or do you think like watching the show back that they were hooking up in the summer I think something started in the summer And I think that It got physical or intimate or inappropriate L right when they left Smmer House at that hotel, the timelines now of like, o yis heard and Kyle separating, he West starting dropping Easter eggs. think it was an emotional affair in the house that led to a ual physical affair as soon as cameras went down Yeah, that makes a ton of sense. Yeah I think all that momentum was building for the summer. And then just thing about Amanda told just thing about her. She's she doesn't know how to be alone She would have went to her parents' house When they left Summer House, her going to a hotel is bizarre. Amanda has never checked into a hotel alone That is such a good point So her going of that hotel should have been red flag to Kyle. Like, girl, do you know how to check in? L She went to that hotel with intentions of Wess coming. And I think that's when it became intimate not when they press send on the joint statement Also releasing two joint statements with two different men from the same show within two months of each other Kill me, Kelly. putut me down If that ever happens, I will fly down to New Orleans inspect me me with a sit I do have to say, Sierra handled herself so well And one thing about like Per Lindsay, Mia Bailey, like they're so on point where I feel like you can't really like shake them and they're ready to read you down. Yeah. Now, and the thing is like I'm so glad that Sierra had Mia this season because even obviously we were watching Summer House with new eyes the past few episodes Mia never liked Amanda. neverever li When they would together in little group chats, you could tell she was being supportive because she's a good woman. But she looked at Amanda side eye. I think she knew what type of woman Amanda what. She clocked Amanda from day one Definitely that beach scene where Nanda was like, Yeahah, Sierra didn't want me to talk to West. I'd never talked to West again. I'm a guyunner I'm a guy rununner. Maybe if I want it And it's like was she ever even friends with Sierra? Because honestly when this first happened, I was like they weren't even close because I thought their closeness was through Page. like Looking at Sierra's Instagram, obviously, she thought of Amanda as one of her close close friends. Yeah I CR only knows how to go fully in with people. And Amanda Saul has a coworker. I just saw a clip from like an old winnerhouse episode And it might have been like one of the girls from below the deck, but they were asking her like Amanda was like, who at this table is your type And the girl says Sierra. She's like, yeah, I had to fuck one of the girls to be Sierra. And Amanda just gets like, youre going to see this look on her face. So I think Amanda has always like had a rival ser that we didn't even realize. Maybe she's like I'm the only big bude flat stomach that allowed in this house. Be they have similar styles, they have similar bodies Io liked Sierra more than he ever liked his wife.. I think it's a lot of animosity building with Amanda. And this was just the perfect storm Absolutely right. And what's crazy, My friend Jeff, his name's Jeff Epstein. He did pass away unfortunately. I've heard you speak about him before but Jeff. He went to high school with Amanda and He used to always tell me, Amand is a bitch. Amanda was like so mean in high school. She never grew out of it. And I'd be like, she' have a personality. L me a bitch. It right now Whenever I see anyone dragging her, I'm like, oh, Jeff. I know you would have loved it. Yeah I can't believe I'm seeing it so much more now Chess no Yeahes Yeah. did know. What did you think of when Amanda said? Fuck off to see here when I would have went across Andy. att least I would have done a little jump at her, grabbed right up ponytail. I thought that was insane. I'm here to apologize and make amense twenty seconds l up fuckk off. You're not going to tell me to fuck off. Like I'm sorry. There's no world that she should even like the audacity of it all The audacity ruly And I'm glad Sierra did get a moment to kind of talk about her story without West and Amanda attached to it. She opened up about her grandparents's house. But of course, then Andy is like West, was it hard not being able to talk to her or whatever? And he's like, Yeahah, you know, we talked to the end of the summer and I got to tell her I was proud of her Its yeah, that question pissed me off. Honestly if I was Sierra as soon as Andy asked that, I'm like don't answer that Wes. Like I don't want to hear it the audio like that question actually pissed me off. like I do think and I hate giving Andy Coen his flowers, I think he handled this reunion pretty well. He let them talk He kind of let the energy flow. likeike a lot of times he pisses me off for reunions. He hasn't pissed me off yet for this reunion But we are early. deceent first performance D't do they ask I mean, I wish they had Jesse read the paper that he pulled out of his jacket feel about Jesse? Well like but I feel the same way about Jesse. We hated him earlier in the season. I wanted him go. I wanted him off my screen and I'm saying, all poorge. God, just how things can change on a reality TV show, which makes reality TV so much fun to watch. Like hated Jesse until all this happened. I'm just like, o, he's a little baby. his home his little house. you growing up inid Lets make get a huge this for these men Even his conffessionals were getting better. like Yeah Jesse again, this scandal is so much for Jesse, obviously for Kyle, like At the end of the day, like thank you for being an asshole, You two idiots because you've elevated me Do you feel like Kyle has been left out of this whole conversation again because this is about the betrayal of the friendship that it makes sense that we all like feel sorry for Syia. and every day like He's done so much. So over the couple of years, it's kind of like not that this is your karma Kyle because you're going to come out on top and this is the best thing that could actually ever happen to you. But it's one of the things like he just doesn't get as much sympathy because he doesn't deserve it. simimple as that. I'm like, again, I'm Kyle's biggest fan. No one loves Kyle more than me. like he is summer House You've got social dialed in Search is doing its thing. So why do your marketing results look the same as six months ago? He has cheated on her So it's like, okay, Amanda got her hit back. It was a crazy hit, but she got her hit back I ever be bad about someone getting their hit back. I was like, y'all do what you gott to do Just not with West, with literally anyone else in the house. It' have been Jessse and everybody would have like, this is the cutest couple. Yeah she literally Sierra said it this. you went for the one man that was off limits in all of New York City Yeah I mean millions of guys to choose from and thing I have seen talked about is how West kind of allegedly was the one to start this being like, is there a little something between us? Do you think that's manipulative on his part? Do you think he knew what he was doing? or is he just trying to fuck Amanda because it seems like he wants to fuck any woman who walks by him? My theory' simple. My theory is Wes came into the season, immediately saw everything everyone knew that this season was gonna to be make or break for Kyle and Amanda. West immediately saw a chance there for Amanda if I can like a good guy and I'm the one protecting her against Kyle, then I take down Kyle. If I take down Kyle, then I am the number one guy of Summer House, which is essentially his goal. And then like so Amanda was just kind of a perk of it all I don't think he like I don't think's some like Undenying love, like it's not fith He's an opportunity and he's just taking advantage of an opportunity and it batfire because he underestimated the power of like Kyle Cook when it comes to the fans of Smmerhouse. Yeah. They they underestimated. they didn't think that Bravo fans would go to bat for a black woman. They would not have done this if the air had not been black and that is a hill that I will die on. Yeah, I think you're right. I don't thought that they could come out on top of this He would move to the city. they would have all these like couple partnership brandals and And it's like, no, becauseuse you're coming for Kyle and for Sierra. L you can't you can't take down both of them and they thought they could and they played themselves and now They're stuck together And well there's worse places you can be stuck together, but One thing that I wish Sierra kind of had in the house and I know she had Mia and Mia was being supportive and great, but she did need someone and I think it had to be a guy to be like, West isn't it. L because love her hate L, Luke could will call us like Luke sees shit. Luke would have been like, He's a loser speaking from a loser's perspective. right Lp would have been like, I've done this a thousand times so much. She needed like a loop in that house Honestly, toxic trait, I loved Luke and rewatching, he wasn't that bad. He was just like a weird o boring guy. I liked Luke too. And it's like, don't get me wrong. There were times I'm like Luke're being a fucking idot. But like the Hannah and the Luke of it all, I found those two little weirdos interesting And who would have thought Hanna would be right all these years later? And when Sierra was talking about You know, he wants to be with you because you're not going to dim his light. He'll be able to walk all over you. That is almost Wd for word what Hannah said to Amanda about Kyle and it's kind of true.'s I'm not going to like like that's not true about Kyle too. The only thing difference between Kyle and West is Kyle kind of understands at least from a business perspective, the like the power of a power couple and like he always wanted Amanda to be on his level. mayaybe it was a financial reason, whatever, or West is the complete opposite. West wants to like wear the pants and he wants Amanda here Yeah. And you know what though, that's where she that's the type of girl she is. I'm sorry. There's girls like that that and that's who they are and that's why they end up with men like West. I mean I know a bunch of them from the challenge from real life. It is just what it is. I'm like, tell us some challenge No, I'm just kidding. You don't have to get kunsZat Well, there it is Well simimple as that, easy. Yeah, you're so right and I'm so glad that Cira was able to end it with like, she's your wife, not mine. No that on my brain Yeah. I would have like turned around and started yelling at Kyl like, you should got to f about. You know the things youve said and done to her for the past ten years? Let me get my licked Right, You've already called her lazy and that you don't like her and you love it You've told her to go fuck herself already. Yeah, come on. I'm getting my ligs in I think he reacted that way because that's what people said about her with him. And I think it like hit them a little different There's so many levels to this situation with Kyle because he's now an outsider watching Amanda go through what he put her through and it's a different lens for him. And I think that's hard for him to comprehend. Because when you're in a situation, youve just seen your side and you're right. He's now on the outside and I think he probably has a lot of guilt like, oh God, did I get her here? Oh, look at you. God, I love how your brain works. Thank you. Thank you. You know, if that's only thing I love, it's like a reality, sociology inner, you know V really is like the perfect way to study people. Like I sociology teacher, we would only like do reality TV cases What shows teen mom would have to be on your syllabus, right? Oh my God, I just listened to your teen momom episode. injected in my veins. I was so annoyed when it was over I wanted more because I watched the episode, the Hollywood Dmons episode. and then many episode. Oh my Godd. I am going on a team mom Freew. Oh my God. That episode inspired me because when y'all were just like mentioning old scenes and stuff I was like, I gotta go. So I'm go down a teen mom journey. so be prepared for a bunch of teen mom texts for me. I'm so sick. That's like my comfort show. Like if I don't have anything on, I just put it on That's Rony for me So before we move on to KJ, I want you to pretend you're Samantha Jones, okay And in front of you, there's West and Amanda and you have to prep them for their reunion. What would you tell them to do told them to go and they are like Head down Like go in there like a dog that you are that has been beaten down and say, I deserve all of this. like Crazy this sounds we would have watched Raquel and Tom and been like, we're gonna do this times a million And then once everyone has beaten us down, we're going to stand up and be like where in law We want to be together and we hope that with time, y'all can let us show you what we have seeason two of the city.
