As you can see, it shows a Sudanese national repeatedly stabbing a white man in his forties the middle of the road. The African is squatting over the man who's flat on the ground attempting to behead him in front of horrified onlookers. There is a video as well, which looks like something out of Iack that you might have found on liive leak around twenty years ago, but Because of the UK's immigration policy, which is also our immigration policy Rerettably. These videos are now being shot here in the West The UK has imported the Third worldorld. and as a result, just months after Henry Novak was slaughtered by a foreigner, We have yet another graphic example of an innocent white man getting executed in the streets. Now Obviously the British government would have suppressed this footage, if not for social media, in particular X, where it quickly circulated So instead of denying that the attack occurred, they're downplaying it Here's how state TV in Ireland reported on the attack. It says, quote Arrests made after man seriously injured in Belfast stabbings. That's the headline they went with Sounds pretty unremarkable when you just look at it like that. Not African tries to behead random white guy, which would be a M more accurate title They feel compelled to provide as little information as possible to hide the truth from the public. So did the BBC here was their reporting, quote A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a stabbing in North Belfast Once again You're not told the truth. And meananwhile, this was the response from a member of Parliament in Northern Ireland, quote, The horrific scenes in North Belfast should not be used by English right wing politicians to further their own ends Ever remember them commenting on any of the other hellish things the community has experienced over the years So the problem isn't that African, you know, this African guy is beheading someone. It's not that he was welcomed into the country and then promptly turned around and tried to decapitate a native citizen in the street. That's not the problem. The problem is, you know, the right wing. it's right wing narratives And it's not just one random politician doing this either. Most of them are.ere's the Prime Minister, Kir Starmer The horrific attack in Belfast last night is sickening I have absolutely no tolerance for abhorrent scenes of violence. like this on our streets My thoughts are first and foremost with the victim and I thank the first responders including members of the public who intervene So he has no tolerance for it? Well, I think it appears that you do actually have a lot of tolerance for it urns out Give him a few more days and he'll be blaming knife crime again There's no mention whatsoever of the fact that the British government deliberately let this African into the countries so that he could kill white people And take a step back and realize how truly shocking this is When one of your native citizens is nearly beheaded on the streets, decent people particularly people in power pause and reevaluate everything they've been doing They immediately begin thinking about how to prevent something like this from ever happening again. no matter what it takes, no matter what their political beliefs are. But in the UK, the immediate response is to bury the story and to blame people who nototice what's happening No, this is not really a political ideology that we're up against. This is anti white annti Western annti civilization Pravity There's nothing that will make these people change their minds and govern in a way that protects the interests of their indigenous white citizens. won't do itl they're forced to do it. And keep in mind that, you know, just Just one video of an African national trying to behead someone on the street, just that alone would be reason enough to ban all third worldld immigration forever That alone should be enough It should be enough to say, okay, this happens. We invite these people in You try to behead one person One time and we're done with the whole thing. We're done with the whole experiment. It's not worth it That guy's life is not worth the cost at all But as it happens, we don't have just this one incident. This is just one reason of about a billion. cut off third world immigration Now as've been covering for several days now, the trial of Carmelo Anthony in the stabbing of white high school student Austin Metcalf is yet another example. of this kind of depravity that's now on full display And there is new reporting that after the defense restrested in the Carmentel Anthony murder trial yesterday, Anthony's parents were visibly distraught. Anthony's m mother quote H her head down. hisis father was, quote, leading his head against the wall Now they knew beyond the shadow of doubt that their son's lawyer just concluded what has to be I don't know, the single worst defense ever presented in a murder trial in certainly modern history I mean, you have to understand that in this country, the defense doesn't really have to do anything. The burden is squarely on the prosecution to prove their case, which in this case, they definitely did So it's pretty hard to mount a legal case that is actively bad When you could just remain silent, I mean worst case, you could just not say anything That's exactly what Anthony's attorneys did. They mounted a defense that was actively bad. They called several witnesses who actually demolished their own case. One of them actually said flat out that Carmela Anthony was in the wrong and provoked Aome EAf And we'll go through all those witnesses in a moment. Some of them who we didn't discuss yesterday were truly remarkable. For all the wrong reasons if you're If you're Anthony on the stand, but for now I want to talk about Caramelo Anthony's family and this reporting that they're now realizing, apparently for the first time u that their son is probably going to prison Now when Comermental Anthony stabbed Austin Mcalf to death on april second of last year, he and his family had a choice. They could have appeared in public and admitted that there was no reason whatsoever for Anthony to kill Metcalf They could have immediately offered to take a plea deal Or if no plea deal was on offer, Anthony could have simply plleed guilty to the charges in order to spare the family a lengthy and very difficult trial bargain for a lighter sentence Um They could have condemned the black activists who sought to use the case to advance the same anti white propaganda that's caused so much death and destruction over the past sixty years in this country. They could have done all that, but instead of doing that inststead of doing what a decent human being would do Carbeellllo Anthony's family immediately began fundraising. Now they understood that if they pretended that Anthony was somehow a victim They could raise hundreds of thousands of dollars, mostly from unhinged black people who want to kill whites or at least are happy to see them dead And to that end, Anthony's family hired a representative at something called the nextext Generation Action Network to stage a press conference first agenda item at this press conference was to smear Austin Metcaalf They imply that he had some kind of you know, they had some kind of dirt on him, which they wouldn't reveal never did. There is no dirt. Now imagine being Hunter Metcalf, Austin's twin brother Hearing that at a press conference. Days earlier You held your dying brother in your arms and said, Oh my God, he's my best friend, he's my brother. And then shortly afterward, you're hearing these Barely literate race hustlers imply that your brother deserved to die. And then in one of the most disturbing moments of any press conference I've ever seen, they berate the father of Austin Medcalf for daring to show up to listen to their presentation. That's all the father did He was standing quietly in attendance and that was it. And for doing that, Anthony's representiv told the police to throw him out of the building. And then they attacked his character. W. We have not attacked We have not shared The information that was shared with us aboutb Austin Mclass because we Respect the dignity of life in loss And all I'm going to say So it don't be ass late That was disrespectful and just shows you all The character Wh is not invited He knows. That is inappropriate to be near this family But he did. And so I say to people, actions speak louder than words Now if Carmelo Anthony's family parents in particular had a shred of decency or self respect, they would have immediately fired the representative for saying this They would have taken over the podium apologize profusely and begun the lengthy process of reckoning with the fact that they're that they are horrible parents. who raised a murderer, who raised the kind of guy who would go into a ten and just stab someone to death for no reason Now that course of action would have brought an abrupt halt to all the donations from black supremacists on Gives and G, would have made it more difficult for Anthony's family to afford fancy new toys But it obviously would have been a decent immoral thing to do These are not decent immoral people. so Instead, as you can see here They told the police to escort Austin Metcaal's father out of the building So it's not enough for Carmelo Anthony to murder this man's child. They also feel the need to treat his grieving father likeike a criminal. Everyone is their oppressor. Everyone's doing something wrong, except their son who just killed an unarmed teenager for no reason These people are truly awful. I mean, his parents are awful, awful people. shouldhould be in a prison cell right next to him Oh, I forgot, we only do that to white parents. ye I forgot when it's a white you know, school shooter, we throw the parents in prison too for being bad parents or whatever These parents are awful mononsters should be doing life in prison, but that's not going to happen. And what's even more perverse is that our legal system is set up to reward this kind of behavior Yeah know this is something most people aren't talking about, but it's true Even after mocking Austin Metcaalf raising six hundred thousand dollars for black supremacists and presenting a legal defense that's frankly insulting It's still possible for Camell Anthony to get convicted of murder and walk free in just a few years. Now to break this down quickly, first of all, because of a ruling by the Spreme Court, seventeen year olds cannot be sentenced to death or to life imprisonment without parole And because Camela Anthony was seventeen years old at the time that he killed Austin Metcalf He's covered by that ruling Obviously, this is an absurd state of affairs. someomeone who stabs an unarmedenager to death over a light to moderate shove Uh yeah if that was even if we could even say that that happened. after instigating the confrontation in the first place needs to be removed from society forever period I don't care if you're seventeen, I don't care if you're seventy So right away at the outset, the maximum sentence Carmelo Anthony can receive in Texas is between five years and life in prison with the possibility of parole at around thirty years So the judge or jury, if Anthony oppts, to go that route has wide discretion to let him out of prison. in just a few years I should also point out that inexas it's possible for murderss to argue during sentencing that they committed the crime in a sudden passion. You know, they have to convince the judge that they were put in a position that would, quote, commonly produce a degree of anger, rage, resentment, or terror person of ordinary temper sufficient to render the mind incapable of cool reflection The defendant has to demonstrate that he was, quote, under the immediate influence of sudden passion arising from an adequate cause A classic example is walking in on your spouse cheating on you. obbviously that would not apply to this case. But if the judge somehow buys that argument Then the murder becomes a secondary felony and the sentencing range shrinks to between two years and twenty years. And in fact, the most recent update is that the judge told the jury that they can also consider manslaughter in this case So that's another possible outcome And u However likely Ocome is Even the possibility that Carmel Anthony will be a free man at some point in his life is unacceptable I mean, it's certain that he will be free man at some point in his life, no matter how this goes, because they can't give him life without parole or it's nearly certain Of course he could always get himself killed in jail K knowing this guy that could also be a likely possibility. But in any case, our legal system is designed to enable violent behavior by young black men who as we all know are the ones committing the vast majority of violent crimes. someomeone who kills an unarmed teenager at a track meet over a Light shove shouldh not have the possibility of being a free man in twenty years, much less two years That's where we are. So if you're looking for an explanation for why Anthony was spotted smiling and joking with his attorneys the other day, That might be the reason Parents might be crying because their grift is coming to an end. They won't be able to fundraise anymore. But Anthony is probably under the impression, which may turn out to be accurate that he won't spend much time in prison regardless of the outcome of the case You want to get your backyard summer ready, but you don't want to break the bank? Now increasingly, that outcome appears to in Now there's no other conclusion you can draw after you listen to all the testimony The first witness yesterday a defense. Witness, again, was a seventeen year old student at centnial High schoolch, which is Carmel A Anthy School. He was Anthony's teamate on the football track teams and he began by saying that he's also one put hands on Carelo Anthony quote I saw a push, the witness said. He haded I saw the arms go out and make contact with Mello And then quote, it got super loud and it was like Whoa, what happened And then he saw Austin Metcaalfe lifting his shirt and screaming that he'd been stabbed. And within seconds, he saw Anthony, quote lightly jogging to another part of the bleachers. This is from CBS News, which attempted to transcribe the proceedings, quote, Defense. did you see him when he stopped? Witness. He is crying and there was a coach kind of comforting him I'd say distraght is the best way to describe it Defense, did it look like a put on witness I'd say everything going on was very, very real. Defense. You could hear him crying, Witness. Yes, I heard him crying told him not to touch me Defense. how was he distraught? Witness. Yes, very distraught Now even if we assume that all this testimony is accurate, the quotes and behavior from Anthony obviously don't mean anything If somebody appears distraught after he commits murder, it's not evidence that he acted in self defense Obviously It's much more likely that he realizes he just committed murder and that he'll have to face consequences for his actions for the first time in his life And if Anthony went around saying, I told him not to touch me, we have no reason to believe that he's telling the truth It's much more likely that he's trying to build a fake self defense claim on the spot That's exactly what We saw after the murder of Henry Novak in the UK within minutes of stabbing Novak The foreigner and his brother called the police with a with a vague fraudulent narrative about how Novak had attacked them racially, whatever the hell that means They told the police that they were just minding their own business and out of nowhere this racist white kid assaulted them. Now, none of that was true, as the killer later admitted when he was secretly being recorded by the police, but that's what they claimed. And the case of Camelo Anthony. Several witnesses have testified that he dared Dared awesome Mcalf to touch him He was doing the opposite of saying, Don't touch me He was calling Metcalf the P word to the B word and Haunting him, provoking him But according to this particular witness Anthy's teammate Anthony was actually very calm and measured proposal Now the amazing thing about all these defense witnesses in this case is that for every single one of them, you don't really need to think about their testimony on direct examination for very long. and that's because under cross examination by the prosecutor Their testimony immediately fell apart All of them Even the little victories for the defense are immediately nullified Yesterday, the defense attorney was leading the witness and got the witness to say that Anthony had politely asked Metcalf not to touch him U which already it's like Nob bu you don't even need to know anything about the situation. You already don't buy that If you know anything about these kinds of situations The idea that Carmarel Anthony said, wouldould you please? Oh gee You know, I hey, hey, mister, I really don't want any trouble Could you please not touch me Could you can we hey, hey, folks. let's callm the let's let's bring the temperature down Yes, that's what the young black male with the knife was saying Well we all see that a million times, haven't we That was the claim, only for the witness to turn around and confirm on cross examination that Anthony had indeed provoked Metcalf h So yesterday for this seventeen year old student at Centennial High S school Things went south just as quickly. Really, he never had a chance because the prosecutor knew that he had changed his story already. So here's how the cross examination went Prosecution. You had a few things wrong when we talked. Is that right? Witness. Yes, sir. Prosecution. Your initial statement to police that you saw Caramelo Anthony surrounded had to be after the stabbing. Witness, yes, prosecution. You had a story in your head when we visited, correct. Witness, Yes, prosecution. And when you saw the video, your eyes were open to what actually happened. Is that right? Witness. Yes, prorosecution My impression when we first met You thought when you saw people surrounding Carmelo Anthony, it was before the stabbing. Witness, Yes, sir Procution. That was actually after the stabbing. Witness. I couldn't really tell. prorosecution When you and I met, you told me you thought it was before the stabbing witness. I thought it was at the stab as the stabbing was happening. Psecution You know you're wrong Witness, Yes, sir Prosecutors inpled surveillance video from the stadium that showed the witness was not looking at the Morial High School Tent the time of stabbing Prosecution, have you learned how your mind can play tricks on you Witness, yes, sir, prosecution You didn't have a knife on you, witness, no, sir Prosecion Have you ever been under another team's tent? Witness? No, sir. Rrosecution If you had been on another team's tent and they asked you to leave, would you Yes, sir Well, that's that He went to the police with a firsthand account of what happened, an account in which Carmelo Anthony was surrounded under the tent by a bunch of students threatening to attack him That's revealed by the surveillance footage, the same footage that everyone told us would beirrevant to the trial But actually this witness wasn't even looking at the tent when Metcalf was killed U The crowd that he saw in the tent in reality was Metcaf's teammates gathering around him and trying to save his life after Anthony stabbed him through the heart. So the witness has no credibility whatsoever, backtracked on everything he said Really, they should be charging him with obstructing an investigation Nothing he said, including his claim that Anthony said, I told him not to touch me and his claim that Anthony was distraught after the killing. should be taken seriously He just admitted on the stand that his mind was playing tricks on him Okay, next. disregard all of that The only reason he's admitting that he was wrong now, of course, is that the police found the surveillance footage and he has no choice And then for their grand finale, the defense called a seventeen year old athlete at Memorial High School. He's on both the football and the track teams. He's He walked in the courthouse chewing gum. which the judge ordered him to either swallow or throw away. So that set the mood right away and things quickly went downhill from there. Here's the testimony as reported by CBS, quote, Defense. How is the culture around attrack me different than a football game witnessed? They're really social. Sone would know each other, see each other, say hi. Re social. Dfense. did anything happen that you took particular notice of in the stance Witness. everyverybody was standing up and I saw somebody get pushed or get punched. I don't know which Defense. Is that under the Mmorial tent, Witness? Yes, sir, defeense So it look like to you that it was just kind of under the tent, Witness, yes, sir, Dense. Do you remember saying that it looked like somebody was trying to stop a fight Witness Yes, defense the person who got punched or hit Doid they react in any way? Witness, I don't know. deffense Did you see him? Carmelo make a swing type motion? Witness. Yes, sir, defense. What happened after that? Witness I saw he did a swing motion down and I heard, oh my God, somebody just got stabbed and people just started scattering. The fence. You got a very small snapshot of this. is that fair Witness, yes, sir. Now putting it mildly, this is not the caliber of testimony that you hope for when you're calling the final witness of your case notot exactly the Perry Mason moment that the defense attorneys dream of He walks in chewing gums, spits it out and then admits that he only got a very small snapshot of the event, which is to say he can provide no meaningful information whatsoever. and yet somehow, Once again Things got worse on cross examinationote Prosecution. Is it fair to say a lot of what you said you're kind of guessing Witness, Yes, sir Prosecution. Do you remember seeing the video I showed you? Witness? Yes, sir Psecution It show that you didn't see what you thought you saw. Witness. Yes, sir, prosecution. I'm not trying to put you on the spot. It's fair to say After seeing the video that you didn't want to testify, witness We wanted to do the right thing But Now it's important to note here that none of the prosecutor witnesses had this problem where they admitted on the stand that they have no idea what they actually witnessed or didn't witness None of the prosecution witnesses walked into court, you know, chewing gum and admitting that after they saw the video, they had no interest in testifying. This's whole trial was an unmitigated catastrophe before the defense. Even local news outlets seem surprised by how bad it went For the Defense watchatch The defense rested its case Monday in the murder trial of Carmelo Anthony after presenting only a handful of witnesses since the state rested its own case Saturday and did not call Carmelo Anthony to the stand. Here's what we saw in court today We heard from two students who said they witnessed parts of the altercation between Carmelo Anthony and Austin Metcalf, Testimony that was challenged by prosecutors who said video evidence from Kirkendal Stadium directly disputed the timelines that they presented. In both instances, assistant District attorney Bill Wersky said he had met with these students earlier this year, showed them the video he was referring to, and had them affirm multiple times that that video showed something different than what they remembered. That's the straight newews station trying its best to report things down the middle, and they still can't believe how awful the defense was Americans are very good at ceremonies. That's walls to sixty four thousand Two free gifts with purchase txtakes walls to sixty four thousandars message and data rates may apply The sum total of the testimony is that according to every single witness Comeello Anthony was in the wrong He provoked Metcalf by Remaining in the Memorial team's tent after he was asked leag fifteen times then daring met Caps to touch him He said, touch me and see what happens and call the memorial students a string of profanities implying that they were weak and afraid, which by itself neutralizes any claim of self defense since it clearly demonstrates that Carmelo was not afraid. he was trying to provoke an altercation Then he reached into his bag in a threatening manner, suggesting he was armed. And then when Metcalf lightly shoved Anthony in order to get him out of the tent Anthony responded immediately with lethal force As soon as Metccaf touched him, Anthony acted as if he automatically had the right to commit murder because he was looking for a pretense the entire time Now in cases like this, it's normal for the defense to present an expert witness of some kind. For example, Kyle Rittenhouse's lawyer called an expert to analyze the video evidence of the case frame by frame, establish how little time there was for Rittenhouse to react to the crazed pedophile who was charging at him George Zimmerman's lawyers He called several experts to establish that he' defended himself against Trvon Martin in a reasonable manner, including a forensic pathologist and an expert on the use of force. Daniel Pennney's lawyer called an expert witness as well. anotherother forensic pathologist who testified that the choke coold didn't cause Jordan Eeey's death and on and on But for Camelo Anthony, the lawyers did not call a single expert witness This is a routine part of a self defense case, and they simply skipped over it Or maybe no experts were willing to throw away the reputation for Carmelo Anthony No matter how much money the defense offers The closest they came to calling an expert was when they asked a police officer whether or not Carmelo Anthony had a legal right to carry a knife into the track mate, even though it was a prohibited item according to the school The officer said, yes, but the officer W wasn't qualified as an expert in the case, nor did he claim to be Now to the extent the defense presented any coherent theory as to why Anthony should be acquitted boiled down to the argument, which they actually made that Metcalf wasn't really stabbed. Instead, he just fell on Camelo Anthony's knife He leaned into the knife so hard that it broke through his sternum. and left a two inch hole in his heart This is reporting from the Daily Mail, which was inside the courthouse, quote Cameno Anthony Jer left open mouthed with shock at sight of Austin Metcaalf's body As Killer Teen's lawyer suggests, Victim impaled himself on knife Now, admittedly, well I generally trust the daily mail to get most of the facts right This is one detail that I didn't believe at first. So I went looking for other outlets who reported on this testimony and Here's what I found from the Dallas Morning News, quote Dr. Elizabeth Ventura The Coin County Medical examxaminer who conducted MetCAP's autopsy testified that the seventeen year old's wound meant certain death. Ventora toldiurers that Metccaf suffered a stab wound to the left side of his upper chest The wound, she said, perforated cartilage near the sternum and entered his heart. She also documented internal bleeding Mentura testified the wound measured two inches in length and was gaping During cross examination, defense attorney H Sook fixated on Ventura's a measurement, asking what the full three point five inch blade Not entering Metcalf revealed about the level force Anthony used during the stabbing But Torres said the autopsy could not determine Anthony's use of force tried to act out the stabbing for the medical examiner. stressing the fact that Anthony was sitting while Metcath stood over him He asked about several different scenarios in which Metcalf could have suffered a wound at the angle he did. Now one of those scenarios evidently involved McAf falling into the knife without Anthony providing much if any force on his own. In response, prosecutors suggested that the defense attorney was, quote, trying to tell the jury Metcalf impaled himself on Anthony's pocket knife. You then ask the medical examiner if it's very dangerous to make an assumption like that. And the medical examiner replied Now again It would have been better for the defense attorneys to simply remain in their seats and stay quiet throughout the entire trial All of their questioning made their client look even more guilty If you're the cynical type You might conclude that the lawyers are trying You know, are doing this on purpose. They're trying to give Cverity grounds for appeal Maybe he can argue that his attorneys were so incompetent that he's entitled to a new trial Maybe you can say that because they didn't even try to call an expert witness The attorney sabotaged his case And I've seen some people make that suggestion online. I'll admit that it it also occurred to me It's not completely crazy Yes, even if an appeals court. W that argument, prosecutors would be able to bring charges again and there would be another trial. That's exactly what the defense attorneys want in this case, you might argue Remember, to all appearances, jury selection did not go well for the defense. Although there are several non white jurors There are no black. members of the jury in the jury box for this trial potential black jury members were disqualified either because they admitted that they'd never vote convict a black defendant or because they're teachers and therefore likely communists As we discussed many times, the lack of black jurors is a major problem for the fense because black jurors particularly in a case like this are much more likely from a statistical perspective, to vote to acquit a black defendant regardless of the facts of the case Really, you don't even need the statistics to realize that. I mean you just look outside the courthouse at the mob of black activists who are thrilled that Anthony killed a white teenager. and speaking of which Since this has become a tradition on the show as of late Here's today's footage of deranged black activists outside the courthouse. courourtesy at this time of Frontlines TP USA. watch. We love our black youth St butation We love our black youth They deserve protection too. We love our black you. They deserve protection too. We love our black you. They deserve protection too. We love our black you. They deserve protection too. We love our black you. They deserve pr You can watch segment after segment of mainstream news coverage of this case and every single one of them will tell you, it's not about race In fact, the prosecutor in this very case made that claim during his opening argument. And then you look ten feet outside the courthouse And black activists are screaming through a bullhorn. That it is about race They're making the murder of a white teenager about the alleged plight of black youth for the obvious reason that they don't care about white teenagers They also don't care about black youth, by the way In their view, the more dead white teenagers is the better At one point yesterday, members of the Black Panther showed up outside the courthouse. And um You can see them here Imediately if you don't know any better, they look like valets h you know, you kind of have the urge toss them your keys, but I don't think that would go over very well. It's not necessarily and also I wouldn't give the people your keys. It's not necessarily the most intimidating picture without any context, but the context is important. The Black Panthers, of course, are best known for engaging in a string of anti white, anti capitalist, domestic terrorist attacks in the heyday of the civil rightights era The very first raid by LAPD's brand new SWAT team was against a Black Panther headquarters where heavily armed militants engaged in a lengthy gun battle with SWT Yes, we created SWAT in order to deal with these terrorists As one of the lesser known consequences of the civil rights movement, major cities became war zones because of mandatory diversity. So we needed a new paramilitary force to combat the threat and SWat was that paramilitary force Iny event, the defense obviously wanted to put at least one of these militants or activists on the jury And they failed. But If there's a new trial, then there's going to be a completely new round of jury selection, and that means they have another chance to get a hung jury or even an acquittal And normally, playing for a hung jury isn't the best approach. But in this case, it's basically the equivalent of an acquittal. Carllo Anthony was released on bond shortly after charges were filed. The judge reduced his bond from a million dollars to just two hundred fifty thousand dollars This is what the judge looked like, by the way just so you know, no surprises there As a result of this decision, Carelo Anthony has been able to go home every night during the trial. and if there's a hung jury that he can remain a free man This is yet another travesty of justice in this case, by the way. Yes, we have the presumption of innocence in this country until you're proven guilty bail's part of that process, but this is a murder case one where we know that he person And a million dollars is more than reasonable under the circumstances Presumably this particular judge lowered the bail to two hundred fifty thousand dollars because she knew that black supremacists hadn't raised the million dollars on give the s go. So she altered the bail in order to match what the family had raised via fundraising completely corrupt I mean, there's no other explanation for it. The point is because of this bail decision A hung jury is good enough for Carelo Anthony So that's a reasonable theory, at least in my view. Maybe the defense isn't as dumb as they appear Maybe they're hoping for a redo with a new jury and if they're astonishingly incompetent to the point that everything they do makes their case much worse that Anthony can argue that he was effectively deprived of his constitutional right to have an attorney. which would be nonsense, but I mean, you could argue it if a left wing appeals court agrees then We have to do the whole trial over again And as hard as we are in the defense, by the way Let's also keep in mind that Carmelo has no case. I mean, he's just simply guilty He stabs someone to death for no reason tons of witnesses all around security camera footage He ran away, tried to try to hide the murder weapon. I mean He's guilty. Like there is no case. and so Yes, the defense has been incompetent, but also there isn't a good case Because the guy's just really, really guilty and all the evidence points in that direction. And that could be why, by the way, Ciminal Anthony didn't testify in his own defense You know, if you're watching the trial closely, you know that around noon the judge recessed the courtroom for an early lunch, but the delay went on for much longer than expected Ct was expected to be back in session by twelve thirty but by two thir two twenty PM The judge and the attorneys had not returned. That led to a lot of speculation that maybe a last minute plea deal was in the works, which would obviously be completely insane There was also the suggestion that the delay was related to the question of whether Camelo Anthony would testify or not And very often judges will give defendants some time to ponder that question. it' one of the most important decisions of the entire trial. And of course, Anthony has a Fifth Amendment right to remain silent. And generally it's a bad idea for criminal defendants especially defendants who are dumb and thuggish like Camelo Anthony testify in front of a jury and subject themselves to cross examination. prorosecution's cross examinations have been devastating in this case and They would have had a field day with Carmelo Anthony At the same time, if you're going to lose the case anyway, and it certainly looks like Camelo will lose the case thenen you have nothing to lose, so why wouldn't Anthony's legal team roll the dice, let him testify, and hope that he connects with at least one juror Well, here's a theory Carmenelo Anthony testifies in his own defense that every word he says can be used against him in any future trial that might take place. So if Carelo Anthony gets This trial overturned on appeal The prosecution, the next case can use his testimony against him It's like an anvil that will follow him around in every future court case. In other words, Anthony's legal team might have a long term plan bail them out on appeal. And if they succeed in doing that, the last thing they want is to have This guy making any statements on the record This is extremely manipulative and evil behavior, of course, but Carmelo Anthony's family and his legal team have demonstrated repeatedly that they are manipulative evil people. so there's No reason to think they wouldn't try something like this. Wh knows At this point, half the country is on some kind of daily regimen. They've got a cabinet full of pills, five different subscriptions, and different doctors telling them different things. Yet even with all this structure, most people still feel like they're guessing, especially when it comes to cholesterol health told you may need start taking something you're not comfortable with long term, you naturally want to know all your options. Secondly, we need to see the full unredacted surveillance video that's been referenced repeatedly throughout this trial There's no conceivable reason to hide the footage from the public For more than a year, news outlets told us the footage had no relevance to the case. Here's what News Nations said about it, for example, watch Musicians, Rich Mcgh has been tracking this case, and Rich, you are one of the reporters who got to view this important piece of evidence they allowed me to view this video under strict conditions. I couldn't I couldn't record anything. I couldn't take pictures. I could take notes, but that's about it. They would play it one time And they wouldn't even rewind it or play it again even the moment in question. So what I saw in the video was ultimately it's from the press boxross across the field on the forty five yard line you can view. A yellow tent across the field. That's where this incident happened. There's no sound on the video and it's raining. you can see about thirty to forty people around the different The field it's a track meet that morning. so they're preparing for this track meet. The incident question happens at nine forty four AM. It's really calm up until that point and then Chaos ensues and you can't really make up Anbody you can't make out individuals. You can see people and colors and what they're wearing, but you can't make out identities. But again, at nine hundred forty four Kaos ensues, what I did not see was any obvious physical altercation leading up to the stabbing The reporter couldn't record the video, he couldn't take pictures. He could only take notes, and he was only allowed to view the footage one time with no rewinds And after seeing the video in those conditions, unsurprisingly enough, he reports that there is basically no useful information. This was a deliberate effort by authorities and school district to mislead the public about Austin Metcaalf's death, and it worked Even though they've never provided a reason for hiding this footage and they still haven't Most people went along with it. Th then the trial came around and we learned that the footage was actually pivotal. It came up in every single day of testimony as well as opening arguments The video discredited numerous defense witnesses. It demonstrated that Carelo Anthony fled the murder scene. It revealed that no crowd was ganging up on Carelo Anthony in the tent as had been claimed So the authorities have no more credibility on this point We need to see the video immediately This is not a small point All over the West, the authorities have gotten into the habit of censoring footage that they deem offensive, which is to say it reveals the horrors policies are inflicting on the public To that end, we also need to see the full unreredacted videos from the murder of Henry Novak in the UK To this day, the police are hiding the footage from Novak's killer in which he mocked his victim repeatedly after stabbing him As well as Novak's footage of the initial attack, along with the police body cam footage after they realize that Novak is dying Again, no conceivable reason. hide this footage from the public other than to provide cover up for Britain's disastrous open borders policies People saw the footage There will be enough worldwide outrage to finally reverse those policies and that's why they're hiding it We cannot concede this war over information You know, the reason we produced our two part series on the civil Rights movement and our real history series more generally, is that no school No corporate media outlet tells the truth about American history They certainly don't tell the truth about MLK or so called White flight or busing impact or anything else Judges and politicians and academics and media outlets routinely bury inconvenient facts about our history for the same reason they Hiding all those videos from you today. I mean, if they can bury things that happened yesterday or last month Think about what they can do with stuff that happened sixty years ago O a hundred years ago They know that if most people were confronted with the grim consequences of allegedly progressive thought They'd rebel against it immediately And therefore the censorship and the lying has been nonstop. Black activists are all over social media spreading blatant falsehoods about the case. Here's one example from Lan Marritt who claims to be some kind of civil rights attorney, quote. In the Caromllo Anthony Murder trial, bothoth sides have now rested after days of testimony about what happened at the twenty twenty five Frisco trrack. A child lost his life after allegedly threatening physical violence against another minor. Now a jury is tasked with weighing a balanced presentation of the evidence to determine the outcome of this case Under Texas law, citizens including teenagers. have the right to protect themselves reasonably proportionateally. response to a threat bodily har mr jurors will hear closing arguments before they begin deliberating Black teenagers' fate So Austin Metcalf quote lost his life after allegedly threatening physical violence against another minor He's referring to the testimony of one defense witness who admitted that he didn't remember what he heard And it also said that Anthony provoked the confrontation. and was in the wrong. He's leaving out all the testimony about Cambero Anthony's threatening behavior mooccking, provoking. putting his hands in the bag on the knife before the other students approached him haaunting words, everything This is the narrative that's dominant right now in certain parts of the country. It's why there's a real risk of riots after this verdict comes down Although the whether or not there are riots, if there's a guilty verdict really depends entirely on whether the, you know, Democrat partarty and its's funders who are the ones would have to organize and facilitate wrriiting like they always do It depends on whether they perceive that Carmelo Anthony is a sympathetic and convenient martyr figure that they can use And in the way that George Floyd was for a time and Traayvon Martin and Michael Brown Is that the case with Carmelo Anthony I guess we'll find out. But the deception isn't isn't just coming from black activists. Many people who call themselves conservatives and truth tellers Our claiming this case had nothing to do with race And if that message prevails, then no matter how bad Carmelo Anthony's defense is The whole ordeal will be a victory for the left. It'll be a victory for the black activists and militants and thugs There are many of them will excuse the murder of a white victim for any reason whatsoever And whatever happens to Carmilo Anthony Nobody should forget what this trial has revealed about Millions of people were living alongside, people who demand to be treated just like anyone else, even as they cebrate the exeution of white kids solely because they're white. because people desperately don't want you to realize that Anthony is just One member a much larger movement. One that would happily use your dead body to raise half a million dollars even as they taunt your grieving parents and claim to be oppressed They'll blow the money on cars and mansions. and in the meantime They'll hire the worst lawyers known to mankind a strategy that might actually benefit them from a legal perspective Thanks to the civil rights movement, schools cannot discipline these people. Neighborhoods can't keep them out All you can do is be ready to defend yourself because as this trial has revealed, No one else has any interest in doing so do it for the show today.
