Availability and coverage vary by state and insurance plan Independence day, fourourth of July celebrations in Washington, D C went off with a lot of hitches Right. There was a lot of weather delays, a lot of issues last night. The president didn't start speaking until past eleven PM Eastern time, moreore than an hour after he was supposed to speak originally People in line were upset took a long time to get in in the extreme heat and weather Then they were all forced out because of the extreme heat and weather and then they had to get back in. It led to an event that had smaller than expected crowd sizes even the Pident of the United States acknowledged crowd size was half as big as he thought it would be. And all That's upsetting to someone who really cares about crowd sizes, the fact that the Pident of the United States admitted that his crowd wasn't as big as he wanted it just tells you everything you need to know And this morning, DC residents are waking up to a thick and unhealthy smog, blanketing the city, following a record breaking fireworks display on the national mall But it wasn't just fireworks that were and the DC issues that were a problem. This morning, the United States of America is waking up to eight mass shootings. E mass shootings in the past twenty four hours blanketing the country two hundred and fifteen mass shootings. just this year C clear reminder Be a reminder. that our nation has a long way to go. I have all the latest right now. makeake sure to like, comment, share. And if you can subscribe to my Substack, link below to support my work. I'm getting you all of this news in real time I watch the president's speech so that you don't have to I want to begin by showing you the empty crowd in Washington, D.C during his speech because this morning This is what the president is unhappy about. Todight we come together for one of the most joyous and glorious milestones of all time, the And you know what that is two five O the two hundred fiftieth anniversary. and I do have to say this What of I bring bringing people back stage? and don't worry As you can see, the crowd is relatively half empty or so That doesn't mean that there weren't a lot of people there, Of course, there were a lot of people there. There were tens of thousands of people there But they weren't the amount of people that the president wanted And he even acknowledged this in his speech. We could be deterred And they estimated they had three hundred seventy five thousand people before everybody had to leave And they now have one hundred fifty thousand people. It's the craziest thing anyone's ever seen And I want to just thank you and I feel so badly about some people they left and they couldn't get back. But you're very special people. And we have a very special country. Thank you very much started at three hundred seventy five thousand ended at one hundred fifty thousand because a lot of people couldn't show up the actual number of people that were in the crowds We're far less than one hundred fifty thousand, even if the president doesn't necessarily want to admit it. But after the record breaking fireworks show, this is what DC is waking up to this morning. It is filled with smog Now for a long time leading up to the fourourth of July, National Park Service employees were warning that this could end up happening Today, Washington, DC and the surrounding areas are under either an unhealthy or very unhealthy air quality warning Purple warnings are in effect for Washington, DC this morning. That is very unhealthy for every single member of the population, whether you're a part of a sensitive group or not Unhealthy warnings are for in and around the DC area up North in Maryland and elsewhere This is what the results of the record breaking firework show were. And if you ask Stephven Miller, well It was all a divine prophecy Maybe it was. Stephven Miller says that Putting Trump as president of the United States was as a result of a divine province, a holier than thou power And you know, maybe the mother nature aspect of it all was some kind of divine prophecy to show Americans that, hey Maybe this isn't the way to go Maybe this isn't the direction that our country needs to go. And when we talk about the direction of our country, not many people talk about the fact that there were mass shootings across America last night. Just in the past twenty four hours, eight mass shootings gripped the United States of America in Dayton, Ohio, four people were injured In Centerville, Mississippi, seven people were injured, two people were killed In Brooklyn, New York, eight people were injured In Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, seven people were injured. San Antonio, Texas, four people were injured. Radciffe, Kentucky, three people were injured Pensacola, Florida, five people were injured Chicago, Illinois, seeven people were injured And this is just in the past twenty four hours to this day this year. We're about halfway through twenty twenty six, two hundred and fifteen mass shootings, according to the Gun Violence Archive That's more mass shootings than days in the year And right now, a lot of Americans are sharing this clip of President Joe Biden to show a different vision for America's future. Take a listen. Not only do we have the largest economy in the world, we have the strongest economy in the world. We have the most productive workers in the world. and give it a fair shot. Gi it a fair chance, Americans have never, ever, ever, ever let their country down. Never Ordinary people like us. whoo do extraordinary things We've had candidates before attempted To get elected by appealing to our fears But they've never succeeded because we do not scare easily. We never bow. We never bend. We never break when confronted with crisis. No, we endure, we overcome and we always, always, always move forward Why That's why I can say With absolute conviction I am more optimistic about our chances today than when I was elected as a twenty nine year old kid to the Senate The twenty first century is going to be the American century Be Because we lead not only by the example of our power, but by the power of our example, that is the history of the journey of America And God willing God willing Hillary Clinton will write the next chapter in that journey We are America, second to none, and we own the finish line. Don't forget it. God bless you all and may God protect our troops. Come on We're America That speech, you may remember is from the twenty sixteen convention for Hillary Clinton And it's a speech that's going viral today. over what America's future is and what it could be people that may lead it one day
