Because yesterday quite a few things happened in pop culture and I'm not going to be able to hold off till the kiki. Just try and laugh, pretend you're hearing the jokes for the first time But there are some things that I really, really need to talk about, okay? The first thing I want to talk about that I'm seeing a lot of discourse on is the Smuri turned pretty set So if you haven't seen, they just filmed recently in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and the crowds that showed up were tense. I would say there were probably like thousands of people there to watch them film a scene. And the creator put out a statement saying that like these big crowds really stress out the actors and they take us out of the scene and we have to do all kinds of reshots and all this stuff. And I get it. that sucks is People have done this forever. People have stood outside and watched people film movies. they've watched people film TV shows. I even saw a few people be like in Wilmington, North Carolina, this didn't happen. I can confirm as someone who watched the season four finale of One Tree Hill be filmed that you do kind of line up on the side of the river courourt that they don't show And there's probably like a couple hundred people watching them film this scene. And what that cast did was come over and meet some fans, take pictures, all of that. Unfortunately, I had left before they came over to meet us. Sumurmer I turned pretty. I get why the cast members can't go over and like meet the crowd because there's just so many people But I guess it's just frustrating. Or maybe it's not. Maybe I'm part of the toxic world because I'm like they should be able to line up and watch people film a movie. Like it just it's been going on for years, decades, even, even when they filmed the town in Boston. there were massive crowds of people watching this. and I understand like Stan wars and stuff are way more intense than they used to be. And I spoke to a people, a few people. I talked to a couple of my friends who went down to Plymouth to like watch them film And they said that the crowd was pretty quiet. They just filmed the scene and then left And I just don't see why that's such a big deal U Gossip Girl, they filmed on the streets of New York City. To me, that seems a lot more intense than the streets of Plymouth, Massachusetts. And again, I know we're always trying to grow and be better and less toxic. so maybe this is me just being like, I miss the toxicity of fandoms but I don't. I don't like fighting people online about Jeremiah versus Conrad. My hottest take is I' Conrad Fisher. Okaykay, that's my truth But yeah, I guess seeing all this discourse about like, not giving them space to film when I'm like, they were on the other side of the road. There's a whole road in between them. And I'm sure having eyes on you, it's harder to act because you're not a theater actor, you're on television. But this is something that's goingone on forever Like I said, even during One Tree Hell days, I know people used to line up and watch them film scenes and a gossip girl dealt with this. and anywhere that shoots in a city deals with this, E Nashville, when I lived in Nashville, people used to line up on the street if they were filming a street scene. So this isn't anything new. And yeah, that's the first thing that's on my mind. and maybe we're starting off on a toxic foot, but that's my truth I think that fans should be allowed to line up on a public street to watch someone film, especially if Amazon didn't pay to close down the street. Right now for Plymouth, it's one of their biggest times for tourists. People are also excited about this show. Nothing really exciting happens in Plymouth, Massachusetts. The last exciting thing I can remember is the fourth of July one time The entire fireworks barge caught on fire, so that was crazy. But as far as like filming movies, that's not something that typically happens there. It almost happened. There was almost Plymouth Rock Studios and I can get into Plymouth Rock Studios if anybody cares, but they were planning on making Plymouth, Massachusetts the Hollywood East. It just didn't get passed There would have been a lot of movies filmed in Plymouth, except Massachusetts didn't allow that to happen. Second thing on my mind, Jensen McCre just came out with a new song called Just Like You, and Jensen McCre, I hope, blows up She is one of my favorite new artists. If you miss that Sarah Barellis type of singer songwriter, Jensen McCre is right there. Her lyrics, whenever I hear certain ones, I'm like, oh, that would one hundred percent be my A I am away message. And that is such a big compliment coming from me. I think her music would have dominated a Chandelan Thursday, if you know, you know She's just so incredible. I cannot put into words how much I love her music. It's a throwback to like Michelle Branch. Her voice is a little deeper. I'll say than like Michelle or even Sarah Brellis, but it's so unique and her songwriting is just so good. Last year, her album was one of my most played in the entire year, and her new song Just Like You is so, so good. It bums me out that there is not a teen drama that she can put her music on. Maybe she's on off campus. I don't know. I'm still waiting to finish off campus. But she is just so good. My favorite song by her is Massachusetts. So if you're gonna check out one song, I suggest Massachusetts. but yeah, I just wanted to give Jensen McCraye a moment I hope you guys check her out. I am really, really, really passionate about her music. I think that, you know, Olivia Rodrigo is so great with her guitar and her lyrics and I think she's more in like the Olivia Lane than any other current artist I can think about, but she reminds me so much of Sarah Berellis and so much of Michelle Branch. And I think that is what's needed. We need some female singer songwriters. If there was a L of Fair right now, Dena McCre would be on the Live of Fair stage. The next thing we need to talk about. this is something that I cannot stop thinking about. As you guys know, I love the challenge. I have loved the challenge since I can remember. It's probably one of the longest running shows that I've ever followed. I've been watching since about sixth grade, maybe seventh grade But last your're yesterday. An episode of Challenge Mania came out and that's a podcast. It's hosted by Derek Derek Kazinski, who's been on the challenge a whole bunch and his friend Scott Jaagger. And Anisa, out of nowhere, not really out of nowhere, someone's like, o, you got bad blood. And she was like, oh my God, I hate Taylor Swift. And I fucked Travis Kelsey. and Travis Kelsey likes black women, sorry, Taylor. My brain exploded. When something is so tailored to the gossip that I need in order to breathe and live, It gives me such a rush. I don't drink anymore. so my rush comes from celebrity gossip and this was like But I never doubted it for a second. I've never ever or never ever, I've never ever. In the last twenty four hours, I did not doubt Anisa, not once. I met Anisa back in January. Blair and I went to another Challenge Mania, which we're never going to go to another Challenge manania. And I promise. I said, I'd never go to one after the first one I went to, We went to a second one, and it's just not for us But we got to meet Anisa. And meeting Anisa in person, like obviously on television, I think Anisa is beautiful. Meeting her in person, I was like, oh, shit. Now I get why every guy on the challenge tries to sleep with Anisa at some point in their challenge career. Anisa is so beautiful and has like such a calming presence about her or she did that night And it was just so nice. Like she talked to Blaair and I, She loved that we were together and lesbians. And I did get a DM from someone and they were like, Isn't Anisa a lesbian? Anisa is bisexual, to be clear, happppy pride. But yeah, she said that she slept with Travis Kelsey So I had to text Jemmy. I was like, Jemmy, what the hell? And Jemmy was like, I'm gonna ask Anisa, I'll get back to you So she let me know that Anisa says that this happened roughly thirteen to fourteen years ago. so it's been a while. and it's back when like her exact words were The day of those plaid shorts at Abercrombie so long ago. You know how the athletes were back then and who we had access to? And I know some people are probably like, why would Travis Kelsey fuck Anisa? First of all, Anisa's beautiful. Second of all, Travis Kelsey used to be one of the thirstiest motherfuckers to ever be in the NFL. Travis Kelsey has spent his entire career trying to be like Rob Rronkowski, but couldn't get there Pre Taylor Swift, Travis Kelsey was not famous in a sentence that didn't have Patrick Mahomes attached to it. And I know people aren't gonna to like that because people want to say he's the greatest tight end of all time, and I will fight that to the death He is a slot receiver. and yes, he does a bit of blocking, but most of his role is as a glorified slot receiver. The way he plays tight end is closer to the way that like Aaron Hernandez played tight end rather than how Rob Gronkowski plays tight end. And I know that might not mean anything to you, but I just want to let you know, those are my feelings But also like at that time this man was on an e reality show. I think we can all agree if you're on a reality show on E network, you want attention of some sort. You have to be thirsty to go on e. You have to be. That's just like the way it is. Another thing, Wes also lives in Kansas City and for a long time, I know he Mitt and Travis were neighbors So that's like another thing, but I think that might have been a little bit like too soon, not thirteen or fourteen years ago So yeah, that is the T when it comes to Anisa and Travis. And it was funny a few people were like, she should be afraid of the Swifties. I'm like, this girl has been on television since two thousand one. She's been on MTV for twenty five years. You think she gives us L what Swifties have to say to her? She went through the challenge during some of the worst misogynistic years and survived them. There is nothing you could say to Anisa that would rattle her. I promise, but this is a story that I'm absolutely obsessed with and I will talk about for at least another month, maybe not on a podcast because I know that can get annoying. I want to know if you guys think he slept with Anisa. That is something I'm very interested in. And my final thoughts when it comes to Anisa is why would she lie about this? right? Like there's no reason for her to lie. Does it feel a little random for the timing? Sure, but I don't think she's lying. I mean, I watched her poll Corey When people thought Anisa was no longer pretty, which again, I still think Anisa is a gorgeous woman. So yeah, those are my thoughts. There's a reason why she's been able to pull so many of the challenge men and she has probably slept with so many athletes that we have no idea about, but I would like to know who else she has slept with, so Anisa, please DM me so I can just know. It's really crazy when you think about it because even Trishelle, who For me was like one of the first reality stars that I saw become an actual real celebrity. She's even said she hooked up with Leonardo DiCaprio I am so curious which reality stars, specifically like MTV reality stars have hooked up with celebrities, because I bet you it is a lot more than we even think. And now the last thing I have to talk about the One Tree Hill girls are fighting. It seems like the One Tree Hill girls will never have peace in their life. and that makes me sad because they went through so much on the set of One Tree Hill But I was just notified that Hillary unfollowed Sophia Bush and that's a big deal. And what's interesting is Hillary still follows Ashlyn But I remember over the last few months over on Reddit, people were saying how Hillary wasn't interacting with Sophia's post the way that she used to. and she didn't wish her a happy birthday. So people have been like watching this go down for quite some time. And it seems like Hillary finally p the plug, Sophia still follows Hillary because I was like maybe she just blocked her, did not block her. unsure of what exactly happened. There is that Peter Thel list that's going around where people are a part of like an alleged secret society. but Sophia Bush did put out a statement saying that she just kind of like went to one thing and never interacted with that group again and Wired actually said the list that Sfhia Bush was on is just a list of people who showed up once. like they didn't they weren't recoccurring characters, I should say. So Wired should have been a little bit more clear with that if I'm being honest, you know, sometimes you go to a conference, you don't really know what it's about and after you go, you're like I't I'm Back. And that's what it seems to have happened with Sophia Bush. But as far as Hillary and Sophia go, I wonder if it had something to do with the One Tree Hill reboot that they were trying to put together, which, as a One Tree Hill lover, I am so thankful isn't happening anymore. Would I have loved more Peyton and Brooke? Absolutely. But I don't think you can have One Tree Hill. You can do it without Lucas, I think, but you can't do it without Haley and Nathan I think near the end of that show, you know, Kendrick and I talked about the heart of One Tree Hill, and I truly believe it's Hailey James Scott. Could you say Brooke Davis may be a little bit near the end of the series? but in my opinion, you need to at least have Haley, like have Nathan be traveling, whatever. He can pop in and out if he needs. But to have a Wry Hill reboot where it's just about Brooke in Peyton just didn't do it for me. but it is really sad because those girls went through a lot on set And it seemed like they did drama queens to try and learn about each other and get and become friends again. And it worked for a while until whatever happened with Joy and Hillary happened. Hillary even left the podcast. So with that, a lot of people thought it was because Joy said something against trans people because Hillary put out some sort of like Instagram stories saying that like trans rights are everyone's rights and it's important for her to surround her people who support trans people. So a lot of people thought that was a shot directly at Joy. Whas other people thought that Hillary got mad because of Joy's book cover because it's like similar to Hillary's a little bit because it's just a picture with a frame around it. And Hillary also put up a cryptic Instagram story saying like imitation isn't the highest form of flattery or whatever It just seems like those girls were never meant to be friends again. And I know that sounds dark and it sounds bad But I really wished that drama queens would bring them all together and they'd be able to heal each other, heal with each other. and maybe they did to some point But I also think that there's a time where you're like maybe we weren't ever meant to be this close, but it's also not fair that the creator of this show put us all against each other. If that makes sense. So that's also something I'm watching. And just a heads up, what's crazy is people talk a lot of shit about Sophia Bush and Hillary Burton, especially in like the comments on any real that I'll post. It's always like, A you team Sophia, you team Hillary? I think Sophia is not easy to get along with. I think Hillary's not easy to get along with. It's just people telling It's just people saying what team they're on basically. And I know last time I made a video about these two Hillary was allegedly blocking people from my Instagram that were saying negative things about Hillary. And I just think that's kind of funny. Like I think that's hysterical that Hillary Burton was like, you think you could talk shit about me? I'm gonna block you because I've seen this video and I see these nasty comments and you're gonna be blocked U So yeah, just a heads up if you're going to talk shit about Hillary Burton, at least on Laguna Beach, she has some kind of eye on it and will block you So yeah, that's kind of what's on my mind.
