The J Weber podcast is presented by creative planning , helping clients simplify their journey to financial wellness, one personalized plan at a time. The J Weber podcast is a production of IHART radio . podcasts Good day. This is the J Weber podcast, and today we're going to talk about the absolutely stellar Supreme Court rulings handed down yesterday. Those of us who know the law in the Constitution expected to see these rulings , but it doesn't make them less sweet. Also, more on how screwed up today's Democrat Party is with people who are now open America haters starting to win primaries on the Democrat side and more. But first produc Greerg Jooryhn , how great is it to have see people come in from all over the world, come to watch the World Cup and fall in love with America? Doesn't it do it do your heart good to see people experiencing America for the first time and loving it . You know, it's so funny and they're going, huh this bucky this bucky's gas station. It's like it's like thirty thousand square feet this grocery store, it's a department store and you can get your gas all at once'.re going They to chick f il A. They're going to Texas Raw love Waffle House. All these things we kind of take for granted they would go Oh, it's okay. I mean the foreigners just love it. They've never seen anything like it before. I love the one that says you, could actually get an extra soda. You mean you're filling my cup again of coffee over there? Traveled to Europe, I've traveled globally, but I've traveled to Europe a number of times. No, there's no such thing as a free refill on anything over there. So that's great. What also what's great to me is these are people from hugely different countries. It's not just the Brits who are saying this or the, you know, or the Cubans who are saying this, whatever. It's people from hugely different countries. They're all saying the same thing and they're praising America regardless of where they are, regardless of which region their team is playing in. So they're loving Boston and New York, but they're loving the South East or the Southwest. They're loving Texas. Just warm sentim and visitors saying all around Americans are great. America is great. Listen to this chap from England. We owe America a huge apology because America is nothing like what the media tells us. Everyone is so friendly, everyone is so accommodating and I've honestly had the best time. I fly home Sunday and their English have a song where we say, please don't take me home. I just don't want to go to work, let me stay here and drink all your beer . And I've never resonated with that song more than in America for this World Cup. I wish I could stay. And I'm here I'm hearing this and you see the videos on social media, it's just fantastic. I think we can all agree that Americas has done an abolutely fantastic job at hosting this World Cup so far. I genuinely feel a lot of people's opinions on America will now change after this World Cup. So I'm feeling very sad because it is our last night in Texas tonight. We are in a motel. I just want to say a massive, massive thank you to everyone in this great state. It's so great to watch even the USA fans like the game the other night , you know, USA, USA, everybody just chanting and we lost a big deal, but everybody's feeling the two hundred and fifty if it seems like. Well, it is. And the other thing that I'm finding in a lot of these comments from the foreigners, I think is important. You know, what sort of st eady diet of hating America have they been getting in the European and global media because they're saying our media over at least the first guy was specifically saying our media over in Europe has misled us. They've been lying to us and have it all wrong. It's sad but it's true. The global media has seriously twisted the world's view of us and greatly misinformed their public. And still hundreds of millions of people are clamoring to get into the country, but it is lovely to see that you have these foreigners coming here and just in one visit being dispelled of all those rumors. Yeah, and they know what a waffle house is now . We'll talk huge court wins next, but first , have you heard about creative planning? The chief sponsor of my podcast? Back at the start of the second Trump term and the start of the crackdown on illegal aliens . The left wing news media was awash in stories about how many lawsuits Donald Trump was losing as pro illegal forces and Democrat administrations in the states ran to court to find liberal judges and sue. And my take on all of it was, just wait, the Trump team is going to win virtually all of these lawsuits in the end, and I knew they would for two reasons. First, because the executive branch has extremely wide latitude when it comes to creating executive orders and managing immigration . The Constitution makes it clear unless Congress has created specifically related laws, it's up to the president to manage immigration. And the second reason I knew Trump would win the vast majority of these lawsuits is because what we had here was an ad ministration that had decided to finally enforce our immigration laws. It wasn't like the president and his team were making the laws up, which is what the left and their accomplices in the media claimed was going on, still want to claim, no, those immigration laws existed. We have phone book sized rule books sitting around Washington, DC holding immigration and border laws that have been passed by past Congresses and signed into law by past presidents. And so finally starting to enforce those laws after decades and decades of inaction was not, quote, violating the law, as those waves of lawsuit contended. Those waves of lawsuits were just a liberal temper tantrum against Trump's team and what they wanted to do. So I'll take you back about a year and remind you of those stories we were seeing about how you know so far Trump has lost two hundred. Now it's three hundred. Now it's four hundred lawsuits related to his war on illegals. Those stories were couched in those terms, and I was saying, just wait, because of course Democrats and their activists can find hundreds of left wing judges at the district level to give them the ruling they want to stop Trump temporarily, but nearly all of them are going to be knocked down and overturned at the appeals and the Supreme Court level. Well, here we are. Yesterday, huge, huge wins for the United States of America and the American people from the Supreme Court. The rest of the media is couching this as big wins for President Trump ? No, these are big wins for the Republic, the American people, the rule of law, and the Constitution sincerely. And I say this because the Supreme Court decisions released yesterday and really all this week reaffirmed that we still have a Constitution and a legislative process in this country that needs to be respected. I am loving this version of the Supreme Court, with its group of originalists who aren't afraid to restore the honest intent and the literal meaning of the Constitution and our separation of powers. We got two important rulings on immigration yesterday, but also got a second amendment ruling slapping back Hawaii's attempt to basically ban carrying weapons in public for protection. That was an important ruling too. The Bear ruling related to the roundup lawsuits was big. But I want to focus on the various rulings we got this week related to immigration because it's a big, I told you so. Yesterday's rulings officially restored powers to the executive branch that we all knew a president had, but leftists had rushed to court to block anyway. And it's worth emphasizing, Donald Trump and his administrations have been waiting nearly ten years across two administrations to get this ruling on temporary protected status. This should have been obvious to any lower court. Temporary means temporary. And if Congress gave the presidents powers to make the call on what temporary means in any given situation, well then Trump could make the call to end that status. What's remarkable is that neither question that was answered yesterday by the courts was really a hard legal question. The answers to both of these questions should have been obvious from the beginning. Temporary means temporary and the, president has the power to determine that. And in the other case, illegals who haven't crossed into America yet aren't, quote, in America. They can be turned back and sent back into Mexico. Those are the two things that we the people in this era of hyperpartisan politics needed the highest court in the land to make clear to us. Well, they did. Now it's official. In a six three ruling, the court said, Yes, a president can take away the temporary legal protections for illegal immigrants who are here if it was given to them by a previous president or administration. And folks, in the case of the Syrians and the Haitians, the two groups that were specific to this case that the court heard, those groups of illegal foreigners have had so called temporary protected status here for twelve years and fourteen years respectively. How is that temporary? This ruling ultimately affects people from eighteen other countries who past presidents have given this status, including Venezuelans and Cub ans. Sam Alito is a legal giant, of course, at this point in his tenure. He wrote both majority opinions on these two immigration cases yesterday and said, look, the way the law is written on TPS, Congress barred the courts from even challenging or reviewing a presidential decision. It's right in the language of the legislation. Alito slapped back the lower courts for interfering, those liberal judges that the left wing activists had run to block Trump even, though the law clearly states they cannot . So this will have a chilling effect on all sorts of future litigation related to this TPS program. You'd think, the lower courts have now been officially told you cannot interfere here unless there's a very narrow reason. And he said the more specific claim to the complaint made that Trump was motivated by racism when he ended their TPS status was also baloney. He said there's no evidence that this is the case. Moreover, he and other justices made it clear if the American people don't like the TPS rules, they can lobby Congress to change them, as it should be. This is how this American system of ours is supposed to work. If you don't like a law, lobby the legislative branch to change it. You can't just ignore it or ask the court to let you ignore it . Then the second decision was a question of whether our border agents could simply turn around illegals at the border and direct them back into Mexico or Canada without a formal asylum hearing or court process. The answer here also should have been an obvious yes, but the leftists came up with some twisted legal argument to challenge the practice. They claimed that people approaching the U. S. but who hadn't crossed into the U. S. yet were nonetheless in the U. S. on U. S. soil because they'd made their way here, so you have to hear their asylum claim . The case went all the way to the Supreme Court because the pro illegal crowd adopted some Clintonian nonsense akin to , well it depends on what the definition of is . Come on. Well, you know, if they've arrived at the border, they're technically in America. What? Again, Alito was having none of that in his opinion. He wrote quot,e , in ordinary speech, no one would say that a person arrived in a place before the person enters the place . Correct. So the net effect of these two rulings yesterday was to greatly restore President Trump's authority to crack down on illegal immigration. And I say restore. This is another thing that the entire mainstream news media is getting wrong. In every story I've either read or heard related to these rulings, the news outlets were characterizing this as the Supreme Court having quote expanded Trump's authority. No, they didn't. That's simply wrong. What the court did is restore obvious authorities that President Trump has always had. Those authorities were just challenged by a bunch of angry leftists and needed to be clarified by the court for the country. These rulings didn't give President Trump any powers that he didn't have way back in twenty sixteen. They simply removed legal roadblocks that had been put in Trump's way since twenty sixteen , as did a few other decisions that the Supreme Court handed out earlier this week, which are just as important . An important one came from the DC Court of Appeals, which you'll remember, Obama and Harry Reed packed with liberal justices, and so this is even a liberal leaning appeals court siding with Donald Trump . That D. C. Court of Appeals ruled that, yes, the executive branch can engage in an expedited removal process and simply kick illegals out of the country who been caught've and can't prove that they were here longer term. Fantastic. The U. S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled two to one that President Trump was likely on firm legal footing when he expanded expedited removal to cover the entire country, not just US land borders and ports of entry. The result is that illegal immigrants living in the country's interior, who cannot prove that they've been in the U. S. for more than two years , do not have an automatic right to a deportation hearing before an immigration judge . And since I don't see this Supreme Court feeling the need to take up this case on appeal, this is probably the final ruling. And I'm just guessing here. The conservatives on this court don't always side with us political conservatives or the Trump administration , and I'm not a constitutional lawyer, but it seems clear enough to me that the originalist on the court will not be inclined to disagree with the appeals court here. And yes, this expedited removal process has typically been limited to people caught within one hundred miles of a border and not able to account for themselves or prove that they've been in the country long term. But again, the executive branch makes the decisions . A presidential administration can change or drop most of these rules not made into law by Congress , and so Trump did. He altered it. The court ruled that he can, that the policy itself is not unlawful. Nor does it violate an immigrant's due process rights because as, two of the three judges put it, due process only requires an opportunity to be heard at a meaningful time in a meaningful manner . And they said the lower court didn't show that the policy is depriving illegal aliens of an opportunity to be heard or challenge their removal. In fact, one justice on the appeals court said in the expedited removal language, Congress specifically bans the courts from reviewing those quick removal decisions. This is another case of the Supreme Court simply reading the law that Congress and the past presidents left them. But it's a big court win. The Trump administration can remove a certain class of illegals even more quickly than they have been. Then there's the Supreme Court decision, which was a six three decision earlier this week. It was along ideological lines. It says green card holders who are in violation of that status can be barred from coming back into the country if they leave. This was based on a case in which a green card holder, which makes him a lawful resident , traveled to China, and then couldn't get back into the country because he'd been accused of counterfeiting. Oops. The man left the country as his immigration status was in question, basically. He's accused of a crime that violates his green card st atus, but he probably assumed he'd be allowed back in. After all, he still has the green card . Not on Trump's watch, no. So he sued, of course, claiming that the officers at the Department of Homeland Security had overstepped their authority. The High Court said no. The man's name is Muk Choi Lao. Quote, Lao argued the decision wrongly allowed the Department of Homeland Security to swiftly begin deportation proceedings after he pleaded guilty to selling counterfeit clothes in New Jersey. He even pleaded guilty. The High Court disagreed, though. Border officers did not have the burden to establish by clear and convincing evidence that Lao had committed a crime involving moral turpitude, just as Clarence Thomas wrote in the opinion. Justice Katanji Brown Jackson disagreed, writing that the decision to put Lao on immigration parole effectively sentenced him to immigration limbo before he'd been convicted of any crime. This is a rare instance in which Katanji Brown Jackson's point isn't simply idiotic, but she's still wrong. And she is because the border agents could see Lao had been accused of a crime. He's coming back from China trying to get back into the country, and the border agents see he's accused of a crime. What are they supposed to do? Say good luck avoiding the law and let him back in? They are the law. They are, at the very least, a cooperating law enforcement agency. It's not a perfect example, but this is akin to a local police force run ning across a person who'd been accused of a crime in another state. The cops don't just let that person go. They call the other legal jurisdiction and say, hey, we got your boy here. We got your robbery suspect here. Justice Thomas basically made that point, border officers don't have to make a call on the criminal case in the moment at the border. That's silly. So some important immigration related wins for the Trump administration here this week, huge, in fact , very clarifying and restoring law and Constitution . The next thing is related, and it's a win for the American people. Some of you might have seen for the first time homegrown terrorists calling themselves antif a members have been prosecuted and sentenced to long prison sentences after being convicted of domestic terrorism. This is significant because up to this point we've had the Democrat Party and other American hating activists on the left classifying all of this riot ing and destruction that they do as protest. These are people who are just exercising their free speech rights, not by a long shot. These are professional agitators and rioters which makes them domestic terrorists , and some of us on the right have been calling for them to face harsher punishments when they engage in intentional destruction and rioting and when they target others with violence . Well, this week, eight Antifa members were properly convicted on terrorism charges and sentenced to lengthy prison sentences. Thank God. Finally , these eight were among a group of ten people who were arrested after an attack on an ice facility. You might remember this last year. They organized an attack on a facility in Elvarredo, Texas , and set off fireworks and vandalized property and shot at police officers with one being struck in the neck. Thankfully, he survived. Nine Antiva members were actually convicted in March, eight were sentenced this week, after being found guilty on rioting charges, charges of providing material support to terrorists, conspiracy to use explosives, attempted murder, various charges. The clown who shot at ICE officers and nearly killed one of them got a hundred years in federal prison. Good, he can rot there. Others got hefty sentences too, somewhere between thirty to seventy years , also good. Cash Patel, the FBI director, said afterward today's verdict shows the FBI remains committed to identifying, locating and dismantling Antifa in its funding networks across the country. Acts of violence against our law enforcement partners will not be tolerated, and we continue our work to protect communities across the country from domestic terrorism. Let's hope this arresting of antif members who are terrorizing communities continues because they genuinely are a domestic terror organization that the Democrats and the Biden administration have allowed to flourish in our large cities . Then let's also get to the fantastic news that we finally finally have people in charge of this country who want to root out fraud and prosecute those who are victimizing the American people in that manner. This announcement from the President's relatively new Attorney general that four hundred and fifty five people have been charged for defrauding Medicare and Medicaid, and that six point five billion dollars of stolen taxpayer money has been recovered is just wonderful news. It should have led all news coverage this week. The Trump administration simply will not get credit for cleaning up the swamp as it is. DC and East Coast media members just refuse to report any positive news like this, but the fact that they even recovered some of the stolen money, that's fantastic news to me because it rarely happens. I've been doing this a long time, and one feature of virtually all stories related to government fraud is that the money can't be recovered or more accurately won't be recovered. I think most often our federal prosecutors have been happy with just catching the fraudster. They never seem to really put an honest effort into recovering the money. Trump's team is doing so. But I don't know how this isn't a major national news story because historically, we just don't get stories like this out of our federal government regardless of which party is in charge. Todd Blanche Trump's attorney general, said this announcement marks the greatest combined federal and state effort in combating healthcare fraud in history. Clearly it does. He said these individuals participated in healthcare fraud schemes involving six point five billion dollars in false claims submitted to Medicare, Medicaid, and other health care programs . Now consider that most of the blue states aren't even cooperating with the Trump team's fraud investigations. I wonder how many of them cooperated here, but just a few examples of some of the criminal schemes. One recent case involved an Arizona based CEO who took two billion dollars in taxpayer funding after billing the Feds for fake claims to pay for amniotic wound alligraphs and charged more than a million dollars per patient, more than a million dollars per patient . This executive and ten of other defendants, eight of whom were medical professionals , took the funds to pay for their luxurious lifestyles. They bought one hundred thirty five thousand dollars miserati, and eight hundred sixty five thousand dollars Bulgarian necklace, multimillion dollar homes, and construction of a four point six million dollars resort in the Philippines. Holy cow . This company's executive also allegedly paid up to forty percent in illegal kickbacks to marketers and medical providers who participated in the scheme. I don't know what an amniotic wound alligraft is, but whatever it is, the company never even manufactured them. Blanche's team says that some of the other fraudsters billed for services provided to dead people. They ran skin grafting therapy that victimized elderly nursing home patients. One collected government money for a heart scanning service that they weren't doing. This crackdown is the centerpiece of the Trump administration's full scale war on fraud, which was announced earlier this year, and spans all government agencies apparently, and is headed by Vice President Vance. In this instance, it was Dr. Oz. He is the Trump appointee that's leading the center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. He said his department set up a fraud warroom which led to CMS revoking Medicare Billing privileges for fourteen hundred fraudulent providers and suspending payments for services deemed illegitimate. In the first half of the year, CMS suspended one thousand Medicare payments, he said, and nearly eighty percent of those claims came from California. Under any other administration, this effort would be getting standing ovations, and there'd be applause up to the rafters. A president is finally dealing with multi generational fraud and losses to the American taxpayers of probably tens if not hundreds of billions of dollars over time. A team in the White House and atop the leading agencies is finally, finally taking federal fraud seriously . In fact, if the Trump administration did this and nothing more in a more honest media era, it would be getting all sorts of attention and would go down as having been a successful presidency. But it's just one thing, one bit of long, neglected and ignored problems that have been facing this country for generations that Trump and his team are finally dealing with. And I don't know how as an American, you can't applaud that. You're listening to the J. Weber podcast, a presentation ofs NewTalk eleven thirty WISN and I heard radio podcasts. Be sure to subscribe So there can be no doubt that even after all of the evils and misery that socialism and communism brought the globe in the twentieth century, this ideology is on the march again in the Western world. I've been warning of this ever since Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama invited the extremists on their cook fringe into the larger Democrat tent and gave them important seats at the table and voices in the party platform. And of course the pivotal moment was the overall failure of the Obama presidency. I know the Obamas and their friends just celebrated the man as though he was a great and consequential president. Well, he wasn't great, but he was consequential in this sense. It was the eight years of economic malaise and mismanagement of America's affairs in general, both foreign and domestic, that proved to the world that liberalism was a failed ideology. I'm telling you, to day's batch of historians are mostly left wingers themselves, and so they aren't particularly interested in examining this yet or admitting to it. But the next batch of historians will probably get it right. Barack Obama's presidency was such a failure and a disappointment after he ran on a declaration that he was going to usher in a new era of American prosperity and success. He'd be the Liberal Ronald Reagan. Some of you remember that nonsense . But his presidency was such a failure after the liberal presidencies of Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter, that I swear to you , it was the death of liberalism, that more traditional way of thinking that had carried the Democrat Party for ages in this country. Traditional liberalism was an ideology that still promoted individual rights and civil liberties and democracy , even if its adherents wanted a bigger role for government when it came to curing social ills. Liberals promoted programs and ideas that were focused on the quote social welfare of the country, but they still believed in capitalism and free enterprise and individual liberties, civil rights, etc . Well, that's a far cry from today's Democrat Party, isn't it? In fact, when you ask Google to define liberalism, the first definition that pops up from their AI search engine is quote, a willingness to respect or accept behavior or opinions different from one's own, openness to new ideas. One of the basic tenets of liberalism is tolerance . Good grief. That might have defined the Democrats' overall philosophy and platform in the nineteen sixties, seventies, and eighties when I grew up, when a lot of us in the audience grew up. But that sentence doesn't at all define today's Democrat Party anymore, does it? The modern Democrat Party has been working to squash individualism or a willingness to be open to contrary opinion for nearly two decades now. A feature of today's Democrat Party now is to try to bully everyone into silence and give them their way if you don't agree with them. The Obama era and certainly the Biden era saw a left wing intolerance and bullying streak, a totalitarian streak, basically that was evident in Obama's day, but I mean hugely at the forefront of Biden 's era. This is a long way of saying today's Democrat Party isn't a liberal party anymore, and anyone still using the term should stop using it. Our media members on both sides of the aisle are still calling today's Democrats liberals when they should have abandoned that label years ago. Today's Democrat Party is a pseudo socialist party moving toward full blown socialism and Tuesday's elections proved it. This group of socialist candidates that won in New York on Tuesday, with New York being such an important power structure for the Democrat Party both now and historically , proves that the remaking of the Democrat Party from a quote liberal one to a socialist one is well underway. People like myself on the right have been warning about this socialist creep for years, and anyone who isn't taking it seriously is being foolish. Even Van Jones, a former Obama advisor, who's now an analyst on CNN, seemed flummoedx by this on Tuesday night . He must put himself more into that wing of traditional liberalism in the party, because he didn't seem happy to have the three screaming socialists who'd been endorsed by Zoron Mamdani in the Democrat Socialist Party of America win those congressional primaries . Well, first of all, New York City matters because the two most exciting left wing candidates are here ALC and M Downy, but also this is the stronghold for the establishment. Schumer and Akim Jeffrey is a battle between the establishment and this insurgency. And the roof is collapsing on the Democratic Party establishment tonight . If Mam Danny gets a hat trick three out of three , this is a new era for the Democratic Party and you can't write off New York City because this is the place where both it's the power center for the establishment and the insurgency and they're going head to head tonight and right now this is not no longer a movement this is a movement and a machine at the same time and there's just no way to sugarcoat this. If Mom Donn pullnsy off the hat trick is a new era in Democratic Party politics. And of course he did. All three of the candidates he endorsed won. That's good analysis by Van Jones. And I'll take it further and predict that if the Democrats have a good fall election and even more socialists added to Congress. There will be a strong movement to push Chuck Schumer out of the top leadership role in the Senate and maybe even Jo Keem Jeffrey's out of his role in the House. There will be a general call to have all older and more traditional Democrats in Congress resign from their leadership roles, saying it's time for a new era. I'll just call it now. If this fall's election leads to strong wins by the party with a bunch of new socialist candidates knocking out more traditional Democrats in the blue states like New York and the coastal states, there's going to be an immediate demand that Chuck Schumer and his entire leadership team resign from their roles in the Senate and step aside. Now in the House, Jokim Jeffrey is already seen as a pretty quote progressive leader. He's younger and black and he's already basically a socialist, so they won't demand he be removed, I don't think, but some of them were buoying him at these celebration parties on Tuesday night. If they're okay with him continuing to be their leader in the house, they'll demand that he unleash the dogs when it comes to the agenda and start passing a bunch of socialistic legislation. And hey, Joachim Jeffries has already proven himself to be easily manipulated by others and basically a cow ard who routinely caves to the activist left. So bringing Jeffreys around to forcing through a socialist agenda isn't going to be all that hard. But Schumer would have to go, and I'm getting ahead of myself and ahead of the country, obviously, because this new batch of socialist candidates hasn't proven that they can appeal to the wider electorate and win any swing districts yet. Yeah, these three that Mandani endorsed in New York and who are being so celebrated right now, sure, they will probably win those seats because they're running in a deep blue state in deep blue districts. That'd be bad enough for the country. If deep blue areas start sending socialists to Congress more routinely, but it's a far more serious threat to the country if socialists who have won their Democrat Party primaries start winning in swing districts. That would be a more alarming signal that at least some chunk of America's more moderate and independent voters are starting to buy into this socialism crap. And of course, something else that shouldn't be ignored is that these three New York primaries hinged heavily around the Jewish question, and that's why the Socialist candidates won more than anything . Most news outlets and pundits didn't want to focus on it afterward or on election night. But these races out there in New York were run with the so called Jewish question hanging over them and it was the primary focus in one of those races in particular. The question of are you pro Palest ine and pro terrorism now? Because the loudest voices in today's Democrat Party and grassroots are, so unless you hate Jews, you can't represent this party . No one on the left wants to say it much less stated in those terms, but that was the big question that all three of these socialists won the Democrat primaries out there on the grassroots of the New York Democrat Party has been infused with a large group of young people coming off of those radicalized and Americ a hating college campuses out there . And so their bullying and screaming over the last several years has genuinely made it impossible for a person to be a Democrat in New York if they're going to defend Israel or be pro Jew. And so as we move forward, we can't ignore the fact that the biggest way that this new young socialist horde is so quickly taking over the Democrat Party is by using anti Semitism, by using quote intersectionality and this Jewish question, are you going to stand up for the oppressed people or not? Because the Palestinians are oppressed by Israel. That sort of nonsense. It's scary, but being anti Jew is quickly becoming an article of faith when it comes to calling yourself a Democrat . We're reaching the point that just like you can't call yourself a Democrat today if you aren't pro abortion, you can't call yourself a Democrat today if you aren't a Jew hater. We're reaching that point. And that's just one of the dreadful positions these socialists are demanding be put into the Democrat Party platform. For example, Zoran Mamdani did ads with these three socialist candidates during the campaign , in which he vowed to abolish Ice and steal from billionaires and greedy corpor ations. One of these candidates, Brad Lander, made a name for himself in left wing circles by being a strong anti Semite and calling Israel's campaign in Gaza a genocide. Another is a PhD student who's in like year seven of getting her doctorate, and her main area of study is quote, how the U. S. immigration system criminalizes black immigrants from Latin America. Now that is a person searching for a grievance, searching for a new group to give victim status to black illegals coming from Latin America . Are there any ? Is it like five ? And there are at least two things all three of these candidates have in common. First, they're very vocal Jew haters. That's got to be emphasized. And second, none of them has any real experience in anything or any qualifications for the job of being a U. S. Congressman. Honestly, never held a real job. And so there is a real question here as more and more of these young socialists become Democrat candidates as to whether they could win any swing district races. And what makes this new march towards socialism even scarier to me is the fact that these people leading the charge are such obvious idiots. And I'm not trying to be cute here. AOC and Zorron Mom Danny are famously trust fund babies who've never worked a day in their life, or led anything, or started a business or contributed to society in any way , not before they popped out of the scene as experts on everything , talking stupid about socialism. Diddo for the new waves of socialist mayors and council members across the country, virtually all of them are really young and really stupid. There is a woman running for the state senate here in Wisconsin named Juliana Bennett, fresh out of college, loud mouthed moron. You feel yourself getting dumber as you read the absolute nonsense that she's posting on social media. I suppose it would be even worse if we had fully formed adults and talented politicians who were selling socialism in some sort of slick and misleading way to our young people and to the Democrat voters. But the people who are doing it today aren't even smart . And no, not even Bernie. He's a dope who has had the same basic line of nonsense for forty years and he just keeps parroting it out. At some point because no one wanted Hillary to represent the Democrat Party, he became a thing, but no, Bernie Sanders can't even sell socialism as reasonable. It's alarming to me though that so many people are falling for the rhetoric that is coming out of the mouths of genuine morons like AOC and pretenders and grifters like Zoron Mandani . This isn't stupid or ignorant people following some charismatic and intelligent leader. This is Morons following Morons, which makes it especially frightening to me. Anyone who would listen to AOC or Jul ianna Bennett for more than three minutes and come away impressed is a mental midget, genuinely low IQ , and there are apparently way too many of them in America . These people should be that easy to see through at this point , especially given all the failures of socialism and communism over the last one hundred and fifty years . And you might have seen it. The proof that Americans seem to be getting dumber and dumber when it comes to this question. Harry Enton of CNN just had a clip circulating on social media showing about forty percent of Democrats now say they support socialism. That poll found that the Socialist Party in America, at least the biggest one, the quote Democratic Socialists of America gets a positive appro val rating from today's Democrat voters of plus seventeen percent . As Enton put it, they're a better brand at this point than Democrats in Congress . Yeah, and as John Fund put it in a recent Wall Street Journal article, should the DS A prevail in this week's elections? And they did. He said its army of foot soldiers will prove to be one of the most powerful forces in Democratic primaries, capable of intimidating Democratic office holders into backing many of the DSA's socialist schemes. Well, they did win, so here it comes. The Manhattan Institute has a columnist named Stu Smith who says the DSA is trying to construct a nationwide security apparatus to support their expanding role in street protest s and direct action organizing. They're calling it, no kidding, the Red Rabbit Security Commission . And if you think this is just a slightly more left wing version of liberalism, you're wrong. As John Fund explained, there's ample evidence of the DSA's radicalism. Earlier this month, its leadership issued an updated platform that calls for abolishing the U. S. Senate, defunding the Pentagon, offering universal amnesty to illegal immigrants, transferring the ownership of major corporations to the public and get this, replacing the president and Supreme Court with an executive and judiciary chosen by and subordinate to Congress. Folks, this is the official Democrat Socialists of America platform. If today's socialists get into power, they aren't talking about raising taxes or increasing social security or any of the traditional things that U. S. politicians have argued about for two hundred fif andty years now . No, no . They're talking about tearing up the Constitution and ending the three branches of government as they now exist . Right in the DSA platform, abolish the presidency, the Senate, and the Supreme Court in favor of something that they dream of as more fair and socialist have a quote executive, meaning dictator put in place by the corrupt socialists who now control the House of Representatives. That's their plan, along with get rid of our military and any way to defend ourselves and allow open borders immigration that's going to guarantee the quick death of the United States of America as we're swamped over by desperate foreigners. Anyone who votes for this thinking that well, Zoron seems nice or free buses and healthcare would be nice is an ignoreamus, a self destructive dope . And as Van Jones suggested, because there's been absolutely no pushback against the DSA taking over the party by the more traditional liberal Democrats, a socialist machine has quickly developed here, and their effort to select the party's presidential candidate in twenty twenty eight is already underway . A quote from Politico. This summer, DSA is dispatch ing surveys to all two hundred and fifty of its chapters, asking members who they want to back and why and return their findings to national leadership by september fifteenth. DSA expects to receive a stack of dossiers from chapters coast to coast , weighing in on who should carry the Democratic Socialist banner into twenty twenty eight. The organization plans to hold national discussions, including a formal vote expected at the group's twenty twenty seven convention next year. They say the elephant in the room for the group of course is representative Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, who has yet to say whether she'll run for president in twenty eight. Well, the DSA leader who Politico talked to says we don't do kingmakers and she seemed real hot and cold on AOC . She'll have to sell her campaign to the socialist chapters across the country, this woman said. That doesn't sound like a positive for Ocasio Cortez. I have no doubt that even these people who promoted her and put her into office understand that she's an idiot who'd embarrass herself in front of the country. But any Republican or Conservative insider who ignores these developments as being foolish and any moderate or independent voter who doesn't see the potential danger to the country here is also being foolish. We should be snuffing out any and every flight of fancy related to socialism the moment it pops up because it has only ever led to loss of freedoms, misery, decay , and death that is the unrelenting history of socialism. This is developing as an unintentional theme of the podcast over the last few weeks, how the Democrats don't seem to understand that they're moving in the wrong direction. In fact, this reminds me of the mistakes that the Democrat Party of Wisconsin made after Scott Walker got into office and passed Act X and a host of longtime conservative reforms. The Left was so enraged that they went off the deep end for a while , and for years they decided the best way to fight Walker and win elections was to keep going further and further to the left, even as they kept losing . It was only after several consecutive election losses that the leaders of that party calmed down and realized that they should have been moving more toward the middle and not toward the far left. Once the Wisconsin Democrats corrected that problem, they started winning state wide elections again. And for the record, I predicted on my radio show that this was going to be the same sort of reaction to Donald Trump and it has been. Ever since twenty sixteen, America's Democrats have been moving further and further toward the radical left, and worse, they took the totally botched and fraud ridden twenty twenty election as evidence that the shift toward the left was working . This was their evidence that the people in the country wanted to abandon traditional liberalism and Americanism and were hungry for even bigger, more controlling, more bullying government, and socialism. I think history will ultimately show that the twenty twenty election really screwed with people's heads on the left, at least those atop the Democrat Party. I'd remind you that after Trump term won, the country actually elected a moderate sounding Joe Biden. People will forget this. People will forget that Joe Biden ran as the more traditional and centrist candidate that year and in a primary that included over twenty other Democrats who were all trying to out Bernie Sanders, Bernie Sanders. They were all running as Bernie style socialists . Everyone forgets this. If Joe Biden actually won that elect ion fair and square, which seems impossible, but if Joe Biden won that election, he did so because voters thought they were voting for a more moderately minded Democrat, a traditional liberal, not one of the list of others pretending to be a socialist, correct? It wasn't until Biden got into office that the party surrounded him with socialists and took advantage of old Dementia Joe to push a far more left wing and socialist sounding agenda than Biden ever ran on or ever intended . You need to remember all of this stuff if we're going to honestly analyze what's going on with today's Democrat Party and why . Also remember that the Democrats then got shall acked in twenty twenty two. And you need to remember that a feature of the twenty twenty two election was virtually every socialist candidate lost. A new batch of socialists ran for office, yep, several won primaries in deep blue areas, sure , but they lost in the general elections. The Socialists and the Party expected to add to their wave of socialist squad members who had won in twenty twenty , but didn't. Remember ? Nor was twenty twenty four a good year for the Socialists. And so this idea that Americans want more socialism is largely built on a myth, and yet it's the socialists who have an increasingly iron grip on the leadership roles atop the Democrat Party. And so here comes more socialism . And more importantly, for the purposes of this segment, here comes more radical and terrible Democrat candidates. We've talked about how both chambers of Congress are up for grabs this fall. Democrats should easily retake control of the House if they have a good election and might even take control of the Senate. But it's also true that there are so few open seats and swing districts that are honestly up for grabs that every potential win becomes super important. Both parties need to focus nearly all of their time, money and energy focusing on just the races that are really up for grabs , especially the Democrats if they hope to retake control of these chambers. So against that backdrop, let's look at a few races that the Democrats are currently effing up. And we may as well start with the three deep blue districts that socialist candidates just won primaries in there in New York. Okay, they're deep blue districts. But the Democrat candidates in those races are still socialists with anti American crackpottish ideas in their past. It might take more money and more time and more effort put into those races by the Democrat Congressional Committee in order to actually pull off those wins. Then let's move to Texas with the U. S. Senate race against Ken Paxton. This race has gotten attention because Paxton has had some scandals as a statewide politician, and yet he beat out longtime Senator John Corn in in the primary in this U. S. Senate race. So this is essentially an open seat for Democrats in the general election. What great luck for them? They thought they might be able to take this seat away from John Cornin, but now they haven't even better chance against Ken Paxton. And hey, hey, they have such a great Democrat candidate. He's gotten national attention as the type of candidate to run in a red state. And hey, double hey. He's even been leading in the polls in Red Texas. Their wonder boy, James Telerico, has been leading in the polls. He's a white guy pretending to be Christian. He's been smart enough to try to reinvent Scripture and find entirely new meaning in it. So if he can trick these Bible thumbping hicks down there and devoting for his new version of what being a Christian means, he can win this. Democrats have been very excited about this guy. Well, James Telerico is about as far away as any person I've ever seen claim to be a Christian. And so the further he's gotten into this campaign, the more he has exposed himself as yet another typical left wing crackpot who's trying to trick voters. This campaign between Talerico and Paxton has really only been going on a few weeks, and even as damaged goods, Ken Paxton is starting to lead the polls now. Why? Well, because the Texans are starting to get a better sense of Talerico. As of this week, Paxton has moved ahead in two polls that the Democrats had just been touting because their crackpot was leading them. There's a new UGV poll of registered voters that shows Paxton leading Talerico forty nine percent to forty seven percent. And then there's a University of Texas poll that shows Paxton up by a point. And at this point , Talerico leads by something like seventeen points among independents , but I see that number falling as we get further and further into this because basically Talerico can't hide the crazy. He can't hide his history of being a radical left wing crackpot. Everyone has a past that's going to be dug up and his is extreme. Just this week a clip surfaced of Talerico labeling himself a Christian who hates Christianity . What? It's on tape. Yeah, and that's, you know, I always think of myself as a Christian who hates Christianity , right? And like I always get always get drawn back into it . That was back in twenty twenty one and he was doing an interview with some friendly far left activist and told the truth, this is when all these candidates think they can let their guard down and be honest. Here's Telerico telling fellow leftists I'm not a Christian in any real sense. Well, how do you think that plays with voters in Texas? In a different interview, he praised a book that was written by a transactivist called Activist Theology. And Telerico a few years ago was raving about this book. It seems to be where he's t aken most of his current crackpot religious beliefs from actually . For example, this Tranny that wrote the book teaches that God is binary and abortion is okay and the enunciation you know, the annunciation is a divine affirmation of abortion, really stupid stuff . And yet this has informed Telerico's thinking. Here's another snippet of his nonsense, with Telerico telling this author that his whiteness and masculinity is simply getting in the way of him being a better person. My imagination is also just limited by my own my own background and identity, right? My own my whiteness, my masculinity, all those things limit my imagination about what's possible. So I have to continually press against that to try to expand the limits of what I'm dreaming of for our community. This is crackpotism of the sort that is genuinely insulting to anyone with a brain, whether they consider themselves Christians or not. But in Texas, nearly seven in ten people say they're Christian. sixty seven percent of Texans are Christian. Do you think they're impressed with James Tellerico's backwards theology , do you think they're interested in quote transing theology as James is? Come on. He's trying to use Christianity and religion as a socialist progressive political tool, and so far he's only exposing himself as a tool. All of this makes it very hard to believe that the Talerijo campaign is going to bounce back from any of this instead of continuing to slide in popularity as more and more Texans learn about him. And so a race that Chuck Schumer and East Coast Democrats have been so jazzed about as a potential Senate pickup seems to be slipping away down there. I know it's early, the Talerico is not the stellar candidate or the perfect fit that they thought he was. That just adds to Chucky's problems in the Senate where he's going to have to spend huge chunks of money trying to prop up the racist, misogynist, veteran hating Nazi in Maine, Graham Platner. In fact, the news out of Maine isn't at all good for the Congressional Democrats. Chuck and John Jeff ers had high hopes for this state. You know, Platiner was going to beat Susan Collins, and you know, still might because she's old and shaky and could be ushered out based on age alone. But then there's the house where Schumer and Jeffries were certain that a Democrat could sw eep in and win the state of Maine's only swing district. Maine only has one single congressional district that could be considered a swing district, potentially up for grabs. And so the plan was to have a Bafo Democrat candicidate win it . The party and the DC leaders got behind a state senator named Joe Baldachi. He was going to be a great general election candidate and we will win that seat as we take over the House majority and fall. There's only one problem. Baldacci lost to a more socialist candidate in the primary. Uh oh. The state's auditor, Matt Dunlap won the primary, and so Schumer Jeffreys and the Congressional Democrat caucus don't have their hand picked candidate in the general election race. What do you do now? Do you abandon this new guy and hope that he can pull out a win on his own? Or do you double down and invest even more heavily in the race hoping he can win in a good Democrat year? This is the dilemma DC Democrats find themselves in as they try to plot out their strategy for fall. This isn't a race that they were expecting to spend any money or time on. Their path toward victory was okay, Baldacci wins the swing seat in Maine, and then we pick up this one over here. Oops, back up, back up. Baldacci's not running in Maine, your boy didn't survive the primary. Now they have a relative unknown, one, Matt Dunlap, running against a former Republican governor who's always been pretty well liked there in Maine, Paul LePage . And how about this tidbit? Even though LePage lost in his last bid for governor, he won this congressional district easily. In fact, LePage got smoked in the twenty twenty twovern Gor'os race unfortunate ly. He was rejected by the rest of the state pretty handily , but he still won this part of the state easily , and that doesn't bode well for Mr. Dunlap or Johim Jeffrey, does it? What makes it worse for the DC Democrats is that their so called strategists are split on this. Some say Dunlap can still win, others say it's already a lost race, forget it. So they're going to have to make a decision here, abandon this race as unwinnable, or dump a bunch of money down this rabbit hole that has just now developed in your overall victory plan. Apparently, DC Democrats are calling their effort to flip Congress the quote red to blue victory program, and so they're wringing their hands over whether to quote add Dunlap's campaign to the Red to Blue Victory program. Good grief, but Dunlap and his campaign are obviously begging for a bunch of party help, and Chucky and Jeffrey's are going to have to make a call soon. Anyway, these are just two examples of how the Democrats' best laid plans for twenty twenty six continue to crumble around them. And they do, because they continue to misread the larger electorate, which still doesn't want socialism, and they also continue to misread their own left wing base . Just because the socialists under their tent are screaming the loudest and making the most demands doesn't mean it's a smart strategy to turn the party over to socialists. I know the Democrat Socialists of America seem to be on a good run, and I know that the strategy of theirs is being seen as exciting by more and more East Coast insiders, but at this moment in time, and again in twenty twenty eight, it's more likely to backfire than to work out for them. Oh, and speaking of backfiring, how great is it to have Elon Musk threatening to sue Ro Kana ? I don't know how many people have heard about this outside of social media, but Canna is a socialist California Democrat who's been running around doing interviews, accusing Elon Musk of killing four and a half million children. This is due to the doge effort and the cuts to the U. S. AID program. That's ludicrous, of course. First of all, Congress took virtually none of Musk's advice . Republicans cheered the waste and fraud that Doge was finding, but ultimately they did almost nothing about it. They followed very few of Musk's suggestions. It was Trump and Marco Rubio who decided to snuff out that USAID office, and they did so because it was nothing more than a political slush fund for the Democrats and their lefty friends. Rokana and other Democrats keep insisting that USAID cuts caused harm globally . No, they didn't, because that money wasn't really being handed out and used globally. That agency was taking tens of billions of our tax dollars and then funneling it back to Democrat campaigns and into bogus agencies that had been set up by their friends, relatives and political cronies to basically steal taxpayer money. And so no, cutting funding to USAID isn't likely to cause any deaths in any country. No, it wasn't going to food and aid programs, it was going to Latin American Drag Shows and Stacey Abrams Bogus Global Warming Group, etc . Nonetheless, the left's lying continues and it has Rokana running around claiming that Elon Musk has killed nearly as many people as Hitler did during the Holocaust . By God, Musk should be in prison for this. Here's an example. And I do believe that once we take power, it's there has to be accountability. There needs to be account ability for Elon Musk. You know, they're celebrating that he created four thousand four hundred millionaires, but they don't talk about the four point five million children around the world who he possibly sentenced to death by dismantling U. S. Aid. He needs to answer for that. He needs to be subpoenaed. He needs to face investigation . He needs to answer for what he did with Doge that it's not just let's move on. That's the sort of thing Khan has been sayninga in interviews and others I've heard he erases all qualifiers. He basically says flat out, Musk will be causing these four point five million child deaths. What a ludicrous number first of all. It turns out that Kanna has gone to the Nancy Pelosi School of Lying, wherein you just pull a figure out of the air and you pretend it's real. I mean, Germany killed six million innocent people during World War two, and it took some real effort to kill that many of them. Death machines needed to be built and organized, et cetera. It was real effort. But without any effort at all, Kan is claiming that Elon Musk has killed or will kill four point five million children. It's simply idiotic . But then to suggest that Musk needs to be investigated and pro secuted for it is where Kana enters into another galaxy of nutty and extremism. So I hope Elon Musk follows through with the threat because Kana has been running around repeatedly slandering him. Meanwhile, Rokana immediately pivoted to Hey, hey Elon, let's talk, debate me. Why you leaping to sue me ? Then several hours later he was back to acting tough again because he realized I looked like a squishy whoos my first reaction and I can
