There's been so much discourse obviously around the girls and this series. It's been spicy. So believe it's been dramatic at points. What is your like friendship with Louis Indela? What is your history with her before the show? I considered her a friend before the show. When did Kieran start to first catch your eye? As soon as he walked into the date. I thought he was fit and then I thought he was really shy and the chats weren't great at the start. We've actually spoken about this, so it's not like me like outing him. How high your tensions get during that. Oh my god, movie night was like, it was really crazy. Like I haven't actually seen it yet. I've seen, I think I saw a clip on T ikTok, but it is ten times worse when you're there. It was terrible. At one point I walked off. I had to actually calm down. When you're trying to explain to someone why something upsets you and then they laugh at you, that would be like a red rag to a ball for me. If everyone's having an issue with the same person, there's a common denominator. Get the sign. Hi dolls, welcome back to Olivia's house. I am so excited. My guest has literally just come from the airport and um she's wearing her crown. It's the winner of Love Island All-Stars Series 3, Sammy ! Thank you guys. Welcome home, honey. Thank you. Thank you for making this your first start. I'm honoured. How do you feel? It's it hasn't sunk in yet. It's all a bit mad. You tired? Not yet. It hasn't caught me going. Yeah, we we always do got marguerites mild to the guests. You were emotional when that was called out. Did you literally have no no idea? Like not an inkling. That anyone that knows me, that I was literally saying to Millie the day before, this is a double win for you. I was like, You've got this. I was like, it's gonna be you, it's gonna be you. She was like, no. And then as we were standing up there, there was just less people and less people and less people. And I kind of looked around and I'd actually had three wines before that final. So I was a bit like ooh I didn't really know. I was just there for a vibe for the vibes. And then I looked up at Kieran. I was like, there's only four of us left. And I was like, this is really weird. And then obviously it happened and I was like, this is just the maddest thing ever. I didn't expect it. I mean, let's go into your love island journey, actually. I' Im g'onnam gonna do our little thing that we do and leave it at the door. Before we start, I always ask my guests what they want to leave at the door, what are they over, what they're bored of, what they want to draw a line under. Let's do it. What do you want to leave at the door? I would like to leave pies at the door. Cannot be asked. Don't like 'em, very bored of 'em. Would this be any uh particular applies to face? Yeah. Yeah. Ones at them. Leave them at the door. I think that's a really, really good one. Um, let's do a little recap on your love island history for any listeners who might not know. So you first entered in season nine as a Bombshell, and you came third with Tom. Yeah. Tom, who is now engaged to Molly Smith. What's the last name? Claire. Claire. Tom Claire. What made you want to go on Love Island in the first place? How did you going on Love Island come about? Did they approach you? Do you remember? I applied. I applied for it, but I was obsessed with the show. Like I loved it. I was single for three years, I remember, and then I was applying every single year. And then I got it on the third time. I love that you were actually like honest about that. Because I feel like so many people I've been on that show with were like, yeah, I c which is not there's no shame in an auditioning or trying or wanting to do something. And then when we'd come out of the villa, they'd be like, Oh, they just approached me and I'm thinking, that's not what you told me when we were sitting on the lounges. So you were just up for it, you were just up for the experience, maybe to meet someone. Yeah, I was like, I do you know I used to I worked in estate agents before and I sit at the back do the paperwork and I used to look at all these people with these amazing lives and I was like, I want this. I I'd rather be doing this than paperwork. Yeah, exactly that. So I applied and I got it in the end. You then went back for Love Island's All Stars season two. Oh, that was hell and horror actually. So cause you very nearly didn't do this series, did you? Yeah. Didn't you? Because you basically you spent how I mean you spent a lot of time out there, didn't you, waiting? Um and you went in very late towards the end of the series. I would say, I mean, look, this is what happens on TV shows, there's so many cast members. You didn't really get a chance to get your teeth into it at all, did you? No. It was like I think I came in the end. Yeah. Was that two weeks-like less than two weeks left? Yeah. Everyone was closed off and it was just quite And you' likere desperately trying to think well who can I even go for here. Yeah. So it was just not it the timing was very bad on that one. Yeah. I think I don't really count it as as part of your time. Yeah. I was like oh that time I'm like, mm. It was just a little blip. Yeah, a little blip. And then I guess when series three came knocking around, you're probably thinking, no, I'm done with this. Like I've been out and I want to go out there and waste my time set in a villa. That was my answer. I was like, nope, nope, nope. And then I had the conversation, then I had another conversation. I was like, oh, do you know what? Third time's a charm. Let's try again. So this time, third time lucky. Yeah. And you enter as a bomb shell with AJ. Yeah. What was going through your head going in? You've been a bombshell every time. I have, yeah. Bombshell. Yeah. And in the same villa every single time. Oh my gosh, of course. Because you did your series in South Africa the first time round. So you never even done the Mallorca experience. What was you going through your head going in as a bombshell this time round? Um I was kind of I was more hopeful and I was like do you know what I'm just gonna go in and have a good time. I had no expectations of it, like meeting anyone or anything. I knew the cast before, like the starting lineup, because as a bomb show, you do you get to see a little bit. Yeah. And I just thought, all right, that we'll see how it goes. Like, no one said that to me or anything like that. I was like, let me just get in there and have a laugh. My friends were in there. And then it all just yeah. That was my thoughts when I first walked in. And then it all just kind of started to fall into place. And I was like, oh, like maybe this is actually gonna work this time. It's actually gonna be the time it works. Like I think a lot of viewers don't realise that if you are a bombshell you do watch the show. Yeah so you do get a real insight into what's happening who's like you know conversations that are happening. So I think sometimes when bombshells enter and they kind of they have these you know kind of this assumed knowledge. I think the view is like what do they know? It's like, well no actually they do know because they get to watch. They know as much as what everyone else saying, yeah exactly. You went straight in and went on a double date. Yeah. What was your impressions of the boys on day one? Uh all the boys all the boys are better looking in real life. Really? Yeah. I always find that every single day they're gonna be like what's I looked at and tell them No, but they all they all just look they're just taller and bigger and more handsome in real life and you're like oh wow like so I thought they was all really fit. When did Kieran start to first catch your eye? As soon as he walked into the day. I actually didn't didn't think he was gonna be in there. And I didn't think Charlie was gonna be in there either, because in my head from watching it, like they were I thought they were quite fit out of all the group. Like I thought like I were there actually they're gonna be taken. Yeah. So we're probably gonna get people The leftovers. Right. Not me. I just yeah, I have to make a meat market in there, isn't it? I have my really good ones, the medium ones, and then the ones that I wasn't too fussed about. And I thought the ones that I'm not too fussed about I defin'itdely gonna walk through the store knowing my luck. And then the really good ones walked in and I thought this is fun. This is fun and then um did you know of Kieran before? Were you aware of him? Like I I guess from from you you know you knew of him had you met? So we met once at this boxing match that you wanted to go see, but it was it's a high and by situation. He was actually with his girlfriend at the time. And then we met again at the NTAs, but then again, that was it was me and him and another guy and that guy was very like chatty and loud. So I was just kind of listening to that person and I just said hello to him and that was it. We didn't have it. So it's n you didn't know much about him? No. But when you saw him like in the village did you think you're fit? Yeah, I thought he was fit and then I thought he was really shy and the chats weren't great at the start. We've actually spoke about this, so it's not like me like out in him. Um the chats weren't great at the start, but I think it was nerves and then he would make me laugh loads in like group settings and I'm like always got something about him and then we got more comfortable and then yeah. And he's got like a real warmth about him. Like I don't know what I can't like kind of you feel it through the screen. And like the way he is with you. I mean, he's obviously very besotted with you. How how are you guys? How is it spending like your first couple of nights all away from camera? It's gonna be really weird. Oh well what uh after we came out? Yeah, like when you were like oh did you have a night there when you were just off uh not the final not in the villa, but you get moved to like these like nice little we actually they're almost like little cottages and we all have one each. And you're like off-camera, obviously. Yeah. And was that like chill? What was that experience like? Oh, it was the best. Like, I felt like towards the end of the experience, I was not not becoming myself, but you know, you kind of lose yourself a little bit, and you're like, oh my god, like I just want to go home now I just want to get out of it like it's gets a lot you get cabin fever you start you want your freedom back exactly right like yeah that's exactly what I was getting and then when we left I just started instantly went back to myself and um yeah, and we just got a along like house on fire and it was just even better than in there. It was just the best. On day nine, Lucinda arrives. Mmm . And stole Kieran from you. Oh Oh, yeah, she did. What was going through your head at that point ? I was a bit I was well shocked. No one expected her to choose him. Yeah. Because everyone was like, what is going on? I had my speech in my head, everything. He was so excited to hear my speech. And then that happened. But do you know what? I got a little gut instinct just before she chose him that it was gonna be him. Just a little sixth sense. A little sixth sense, yeah, because we were sitting there in couples before the boys went and stood up, and she kept on looking at us. And I kept on catching her eye and I was like, it's us. And I looked at him, I was like, it's gonna be you. And then he was like, No, it ain't I was like, Yeah. And then it's Wiz and I was like There's been so much discourse obviously around the girls I mean this series it's been spicy to say the least. It's been like you know, and it's been dramatic at points. What like just for anyone that's like so confused still, you what is your like friendship w was with Luc Lucinda? Like what was your history with her before the show? So me and Lucinda , I considered her a friend before the show. We went on like multiple trips together. Yeah, there were brand trips, but one of them was like really intimate. Like we went to Vegas and it was just us and two photographers. The twin shot this took us and it was just like, oh, we really got to know each other. Like and it was really nice and stuff. We would talk all the time. So you spent a s subtangtial amount of time together. Like you really had, yeah. Yeah, like a yeah, just enough like n to know each other and stuff. And then obviously we get busy and stuff. She was like travelling the world for a lot of the past year or so. Hence why she like was not my Alicia launch, like she was away. So that for your perfume that she was invited. Well sorry, so you didn't in the country. Yeah I knew she was in the country. Because this was an argument that she like brought up with you that tried to to try to discredit your friendship with each other basically. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. And I think she said that she was in a way, but she was. Even I mean, I don't know her at all. And I even from TikTok I I got the impression that she wasn't living here. Yeah. She was on like was she on the the US? Australia, like she's been everywhere but here, yeah. Yeah. But then that was quickly like she came in and just kind of said, like, we're not friends or we're not close, and I was like, Alright, like obviously that's not nice to hear ever. Because I feel like in this industry as well, get a bit lonely. So when you do make them mates and you have like them trips and things like that and you confide in each other over things and all that malarkey, but um yeah, she quickly made it apparent then we weren't friends. So I was like, Oh, okay, cool.. That's fine Not everyone has to be friends. I get that. I'll take it on the chin. I've worse things have been said to me. That's okay. Yeah. And then yeah, and then from then it was just a bit hostile, I would say, for a little bit. But I kept it like quite co ol as much as I could, but then there were certain moments where it just kind of got too much. 100%. And I feel like you know, viewers of Love Island, um, as much as I love them, they take things very literally and it's very hard, I think, unless you've actually been inside that house to understand how intense it is. And like when there is someone that you're not connecting with and you're trapped with them in a house, and that house in real life, it' so muchs smaller . Like you are sleeping on top of each other. Like there's nowhere to hide. So it did hit tensions get risen really quickly. But I feel like, in my opinion, that you handed yourself like an absolute pro because I felt like she was goading you. That's what it looked like from where I was sitting. Yeah. I felt several times in interaction she would have liked more of a bite from you. Yeah, more of a reaction. And you never really gave her. You were firm with her and you didn't like taking her shit, but you never snapped. Whereas I feel like she managed to get Belle to snap a few more times. I think she's got a slightly shorter fuse than you. Yeah. What's like what's the situation with the girls now? Like like, what was it like on the final ? Like off camera, it is is there a divide with the final? So, what girls was in the final? It was me, Millie, Leanne , Whitney, and Lucinda. I feel like by that point , when the final come around, I like listen, I like I forgive, but I'll never forget. Yeah. Like, and that's the kind of situation that I'm in. I'm not gonna ever hold a grudge, I'm not gonna hold um animosity towards her or anything like that. Like, what''ss h happenappeneded . And I understand that it gets heightened in there and things like that. But we were just kind of civil. Like we were fine. I wouldn't sit down and tell her about like what did me and Kieran got up to last night. I would never do that. You're not my friend like that. But we would I would always say hi and bye. Like if she's asking me how an outfit looks, I'd always reply. That's how it got to in the end. But there was a time where I literally was ignoring her for like five days. And it was like really we're sitting next to each other in the dressing room. And just not talking. I was literally just not even speaking. And then it got to a point where it's more energy to do that than it is to just be civil. Yeah. And I was like, do you know what? Like I'm kind of over all this now, like regardless if she's not or whatever. And I we just got civil. So the final there was no tension. Um all the girls were fine. Belle obviously leave just j left just before that. So I don't know if it would have been different if you're had lots of issues with Cinder. And then of course Jessie entered the mix later on. And she came in again, someone that has what she probably felt was a friendship with Lucinda outside the show. They've also been on trips together. Yeah. I don't d do we know why they fell out? Or is it i is it it just kind of the friendship fell apart and then I I don't know the actual reason why Jesse and Lucinda fell out in the first place. I tried not to get involved at that point 'cause I thought I've had my drum with Lucinda, I'm not gonna get involved in anyone else's with her because it's just gonna get too much. And she just basically said they were friends on the outside, a few things happened, they disagreements, they're not friends anymore, and then obviously she's watched this, she's watched the show. Yeah. Jesse knows me on the outside as well, like quite briefly. But she obviously had an opinion on everything that's happened and then came in and was very strong with her opinion. Yeah. And it probably didn't get perceived in the best way, but it's so hard because Jessie's probably like the nicest girl to ever walk in there. She just had that big off like fire. Yeah. And it just I don't know what happened there. It it was from the outside as well. It was it felt that the public very much felt your you the frustration you guys had toward Lucinda and then almost when Jesse went in, it did a bit of a turn and they kind of then turned and they were saying, you know, this is unfair, she's being isolated. Did you feel any points like she was isolated or it was unfair? Lucinda all she was never isolated. Lucinda always had her friends there. Like she was never on her own. She was never on her own. Never. No. No. Like if anything, she had more people around her than me at some points, like and that's not to say that I was because I was never isolated, but like to put it into perspective, like she would always have Millie, Leanne and yeah, she always had her girls around her and the only people that would probably not speak to her that much is me and Belle. Yeah. But I feel like our reactions were very much warranted with how we were getting like we were getting little disappearance now. Yeah, it was getting wound up in there. Millie did a really good job of of staying on the p.hone And sometimes it's some I mean it it could ever be me, but I I appreciate someone that can try and keep some balance. But I felt like at times you could see that she was almost banging her head against a brick wall because she'd be stick trying to help Lucinda and trying to guide her a little bit and it just wasn't really working. She's trying to be she like she's that big sister figure, if anything. She is. And I think that you know, things like movie night and when you're trying to explain to someone why something upsets you and then they laugh at you that would be like a red rag to a ball for me. I would be whipping that projector down. It's very hard. It's it's tough. I did walk off at movie night at one point just to calm down, but yeah, it was that was a tough night. What was going through your head in movie night? 'Cause like it's one of everyone's favourite challenges. You must come out to the garden see that projector, you're like, okay, this is what's going down. What clip were you kind of hoping to see? Which you saw, or was there anything you wanted clearing up going into it? Just probably the whole loose indic ation, really. It's so weird because my movie night this experience was so different to my first one. My first one I was just worried about what Tom was getting up to and Castro and more and I thought oh my god this is all gonna come out and I'm gonna be really upset which is exactly what happened and then this time I'm like me and Kieran are absolutely fine. We were flying at that point. Like there was not a doubt in my mind that he said anything behind my back or done anything dodgy. Um, like all the USA girls came back and said he was an angel. I was like, oh, this is great. And it was just the girl drama, it was mad. Like I was just literally the girls really love drama run this series completely. How high did tensions get during that? Oh my god, movie night was like it was really bad. It was really crazy. Like, I haven't actually seen it yet. I've seen, I think I saw a clip on TikTok, but it is 10 times worse when you're there. Like it was, it was terrible. Yeah, at one point I walked off. I had to actually calm down. Yeah. So I was like, I'm li I'm Do you think you'll watch any of the show back? Do you have you watched any of your other series? All I've watched is the heart rate challenge back. Because I was really intrigued of how he looked. I mean, yeah, you you nailed that. How was it? Is that your second time doing it or third time? Second. Second. How nerve wracking is that? So scary. It's so scary. You know in my studies we didn't. Oh my god, did you not? The bo only the boys did it. I don't know why. I'm not sure. Lucky it was a time thing, but yes, us girls don't have to do it, and it was more like a comedy thing because obviously when the boys do it, it's just funny. Yeah, when the girls do it, I was I was I I was one of my favourite episodes, and I felt like it oh my god you guys were like throwing it down and also the with the way the boys pick you up and throw you around throw you on that wooden decking I was like someone's gonna get knocked out like it is like full on it's a lot it's so it's su it takes so much balls and like you get the girls are so good and then the boys it's just it funny. Yeah, the boys just take the piss. Yeah then you just laugh every time you write screaming funny trousers, they can't get them off. Yeah, but the girls you have to look sexy. Yeah. Like you've got to actually bring it. And do they let you choose the music? Like what's the deal with mus No, just and the outfits are are chosen for you, right? The outfits are chosen for I changed my outfit ten minutes before I went out. Oh did you change? I'm changing it. From what? So that pink one was actually Leanne's. Okay. And then Leanne didn't want to wear pink. So then she got this red number and I was like, well, that's insane. Yeah. And then I was in this like maroon bra and knicker set with like black stockings and black hills and I was like , this is just off. Like the this doesn't work. This is doesn't work. Like the stockings should be the same colour as my set. And I was just getting annoyed. And then I was like, I'm putting this one on. And then I remember like everyone was like, No, no, you can't change now. It's I said, No, no. I'm gonna put this on and you're gonna say yes, because it's gonna look really good. And then I put it on and then they were like, Yep, signed off, you're wearing it. Yeah. And is that the producers have to kind of the producers have to sign it off? But I feel like with your dark hair and your tan, like it it was the right choice. Yeah. Yeah, it looks it looked like a purple gown and black stockings and it was just all a bit But it sounds very mad in this family. Yeah, I was like, this is really weird and no. Had to change . You know when something pops up last minute and you suddenly need an outfit that just works. That was me the other week at a last minute dinner and I did not have the energy to spiral about what I wanted to wear. I wanted to look expensive, but not like I tried too hard. That's when I go straight to Revolve. Revolve is my go-to when I don't feel like overthinking it. Everything is styled in a way that actually makes sense. Should have left that out of door. Was it discussed in the villa? It was discussed in the villa, yeah. There is a guy who owns a clothing brand, who she's been linked to, she's been pictured with him. Online, like conversation is circling. The narrative, which I'm sure she's very aware of, is that he is her sugar daddy. No judgment here. I've got a whole show about sugar daddies. I think, you know, if you can get one, get your bag. Yeah. Is this something that was that was discussed No one actually referred to him as a sugar daddy in the time. It was just the guy that she was seeing. So it's like is like the was the conversation more like is this guy on the scene? Yeah, waiting for me. That was that's what it was about. And she quickly said, like, no, like that's over, kind of thing, like that's not going on now. Um, but sugar daddy's jokes. When we came when we came out, when we came out, I was just like sugar daddy gay and I was like who's got a sugar daddy and then I was like oh it's the guy and then yeah but no not sugar daddy because she works with the brand yeah so it's like you can argue that he's paying her, but she's doing work, so it's like not like she's working for the brand, not here. I guess it depends what the work involves. Which is like TikToks and Instagram posts. Got it. I would think. I would hope. I mean maybe look. All for girls get in the bags maybe she might come out well, if her and Sean don't last, maybe she'll come out and tell people. Right, you landed back this morning. Yes. Landed back this morning. How is it seeing your family? Oh, the best thing ever. Because you're very close to your family and your sisters not longer had a baby. Yeah, I've missed my niece so much. Like it was I actually cried on my birthday. They didn't air my birthday in there, but like I was in tears. I was like, So your birthday was the day that Lucinda and become official. Yeah. Did they actual birthday they acknowledge anything for you there, your birthday? Uh I had a cake at lunch and sounds so pathetic, doesn't it? I had a birthday cake . Um I had a cake at lunch and Kira made me pancakes in the morning and blessed him. And he kept on like running around for me and asking, doing whatever I wanted. That's bless him. That's green flag. Yeah. What was it so it's with your family and has Kieran? Did they meet briefly? They met, yeah. So my Kieran met my mum, my sister, and the baby Maeve, mate. And what does your mum and sister make of Kieran? What they love him? They like him. They love him. Like I've have a I have a really bad track record of men that I've had and they've all had like quite scary eyes and been quite scary people. Scary eyes? Is how I describe like a bad guy. I'm like, he's got really scary eyes. Like just kind of like a bit soulless. Yeah, like this is that woo-woo I normally attract. Um and with Kieran, the first thing I noticed is how kind his eyes were. And he's just like an actual nice, genuine guy and my mum clocked that too she was like he is just the nicest person yeah and it's exactly what I need 'cause one of the last times I probably saw you properly was my birthday when you had your little thing going on and off with Sam Thompson. Oh god, yeah, that obviously fizzled out, and you've been single pretty much since, haven't you? Yeah. So you were like really ready for you know someone actually serious serious substantial. Have you? I mean, I know you've just literally got back, but are you and Kieran planning any like trips or you're gonna go to Wales? I am gonna go to Wales. I am going to Wales for the weekend. We have a whole weekend planned, and that is what we're doing, and then we want to go to Nashville as well because you both really love country music. I've always wanted to go to Nashville. That's so weird that you said that. It's like on my list. I want to go there and Aspen. Yeah. You have to come with me. Um has Millie given you any tips to uh to enjoy in Wales? She's gonna actually gonna lend me her old hiking boots. She's uh not lend me, she's gonna give them to me. I don't need these anymore. Got her American boy. Here you go . She's how do you what's this year? Do you think I mean you had obviously no idea you were gonna win? You were going in with like low expectations. Like what what do you what do you like from the rest of this year? What's what's on the vision board? The vision board do you know what I've only yeah literally just got back but there's been so many exciting things and even things that were all my vision board last year that are coming into play this year, which I'm really excited about. It's gonna be a really good year. So you're excited, excited about the new relationship. Yeah. And girls in the industry. Yeah. Friends , new friends from the show, existing friends. Yeah, Belle, friend for life, honestly. Like were you friends with Belle before? No. No, so you met her through the show. Yeah, so I was friends with Whitney, Millie before. Yeah. Um, Jess before , but then like Helen and I met her briefly, but like now she's definitely like a friend for life as well. She gets her she gets some shit online, but I feel like she seems like she's a vibe. Oh my god. No, never. But I've heard she 's wild. You should have an eye out of her. That's actually just said that. That's such a lie. The last time I saw you wasn't my birthday. It was one of my screening launches when I was jumping on the bed in my underwear. Yeah. That was what meant to be afters. That was a great one. Me and Megan were jumping on the bed in dressing gowns and then we turned around and everyone had gone. We're like, what is it us? And my friend Mark was like, Yeah, it was you. Like you creeped everyone out. That was so tall. And we all got a video of me jumping on the bed and you're just sat on the end on the chaise like eating Chris? Yeah . That's perfect. That's a perfect way to describe it. What would your advice be to anyone that that kind of aspires to go on Love Island this summer and how you know how to navigate it? I would say just do it because yeah, just do it because it could be worth it. And just be authentically yourself because if you're not you you can't last that long without not being yourself. And then it's even more rewarding when people when you get that good feedback after because you know that you were just you. You just and it's like if they criticize it, it's like well how can I be anything other than myself? Exactly. So if you're like putting on a fake little persona you're gonna be like, Oh well I wish I didn't do that, I wish I was myself. Yeah. But if you are yourself then if people you're not gonna like everyone, that's fine. I feel like as well that and I I think it's hard, and I know some of the girls that we were speaking when you first came in here are feeling the the heat of like you know social media reactions. It it's really horrible and people get so obsessed with these shows and they get so visceral with their reactions to reactions to them. But I feel like it's is actually not just trying to take too much of it on board. When I came off Love Island, like people have fucking hated me because they had kind of the way that the th it had come out the show had landed, it was kind of it sort of put Chris in a position, a different it light to me, let's just say that. Mm and I remember thinking, my God, like this is awful, like I'm never gonna be able to walk down the street, like people are gonna like throw eggs at me. There's two things that I think always happen. Thank God, rarely you'll hardly ever meet anyone in real life that isn't like, oh my god, like even if they probably sent you like a vile DM, when they may you meet you in real life, they'll always just be excited to meet you and say something lovely. Yeah. And then I think that the public are fickle, like you see that. We see that from the way they reacted to like Lucinda Lucinda and Bell. We see that the way then they just completely changed their mind when Jessie came in. Like so it's like just because you're in your feeling one reaction now, it doesn't mean that that's it's it will change. It's like it goes up and down like the wind. Like you really so it's like and it's it feels quite scary and overwhelming. But yeah, don't worry about it too much. And don't read it. Yeah. You don't need to read. That's what I'm telling the girls now. And they've got the people that love them and I think that's all that matters. And I think the girls that are getting the most heat are the girls that were probably more authentically themselves in there and gave their opinion. And we're all human. Sometimes you explode, sometimes you cry, sometimes you get like that's okay. We all have moods. Like that's okay to express. I know yeah sometimes it may have gone too far but it is what it is and I just think there's no smoke without a fire. Yeah if everyone's having an issue with the same person potentially that's a bit of a there's a common denominator. Bit of a sign. Um, as we just mentioned there from you being at one of my infamous after parties where I dance for people without their um their say so. You do love a night out. I know you potentially you've got great stamina, you're quite an out girl, aren't you? What's your drink of choice? My drink of choice is a spicy margarita. Everyone loves a spicy marg. You love a spicy mug, don't you? Yeah. Everyone else? Me and Grace make them. No, see I just don't like them either, but I can't handle spice. So that's probably why. What is your what's your toxic trait on a night out? What's something you do that you wish you didn't? Um uh chasing the night. Oh my god. We're just talking about this when you came in. I do why is like I'm never ready to go home. No. I'm always like it's 5 a.m. nothing. Like yeah, I even when we left that hotel and I was like, oh, what are we gonna do now? Yeah. I was like just go home. Like the next stop was like two and a half hours where I said, let me just not do that because t in a few hours I'm gonna really regret it. I know and the next morning you're like I didn't need the the extra three hours.. Yeah Yeah. But I would say to people, like, I'm having fun, so I don't want the fun to stop. Yeah. Exactly. Once I'm out, I'm like, this is so much fun. I don't want to go home and take my makeup off. I want to just carry on. What's your perfect night out? Like, what if you could just sort of describe it? Is it like dinner? Is it drinks? Is it clubbing? Like, what do you like to do? I don't really like a club that much, like a clubby club, you know, when there's that tables and all that's going on. I can't stand that but I like it when I start drinking when it's light so like day drinking and then I God knows where I end up in the end but you know like it just like really just goes for it and I love nights like that because then it doesn't matter where the fuck you are because you're so drunk you don't even know. That's true. Do you feel like I feel like having fun is back in fashion and like messy girl era is is back, thank God. We're all about to be on our absolute element. But do you feel pressure since being off Love Island and social media? Do you feel like you need to show up as a filtered version of yourself or look perfect? Oh no, I feel like definitely after this season, I've definitely shown like an unfiltered version of myself, and yeah, fuck it, everyone has their flaws, you know what I mean. I feel like people find you more relatable when you are actually yourself. Yeah. If I started to be this prim and proper person now at all times, like that's just not me. You need to isolate the people that like do like you for who you are. Yeah, yeah. Um, how's it going with the perfume? Is that you're passionate about fragrance, aren't you? Yeah. Like honesty, I need I've been I need to get a new fragrance. When I go into a perfume haul, I'm like, you know, I saw like four. I'm like, I don't even know what I like. So how do you how do you go about building a fragrance and and actually landing on it? It obviously so hard. It takes forever. Like to get this scent right, I think it took me like a year and a half. Cause I was like, this is the first one, it's gotta be mega. Yeah, I've gotta love it. Like it's gotta smell good. Yeah. Like it I don't want it to smell cheap, I don't want it to be too floral, I want it to be like oogie, but not too oodie, like there was a lot going on. But then I got there in the end and like the whole concept of like putting crystals in the bottle that was from my mum. Oh, is it? She loves them. Like very spiritual into crystals. Like we grew up like that, like oh full moon, put your crystals on the windowsill, like she's very much like that. And I'm like, oh, that's that it's just the best idea because you know, some people carry like a crystal in their bra or in their pocket or in their handbag, instead of doing that, you just spray a perfect because it's it's inside the perfume. So the perfume's kind of absorbed its energy, hopefully. Yeah, that's the whole thing. How would you describe the scent? It's like an oodie ros y smell, I would say. Have you smelt a Jo Malone rose oude? Yes. Similar to that, I would say. And now for a special part of today's show, the refresh. I want to talk about confidence upgrades that don't come with a backstory, no reinvention, no chaos, just the small things people do to feel more like themselves. It's brought to you by Garnier Good , which I use to colour my hair because it doesn't feel like a big decision. No ammonia, no mess, no panic halfway through, thinking why did I do this? It just keeps my hair glossy the way I like it. So there are things that me and my friends like to do that are kind of low effort but they're big refresh glow-ups and they just make us feel more like ourselves. I have to say I'm a dedicated nail girl like I always have my nails done. You can see your hands constantly, they're always in your vision, that you see them when you're writing, typing. So I think to look down and see like a well-done set of nails, it just gives you that little makes you feel like that girl. Okay, everyone knows I love to shop, but did you know that I love a wardrobe clear out? I know a lot of people find closet clear outs to be really satisfying, and I'm one of them. I go through my wardrobe all the time because I am actually trying to create more space, so I go through the rails and I'm like, would I be ashamed if I was wearing this top? And if the answer is yeah, it's gotta go. That's like a little game I do in my head. So it's like if you wouldn't wear it tomorrow to meet someone you care about, kind of why do you have it? And so sometimes then you get rid of things you think, why has this been in my wardrobe for five years? I've never worn it. I'm obviously not gonna ever wear it. Goodbye. Someone else can give it a home that it deserves. Well the best bit about the wardrobe clear about is not only giving your clothes a second chance to have a new life with someone else who might appreciate them more, it means there's you know there's more space on the rail. Guys, let's talk about it. You know, that's my favourite subject, skincare. In the winter, for example, my skincare routine, don't know if it counts as skincare, obviously includes fate tan. I have to have a glow. And then I like to kind of go between doing like a clay mask in the shower in the bath to a sheet mask, depending on what I think my skin needs. And what I'm in the mood for, because I do think when you look after your skin, give yourself good exfoliation, put the hydration back in, you do automatically feel refreshed. Okay, skincare pick-me-up that never fails me is do yourself a little light exfoli ation, a moisturizing mask, and then a bit of fate tam and you will feel like a new woman or man. Okay, next up we have to talk about fragrance and scent. This is a big one for me and something that can instantly change my mood. So I think that scents hold a lot of memories and like I can smell a certain perfume, it takes me back to a certain time. I also really believe in like day to evening scents. So the scent that I might wear in the day to work or in the day to meet friends might be different to something I'd wear in the evening. I might go for something a little bit moodier, a little bit muskier, a bit heavier. This is something that I've made no secret of. The Garnier Good hair colour range smells incredible. It does not smell like your typical hair dye. It has orchard and sandalwood notes. It's really luxurious. It's just a very pleasant smell. And when you wash it off, that smell stays on your hair for a couple of days. And every time you kind of flick your hair or the wind blows, you get like a scent of it. It's really, really stunning. So if you're in your low drama glar , Garnier Good and my shade 7.33 Hot Honey Blonde are waiting for you at Boots and Amazon . Okay, so we we told the the um our Olivia's house gang that you were coming on, they're very excited. Oh. And so they sent in questions. So I'm going to do some viewer questions for you. I'll pick some of the ones that came up the most. Actually, do you know what? I'm such a good interviewer. I've actually, guys, I've actually answered most of these questions already in our chat. Okay, this is a good one. How did you actually m manage to stay so calm in confrontation? Because I think you did. You were very firm, but you were calm. What is like your tip for like not losing your shit basically is what someone does. Um what's my tip for not losing my shit? Just kind of remembering like not to let someone get under skin like that. Like I'm I'm better than this. And I've got my point across. I'm not just saying it again. I'm not gonna go back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. There's no point. And walking away is always really good. Just walk away. Just walk away. When it's getting too much, walk away. Was it true that you were crying slash upset on your birthday? I was upset on my birthday, yeah. Um but not I know, but not like in that way. It was it was actually quite funny. I was having a chat with Kieran at the mini fire pit and he's walked off but look like just as go speak to the boys, not in that way we didn't argue. And then the girls have come over and I'm talking to them and they're like, Oh oh no, like happy birthday, like are you having a good birthday? And I'll just burst into tears. I just got really emotional. I was like, I just really miss like my niece, like my mum, my sister, like just really like miss home today because and your friends like you just want to be celebrating with your mates. And then Kieran came over and was like, What the fuck? Like, why are you crying? I was like, Oh no, not because of you, but it was because of that, yeah. Birthdays can make you emotional, I think. Especially waiting for you, when you've been away for a long time at that point, and you're probably feeling a little bit homesick, and it just makes you feel I think it makes you feel more homesick. Yeah. Do you think Kiran is too young for you? No. What are the eight? What's the eight? What's your age and watch has his twenty six and he's twenty-three? Oh. Yeah, but he's he was literally the most. But he's twenty-three. I know. He doesn't come across like that at all. No. We I we're not gonna name names, but I know thirty-five-year-old men that are more immature than Kieran. Same. So I I'm genuinely I I I don't'm don't get hung up on age. No, no, I don't. I I used to as well, but then when I meet him there and I met him I was like this is mad 'cause you're the most pature in it. He everyone ran to him for advice and he was one of the youngest in the house. Mm-hmm It's mad. Did you think that you guys got less screen time as a couple? Well yeah, I'm learning to I'm now I've learned that. Well I people were saying oh they didn't get enough screen time and then I guess when I was watching, I was looking at you that sounds like a lesbian. I I I was looking at you and you were featuring a lot and you had a lot of a guest storyline 'cause you're with the girls and stuff. The girls held like carried the series. Yeah. But then I guess and now I think about it, we didn't see so much from you two. But I wonder if it's because you were just unproblematic. I was gonna say like when we were together we were literally just chill calm. We didn't one argument. Yeah. Well we They're like, right, we can't use this, they just go asleep again. There was nothing, there was nothing like we didn't get involved in drama as a couple, we never spoke about it. We left it at the door, so to speak, like whenever we used to speak. Like when I I was in the car on the way home from the airport this morning and my mum and sister were like, Did you and Kieran ever argue? I was like, not once. And they were like, we knew you didn't, because you was never on the screen together. I was like, based in love island, if you want your couple to be like front and centre, just row every day. Yeah. Have a row. I could literally chat to you all day. I um think you did such a good job. I mean you came across not only you beautiful but you were patient, you were kind of everyone, funny. And you' justre yourself. And I'm so glad that this time round that you got the experience you deserved. Yeah. And you've met someone and you're you're literally you're a love island winner. Can you believe it? So weird. I still don't believe it. It's insane. It's very strange. Have you thought about what you're gonna do with the money? Very boringly, it's going towards my deposit to my flat. I've just bought. That's a very good thing to put it towards. Yeah, because it's tax-free. Yeah. So I'm like, oh. Jesus, if I mean, should hope so as well. Yeah, so I don't have to transfer like it's all a bit boring. But yeah, so I'm just literally going towards your house. Yeah. And anything that you and Kieran are particularly looking forward to in the next few weeks, going to Wales. Going to Wales. And meeting his mum and dad properly because we've only met on FaceTime. So meeting him and his sister as well. And his sister. Right, before I let you go, I need to know who you want to refer to the guest list. Who do you think I should have on the pod sitting in your seat in the next couple of weeks? Controversial one. Hmm. I think you should have Belle. I would love to chat to Belle because I also think that I'd like to s for people to see a little different different side to her. Yeah. You know, I like to hear she must get in her own words. Yeah, the thing is with Belle, I feel like it didn't come across that well, but she's got such a like a pure heart and she's actually quite emotional. Yeah. But she hides it when she gets so angry and she's got a shorter fuse like you said than me, so it comes across very rah rah rah, but she's actually like one of the best people I've ever met. I spent my whole time of my series screaming and shouting. My blood pressure was through the roof. I honestly and I think that and some people like that that environment just does that to them as well. Like especially if you have a really sharp tongue, what she does, she's so quick. So like ne anyone going up against her is like gonna be a bit like, you know, they're gonna not gonna be fairly matched. Yeah, 100%. Sammy, thank you so much for coming here from the airport. We all absolutely love you. And Kieran. And maybe we should have Kieran and you next time together. Yeah, I know. Um Sammy everyone.
