The thirty four year old man was arrested in a supermarket car park in Far North, Queensland on Tuesday after police received a tip off from the community The Taiwanese national has been charged with one count of people smuggling after a boat reportedly carrying twelve Chinese nationals arrived on a penny farather beach north of Weiper earlier that morning A second man has also been detained as investigations continue.
