Sociologists and other complete wastes of space are working around the clock to try to determine why women are no longer having babies, aside from the fact that babies wake them up all the time and crap all over everything The birth rate has been dropping everywhere except in subub Saharan Africa and Israel. And if present trends continue, scientists predict the world's population will soon be reduced to nothing but black people and Jews, blissfully enjoying an earthly paradise where every basketball player can find an accountant, although no one knows how to tie a wins or knot. Some researchers feel that the so called birth deirth is the result of the widespread use of online pornography Columbia University sociologist, doctor Roland Faptmeister has been studying the effects of porn for the last seven years, ten and eleven hours a day In a report to the United Nations panel on why there are so many damned Israelis all over the place, Dr. Fappmeister said, quote There can be no doubt that many men have come to prefer porn to actual sex, because the women in porn have such spectacular bodies. it's enough to make a man insane with desire so that he can't stop coming back again and again and again to watch these magnificent creatures do anything you want in bed. And with real enthusiasm too, they don't just roll their eyes and play along and then make snibe remarks about could have married Bill Burley from high school, who was a real man Even if you strangle porn girls, they react with mind blowing orgasms instead of calling the police or telling your mother, and then afterwards, you can turn them off so they don't start complaining about why you haven't taken out the garbage or how come you can't get a real job instead of locking yourself in the bathroom for hours, making disgusting grunting noises that make them think you're up to something creepy, even when you tell them, it's scientific research Crying out loud. doror Fatmeister says the pornights most appealing to men are those that depict women doing things real women often won't do, like make dinner or show them some respect Feminist sociologist, doctor Shrill Screamington says the baby famine is actually a good thing, as it's a sign of female empowerment, proving that women are no longer chained to staying at home, serving husbands who love them, but can instead stay in the office, serving employers who could back their mercedes over them and never notice the bump, although the employer might think the parking lot needs resurfacing and text his personal assistant about it and wonder why she never gets back to him doctor Screamington says that while it is true that feminism has led many women to spend their youths in a fluorescent hell of cubicle drudgery until they find themselves languishing in a solitary middle age marked by a sense of unspeakable emptiness, made all the more unbearable by the unacknowledged but inescapable fact that it's the result of their own self certain but altogether misguided choices including that nose ring that sent all the best marriage prospects running for their lives. There have also been many feminist triumphs, For instance, Americans are now so comfortable with seeing females in power that there are over one hundred fifty women serving in Congress despite the fact that each and every one of them is crazier than a hamster on LSD At The New York Times, a former newspaper, Times sex columnist Susan Horwich agrees with the feminist position In a recent speech to the Society for Increasing Human Misery in the nameame of Fairness, Miss Horwitz said herer weekly Times columns will continue to urge women to abandon institutions like marriage and religion that have imprisoned them in traditional roles as homemakers and mothers, and instead live lives of sterile promiscuity until there are no babies at all And the earth is a smoking ruin filled with nothing but basketball players and accountants, at which time Satan will return to carry Miss Horwich like a lover into an eternity of flames as he promised he would when she sold him her soul in return for the Tes job. I will T try to give you a summary of what I've been thinking about by the end of the show. and hopefully that will be helpful something to hold while you're sinking into darkness forever. Also leave a comment wherever you are You know mentally, physically, even if you're nowhere, in both cases, we will find that comment. You know just put it down in a secret, throw put it in a bottle and toss it into the ocean. somehow, it will reach us. And if it is morally disgusting and reprehensible like everything else we do on the show, we will read it on the air. This comment is from Sf forty seven. He said I watch the more convinced I am that Claven is correct that Pacino gives Shylock the best read it can get. He's angry and hurt and resentful and his reasons are good. He's discriminated against shunned, mocked, but he's still the villain. There's some sympathy there, but he refuses to let go of his hate and show grace. Yes, I'm talking about the movie of the Merchant of Venice where Pacino does the best Shyock I've ever seen Dustin Hoffman do it live on stage, and he was okay. But Pacino is great. And the other thing is that Jeremy Irons plays Antonio, who is the guy who is the foil for Shylock, and he plays him as if he were gay, which is clearly the director's choice. And it makes perfect sense and it really enlivens the film. It's very interesting let's get to today's episod The evil partarty I've always been suspicious of anything that sounds like a shortcut. If somebody tells you that one pill, one gadget or one miracle solution is going to instantly solve all your problems, my instinct is to run in the opposite direction. But I do appreciate things that make good habits easier because the truth is most of us already know what we're supposed to do, we know we should eat more fruits and vegetables We know we should pay attention to what we're putting into our bodies. The challenge is knowing it's doing those things consistently in the middle of real life. So you know I have all kinds of things that I do. I go to the gym, I make sure I'm at my desk at a certain hour. You got to do things, You gott to make a habit of things and make those habits accessible. And that's what I like about balance of nature's whole health system It's easy to make it a part of your routine as I have. It's good for you, and Balance of Nature focuses on real fruits, vegetables, spices, and fiber. Their whole health system includes forty seven ingredients from whole food sources, making it a simple addition to your daily routine. The fiber and spice supplement mixes easily into drinks and the fruits and veggies supplements supplements can be opened added to smoothies or sprinkled onto food, but why do that? They're capsules. That's not in the capsule. You just have to learn it. meemorize it. KLA VAN. Chapter one, land of hope and fear. So because I'm going away, I want to leave you with a picture of where I think we are politically and culturally, which I think is pretty interesting. I noticice that a lot of people are very certain about what is happening and what's going to happen and what you should do, what you should eat, how you should treat your wife, how you should treat your husband. I know notice online, there's just all this absolute certainty. all you have to do is this and everything will work out For some reason call it wisdom I't have a lot of certainty, but I'm looking at what I think is a new day dawning in America and I think it's going to you know, have bad things and good things. And so I'm kind of looking at this election not as, you know the most decisive election of our lifetimes, which is what comommentators always sell you to make you turn back in, but there's indicative of where things are going. And you know the old expression that the Republican Party is the stupid party and the Democratic Party is the evil partarty That has never been more true. We just had these primaries this week, and of course in California, there're still going on because the law there is the counting has to continue until the Democrats get the result they want. Just looking at Trump first, know Trump's grip we're seeing in these primaries on the GOP is still very tight. MAagA is still the core of the GOP. But his influence on the electorate is completely unknown, The general electorate. His popularity is down, very low, around forty percent, but the Democrats are even lower The approval rating is in the thirties. So we don't know virtually every endorsement in each primary race that he has made has won except the one the other day in Iowa, Zach Lon, I guess beat Randy Finster to be the governor candidate. But it's still an open question whether the primary winners he picked will power in the generals. We just don't know how strong he is. and remember Trump saying he's always saying I won a massive victory, I have a mandate and all this stuff. It's not that true It's not really true about one hundred fifteen thousand votes in three states would have turned it the other way. That's not that many. And Homman Jenkins, junior Eddie very insightful guy at the Wall Street Journal. he's talked about the fact that Trump is to some degree a creation enemies that if his enemies had not wanted to run against him, they might not have made him president, especially the second time. Biden said he wanted to run against him. There was no one else. Biden did such a bad job. There was no one else in his imagination that he could beat except Trump. and a lot of the bogus , you know, prosecutions of him and the demonizations of him were actually sculpted to help him in the primaries because the conservatives would get all angry andh, you're you know procuting him for crimes that are absurd. But at the same time when he got to the generals, people would say, oh, he's a felon. you know, he was convicted of such and such a crime, and they would hurt him there. And that was the whole part. But of course, Biden did so badly that ultimately he had to debate Trump and was crushed. and there was no way to come back from that. So we really don't know how strong his grip is on the general public and how much they are willing to accept the demonization of them, obbviously not as much as the Democrats thought he was. So we don't know how powerful he's going to be coming into this. of course, there's also the midterms, midterms always go to the opposition partarty. In terms of the left, you know, you can sort of say, well, some of the people who are being nominated are not as bad as the worst of them But really what we're seeing is an insurgence of the far left of the party successful enough so that the evilest of the evil party is kind of looks like they're on the rise and nobody closer to the center, if there's any Democrats left closeer to the center, are willing to oppose them. I mean, we saw in New Jersey this guy Adam Haw Hamaway won. now that's a safe deemocratic You know, district But he's the guy who's hanging out with the blind Sheik who inspired the bombing of the New York World Trade Center before the big bombing of it. and you know, of a lot of progressive candidates or more progressive candidates have been doing all right. The most obvious guy though who is evil is this guy Graam Platner, is running for Senator in Maine. And it's amazing how many Democrats are backing him in spite of the fact that he's running against Susan Collins, who is the mildest most leftty You know Republican in the Senate. Plot there's the guy with the Nazi tattoo, which the Democrats object to because they don't feel the Nazis hated the Jews enough. I think that that's their problem with the Nazi tattoo. But now there's all this stuff he sexted women during his marriage. he suung out on sex sites, sometimes said to traffic in children. He said he masturbated a port of potty, which by the way, is an actual sign of mental disturbance. That would actually speak to a true mental ness possibly He said he was communists, he's praised fascism, he's attacked veterans, all this stuff. And so he came to DC the other day and to visit with the Democrats and tell them there are no more revelations. But the will to power is so strong on the left. they are so they feel that they're on the march and they feel that if they can get their hands on government, they will not let go And so they're willing to go it. And his biggest supporter is Bernie Sanders, who's also a mentally ill person because he hasn't changed his mind in eighty years despite the fact that everything he believes has been shown to be false. When I say he's mentally ill, I mean it. I think that he was a guy that if he weren't so able to hide it, if he were studied by a psychiatrist, I think he wouldd be put away, nobody, you know clings to something that has been proved false again and again, unless there's something really disturbing about him. And so he was This is how he talked about Trump, just to show you the way people throw their values away for power. This is the way he talked about Trump when he was misquoting Trump. They were selling that V veryy fine people on both sides in Charlottesville. And this is what Bernie Sanders said about that. This is cut one. When you have a president commenting on a march by Nazis and white supremacists who then declares, well, there are nice people on both sides. Mr. President There are no nice Nazis. All right, so that's he's lying. He's lying about what Trump said. But now this is what he says about Platinner's Nazi tattoo this gotattoo. I'm not overly impressed by a squad of media running around saying, what do you think about the tattoo on Gan plot his chest Between you and me, there might be one or two more important issues. a Nazi, you know, sometometimes you're a Nazi, sometimes you're a communist. But what can you say So this is the thing. This is an evil party. It has gotten more evil. It is getting more evil. It is in danger of becoming really evil, and they're going to go with it if it means they get the power that they want. In California, a lot of attention in the California race, but it's unclear what's going to happen because as I say, they're still counting and they cheat, they cheat like crazy. And you know so right the last I looked, Steve Hilton, a good guy, very smart guy. He is keeping up with Xavier Bisera, who was Biden's health secretary. And Bisera kind of belongs in California because he has long been suspected of siphoning off campaign funds. They've never charged him directly, but everybody around him has been siphoning off campaign funds. so he's corrupt And or at least I should say allegedly, I'm sorry, he's allegedly corrupt. Hilton, you know He's been gaining some he's got some mjo going on. People are showing up for him. so we'll see if he can hang on if they don't just throw him out. Now There's another candidate in there who is a progressive U And Tom Styer. And so of course, he's siphoning off votes, But Bisera wants to run against Hilton because he knows that without Styer in there, you know, he'll have he'll have that many votes. So you never know what's going to happen there, but it looks like Bisera is going, you know, Biden guy is going to be the next And in the Merriill race, of course, Karen Bass is running for reelection, promising to burn the rest of the city to the ground and continue to turn whatever is left into a slum of homeless people stealing copper wiring so the street lights go out because that's the LA. she's running. but she's popular enough that she was in the lead last time I looked And this TV star, reality TV star Spencer Pratt, you know probably doesn't have a chance once they get rid of the other progressive candidate Ramon. But the important thing about California is this because this this is the real Ponent Ove Republicans who we are not quite sure of at this moment. The real opponent is what California is. It's what leftism does. The thing you have to know about California is somebody sayays they're so leftist, they're so leftist They're not leftists. They're corrupt with leftist subtitles California is a incredibly corrupt And of course, it's corrupt. I mean, even the state auditor put out a report twenty twenty five that there has been seventy six point five billion dollars in fraudulent California spending. JD Vance just withheld one point three billion dollars because he didn't know where it was going to go. Here's Vance talking about that. We're announcing that the federal government is deferring one point three. billion dollars in Medicaid reimbursements from the state of California And the simple reason is because the state of California has not taken fraud very seriously and because of that, we see a lot of the consequences that I just referenced. And again, let me highlight the fact that this really is two separate victims. there are California taxpayers and American taxpayers who are being defrauded because California isn't taking its program seriously, but also you have people who've been prescribed medications that they don't even need. It's a defrauding of the American taxpayer, but it's a violation of the trust that should exist between every American and the people prescribe the medications. That's one thing that we want to we're targeting. And this is why we're taking this action is because we want California to get serious about this fraud. But it's not going to happen. I mean, think about this. That's all very interesting. It's great that he's doing it. But where's the money for the high speed train? Where's the money for hospice care that aside from the fifty million dollars allegedly in the pocket of five people the DOJ just indicted for fraud Where's the money to get the homeless off the streets? They have so much money. They spent so much money and still it still looks like Nairobi. As many as sixteen thousand homes were destroyed in those fires, the palisades and the Eaten fires And it was a man with leftist hatred of the rich who was accused of setting One of the fires The number of homes that have been restored, this is a year and a half later is in two digits. It's like around thirty or forty homes that have been restored and that's And that's because of regulations and corruption that is built in corruption is built into leftism because leftism is centralizes power. It's an authoritarian idea. They sell it as equality, they sell it as fairness, but it's really putting them in charge, putting Bernie in charge of the money, which means that they have all the power, which means they can do anything they want, which means ultimately you end up bribing people when you crrush free trade, all of the things that free trade gives you go underground into a black market every single time. This is not like sometimes this happens, this happens all the time. The time that the only exception is if you're in a small nation where everybody looks exactly the same, and then you can have some socialism because people trust each other. And they protect this. You remember that pro lifeifer David De Laden, I think his name was who filmed Planned Parenthood officials sitting around and bragging and laughing about selling baby parts after they slaughtered the babies in the womb. they would sell them for medical research and how much money they would get. And California prosecuted Delayen for getting the videos of that. They didn't prosecute Plned Parenthood. Well, they're now trying to expand a privacy law that would limit the powers of indie journalists like Nick Shirley who exposeed a lot of the corruption that has caused JD Vance to go after them. It's called the president to go after them and point JD Vance to run that So That corruption is leftism. Leftism becomes corruption. Every time, authoritarianism becomes corruption and leftism is authoritarianism. So that's one of the things that you're looking at if they should win and if they should get into power. And remember, once Democrats get into power, they wan to stay there. They are saying they're gonna expand the Supreme Court team judges which means they would override the decisions of any conservatives who' been duly and fairly appointed. They want to turn DC into a state because they think that'll give them two more senators. It would give them two more senators. They will destroy the country to hold power because they have to once they get a hold of it because socialism doesn't work. So it's not only causes corruption, it's not only authoritarian But it leaves the homeless in the street and the housees burning down and all the other things that are happening in California. And one other view of a leftftist future that we have to just talk about is this story out of England that obviously, I'm sure makes everybody's gorge eyes of Henry Noak, a Novak maybe, a white eighteen year old university student out with some friends T. chased, stabbed to death. he was stb stabbed seriously five times and he was just stabbed over and over again with a ceremonial eight inch knife that Sikhs carry as a religious ceremony. Sikhs, by the way, usually very peaceful people, obviously not this guy. Vikram Digwa. the police arrived and Noak told them he was stabbed but at the same time, Digwa accused him of using racist slurs. so the cops tuff Novak who died on the street. Here's a bit of footage from this. It's a little bit upsetting, but it's worth watching Cut five All right, let's get you out of there, shall we? O three Gubers of roam happened You've been stabbed whereabouts think you have mate. I don't think you have, mate. So this is Nigel Farage, the reform lead leader. this is the rising right wing party that's coming in to replace the Tories because the Tories have just been justust like the Republicans, they've just been sort of mild labor people, just like the Republicans have been mild Democrats until Donald Trump came along. Here's Nigel Farage talking about this is Cut six. He was actually treated it in a way that meant an accusation. of a racial slur was treated more seriously of murder What does he say? I can't breathe. Familiar words? Remember career criminal George Floyd, who died in appalling circumstances in Midwest America a few years ago Remember the reaction to that and the way the police behaved Within a few days, Kir Starmer was taking Mee. Lives matter exploded all over the country. Churchill's statue was defaced, the Senotaph was vandalized And yet what has the public reaction been? from our leaders and politicians, and indeed, to be frank Much of the meat into this Silence. Yeah, that's happening here too. This story is not being covered by anybody at Fox News and us and it's just they want to bury it This is the third thing about leftism. It is an international movement. It is a movement, an imperialist movement that cannot, because it doesn't work, it has to take over every place. because if you can escape it, you will. I mean, look at the people swimming through the shark infested waters you a board to get from Cuba to America. So it's an international movement. As I said, I think it was last week bad ideas have to silence everybody because they can't make their cases. So that's what we're looking at. We're actually looking at this rising movement. It may not make it Democrats may rebel. It's more centrist, Democrats may come forward. But I don't really see that many centrists. The people that they're calling centrists are now so far to the left that they're out of their minds as well. So the fight is between MAGa or what is coming after MAGa. That's all I'm not just talking about this election. I'm talking about the new age and whether or not we're going to have to veer into leftist incompetence, authoritarianism, disaster and oppression and censorship before we come to our senses or are we going to find something make something out of MAGA that goes beyond the liberating but chaotic corrective of Donald Trump? Every parent has a list of things they're going to get around to eventually, updating the will, organizing important documents, getting life insurance. The problem is that eventually isn't a plan. If you have children and no life insurance, you're making a bet. If you're married and have no life insurance, you're making a bet. maybe not intentionally, but you're making one. You're betting that nothing unexpected is going to happen, that you'll always have more time, that you'll get around to it later. that tomorrow is guaranteed. Most people don't think about it like gambling, but that's what they're doing. The reality is that being a parent planning for situations you hope never happen, not because you're pessimistic, but because you're responsible. That's why life insurance matters. I can remember when I first started thinking about these things, when we first started making a little bit of money, so I wanted to make sure my wife would be okay. If I stopped being around to make money and my kids would be okay. And it's things you just have to face. It's one of those things that nobody gets excited about. Nobody wakes up and says today's the day. I finally shop for life insurance probably why so many people put it off. Ethos removes a lot of the friction. Eetthos makes getting life insurance fast and easy, one hundred percent online. You can get a quote in seconds, apply in minutes, and get same day coverage. There's no medical exam. And if you're responsible for a family that's worth taking seriously, protect your family with life insurance from ethos. Take ten minutes to get covered today with life insurance through ethos. getet your free quote at ethos. com slash cllven That's E T H O s d. com slash clavven. Now you can spell e of those, but you can't spell Klaavven. You don't know how because you've never heard me tell you, but I'll tell you now it's KLA V A N Application times may vary, rates may vary. Chapter two, Trump colored gllasses. Now it's really hard to assess what Trump is accomplishing and has accomplished. First because the reporting is so skewed, even on the right and the left. but also, you know, when the war in Iran started, I think it was on friendly fire, I said, Trump, this is a timed war, this war is on a timer because the threat from the left in this country is greater and more immediate to us than the threat from Iran The threat from AOC and people like her is more is more dangerous to the continued health and existence of America then the threat of Iran if we take out the nuclear weapons when they exist, I mean, if we're willing to keep them from getting the nuclear weapons. So Trump is at this moment and everything in America in the American media is covered as if it were about Trump. So if a university says, we're not going to get rid of our racist DI practices, it's reported, oh, they're defying Donald Trump. Nobody ever says, well, wait, was Trump right or wrong? Was it is DEI a good thing or a bad thing? I think it's a horrible un American, terrible thing. But they always just make it about what's happening with Trump. So the House passed a bill meant to limit Trump's powers in fighting Iran. Obviously it has to be passed by the Senate then it will be vetoed by Trump. So there's not much chance it's going to become law, but it had four GOP votes, including Thomas Massey's. and the New York Times headline was Republicans begin to test the limits of Trump's power by flexing their own What terrible thing to do What sort of flaming idiots limit the president's power in the midst of negotiations with one of our central global enemies, Iran, Dath to America, Iran. You know, I mean, what are they even talking about? Who does it? Well, the Democrats have done it. They've done it all my life, which goes on a long time. They did it in Vietnam. Nixon negotiated an honorable peace in the war in Vietnam and then The Democrats came in and stripped the funding for that piece to protect the soldiers there and to fund the defense against communism. and they gave the country over to the communists. Obama did it in the Iraq afterfter Bush won the Iraq warar with the surge, he pulled out and gave the country back to chaos. and in Afghanistan, obviously, that was not a war that I think was ever going to go well Biden ended it in such a disgrace that Putin saw that and said, Hmm you know, I think we'll go into Ukraine. This is what Democrats do. They lose wars. that Republicans win It's true. It has happened again and again. obbviously at this point wants out. He sees the midterms coming, he sees the price of gas going up. He knows he knows what negotiating with Iran is like. They lead you on and they never do anything and they say they're going to do something and then they take it back and they stretch it out. So he got an angry phone call reportedly with Netanyahu in Israel because Netanyahu is fighting a battle for Israel's life, and he used the opportunity that with Iran on the run to go after Hezbollah in Lebanon to his north. And Trump yelled at him, said, you know how are we going to work this thing out if you don't you stop killing people? And of course, immediately, the Israelis worked out a ceasefire because the Israelis do whatever we say, all these anti Semites going around, say, the Israelis run America. It's the exact opposite of that. They do what they want Trump has reportedly told AIDS that he doesn't want to start fighting again unless an American is killed. There's been some shooting back and forth in the strait, and there's been some shooting back and forth between the Americans and the Iranians. But this is what he says about the negotiations is CT seven. We're going to have to stop them from having a nuclear weapon. That's what we've done. and they've agreed to that By the way, they, I mean if they signed the agreement They will have agreed to, we will not have a nuclearar For mom We will not Develop one We will not buy one You know originally, it was we will not develop. I said, what about if they buy? that went into two week negotiation in the end, we got that No got it if they signed the paper. Theory, they're pretty close to signing a paper We've actually gotten along with them very well. So the Iranians deny a lot of that and you never know who to believe. But the thing is, what's the situation now? Almost the entire media is going with the Delaware Democrat Senator Chris Coons keep saying Iran is stronger than it's ever been. What we've lost. We never should have gone into the war. Here he is reading the riot act to Pete Hagseth, who fights back, but this is just Chris Coons, who by the way was a Biden toade who was constantly telling us how wonderful, you know Biden was and keeping the Iranians in check and all this. This is what he's saying now control of the Strait of Hormuz, the ability to degrade our partners and allies gas and oil production capabilities through cheap drones the ability to harass and harry commercial shipping remains in Iran's hands And their demands are that we recognize sovereignty for them over the Strait of Hormuz which I believe our presidident' rejected, you've rejected, I reject. But my question remains, How do we reopen the Strait of Hormz to commercial shipping If we control it How do we reopen it? And your average American is seeing this at the gas pump every single day. So pure politics and complete crap, and here's why You know, anybody can build a drone and drones are cheap. Ukraine is fighting off the Russians with drones. and it is a difficult problem.s how do you get rid of a drone that costs thousands of dollars when you have to spend a missile that costs millions of dollars. It's a serious thing that everybody's trying to fix. And the Ukrainians have been very creative with drones. They've actually done a really good job of developing generation after generation drones because they have no gon government. so they don't have regulations. They hold them back. It's actually true.wile Trump is destroyed, and Coons admits this, but he only admits it grudgingly and never on television. You know, They've shattered the Navy, Air Force missile stores, they've really set Iran back. They're pretty much a paper tiger except for the drones. And the Strait of Hormuz is not their great Defense It's their last defense. it's the last desperate defense because it's becoming irrelevant because they closed it. Nobody in the Middle East wants all that traffic to be blocked. So they're building they're putting billions of dollars into new pipelines, into rail corridors. I'm reading some of this from the Wall Street Journal, energy storage hubs to bypass the waterway It' going to become an irrelevance. It's going to become a place where they just they just wrap around. And what is Iran then? all of that Trump has accomplished He has set them way back on their nuclear, you know, plans and it's their nuclear what their nuclear materials buried under a mountain, but they're always terrorists are always going to be able to kill people. They're always going to have drones that they can attack. They're always going to be able to cause trouble. But they even their government Koons keeps saying, Oh, it's stronger than ever. No, it's more radical now than ever because they're down to the last guy. The guy was like, you know, wandering some gay, you know cripple who was wandering around, you know, and they said, Oh, you're now the Ayatlla. So it's not, you know, it he's weakened them tremendously. He has acted in a visionary way And as I said, I said this in the beginning. He has a certain amount of time to do to do this. I think his time is running out. and I think he knows it I don't think he wants to go back in. I don't think he wants to listen to the Hawks. I think he wants to get out if he can. And it's worth turning away because the Democrats are more dangerous than the Iranians, especially at this point. So the question is going to be How will the press lie if this is the end of it? If this is where we wind up with, you maybe some of our forces still park there, Mbe we take over Cg Island, I don't know. But you how badly are the press going lie to make it seem as if we lost, whichich makes it worth looking at what's happening to the press For most of human history, people worried about things like famine, plague, invading armies. Today, we worry about cholesterol. Progress is a strange thing But the reality is that more people are paying attention to long term health than ever before. and cholesterol support is one of the reasons. Americans know more about health than ever before, and yet somehow they spend more time worrying about it. Every week, there's a new study, a new headline, a new expert, a new warning. And one thing that keeps coming up is cholesterol health. The challenge is that a lot of people don't love the idea of being told, there's only one path forward. People want options. They want to feel like they still have some agency when it comes to taking care of themselves. That's why so many people have started looking at more ingredient forward approaches with things they actually recognize, things like CokQ tenin, ginger, pomegranate, temerit, and other plants and mineral based ingredients One of those options is dose chesol Doose for cholesterol is a clinically backed cholesterol support supplement designed to support triglycerides, LDL, HDL, and total cholesterol levels. And one reason I was interested in talking about it is that we've actually had people around the daily wire using it and they're saying it t I taste it. It tastes great. and I have to tell you I know about high cholesterol because I genetically have such high cholesterol that I may not even make it through this ad. I don't talk about products simply because somebody sends over a talking point sheet. I pay attention when people around me are actually using something. We've had team members who started using dose and have been encouraged by what they've seen in their blood workk. That got my attention. and another thing people seem to appreciate is that it's easy. It's a simple two ounce daily shot that tastes like mango, no capsules, no giant handful of pills powd just something that's easy to work into a daily routine and because it gets delivered directly to your door, it's also easy to stay consistent. At the end of the day, most people are not looking for complicated, They're looking for practical. I'm trying to draw a picture here of an insurgion, a rising communist force embedded in the Democrat Party, with a power hungry leftist center too weak to stand up to them and ready to join them if it means holding on to power versus a Trump in a state of political weakness Because he did something good becausecause the press is reed is trying to seize back whatever power they lost by opposing Trump with all their lies, with you know the lie about fine people on both sides and the lie about Russian collusion and all the other lies they told about him, covering the prosecutions of him as if they were real prosecutions and all of the rest of it, all the hoaxes that they covered, they lost credibility, they lost the faith of the people, and they lost ratings too, because people understood they were being lied to. But now they want that back and they are fighting for every inch of cultural territory they have. So what was really interesting, we have to raise a toast to liiberal lesbian Barry Weiss, and Ive told you, she's a palo of my family and from ten different directions. I know her in so many different ways, and I like her personally and she's revamping U CBS, you know, she is now the director of CBS and Paramount is kind of changing. They want to, you know, they want to get in good. maybe they want to get in good with the Trump administration. But you know, she's a liberal. She's just bringing the thing back into a sort of left wing center where the news has been since I was a pup, you know, that's basically what the news has been kinda just a little bit left of center while understanding that the public didn't like it. So They had this tumultuous meeting. she's brought in somebody new Nick Bilton producer who obviously got totally liberal credentials. He used to be a Times columnist and he used to W for Vanity Fair. He's got completely liberal credentials, but she's brought him in to run sixty minutes their signature kind of news feature show. And they had this tumultuous meeting with Scott Pelly who is, well, let me he's done some good work over the years. So let's take a look at some of his newscasts over the years. This is cut nine. Dateline Washington Gatewater case is in the news Make that the casewater gate And my incredible sources tell me exclusively that we' continue to keep our eye on the latest developments there. Elsewhere around the nation, more weather heading our way And some especially good news for residents of our area. Despite the tornado watch and severe hurricane warning, today's pollution index was only six, six. That's six, of course. Six is on a scale of one to seven, and that's the same type of scale we use at home at the Baxers's at home when we're back on our weight watchers Sorry, that's Ted Baxter from the Mary Tyler More show. If if nobody remembers it, go back and look at it. was one of the funniest bits ever. He is Scott Beelly Scott Pelley is Ted Baxter, the same like silver hair, pomosity, stupidity. He is just a complete he's a low IQ leftist reporting on left and he put on the show in this meeting with Barry and with Nick Belton, where he said, you want to murder you know sixty minutes and you have no love for this place. He was the defender, the defender of integrity in journalism, you know, is just an absolute buffoon. He is an absolute one hundred percent died in the wool un filtered buffoon. Here's this thing. I play this at the time when he did this commencement speech he made at Wake Forest University, I think I guess it was last year Now this is a guy who's supposed to be covering the news fairly. This is the guy who gave complete credence to, well, let's let's listen to where he stands in public, a news guy in public. This is what he said, Cut eleven. In this moment This moment This morning Our sacred rule of law is under attack Journalism is under attack. Universities are under attack. Freedom of speech is under attack and insidious fear. is reaching through our schools O businesses Our homes and into our private thoughts. The fear to speak. In America. Cratulations on your graduation. and everything is terrible. What a Smuck, I'm sorry. just so bad. This a guy. I mean, one of the worst interviews I ever saw him do was he interviewed those moms who were trying to get gay porn out of their elementary schools and he made fun of them and he derided them and he looked down his nose at them. they were just moms. what did they know about, you know what the left was you know how could you oppose the left Is a complete fraud this guy and he went full in on Russian collusion And so he went into this meeting with Barry Weisson and he through a hissy fit, they invited him into a meeting to see if they could make peace. Pilton invited him in. Pelly denies this, but Barry says that she tried to, you know, iron it out but wouldn't say they fired him. And you know heart is breaking, but that's how much they are willing to fight for the culture. And this is going to be a huge part of what happens next, especially in the run up to the next presidential election. This is going to be a huge battle, movies. You know, look how hard they fought and cried and screamed when Stephen Colbert was fired because he had no ratings. Greg Gutfeld on cable was out doing him in the ratings and every other comedian, every other late night comedian except for Greg is a leftist. so they're not losing anything, but oh, it's the death Remember when they fired all those people, The Washington Post, which was also losing all its readers. Oh, the death of journalism, a billionaire has f you know, as if newspapers are owned by guys with no money. That's who owns newspapers Unbelievable this kind of drama is going to be going on again and again and again. I have to say that even a lot of left wing news people looked at Pelly and just said, what a pompous ass. because you know these shows, sixty minutes, first of all, it comes on after Sunday night football. So it's got the greatest lead in in the world, so its audience is almost all coming from that it hasn't the audience has not been growing. And as Britt Hume pointed out on Fox News, he said these shows were made by producers. guysu like Pelly are just essentially faces pasted on the work that the producers have done in the same way that movie stars are pasted on the work that writers and directors do, you know, that they get all the credit. and that's who he is. So he's not guarding anything except the left stranglehold. This is going to be one of the biggest fights there is. This is where the power is shifting because in a free nation Ultimately, the power rises from the culture. You know, people sometimes say, well, you know politics does change culture. Yeah, that's true, but it does it less in a republic, in a free country. It's what's in the hearts and minds of the people that changes the culture. and that's where their attitudes come from and that's where their attitudes are expressed So that's what I want to talk about before I head off on vacation and leave you in a darkness unparalleled and unbelievable and inexpressible and unseeable because it's that dark. But before I go, I want to just end by talking about the culture. Everything we do starts with how we sleep. That's why I'm such a mess. Sleep affects everything, focus, energy mood, and I never get any. Honestly, the fix for not sleeping turned out to be a lot simpler than I expected. I was sleeping on the wrong mattress. Now, I still don't sleep, but I'm incredibly comfortable on a helix. Last week I talked about the Pope's encyclical about AI, and my point was pretty simple, although a lot of people missed it Which was that the Ecyclical was actually great when it rehearsed the gathered wisdom of the Catholic Church, some of the greatest minds for fifteen hundred years owned Western philosophy and ideas. And when he put that out and he sort of said what the church had come to believe over the years, it was actually very impressive, and he thought, this is great stuff when he got to his personal policies on what should be done about AI, it was ridiculous. And my point was simply this, religion, not just Catholicism, but any Any religion that partakes of the truth. There are some religions that partake of no truth, some that partake of full truth and some that partake of a little bit of truth. But any truth that comes out of a religion is going to create right thinking and good goals in the culture that it speaks to that doesn't make the pope or any pastor policy expert, right? you know, it's one thing to say each person is an end in himself and deserves dignity and freedom. It's another to say the dignity is better preserved by open borders or by government regulation or by the rule of law or small government. There's no reason the Pope should know anything about that. what That is the realm of Caesar, where Jesus said belongs to Caesar, lets Caesar give it to Caesar. That's the realm of Caesar, those policies that have to be argued about and debated by everyone and experts, but also by people who see the results of the experts' policies. And a lot of different Policies can be said to point toward our religious goals, which are freedom and dignity for the human individual. That is why I am here. That is why what I'm talking about is what is conducive to freedom and dignity for the individual China doesn't believe in freedom and dignity for the individual. It's not a thing for them. They don't even They want China has always, always had a hive mind. They make policy for the hive mind. It is the power of the party. The party is going to make things better. What your personal experience is, they don't care. They want you to have one child, they carry you off, tie you down, abort any other child you get pregnant with. They do not care about the freedom and dignity of the individual, we do. because our God who came to us first through the Jews and then to everyone through the Jew, Jesus has shown us the way to that attitude. and this is why Talking about God is unsatisfying When people say, what we need in this country is God. you think like, yeah, but what do we mean by that? Because doesnt it tells us where we should be going, but it doesn't tell us how to get there. The Pope is not an economist, you know, I mean, neither is your pastor, neeither am I, you know? I mean that's not we're not the people who're going to come up with the economic policy that is going to take you in the direction You want to go. Even though it's unsatisfying to talk about it or to just come back and say, we need God and all this, it's also urgent Why? Why is it so urgent? Well I think If I may say so, then I'm often misunderstood, although I don't knowether'm misunderstood only by the people who hate me, which is very possible. But people I just see things online that say that I say that Jews don't need Jesus. I think everybody needs Jesus, but I don't need everybody to have Jesus in order for things to go politicallyically the way I need them to go. People get into screaming arguments about the Trinity and about the perpetual virginity of Mary The Mormonism, Matt Frad and the Mormons are always going at it I know what I believe about these things, but I don't need you to believe what I believe and what I believe is obviously true because I believe it. but I don't need you to believe this. What I need people to believe in is what CS. Lewis called the Tao, TA TAO. If you read his wonderful, wonderful book of essays called The Abolition of Man, but here's just a little bit of Um of a quote describing what he said of the Tao. He says, everyvery notion of the Tao whether it's a Hindu notion or a Christian notion, the Jewish notion is the doctrine of objective value. belief that certain attitudes are really true and others really false to the kind of thing the universe is and the kind of things we humans are. In other words, there is a way to react to something as a human being that is the correct way. Those who know the To, reading from Lewis again, can hold that to call children delightful or old men venerable is not simply to record a psychological fact, a random reaction about our own parental or filial emotions at the moment, but to recognize a quality which demands a certain response from us whether we make it or not I myself, CS Lewis, do not enjoy the society of small children. Because I speak from within the Tao, I recognize this as a defect in myself, a defect in myself, just as a man may have to recognize that he is tone deaf or color bllind. Just because you can't see color doesn't mean there is a color, that there is not a color that is there for human beings. okay? And this is why when I talk about the arts, sometimes people get angry at me becausecause I'm telling them that a work of art can be extremely popular and not very good. and it can be obscure and great and vice versa. And you learn this by experiencing a wide swath of art, by studying what art is, by asking yourself what art does. and the people who do that are our teachers. I mean, they are going to be U know the people who teach us how to love art better and how to love better art. And for a democratic minded society, there's always a bit of tension about that. You know, onlyn you know whether you like the novel that you read. But you know what? some of you your heads may explode when I tell you this probably know better whether that novel that you like is trash or a masterpiece because I've read every novel and I've studied it and I write really good novels. And so I know what I'm talking about. say, o my God, that's so arrogant and undemocratic. But the Tao is learned by life and by experience and by reason and by consulting other people who have lived life and reasoned and said great things. It's not by following your personal preferences. I like action movies. I know they're crap, but I like them and I enjoy them, but I never mistake them art. That's why so many things that people say about video games because they love video games and they spend too much time with video games, so they want them to be great, but that doesn't mean they are great Right now, as we know, our expert class has been corrupted and has failed us. There This has been growing and growing. It's not just about Donald Trump, but it did reach a crisis and apex during COVID when they shut down our churches, censored our speech, inspired riots, lied that they'd inspired riots, lied that the riots were happening police officer in prison for life for murder when he in no way had killed George Floyd. All of this stuff we do. And so we are looking for leaders. we are looking for people who know the things that I know about the novel, but we want them to know about economy and the news and how to things and all of these things. And so that's why You know, you people like crazy people like Candice and dishonest, in my opinion, people like Tucker Great. crowds of people and everybody panics about that. I don't panic about it. I think they'll come and go. There's always been people like them around. But the reason they have that kind of power and popularity in this moment is because the real experts have failed us, the people who are in the position of expertise and to teach us the Tao about each individual thing that they knew about They have lied to us and they have been taken over by an ideology that is against the Tao which is leftism So the Tao is there. it's not going away. It is part of the real life. But you know, when you see people like on the you know, I'm talking about Candace and Tucker because they kind of came from the right, but then this James Talerico, he's a horrible person. He's a horrible, horrible person. And I don't mean in his behavior, I mean his philosophy of life and what he's saying, this idea that God loves abortion know E evenven the people who agree with them Unless they're psychopaths, they know in their hearts that he's speaking from human convenience, not from morality. Everybody knows it. This is the thing. You know, it's not an opinion whether a baby is a human life. That's not an opinion. I don't need to prove it. We all know it. Everybody knows he's deserving of life. He deserves not to be torn to pieces, even in the womb. That is not an opinion. That is a fact of the Tao. And you can't make an argument about it because every argument you hear about it is either metaphorical or just accepts that it's murder and so it's evil, but yeah, we're going to do it anyway because we like it Everything that is happening now in our country is a battle of whether we are going to accept the Tao or whether we think we can rewrite it and make that work, which has never worked. I've did a whole show about that before. I'm not going go through it again, but it's not about whether there's a Trinity. It's not about the Pope or the Mormons. It's not about what you know I believe, it is about this central idea that there is something about lookingooking at a waterfall, as CS. Lewis would have said, and experiencing the grandeur of it that is correct and something about looking at a waterfall going, I don't like it. It's a waterfall that is incorrect, okay? Let me tell you what life looks like when you live in the Dao. A waitress puts your dinner table in front of you Your wife puts your dinner on the table in front of you Are those the same actions I would say that they are not anything like each other, that they're actually not the same at all in spite of the fact that the movements are the same and the results the physical results are the same. They are completely different. category. the waitress is doing an honest day's work, God bless her But your wife is offering you a home of transfiguring love for you and your children. That is a different thing, but that's a fact of the Tao. If you are not appreciating her, if you're not honoring her for what she's doing, if you are not honoring her with your fidelity and your devotion, if you're not elevating her to the place that she deserved, you are missing whole damn point, you know? It's like I read these things online. They're so dopey. fiveive things you must do for your marriage. No, you have to live in the Dao. You know you know what the greatest evidence of the Tao is? I've talked about this before and again, it sometimes drives people crazy. rape. best evidence of the doubt, okay is next to murder, I would say, the most heinous crime. I think most people recognize that actions that you take leave out any violence, okay Because you don't need violence to rape somebody, you can intimidate them. you can frighten them, you can get them drunk and rape somebody. know Let's leave that out. The actions of sex between a rapist and a woman and the physical actions, the physical movements arere the exactly the same as a man who loves his wife making love to his wife, exactly the same physical actions, just like the waitress putting dinner on the table and the wife and mom putting dinner on the table. Eactly the same actions, but one is evil. It's not just bad, it's evil, and one is one of the great consolations of a tragic life. I mean, it's one of the great things in life that we enjoy and that fills our life with joy. No physical difference and yet completely different. And the difference is is knowing what a person is, knowing what a woman is, knowing what a man must be when he knows what a woman is. It's all about the essential nature of what human life is. It is all about the Tao. And if you can't tell the difference between rape and love making between husband and wife And you've got a problem and that's the problem that we're facing. That's exactly the problem we're facing. When the left pushes terms like sex work or women's reproductive rights, or gender affirming care. when it uses terms like collectivism inequality or enslavery when they're speaking about George Washington, or when the right uses Christ as king to mean I hate the Jews, or you're racist or Islamophobic. when the left says you're racist or Islamophobic shut up They're not fooling anyone Everybody knows what they're doing, they know what they're doing. They know that they're destroying the actual center and core of human existence. They know they're doing it, but there's profit in it, or there's profit in money or power, or just the freedom to do evil to their fellow man, which some people enjoy because they want to watch the world burn down as we've learned from the Dark Knight We are passing through this shadow of transition, okay? And that's one of the reasons I'm not getting distracted by this little story here, this little story there. I know those things bring in listeners. I understand that you know if you can get people angry and afraid, you know they will come and listen. But that's why I'm not getting distracted because I'm watching for what happens next. We're passing through this shadowland of transition We may go off to the left if the Democrats win because people are voting in the moment and they're not voting with vision and they're not voting in the DO. They're just voting what gets them annoyed at this moment or what frightens them at this moment or the way their parents voted. We may go off to the left into authoritarian them. Aarianism, censorship, oppression corruption, we may become California without the good weather. That is something that could happen to this country. There may be a right wing reaction. That happens too. that happened in Nazi Germany, when they reacted against the communists. know we may get the kind of authoritarianism and censorship that comes from the right w That is why we have to seek out the Dao. That's why we have to talk about the Do. That's why we have to talk about the difference between a waitress and a mom. Wh we have to talk about the difference between rape and making love. Wh we have to talk about the difference between a baby and some you know theoretical violinist that got attached to you while you slept If you follow the Db those who follow the Tao, we will move into a new generation as free men and women with technologies and medicines and space travel and AI and things that we've never seen before. And bad things will happen and good things will happen as always, but we'll have nothing to fear if you move in the Tao. It will be a North star. we have to come back to a place with men and women especially, I know I use sexual metaphors a lot, but I'm saying if men and women especially we have to come back to that place of men and women seeking to become one flesh in marriage and create new generations in love and create new worlds love and sacrifice and creativity. That is the place that we're heading for. The policies that are going to get us there are going to have to be dealt with by experts who are honest and are looking at the Tao. But that's the difference. I would rather have an expert who gets things wrong and is looking toward the Tao than an expert who thinks he's got it all figured out, but does not know that the Tao exists. All right, that is my overview of what's happening. I'm going on vacation Try not to screw things up while I'm gone Father's Day reminds us of something important. almost nobody starts out feeling ready to be a father. I remember that really well, bringing a baby home and suddenly thinking, wait, I have to do this. Her life is in my hands. If you talk to enough dads, you'll hear the same story over and over again. They didn't feel prepared. They didn't feel qualified, they weren't entirely sure what they were doing Yet somehow through love, sacrifice, and grace, we grow into the role. That's one reason I appreciate the work preborn does. Sometimes people don't have anyone to lean on or know how to find the necessary resources when an unexpected pregnancy happens, People often focus on the practical questions, the financial questions, the logistical questions, but sometimes what people need more than anything is hope. Sometimes they need help, seeing that a future they never expected can still become something beautiful. That's exactly what happened to a young father named John. When he and his partner visited preborn and received a free ultrasound, everything began to change It felt frightening suddenlyelt real. It seemed imposible suddenly felt For the first time, he could imagine himself as a father. and today you can help create that same moment for someone else. For just twenty eight dollars, you can sponsor an ultrasound through prereeborn and help expectant parents receive support, encouragement, and the opportunity to choose life. because some of the greatest gifts in life arrive before we feel ready for them To donate, dial pound two hundred fifty and say baby. I love hearing from you. I really do. One from Anonymous who says he's talking about, again, the merchant of Venice that I recommended. And he says, you describe the Pope's letter as essentially something that started off well then lost all the air out of the balloon, I feel the same about your words. For example, I was listening now listen to this carefully because this is a good example of something. I was listening when you said, give D Nio's merchant of Venice a chance I said, give Piccinos, Virgin of Venice a chance so you weren't listening. She says, But you lost me when you talked about Portia being dressed as a man representing feminism, blah blah. I never said that. I never said she represented feminism. Shakespeare wrote many plays in honor of Elizabeth. I'm pretty sure the woman sitting in judgment and wearing a man's robes was firstly homage to the queen had nothing to do with the queen. She wasn't sitting First of all, what I said was she represented she is not the judge, she's the lawyer. She's making a case for Christianity and for mercy. And the point Shakespeare is making has nothing to do with Elizabeth because he was very interested in cross dressing because it struck at the idea of where identity comes from, which he wrote about the time that was one of his biggest themes. But what he was talking about in this was the fact that the quality of mercy, which is not strained, is looked on as a female quality. Who do you go to for mercy? Your daddy or your mom, you go to your mom. And so what he was saying is that Christianity has male reasoning, but it has female mercy, it is a blending of those two traits, and that's what it's about. But you weren't listening carefully enough. And I get this a lot. You know, if you're going it's fine to disagree with me, it wastes time because you'll agree with me eventually when you learn more, but still it's fine to do it. But you gotta agree with disagree with what I actually said. From JA Reid, I'm watching your Wednesday interview. And oh there's the lady who went to Colombia and learned that The study of literature had died. I've been writing novels of and on for slightly over a decade now, but have not been able to get a literary agent to look at me twice. I've even tried giving my latest work the facade of trans feminism ideology on the surface, but with truth and honor at its core. But after your guest mentioned it so much as a slightly competent male in a novel being it was too much for the industry, it was not a pleasant thing to hear I would prefer if you could tell me that my aspirations for being a published author are not impossible. Please, O great Bald Gondalf, tell me you know of some saving grace in the literary world. I do. But first I want to tell you that there is no truth and no honor in writing a book with the facade of trans feminism. if that's not what you want to write. You're not an artist if you do that. You're not a writer if you do it. So there's no reason a literary agent should look at you if you're not speaking you believe to be true. There's no sense telling stories about things that never happen if you're not going to speak the truth. There is no sense putting words on paper or what we use for paper if you're not going to speak the truth. So I would say that you should begin with yourself. You should begin examining yourself. How much are you attached to the art of what you're doing? and work that out because, you know, first of all Very few people have done what I've done. They're more major league baseball players than there are people with forty year careers in fiction. That's something that really does not exist all that much. So you just you may not have it. You may not have what it takes to do that If you're going to do it, do it for real. Secondly, you don't need publishers anymore. You don't need agents anymore. You can publish your own book, establish a pipeline to people. There are websites you can go to where people are looking for self published books. You know that has happened. There's one now called Dungeon crawler Carl, which is a huge success. We just started with him writing it and putting it on this website where people go to find self published books.
