Unfortunately, over the past several weeks, many in the media, many in the public have stopped talking about the Epstein files and a byproduct of it has stopped talking about the survivors, but I have promised you from day one I will never stop. And while right now Todd Blanche is set to be confirmed as the next atttorney genereneral of the United States, potentially by the end of this month Critical confirmation hearing scheduled for next week. And there are groups trying to get key documents and information showing Banchous communications internally about Jeffrey Epstein and about the Epstein files because as Pam Bondi testified on Capitol Hill, Blanche was the point person And well now we're in a situation where the DOJ is racing to prevent the public and the senators from seeing these key communications before they grill him on Capitol Hill. Why Well, because they know what's in these communications and they know that Blanche led The largest cover up in modern day American history. and so we need to talk about it, help spread the word. Like, comment, share, subscribe to my sububstack link below. to support my work. peopleeople are not happy that I'm talking about this still I will never stop. so if you can subscribe today I want to tell you what's happening right now a group called American Overssight filed the following lawsuit in the past couple weeks against the U. S. Department of Justice. The lawsuit alleges that Blanche had key communications regarding not just the Epstein files but also regarding spepecial counsel Jack Smith and his volume two report into the into Donald Trump. And so they're trying to get key documents about Epstein specifically, any documents that reference Epstein Maxwell Ract slame DJT, Potus, exemption. Do one and seventy four which is the name of a Jane Doe, a survivor whose name has not been publicized Trfer Bureau of Prisons, BOP, limited immunity, FCI, Tallahasse, FPC, Brian, FCI, and FPC. those are the two Facilities Gelaine Maxwell has been serving time in first in Tallahassee, then in Texas. They're trying to get information specifically about Todd Blanche's role, not just in the redaction of the Epstein files and the review of the files. but also in his decision to move Galaine Maxwell from the low security facility or the minimum security facility in Tallahassee to the low security facility. in Texas one where she has a much cushier lifestyle. And so they're demanding these documents specifically by july fourteenth, one week from today They're asking the court to order them the DOJ to grant the request for expedited processing of the FOIA requests process the FA request on an expedited basis by july fourteenth. and award them costs associated with this. Why is july fourteenth an important date Well because on july fifteenth and sixteenth are when Todd Blanche will be testifying on Capitol Hill Now the DOJ has filed a response urgently saying, do not let these files out saying, quote In short, AO, American Osight, wants this court to grant it relief that it would not have been entitled to receive from the department even if expedition had been granted to make matters worse. The highly accelerated schedule AO proposes is based on the manufactured emergency of the Mid July confirmation hearing, but the acting AG has been the functional head of the department since April and his status as a potential front runner has been known for just as long So they're trying to say, you know what? We don't want to give you the documents by the confirmation hearing. But even if the court says, you know what? We're going to grant you this motion. We're going to grant you this foIA request Okay then order that the expedited processing be completed quote as soon as practicable So they essentially do not want they do not want making that very clear. these documents released. And the answer why they don't want the documents released is because Inside these documents are key communications between Todd Blanche and top officials. over the Epstein files and over the key reactions. Now I've received tons of threats And a lot of you have asked me how I deal with these threats especially as I'm reporting on the Epein files,s I partner with the company called Delete Me All right, we got some big news right now. I recently received a threat to myself and my family It was real It was scary, but thankfully I was able to make sure it did not happen again. With a newborn in tow, making sure that my family is protected is truly top of mind for me. and reporting on topics that I do often lends credence to threats, including the one I received recently to my inbox It's why I'm continuing my partnership with Delete Me. I've worked with them for many months. Delete Me has helped protect my personal information. rememove it from data brokers websites, like third party sites where essentially might personersonal information, email addresses, addresses, phone numbers, etcetera. would be on. and it's really helped protect me my family Because right now with threats even greater, I truly know Delete Me has my back and I want to make sure you can protect yourself too It's easy Go to the link below, use Code Eeron and protect yourself and your loved ones this year. Now back to the news. Delete Me is great. I highly encourage that you use Delete Me. Let me know if you do in the comments below. Now I do want to talk about Blanche's posture towards the Epstein files. He has claims that all of the files have been released publicly. They remember six million documents DOJ has, they only released half of them. This is what Blanche had to say recently on Fox News. I know that you have the authority to go ahead and release more you have the authority to to Congress, perhaps? No, We have released everything. So listen, we reviewed six million pieces of paper. What we released were anything associated with the Epstein files. So there we are not sitting on a single piece of paper O Nhing that should be released. If we find something else tomorrow, we'll release it. I don't anticipate we will. So the misguided assumption that there is more to release is because we reviewed millions and millions of pages within the department, millions of which had nothing to do with Epstein. So it's not as if we looked at a document and said, you know, we're not going to release that. If we didn't release it, it's because it was not responsive to the law and therefore not part of the Epstein files. What we've done with Congress is we by law, we had to make certain reductions by law including of victims and of PI information. But we said to Congress, any congressman can come in and spend as much time as they want. looking at everything unredacted. And if you think we should be doing something, Cgressman or Cgresswoman, let us know and we will do it. And so we have that I don't know how this department or this president can be more transparent than saying, American people, here's every single document in our entire database. and if we had to But Todd Blanche acknowledges that his team has made mistakes. Bring us your proof and we'll investigate it. Direct Patell has said He will talk to any victim. His agents will work any case. and that's what we've said from day one So look, I understand the frustration. We've been working extremely hard to be as transparent as we can with the American people. and we didn't get everything right. We didn't partart of that was because the law didn't let us release things. Part of it was communications, which we should have done a better job of. But we have been transparent and I hope that your listeners and that the folks that pay attention to this He's admitting that they didn't do everything right that they did things wrong. And well, what they did wrong, I guarantee you, is located in the files they don't want to release publicly right now. And as Melanie Stansbury A Congresswoman, who I think has done a great job fighting for the survivors says This is the biggest cover up. in American history, takeake a listen. First But this was not an isolated incident of failures of a system. This is a system that was designed to exploit children. It was a system protected the wealthy and powerful, and it was a system that intentionally chose not to prosecute Jeoffrey Epstein under federal law, which enabled him to commit potentially hundreds of other cases of rape, abuse, grooming and transnational sex trafficking I couldn't have said it better myself This is a very, very serious issue. The DOJ has made mistakes. We know they've made mistakes We need to make sure that the public gets the information before Todd Blanche is hearing, I won't stop talking about it and neither should you. makeake sure to subscribe to my Substack link below to support my work to help me fight back and I'll see you soon.
