We are diving into the NFL draft with one of my favorites today, Fran Duffy from the All-City Network. Fran, I was thinking, what is the best way for us to give you the Philly special bump? You've got your draft guide, which is incredible, which is just been open on my computer here for uh the last month now, as I put together my own big board, putting together aggregate rankings for my favorite draft analysts out there. But I know people can uh subscribe to be a diehard and get the draft guide, but then we won't know if they're giving you the Philly special bump or not. Do you have any thoughts on this? I'll I'll tell you what. Uh a new mock draft just went up. This we're recording Thursday morning. Uh so when you listen, go go uh leave a comment. You're a diehard, go leave a comment, uh Philly special bump. Okay, there you go. So on the mock draft, give him the Philly special bump. Tell the powers to be that you are paying all city good money because you want the Fran Duffy draft guide. And I'm not kidding. It is absolutely worth it. It has been worth it as I've been looking at all these prospects over, like I said, last month, last two weeks. Who's counting? Right? Yeah, I get to this a little late. It's okay. It happens every year. So we are doing the Kapadia 10 today. I don't know that I've ever done do two Kapadia 10s in one week because on the Ringer NFL show, uh, we had Deontay uh very fun show. So go listen to that where we did the Kapati attend on league wide topics, but this is eagle specific. I've just got so many questions for Fran. He's gonna pick a number . We're gonna get to the number. We're gonna ask him about all kinds of things related to the Philadelphia Eagles and the 2026 NFL draft. Fran, are you ready? I think so. I mean the fact that it's the you have two uh uh you've got two kapati attends in one week plus a ZB3 all in one week. I mean it's a lot going on. A lot to keep track of, let me tell you. This isn't easy. This job isn't for everybody, you know? Yeah, well that's go. I'm I'm excited. Let's do it. Okay. Get it. No, wait, I actually I forgot one thing I had touched about. So, you know, I hear the promos for the Fran Duffy draft guy. And I've been meaning to text you, but we'll just do it on air. Okay How did bo how did Bo weasel his way onto that promo? You know, it's like the Fran Duffy draft guy here, Fran's like this is I've got, you know, uh this many prospects and scouting reports. Great, great promo when I listen to uh podcasts on the PHL Y network. But then Bo's voice gets in there where he's giving his you know voter . I know listen, we all want to get a little piece of the Fran Duffy, you know, content machine. So I understand it. That must have been all it was, Fran, is I imagine Bo wants to be attached to it a little bit. Is that right? No, so what we did and uh is each market is tailor-made for that market. So you know, the so Bo Brock from PHNX, uh, he jumped on uh for theirs. Uh Adam Hogue uh with uh with CHGO, and you just go around all the different markets. Uh Jeff Kavanaugh down in Dallas. So uh each market had their own uh host jump in and give that uh you know their little uh superlative there in the middle. Now is EJ aware of that? Because but I mean Bo got in there or is it just tenure there that he got in there over EJ? I I don't know. I let those two guys kinda hash it out. Uh you may have to ask that the the next with EJ. All right. I I''llll le leaveave Fran out of it. You know, he's an impartial party here. He doesn't want to get uh in trouble there. I understand. All right, Fran , we got one to ten. What are we starting with? Let's go. Um I feel like I always whenever I do that, I always start with three for Allen Iverson. So I'm gonna go somewhere different. I'm gonna go uh let's go number seven. Let's go seven here. Number on Michael Vick. Number seven. I am scrolling. Oh, we got a juicy one to start here, Frank. All right. Rank the following scenarios from most likely to least likely. Okay. Okay. We got three scenarios. Number one, the Eagles trade up for Ohio State safety, Caleb Downs. Maybe he falls out of the top 10 there. The Bengals surprisingly pass on him. And they say, wait a minute, we got an opportunity here to go get Caleb Downs. That's one. Okay. Two. And this one would just break the content machine. The Eagles trade out of the first. No, no. And we got another quarterback factory situation. Second round. They go either Ty Simpson or Garrett Nussmeyer. You don't have to choose, but let's just say they trade out of the first round, and all of a sudden it's time to fire up the old QB factory and they shock everyone just as they did when they drafted Jalen Hurts and they take Ty Simpson or Garrett Nussmeyer. And then number three , this will get people very excited. They trade this year's first and next year's third to the Las Vegas Raiders for Max Crosby. So all the time, Crosby's a Raider again. Yeah, nope. Everything's fine. Yep. All good. We're not trading him. The Eagles say, let's let's just make a little call over there to spy tech and see if we can get Max Crosby. Because maybe we didn't like the way the first round fell here. We had some tal ks with them before the draft saying, hey, if a certain scenario plays out, this would be a deal we'd be willing to make. All right. So those three scenarios, Fran, from most likely to least likely. What do you got? This is tough. Because I think all three of them I would put in the same bucket is you know unlikely to happen. I will say, like you go back to the Jalen Hurts one. Like my mind immediately went to that. That was the Kevin Cobb scenario. That was the out of the first round. Yeah, right. Kevin Cobb. And I remember I you know a fan at that point it was before I I worked for the team uh before I I think uh yeah I would be I was working at Temple at the time uh and I was legitimately angry at that process. Um I was uh I was very upset with that one. But uh I would say most likely maybe trading up for Caleb Downs. Okay. The way I look at it is that I think that safeties always go a little bit later than we expect . And then so you can kind of tell yourself the story of uh, you know, Howie Roseman, the Eagles view Caleb Downs as the last in that ol elite tier of prospect and they want to make a move up, uh, and they end up taking him at, you know, eighteen, nineteen, something like that. Um, so I would say that's number one, Crosby number two, trade back for a quarterback, uh, with the for with their first selection, uh, as number three. I I will say I did I mentioned the the mock draft earlier as a two round mock. I was this close. I just, I just, at the end of the day, I didn't want the smoke. I just didn't I just want I didn't smoke. I was this close to giving them Dusmire at the end of the second round. Um I can't do that to myself. Uh just gonna give myself a break. Okay. Well, that at least it was in your head. It was in my head. It was very much in my head. Yeah. Now that's different than if they obviously trade out of 23 in your figure and they get a higher pitch in the second round. But you're saying there maybe there is a point on day two where if one of the if Ness Meyer is maybe still available and they don't have to make an aggressive move to take him, uh I mean they they could sell it pretty easily that hey, you know, Tanner McKee's in the final year of his contract. Yeah, we really value having a quarterback on their rookie deal. It's a great investment. You know, we we his dad was in the building. We know he's a great kid. This has nothing to do with Jalen Hurts. This is about the bet we've seen it. Who knows, but I can hear how he wrote who knows better than the Philadelphia Eagles about the importance of a backup having value in a backup quarterback. So he could sell it that way, which would just make for very interesting conversations and a very interesting summer for the Eagles. I was thinking with Downs, Fran, is he is this the best jihad campbell from last year comp? Where it's a guy who we're not necessarily saying, all right, like we could have a we could do two hours on who they're gonna take in 23 and we we would never bring up jihad cable. But maybe if like you said, if he falls to a certain point , they say, like, you know, just tier-wise, especially in this draft, who do we feel the best about maybe being a multiple all pro from this class? Let's go make a move that people don't see coming. Is it do you think he's kind of the best comp for that in this class? I think so, just because again, uh of the guys that I would put like in that category, he would be the most likely to fall. Uh just because that that's what we the same thing happened with Ky Kyle Hamilton with Derwin James. Like you go down the line, a lot of those safeties tend to fall a little bit further. Uh and so I'm like, all right I I can envision that scenario. So if then I can envision that scenario, yeah, I could absolutely hear Howie Roseman at the post-draft press conference that Thursday night at like uh you know, it's like midnight and he's speaking to reporters and him saying exactly that. Like hey, we it was too good of an opportunity to pass up. Uh and you know, the uh the last of one of the elite players in this class. All right. That was what a what a big one to start on. Number seven there. All right, Fran. What do we got? What's next? Let's go. Uh five will always love you. Let's go number five. Well, oh man, still a c what a classic. I laugh every time. They play it, you know, on like WIP or they, you know, anytime I hear it, uh, I still think it's hilarious. All right. Use your imagination here. Do you feel like you have a good imag I feel like you have a good imagination, right? You like like the fantasy type shows and sci you know, that that type of thing it feels like you're into. Yeah, yeah, it's a s a blend of uh, you know, science fiction and fantasy, uh depending on who you ask. Yeah. I've I I'm into that stuff. See, I can't, I can my my imagination just shut when I'm like, Well, what am I even watching here? I have no no idea here. But all right, use your imagination. This is not sci-fi . Jeffrey Lurie discovers some dam ning dirt on Roger Goodell. I don't know the specifics, but it's the type of thing that could destroy Goodell's career, perhaps even send him behind bars. I mean, this is high stakes here with Lurie. And this is all make-believe. All right. This is all make-believe. But Lurie says, Yo, Raj , I am demanding that we get the first pick in this draft. I don't care how you have to explain it. I don't care how you have to make it happen. This is an NMP, not my problem type situation. Do it, or else I'm exposing you. And it's like a fright, it's it's it's Friday afternoon tomorrow . You know, it's a Friday news dump. All of a sudden on your timelines, it says the Eagles have the first pick in the draft. It's like a tweet. There's no further explanation. Everyone's very confused as they try to figure out what is happening here. But anyway , the Eagles get the first pick in the NFL draft. Jeffrey Lurry goes back to the Novokare complex. Howie Rose, just as happy as he's ever been in his life. He's so excited for this. But then he sits down and he goes, Wait a minute. Who am I taking with the first pick in this draft? Previous years, it's been very easy. There's usually a guy at the top. He says, whether it's a quarterback, another premium position, yeah, it's easy. I'm taking this. But now he's looking around and he's going. Am I taking Arvell Reese ? Am I taking Sonny Styles, an off-ball linebacker? I've been gifted this opportunity. Is Carnell Tate good enough to take it number one? Do I take Mendoza? I mean, that would throw the city the city would go crazy, but maybe I do that. I I don't know who to take here. And they have to have this big meeting. So, Fran , after that big meeting, as the Eagles are gifted the first pick in the twenty twenty six NFL draft, who do the Philadelphia Eagles settle on? And you know what? As I was talking, I need to give you a caveat. Yeah, I know the caveat is. Go ahead. They cannot trade this pack. I didn't think this one all the way through. Because that's the first thing that comes to mind. I'm like how we would want to trade that . No. They can't take Mendoza and then trade Mendoza. So whoever they draft , this player has to be on the Eagles for at least the duration of their rookie contract. All right, Fran, who do you got? This is really, really difficult because when I look at the board and like who the and again it's who I think the Eagles would take in this scenario, and not necessarily off my off my board. I would look at it and I would say, Okay, well the players that we're talking about in the top three, and you know, if the if the Raiders had an answer at quarterback, let's say they had Cam Ward on the roster already and they had they were locked in there and they they would be looking at one of these pass rushers, you'd be looking at Arvo Reese or David Bailey. I don't know that David Bailey from a like run defense t standpoint, like I don't I don't think that's playing for Vic Fangio. I don't think he can do it. Yeah. I I think that um and honestly I was thinking about this in regards to like the the buzz about Christian Parker and the Cowboys maybe moving up. I think that would be with the idea of Arvell Reese being their Zach Vaughn, like kind of like a a hybrid uh skill set there and used in that front seven. But if you're the Eagles, like you already have Bond and Campbell, like you're you're taking Reese and as a full-time edge player, I think that's a non-starter as well. Um I think they would take Mendoza. I think that would be it. I think that would be the answer. And you know, it's uh not my problem. I think that would be the answer. If they if they got gifted the number one pick, I think they would have to take Mendoza . I think so too, because then they could , you know, it just gives them a little optionality. Obviously, it's an important position if things don't go well with Jalen Hurts, or you could trade Jalen Hurts at some point during Mendoza's uh rookie contract if you wanted to do that and go cheaper at quarterback. But man, I was looking at this. I thought it was very difficult. I actually thought maybe it would be Arvell Reese. But you know it it doesn't solve an immediate problem. But I don't know I'.ve kind of gone all over the place with Arvell Reese and now I'm hearing more and more what you're saying that this might be a more hybridy type player. Cause initially when I was doing my research, it was like, oh, you know, water you don't want to compare anyone to Michael Parsons, but it was like, man, if he hits, that's the type of player you're talking about. And I was like, okay, that makes perfect sense. But now where it it feels like right, people have a some more questions about is that going to actually be his usage? Is it more a Zach Bond type usage? Because just as a pass rusher, like if you just watch Arvell Reese's pass rushing snaps, friend, do you see the upside of a guy like Mike, Michael Parsons, or are you like, man, that is a little bit of a difficult projection to make right now. To me, like I c I couldn't get quite there on Parsons. So basically what I did from a process standpoint was wait until the season ended and I thought I've got the full season's worth of snaps and you know the way that I watch the tape, I'm able to kind of narrow it down to like all right I just want to watch every single rep of him down on the line of scrimmage on the edge. That's it. Let me just watch every single snap of that. Because if you're just watching through the game, it's like you you he bounce all over the place and then he's all going to lose track. Yeah. So I start watching and it's like, all right, well, on this snap, he peels in coverage against the running back. And on this one, he's a QB spy. Lined up off the edge. Oh, he's actually dropping as a QB spy. Oh, this one he drops as a so it's all the uh this one he's looping inside of the A gap on a stunt. Uh you know, it's the amount of times where he was just all right, one on one with the tackle, that was so far down the pecking order of what he was asked to do just when he was on the edge, much less when oh, he's kicked inside or he's playing stacked or he's walked out. So it is a huge, huge projection. And that's why like I I'm I would say like I'm I'm a little bit lower than consensus on Arvell Reese and why I would be cautious uh if I was Aaron Glenn and saying, like, I'm gonna I'm gonna take this project with my with my job on the line, or if I'm Monty Austin for it, same deal as the general manager in Arizona, like I'm gonna take him uh and need to pay immediate dividends, I'd be scared to death to make that pick. Um, but the the ups uidepside is , right? Like I get it, but it's uh it's the same conversation last year as Jalen Walker from Georgia. I think that they're slightly different skill sets. Like Walker was like more rugged and power, and like I'm gonna brawl you, and then it was uh with Reese, I think it's a little bit more speed, uh, you know, in athleticism and Twitch. Um, but it's that's a tough gamble to make . Very weird draft, I would say, because it just feels like there's questions with so many of these guys, the position al value conversation, the usage in the NFL. All right. So Fran landed on Mendoza. I think he's right. I I initially thought maybe it's Reese, uh, but I think he convinced me there that it's actually Mendoza. I will say I thought we were friends. You know, you uh you asked me to come on the show and yeah it's yeah, you know, and within the first fifteen minutes you've got me saying that they're gonna take a quarterback in the first two questions. Like yeah, Cliff's already got his social clips ready. Yeah, we're we're ready to go. Ringers Philly spe cial on Instagram and TikTok. All right, Fran, what do we got? What's next here? All right, let's go. Um let's go with number nine. Let's go Nick Foles. Number nine, Nick Foles. Okay. Here's one where you can get back in the good graces of Eagles fans. What is the best case scenario for the Eagles in the first round? So you can go in any direction here. Maybe it's a player falling to them where you say, I don't think he's going to fall to them, but there's at least a chance that he falls to them. And man, I you would I people would be just doing cartwheels down the street if they landed this guy. Maybe it's a hey, this guy's not gonna fall to 23, but he could fall to like 18 and they move up, and I feel like that would be a home run situation to just a slight move up, which they're prone to do, and taking them maybe it's a trade back where you say they get additional draft capital because man, I love that 2027 draft class like, everybody else. And when they're gonna move back and they're still gonna land this player. What is the best case scenario? And you can change your mind. We know you're gonna jump on PHL Y and do a bunch of content between now and the draft, but as of April 9th, what do you feel like is the best case scenario for the Eagles in the first round? So I think where my where my gut initially goes is Kenyon Sadiq falling to them at 23. Uh and uh just because honestly in preparation for doing the mock draft, I usually do it like I do this three times throughout the course of the draft cycle. I usually do it like pre combine or like right around combine time, then early April. So like after the dust has clearly settled in free agency and then again week of the draft kind of reach out to contacts like around the around the uh the NFL media like at each market right and just kind of get a sense like take a temperature of uh where each team is at and you know what are we what are we looking at with in terms of options in so well a, lot of the teams between like 13 and 23, uh 22, Kenyon Sadiq's name comes up often as like, oh yeah, I could see them being a Sadiq team. And so I do think that it it's pretty unlikely that he were to fall to them at 23 if I if I'm just sitting here right now. Um I would say the other one would be Caden Proctor fall because it's there's been a lot of steam with him in terms of oh he could go higher than you think. You know, maybe it's top 10, maybe it's top 12. Um so but but the uh the other idea, and this is is honestly it happened in my mock draft where the run at a run at wide receiver happened early. Uh, you know, Sadiq goes, some of the a couple of the corners go, and now there's a bunch of tackles available for the Eagles. And so you you say, all right, well, could take Proctor. Or if you like Monroe Freeling, if you like some of these other guys, you like Ihanitore and there's not a huge gap between them, if you are able to get some kind of deal to move back, you get some more capital. And you mentioned like the 2027 capital . That's a pretty good scenario as well. Um so all three of them are pretty tight. But I just think with the fact that there's no tight ends on the uh on the roster for 2027, uh the ability to get the best player at that position, a guy with the upside of Kenyon Sadiq, uh, who is not a like people will talk about him like he's Evan Ingram. He is such a good blocker with what he's asked to do. Like within the structure of that scheme. He's not a hand of the dirt, block the 280-pound defensive end rep after rep after rep. Like he's not that guy, but get him on the move, get him up on linebackers, safeties, and he is going to like punish guys. Uh he's a really fun player. I would I would say Sadiq fall into the 23 is best case. Oh you see he just made Cliff's group chat happy. They're buzzing. But Sadiq is the guy. Every you know, the Eagles fans group chat. This I just think that would just be such an exciting pick if they were just able to sit tight. And we did our Ringer NFL mock, and I kept Sadiq, Sadiq, and he just kept and people and Austin and Deontay were, you know, making cases for other people. I even with the Rams at what are they thirteen? I was like, oh Sadiq, you know, they were one of Brock Bowers a couple years ago, but then it was like, well, Makai Lemon, all right, I could kind of see that instead. So um very interesting player to keep an eye on in the first round. I like your other one there. If you trade back and you get the tackle, and now if it's a guy who might not play right away, you can kind of, you know, swallow that easier if it's like, all right, well, you know what? They traded back, they got additional draft capital, and now they have a tackle for the future. Now, the one guy we haven't brought up yet, which I'm so excited, excited to see how this guy's career plays out because I feel like you have more invested in this take and as a result I have more invested in this take. You know, this draft because I like when I go around and I look at all the draft content and listen, you know, there's a lot of draft content out there. I want everyone, you know, to have jobs, do what they love to do. Everyone's entitled to an opinion. Me, I need like a handful of people's opinions on the draft where I'm like, all right, these are the people I trust. They're doing the work. They know what they're doing. But within that, I always like to look at, well, who's going out on a limb here? And I don't know that any draft analyst has a take. You know, Orlovsky got a lot of pop with the Ty Simpson thing. I think your take is juicier, friend, where you have Auburn's Keldrick Falk as your top edge in the class. I think last I checked, you had him as your number two overall player. I don't know if that or not. Yet Peter Schrager doesn't mock and Falk doesn't go in the first round. Other play like no one I don't see anywhere where this guy's being projected to go in the top ten. So does Keldrick Falk just falling to twenty-three and the Eagles taking him the long as a scenario on this list, Fran? Yeah, I mean that that to me would be a really fun scenario. Now I the the thing is that I just feel so strongly that uh taking an offensive player is in their best interest just in terms of like bouncing the roster and you know, the the the need for youth on that side of the ball, uh, with some of the contracts that are set to come off the books in the next two offseasons. Um that said, I love Keldrick Falk and I think he's gonna be a great player. And so that would be a great scenario in my mind for them if you were to fall to them. That would be the that would be the one position. Like, you know, if Caleb Downs, like trading up for Downs, we talked about earlier, uh, not ideal in terms of like use of resources and things like that, but it's a great player. At the end of the day, like you're the you're in the business of collecting talent. Um Keldrick Falk to me is a great talent. And as far as you know, how why he's not being viewed that way, I couldn't tell you. It's I'm really struggling with it. You know, it's it's I don't know if it's like a groupthink type of thing from a media standpoint. I will say this time last year, and I say like this time as in like early April, there were a lot of mock drafts that had, you know, Mikhail Williams, who has drawn there, there's like comparisons in the profile here between Michael Williams and Keldrick Falk. A lot of mocks had him falling to the back end of the first round, 20s and 30s. Uh oh, maybe you know the Eagles could make a swing for Michael Williams. And he ends up going 11, right? And there was so I do think that that could be something that we see here with Caldrich Falk as well. Walter Nolan was another guy that is that's what this reminded me of. Last year, all out I'm reading all of Fran stuff and I'm like, he loves this Walter Nolan, but how come no one has Walter Nolan high? And then Walter Nolan ends up pretty early to the Arizona Cardinals. So maybe Fran's just ahead of the curve, and by the time we get to the draft, I know when we did our mock, this would be bad if you're a Fran Duffy fan, but an Eagles fan. I had Keldrick Fawkes going to the Dallas Cowboys there at number 12 in our mock that we did. So listen, we gotta root for a great career for Keldrick Falk because we have to root for Fran Duffy's draft takes to hit here. All right, let's take a break. We're through a few of these questions, a lot more to get to as we talk draft with the great Fran Duffy . The Ringers Philly Special is brought to you by FanDuel. This MLB season. Friend, you said you were upset when the Eagles took Kevin Cobb. Are you aware of the lore of Cliff being very upset at one point with a player the Eagles did not take? I think I've mentioned this on the pod, but it might have been only once, so I'm not sure that you got it on. This is a source close to ace producer, Cliff Augustine. First time I met him. Great conversation. I don't want to give his name out. You know, he said, do you know, I was watching this draft with Cliff and he was such a fan of this player that when the Eagles passed on him, he fell to the floor and thought, Oh, what are they doing here? Bran. I remember you telling the story on the pot. I remember you telling the story, and it's killing me that I can't remember who this is. Who was it? Johnny Flipball that I'm like, yeah, young Cliff was a big Johnny Football phenomenal college player. I understand it. Very exciting. So there you go. He wasn't alone. Johnny football was a first round pick. So there you go. It's just you could have given me a lot of guesses, Cliff. You know, your uh the anonymous tours could have given me a hundred guesses, and I don't think I ever would have actually I just did it. I don't put you Yo the man the Manzel Lore back in like 2013, 14, whenever that was. What do you mean that was in 2012? No, thirteen? I I believe it was I believe it was thirteen. Was it thirteen or whatever when nobody knew like nobody heard him speak, nothing? And then you just see him on the field just do the thing with Alabama where he lost the ball, turned around, yeah, through the joint in the balls. Ye Yeah.ah . Like and then like when you follow that up and then you hear the documentaries and the stories about like what he was actually doing before that. I'm like, yo, how the hell like yo, that is the most mysterious. I I don't know how the hell he managed to function and play football the next day after like going from wherever city he was and then flying in and then Yep, you know, that's just time. It's just time to win his husband. Like crazy. Like, yeah, duh. That was some good times, man. That was some real good times. Lord. I got me excited about college football, yeah. Like he really was one of them like Oh, was very excited. Yeah, like you know what I'm saying? Like not n obviously not like the level of Reggie Bush, but like he brought excitement to college football in that year. Must be what I mean. Like what's the story? Like Saturday afternoon, Texas AM Aggie football, like men's out on that TV. You already know something about to go crazy. So yeah, that was that was a time. There you go. That's some more. All right, Fran. We'll keep it moving here. What do you got? What's the next number? Let's go. Uh number one. Number one. All right. Howie Roseman calls you. He says, I love the draft guide on all city, Fran . I need you to do me a favor here because we have a lot of uh different opinions on this wide receiver class, and I'm not telling you whether we're trading AJ Brown or not, I'm just telling you we want to be able to stack these wide receivers. I really value your opinion. I need you to put together an Eagle-specific wide receiver draft board for the first round. So this might be different than your all-city rankings because this is for us. You know us, you know what we value, what we like, who's on the roster, what kind of scheme we're moving to. Um don't worry about Carnell Tate. He's not going to be in a position where we're going to be able to move up and draft him. So you don't have to include him here. I need you to include the other first round options there, though. So that's Arizona State's Jordan Tyson, that's USC's Makai Lemon, that's Texas AM's KC Concepcion, that's Indiana's Omar Cooper Jr. And that's Washington's Denzel Boston. Those five guys, Fran. When you get a chance, I know you're busy, you know, the any time today would be fine. We still got time before the draft, but I need you to send stack those five guys, for our Eagle specific draft board and give me a little reasoning on why you stack them the way you do. Did I miss anyone there, Fran? By the way, those are I think that's right. I think if you were healthy, you would probably throw Chris Bell Chris Bell into that stack. You know, if you want to throw Den zel Boston in there as well, but I I I I'm actually okay with this stack as is. Okay, I got Boston in there. Okay, yeah. So Boston, so it would be uh so we're talking Tyson Lemon, Tyson Lemon Cooper, Conception and Boston , Boston. Got it. Yeah. So yeah, the only one that would the Bell would be the only other one. But I I'm good with leaving that for now just because of the ACL. Um all right. Well, to me , this is tight because obviously the the medical is such a big deal with Jordan Tyson. And to be honest, he was a little bit of a slow burn for me personally throughout the evaluation process. Where I to me, I I came on to him more this year based off of his 2025 film as opposed to 2024. I had him one bucket below, one tier below, based off of the summer tape, you know, off of twenty twenty four. And the big reason why was he had he had issues with drops. And it was it was pretty frustrating to watch because I don't think he's an elite physical specimen. I think that he is a big body technician who's got the ability to separate. He can win off the line. He's got a pretty good release package. But if you're not a dynamic athlete, and then you also have some questions with your hands, and I'm like, you know, I I don't know. That's a tough combin But then he comes th through through this season and I saw much more reliability, like much more consistency at the catch point, uh much more confidence there. And to me, like, all right, well, now I can get on board with you as a high volume possession type target. As we're seeing uh Jackson Smith and Jigba lead the league in receiving, and you see all these other receivers that kind of have that skill set where maybe they're not blazers as an athlete, but their ability to win through contact, separate, you know, win with technique. And that's kind of how I view Jordan Tyson. But this guy's never finished a college football season. And so that to me, uh what I'm getting from the medical staff, I think you have to take that into account. If he gets green lit, if it's a similar thing with uh jihad cambill last year, where it's like, all right, you know what, we we feel good enough about it that we can take him in the first round, he would be at the top of that stack for me . Okay, all right. So Howie says, uh, listen, I know he's been injured, but we've actually had success with some of these guys in the past. Jaha Campbell last year. Some people had him off their board. We went with him, we weren't worried about it. Um, even a guy like Landon Dickerson back in 2021, people were really concerned. You could say a lot of the same things. He didn't football seasons. He was playing through a bunch of stuff. We've gotten the green light. Uh these are this an injury situation that we're going to be able to manage with our training staff, our athletic staff. And so we feel like we're getting value. So if he if he says that to you, you're going Jordan Tyson, number one from this crew. Yeah, I think so. And then the big thing I would note as well is that in a post AJ Brown world, which, you know, it seems like we're headed that way, whether it's for 2026 or 2027, uh, I think that you're looking at all of these guys as they don't need to be the alpha in the room. They don't need to be the wide receiver one because I feel that Devontae Smith is that guy moving forward for us, right? So uh to me, like all right, if Tyson can slide in and you feel good about him being at worst your one B, you know, at best, like, or you know, at worst he's your number two, but at best he's your one B to Dev ante. I feel good about that outcome. All right. After Tyson, who do we got? All three of these guys that uh that I'm about to say are their grades are like the margins are razor, razor thin. So I would stack it, Mikhail Lemon, Omar Cooper Jr., Casey Concepcion . And the way that I would look at it, and especially for the system that you're that we're getting ready to run now, uh with Sean Manion as the offensive coordinator, you know, you I think of Kyle Shanahan, Sean McVay, like you know, the the the way that they use the receivers in that tree and all the play action and disguising your looks and everything looks the same to the defense, but it's uh you know it's different with what you're you're planning to do. You need wide receivers that are going to do some of the dirty work and are going to get their face dirty, get their hands dirty as blockers, and then uh you know have that ability to play through contact. And so to me, I look at Mikhail Lemon. He did a lot of that at USC. And by the way, Howie, you've got that long-standing relationship with Lincoln Riley. I hope you can get to the bottom of some of the character questions that are around with uh with Makai Lemon. Oh, I haven't seen those. Yeah, those news it's nothing crazy, but it's vague, okay personality stuff like you know, is is he gonna be a fit for everybody? You know, that kind of deal. Okay. So if we feel good, if we feel good on that end of it, you know, he is the kind of like dog mentality player that I think Nick Siriani would really like. Uh obviously he's a little bit undersized, but we've had success in that realm before at wide receiver. This guy is really competitive. He catches everything. He's really smooth. And again, kind of like Tyson was a little bit of a slow burn for me personally for that reason. Because I'm looking at I' likem, yeah, like he's not a special like separator, like quick twitch, uh gonna create room for himself consistently. But man, he's just so he's so automatic uh at the catch point. He he's just a good receiver. He's he's a really good player. So uh to me, like inside, outside, I I think that even if you do if you say, hey, AJ Brown's gonna be on the team this year, there's a role for Mikhail Lemon. If you say AJ Brown's not gonna be on the team this year, there's a role for Mikhail Lemon. And I I feel good about that in this offense . Actually even more so than Tyson. I think I Tyson ideally would be in a post-AJ Brown world. I think with Mikhail Lemon and honestly Omar Cooper Jr. and Concepcion , I would say that they'd have that b ability to be able to live it as their as your third receiver and really be able to fun ction at a high level. So I would go Lemon at the would be next in that pecking order, followed closely by Cooper and Concepcion. And I and you could swing me one way or the other on that. Um the reason why I would lean Cooper is the act of in terms of like playing through contact, the physicality, like I think that shows up a little bit more with Cooper as opposed to Concepcion. But I think Concepcion is just the he's the craftier player, he's the better, like pure one-on-one separator of this trio. Uh, you know, in terms of like, hey, it's one on one, it's third and eight. Are you gonna get open? I actually feel best about Concepcion over Lemon, over Cooper in that realm. And he could do it inside or outside. Um, he's a better vertical threat in my opinion than these guys. So uh you know you could swing me one way or the other, uh I think the the the margins are very, very thin with those three players. Okay. And Boston, you sound like you have in a different sort of tier than these guys. Yeah, I I have him as kind of like your big body like inside receiver who you can funnel targets to. Like I I think that he can function in that way, much like you know, you think of like Marcus Colston, you think of like Alan Lazard. I think that that's kind of how I view Boston personally. I know some view him as like you know maybe like a a Drake London type where he can live on the outside and you could he could be a big body that way. I just to me, like I and I've always had a little bit of a blind spot for receivers with that skill set. I s it's for every Alshon Jeffrey and Drake London, there are uh all the Laquan Treadwells and you know j uh the Josh Doxons of the world that that don't hit. So I I kind of struggle with that skill set personally. Boston's a he's a he's a nice player. I think that he can function in NFL offense, but to me, I've I've got a little bit more confidence in the other four. All right. So Lemon, Concepcion, Cooper are three guys. Maybe keep an eye on for the Eagles there in the range that they're drafting in. All right, Fran, what do we got? What's next? All right, let's go with uh let's go number six . Number six. Number six we did, I think. No, we did five. All right. Good job by you. Bad job by me. All right. What is your worst case scenario, Bran, for the Eagles in the first round. You gotta name a name for me. Now it could be they trade up and they take this player. Why did they do that? It could be they just sit tight at 23, they take this player. It could be they move back and they take this player, but we want to give the audience, you know, this is an audience. They need something to root against. I've always said it's more fun to root against other teams than to root for your own team. So this is kind of like that where you're just like, I don't care what they do, as long as they don't do this, I'm okay with it. And I'll be saying how he sees him. What is your worst case scenario for the Eagles at twenty three? Yeah. Or in the first round. So you mentioned earlier the the Keldrick Falk, I'm like on one side of the the pendulum there, whereas everybody else is a little bit lower. Uh I am I'm you go the complete other end of it for me with Clemson tackle Blake Miller and I'm gonna share a tweet from uh from our friend Ben Fennel who tweeted this yesterday. He said, I I love seeing uh love seeing the trusted, respected quality analysis. I'll we'll skip that part. But he's been basically saying like the uh Daniel Jeremiah has Blake Miller at number 19. PFF board has him at 25. Dane Brugler has him at 29. Brandon Thorne has him at 46. Fran has him at 168. Uh and Blake Miller, like nice player, very four-year starter, intangibles, toughness. Like that's the that's the first thing that everybody brings up when you talk about like when you talk to a scout, when you talk to uh anyone in the in the draft space that talks with scouts, like, oh, like everybody loves the intangibles and the toughness and he's got all kinds of experience. To me, there's just there's not a physical trait to get excited about with that player. You know, he's not powerful. I know he tested well, but I don't think that athleticism always uh showed up on tape. Uh I didn't see a guy that would that that had a a really stout anchor. It was so it was fine. But it to me like I saw a guy that was probably more of a backup as opposed to like a true like impactful starter. And even if you told me like, hey, he's gonna become Mitchell Schwartz, like, okay, that I I I'm letting somebody else take that gamble in the first round. Like I just that's not the type of player that I would take. And honestly, I don't feel like the Eagles would necessarily take that uh that take that kind of player either, just because we know how they typically operate, uh, and rightfully so. But I when I look at Blake Miller, there's just there's not a lot there that that gets me really, really excited. And so that would be the one that I would point to is like, yeah, if they took him a right tackle only, by the way, like has only played right tackle in his career. All kinds of accolades, all that. And I love that. I think he's probably got staying power in the league and he'll stick for a long time as a backup. And maybe he grows into a starter, but that would be one that I would I would have a lot of trouble getting excited about. All right. Clemson offensive tackle, Blake Miller. So if you're an Eagles fan , you want the Cowboys, Giants, Commanders, whatever team you dislike to take Blake Miller. That way, you have a natural anti-rooting interest here. Because I don't want to come out here and say you're going to root for Blake Miller to fail anywhere that's not what Fran's saying. Right. You know, of course we want to be fair about this. These guys have worked hard. It's going to be their dream. Hopefully he CTCs. I hope he hangs around, but just maybe not in the range of these other uh offensive tackles there. So there you go. Play. You know what I had to do, France? So I told you earlier. I have my own consensus board. You know, these consensus boards have been all the rage where you take every draft board out there, you put them together, you come up with a consensus ranking, and there have been these uh studies. I think Arifa San was the first guy really digging into this that like you would kind of perform, I forget what the final conclusion was, but it was basically like you could perform like an average drafting team basically if you just did nothing else and just use this consensus draft board that's available uh in the public. And so I put together my own consensus board. I'm not gonna tell everyone the names on there, you know, but I narrow it down. I don't need 300 boards out there with uh John ny Alfred o Linguini from you know uh the side oh John T uh whatever. Again, more power to you, everyone putting out content, do it. I'm not telling you not to. I'm just saying for me, I have a trusted, you know, I've been media literacy, you know, very important. So I've had the trusted, all right. These are the people I feel like I look at year in and year out, who I really trust. I'm going to do my own consensus board with them. And France, some of these other boards, they don't do every, they don't rank every player. Like how many people are on your content are on your how many players have you ranked? You have a top what? Yeah. Uh you just said Blake Miller's 168. I have ranked so I have written reports on 2 67 players. What a sick man. Yes. I mean, honestly, it should be more. Yeah, like it we like I I want it I want that number to be higher by the time we like you know this next year. But we'll forgive you. All right. Something to shoot for. Only two sixty-seven uh this year. So he's got and you had Blake Miller so low there that I actually had to do an adjustment because I feel I felt like it was messing up as I was prepping for stuff. I'm like, oh, he's not even on here because I did my average, and other people either do top 50 or top 100s. So I had to move him from one hundred sixty eight to one oh one just so that, you know, I wouldn't get uh messed up there. So that's taking you, you know. I don't know who possibly could be interested in that story that I just told, but you know what? I went with it. All right, Fred, what do we got? What's next here? Let's go um let's go uh Cliffy Dose. Let's go, let's go number two. Cliffy dose. All right. Oh, this is perfect. I didn't even do this on purpose, but I actually have Cliff involved in this one. So here we go. Now you get to bet Cliffy2's outside fund. I don't know if you're familiar with the outside fund, Brand. I'm making this up. But anyway, this is the fund, you know Cliff uses. He might be going to Bad Brother, you know, he might be various exclusive social clubs around the city. Various. You and I are various exclusive social clubs. Various. And and they all somehow have a beautiful view, but he's not outside. Yeah. All you because you were the first one, friend, to call him out for saying uh he's not outside. Oh, I'm not outside. I like I like being at home, you know. And then you see on Instagram, it's like, oh, here he is like in some high-rise with like floor to ceiling windows, like with this beautiful loot view of the city every f every Friday night. Like it's like oh yeah. That was a great code by you. This is a lie from you, man. No, it's not being the house, man. Was on this before anybody else, and it was a great call by him. We all know. Come on, man. Stop this. Stop this nonsense. I'll be in the house. I'll be chilling, man. I'll be minding my business. I'll be chilling. All right. So Cliffy 2 is outside fun. Okay, you get access to this. You get to bet it on who the Eagles are going to end up with at the end of Thursday night, the first round of the draft. So again, you don't I don't care if it's at 23, trade up, trade back. Just these are the the players. And I'm giving you three picks. If you hit on one of these three picks, Bran, you get to double Cliffy to his outside fund. It's springtime's coming up. Summertime's coming up. We already know he's, you know, he he's making the most of his opportunities, but who knows what that those Instagram stories would look like if we double Cliffy too's outside funds. So again, you might change your mind between now and the draft, but as of April 9th, give me the three players. If you had to pick, these are most likely to be Eagles at the end of Thursday night, first round of the draft. Who do you got? I'm gonna go Kenyon Sadiq . Okay . I'm gonna go Maxi Honotor from Arizona State, right tackle, Arizona State. We can talk through his story a little bit. And let's go Caden Pro ctor . Okay. Caden Proctor attacker from Alabama. Tight end , two offensive linemen. Caden Proctor from Alabama. Max Ihanitore. Okay. The other ones I had written. Now I'm not going to give you mine because I got a little exercise coming up with ZB next week. So but just I'm telling you some names that maybe I wrote down. I did write down Keldrick Faw. Yep. Because I know, you know, we're just kind of not sure where he's gonna go. I did write down Monroe Freeling and you don't have to give me your take on him because he may be coming up in a future question. Okay . I did write down TJ Parker, the edge, you know, physical edge that I know you've uh written about there, where I just read the profile uh from Clemson and I was like, oh, that sounds like a player that maybe uh maybe Vic Fiancho would like. And then I did throw a couple wide receivers in there as well. But I like your three, Kenyan Sadiq, Max Ihanachor, and Kaden Proctor. Right now, as of April 9th, those are the three guys Fran feels best about potentially being Eagles at the end of the first round. All right. One more break. We'll take one more break. We'll come back and we'll get to the rest of these questions . All right, we are back on the ringers. Philly special. Very interesting. If the Eagles take one of those and we double up Cliffy doses, you know, outside fun. It's the right time. Who knows? Possibilities are endless. You know what I'm saying? For the uh for the summertime there. All right. Shaking his head. All right, friend. What do we got? What's next? Let's go uh let's go number four. Number four. Okay. Oh. Harry Roseman's calling again. Bran, you're trying to work on those wide receiver rankings for him. And he's so impatient that he's just hitting you up again. And you're saying, all right, he must have a follow-up on the wide rece ivers. He says, no, Fran, sorry to bother you again. All right, but I need your help. Same situation as the wide receivers, but now it's the offensive line. You know, I got this new guy, Chris Cooper, weighing in with his opinions. I got scouts telling me one thing. I got the analytics department telling me another thing. Jeffrey's in my ear about one of these guys. I've got my own evaluations. We're all over the place. This is the first time. Usually in the past, we just say, Stout, who do you want? And that would be our draft board for the offensive lineman. Now, this is a whole new world. I don't know how to rank these guys, Fran . There's so many offensive tackles in the first round. I've never seen a draft like this. So I need you to help me. I need you to rank, and I actually threw one guard in there, Frank. Because, you know, I thought maybe this could potentially be a guy for us, maybe if we trade back, but at the end of the first round. So don't worry about Miami's Francis Maui Noah. He he's going early. We're not going to be in position to draft him. And don't worry about Utah Spencer Fauna. I don't I I think he's just going to go too high. You know, there's too many tackles. I don't think we're gonna be in position to draft him. And then Penn State's Venga Yoane , which it is pronounced Venga, correct. Yeah, so they're with an N and then that's not yep. Great, great uh pronunciation gu ides for podcasters in France draft guide as well. By the way, don't worry about him because you know there are some really guard needy teams picking in the top 15. I just feel like one of them's gonna look at him and say we're not overthinking it. So take those three guys off the board. I got six offensive linemen here. Okay . Georgia's, Monroe Freeling, Alabama's, Kad en Proctor, Utah's, Caleb Lomu , Arizona State's Max Ihanachore, Clemson's Blake Miller, who I hear you're a big fan of uh there, Fran, uh, and Texas AM's Chase Bisantes . I need to know, Fran , those six guys can you I need to add your rankings to our spreadsheet here because we're all over the place. Give me an Eagle specific draft board for those six guys. All right. So I would put Caleb Proctor at the top. And I think that there are Caden Proctor. Caden Proctor not Caleb Lohman. Sorry. So no, so here's the thing, is that there is a Caleb Proctor in the class. Uh there's a Caleb Proctor who is a DP. He's two forty eight on France Big Boy. There is a Caleb Proctor who is a defensive tackle at Southeast Louisiana who's at the Shrine Bowl, had a great workout at Combine. Uh a nice day three defense three technique option there. Um so let's go Caden Proctor uh from Alabama. I think with Proctor, and like I said, I do I do think that he's probably off the board for the Eagles. Um, but I think when you're looking at Proctor, uh the big thing is that this is a this is a unique individual from like a heightweight speed standpoint, right? It's a Jordan Davis conversation where uh you know he came in to start this season, he was near 400 pounds by all reports and didn't look great in pass protection early on in the year. Then cut style, you know, gets down into playing shape and was you know much better down the stretch. I will I watched him in 2024 as a true sophomore in the SEC, blowing defenders off the ball, getting great movement in the run game with a bump shoulder, with a with a shoulder that needed surgery as soon as the season ended, missed the ballgame, uh to get surgery on his on his labor and it he hurt in week week one. Right. So this is a guy that uh physicality, toughness, the all the things that we've seen from the Eagles in the past, and he's a a a freaky athlete at that size. So to me, I I look at that as a a unique opportunity where it's not it's not a bad kid. Keep the weight under control and you've got the ability to have a really good player at tackle. I've compared it to Leonard Davis. You remember Leonard Davis with the Cardinals? Um, and he, you know, where he was like, oh, yeah, people's he could be a really good tackle, all pro guard type of situation. I actually do feel that way about Proctor. I don't think that he needs to move into guard, but if a team's head like, hey, he could be a good like an all-pro guard, that's where we want to put him. I'm fine with that. Um, so yeah, uh to me, I look at Proctor, I I really like the swing there. So that I would put him in number one. Um , real quick before you get to the other, you have described him, I believe, in your draft guide, or maybe it was just the impression I got reading the draft guide, high variance. Yeah. Where maybe he hits and is an all pro , maybe someone who doesn't make it to a second contract with your team, you try him at tackle, you try them with guard, and doesn't work out. But you feel when you add up the variance that the juice is worth the squeeze with Proctor. I I do. That's uh at the end of the day, that's kind of where I've landed is that uh you know, even just kind of like digging into like the the character of the off-field of it all as well, um I I'd feel a little bit better about it than I would have even two months ago. So Okay. You know, cause it honestly, there have been things in his past, you know, he was a he was like a an Iowa kid, growing up you know, grew up in the Midwest, and uh had offers from everybody, goes to Alabama, plays there for Nick Saban his first year. Nick Saban retires, he train enters the portal, goes to Iowa. This is crazy. Yeah, goes to goes back to Iowa, spends the spring there, but never actually plays in spring ball. Like just decided. I think he got there and was like, yep, I d I don't belong here. I need to go back to Alabama. So like didn't play in the spring and then transfer back to Alabama. There's just like some weird things like from that standpoint. Um yeah. Can I tell you with no reporting what I thought when I read that? What do you got? I thought there had to be a girlfriend in Falls. Ooh. You know, kinda like all right, grew grew you know, 'cause you're you're you're young there and he, you know, he's getting recruited and maybe he's dating someone, but he's like, oh man, I you know, I can't turn down Alabama and he spent time in Alabama, he's like, Oh, I really miss uh I don't know Cliff K Stacy or whatever, you know, Cliff is usually the one who comes up with the names. Whatever. I miss her. You know what? I could just go back to Iowa and play there, and then I could be with Stacey. And it's like, oh man, this isn't what I actually thought it was gonna be. All right, Stacy. That is that is mere speculation, just in my head when I'm telling my stories about prospects. Because that was so strange. I don't think I've ever read anything like that where he transferred out, but then didn't actually play for the new team and then came back. Now it could be something totally different. Maybe there was a personal situation with a family member or something like you know, it could be something like that. But when I read that, I'm like, uh, you're trying to put myself in the shoes of you know, like 19, 20 years old. And I mean, think those are a lot of decisions you have to make at that age that are very difficult versus just, hey, you know, where am I going for college or what am I doing after high school? Cliff's laughing. Cliff, you don't think you went to Iowa to see Stacy? No, yeah, but as far as the name front goes for Iowa, I would expect the girl named to be named Stacy from I owa. Okay. Stacy, Rebecca, Kelsey, Kelly. Uh what's another what's another common? I like I think Kelly. I think that's Dana. Dana sounds like a very Iowa. I like that one. You know, you don't get a lot of Dana sounds like a Charlotte nurse Dana from the pit. That's one you know. Yeah, nurse Dana from the pit. Yeah, exactly. Actually, okay. I like Dana. All right. So Dana, he's dating Dana, things are going great. He's like I need to be with her. This is the one Iowa is he from though? He's from like literally from um from where uh university is uh from uh aims is it aims yeah des Moines he's from Des Moines right centerville just out of Des Moines just outside of Des Moines okay I don't uh listen, I don't I don't know too much about Iowa, but yeah. One state I've never been to, Iowa. I've never been to Iowa before. This is a couple states I've been to for certain reasons. So yeah, Iowa's probably Iowa's one of them. All right, good. Don't go. Actually, Iowa seemed no Iowa seemed like a cool little place to visit, though. We could go look at some you know Iowa first we'll go to New Hampshire and then we'll go to we'll go to Iowa. New Hampshire, listen, we read that email about New Hampshire, and my wife was like, What is this about the beaches in New Hampshire that that guy was talking about. She started to Google it. I might be going on a vacation to New Hampshire. It sounded very pleasant from what our reader. Hey look man, I got a couple homies from up New Hampshire. They've invited me multiple times to go up there. Okay. I I gotta make my way up there soon, man. One of my one of my Nashua. I could see you. Yeah. One one of my best friends from Temple. Uh one of my one of my former roommates uh is from from New Hampshire, lives there now. We we go up and visit uh every other year or so. So it's nice to know. Right. Yeah. Well the the thing is is that I I laughed when he first said it and then I as he could continue I was like, he's right. You do just see the same people ever ywhere. But uh 'cause it's honestly, it was the running joke was like everything is 30 minutes away. It's like, oh yeah, it's a corner, but it's actually it's like uh everything's a half hour away. Like, oh yeah, we're gonna run the score, it's a half hour away. Um but yeah, that's uh that's basically New Hampshire life. Shout out New Hampshire, shout out Dana from Iowa, shout out Kaden Proctor as number one on France list. All right, Fran, who do we have? Who's next on this? I I would go next Monroe Freeling, the left tackle from Georgia. Um, and I think honestly, the combine really kind of encapsulated Monroe Freeling as uh like kind of how I feel about him. He went to the combine, he tested extremely well. Uh it was it was you know, the the athletic profile is really strong. The field workout was a mess. It was just it was was one of the the the le less detailed workouts. He got yeah, tossed out of one drill to redo it, like he fell a few times. Like and it's like all right, like this is a really raw player, good kid from all reports, you know, everything that I you know that I've gathered is like all right, like is he's a good kid, but just young and inexperienced, but extremely traits. He's long, left tackle only, uh, but he's athletic, he'll get after it in the run game a bit. So there's a lot to work with, but again, just the the inexperienced part of it. So uh I would put him next. I do think that he's got the ability to grow into a quality starting left tackle. So I feel better about that than I do with uh Ihanitore and even and certainly with Lomu um and definitely Blake Miller goes without saying. So I would say uh freeling would be next up on that list. Um I would say next, I'm gonna go max I interesting for for those who don't know the Ihanitore story, uh, moved to America when he was thir years olteden uh and then uh didn't play he played like soccer he played basketball he played other sports growing up uh but did not play football at all through high school goes to junior college and that's where he they the first year goes out for the football team. They teach him how to put his pads on and tie his cleats so the first year doesn't play. Second year, they throw him in a tackle and he becomes like a four-star junior college recruit, gets offers from a bunch of places in the Southwest, uh, and ends up at Arizona State. And they threw him in because of injury. He starts as a f in his first year at Arizona State and never gave the job up. Now, he's only played at right tackle. He's six five. He's north of three thirty. He's got ridiculous athleticism, outstanding feet. He he's got power. He's strong. You would think like the one of the knocks, one of the first things that like gets uh scouts like worried, oh former soccer player, basketball player, like is he tough? Is he is he gritty? Like is he all that? He's really tough and physical. Like I he was getting after people at the senior bowl, like getting there, mixing it up with guys and getting into fights during practice. Like he is a multiple ball of clay. He's only played right tackle. There's things to work, but to me, like the ability, like I would I would take Ihan a chore versus the Blake Miller conversation. Like you know, yeah, Blake Miller is ready to go. Like, yeah, if I need to play a game tomorrow and I I need to win the game, I maybe I feel better putting Blake Miller in the lineup. But if I'm drafting a guy with and I'm gonna give him a five year contract, I'm I want me uh I want Maxi Honitor . So uh to me, I would put him next on that list. Um so I've got three guys left. Blake Miller's definitely at the bottom. Now it comes down to Chase Bisantis, Jersey kid, uh who's played a couple different positions down to Texas C and M, but best suited to play as a guard, I would put him next ahead of Lomu. Uh I think with Best Interesting. Wow. To me, I just in terms like I just feel better about the overall grade. Um I struggle a little bit with Lomu in that he's really athletic, he's light, he's uh you know he's just north of 300 pounds. I struggle with those guys in terms of like the lack of anchor. Like I think that he can get bullied by power. Uh so bull rushers get get the best of him right now. And people kinda point to Colton Miller uh with the Raiders and say like, yeah, like he th he was that guy. There have been guys that you know Garrett Bowles was this way when he was at Utah, but it's like it just takes time. Like uh and it's not a given that he's definitely gonna get stronger and definitely be able to hit that ceiling. And so I look at Loman and I'm like yeah, like I get taking the taking the swing there in the top forty, but I just feel better about Besantes being able to to uh stick as a in in the NFL as a starter. He's really athletic. He's tough. He's physical. I mentioned the versatility. Uh played some tackle, but I do think he's more of an interior guy. I I I like Chase Bisantis. I I feel better about the transition. So for me, I'm going to go with Bisantis, then Lomu, then Miller . Alright. I like it. So he's got Proctor , Freeling, Ihanachor, Bisantis, Lomu , and Miller. I like it. This is why we like Fran because Lomu is a darling on some of these other uh draft boards. Uh Fran's a little lower on him than the others there. Bisantis is a guard only, but uh Eagles. Now which of these guys, Fran, if you said they drafted this guy and he could compete with Tyler Ste en for the starting guard job right away . Obviously Bisantis is the other guys. Which ones could actually do that? And which ones would you say no they're probably just gonna sit out as long as Lane Johnson and Jordan Mylotta are healthy until one of those guys goes down or in in the this is a draft kind of for the future. I would say it would probably probably only be Proctor. Yeah, I I think that Ihanitor is probably a tackle only. I think that Freeling is probably only a tackle only . Uh so what stops them? Like what is that? What why? What what stops a tackle from being able to play guard? Yeah, I think that on the inside, um, yeah, I think I just need a little bit more like anchor. Uh things happen a little bit faster on the inside as well . You know, when you are and you would think that this would be harder for a guy that's less experienced, but I'm thinking with it from an honitor standpoint, uh if you're a tackle going up against a pass rusher and it's just one on one, it's almost it's like playing man to man defense in in uh you know in basketball or as a corner, where it's like, all right, like this is my guy, right? Whereas when you're playing as a guard or as a center, things are happening fast, you've got more stunts and twists you've got to deal with, and you you've got to be a little bit sharper mentally. Uh and so those that's why some of young and inexperienced guards and centers, they can struggle early on because the the mental side of it just proves to be a little bit too much . Cliff, you know how I play man-to-man defense? Hoopin . Help. Help ! That's You can't slide your feet, yo. Yeah, yeah, no. Get it. They get by me. I do the ch poke. Try to poke around, you know what I'm saying, without getting the foul call. Try to poke around and get that ball out, deflect it, and then go the other way for a fast . But the help! Help. Those are the worst kind of teammates, yo. Yo, stay in front of your man. Okay, or my other one is I'm playing way off. This guy's not. If this guy hits this jumper, you know, go ahead. Yeah, but then but then he hit he hit the first two jumpers and then it's like, oh damn. Or it's like uh you know, it's kind of like a campaign situation where it's like good, I want him to hit the first one because now he's gonna take the next ten and he's gonna miss him. Sorry, campaign. That was mean. You're injured. That was uncalled for, campaign. You're loved and you're beloved in the Kabati household. I apologize for that one. All right. There you go. Fran 's got Fran helped out Howie Roseman with the wide receiver draft board, the offensive lineman draft board, Eagle specific, right there. All right, Fran, what do we got? What's next? Let's go, number eight. Number eight. I'm scrolling down. All right. This is one, you know, we've kind of like sort of touched on this with our conversation, but I wanna uh I wanna get more into it. You keep, as I understand, from isn't the same source that told me about Cliff and Johnny Manzales, just another source, told me you keep very detailed notes on every GM and their drafting history, their drafting philosophy. You want to be able to look back and say, does this GM does he take younger prospects? Does this GM uh prioritize premium positions? Does this GM like to trade up? Does this GM like to trade back? You do all that. Howie Roseman, Fran , if you had to describe, you know, let's say you're doing kind of this, uh, you know, uh information trading with people around the NFL and they say, yo, Fran, we're, you know, we do this exercise too, and we can't quite get a handle on how we Rosman's drafting philosophy. If you had to explain that to us , what would you say? What is at this stage of his career? He's had different iterations, obviously. At this stage of his career, what does Howie Roseman kind of prioritize when drafting specifically early in the draft ? The the one I would throw a couple things there. Um one typically, and this is you see, I see this with with Howie. I see this with uh John Schneider, I see this with Jason Light. People that are established in that role for a long time, you know, you're there for a decade, you're across multiple coaching staffs. Uh it typically does evolve. And I typically see those lines of demarcation with the coaching staffs, right? So it's like, all right, like during this era, it was, you know, this a certain type of way. And I just think that that it's it is incumbent upon the general manager to cater to the coaching staff, right? Like you want to be you're shopping for the groceries of you know for the chef that you have employed in the building, right? So I do think that there is an element to that. And so when I'm looking at Howie Roseman and some of the trends, um, you know, the why I the way I kinda operate right now is all right, well, what has it been like since Nick Sirianni has been hired? How does that differ from some of the things we've seen in the past? And are there any through lines? Uh I, do think that there are general philosophies that are important to Howie Roseman and you know he's not bashful about sharing those kinds of things when it comes to like uh the unique traits and you know the day, hey, we get to day three, like we're not drafting backups. We want guys that have some kind of a path, some kind of a unique quality about them that would allow them to set themselves apart and become a starter, some pathway to being an impactful player. Uh the affinity for players that go down to mobile at the senior bowl and perform, especially early, the you know the first two, three rounds. Um, you know, so I think that, you know, and that honestly that's part of the process as well. There are like overall trends, but then there is like, all right, well, uh this is specifically important for round one, this is specifically important for the first three rounds. This is specifically important for day three of the draft. Um, so I would say for Howie , you're definitely looking for like unique traits, like and the uh the the physical qualities. I mentioned the senior bowl for early on, but to me, like, and this is especially evident since Nick Siriani has come in. And it's funny because it's like it's kind of a meme, right? It's like the uh you know dog mentality, like hearing you know, Nick Siriani, how often do we hear him say it? But when you look at every addition that they have made, whether it's high price free agent or first, second, third round pick, some kind of element of those players, and I'll just go through the list really quick. Jihad Campbell, Quinyan Mitchell, Jalen Carter, Nolan Smith, Jordan Davis, Devontae Smith, Drew McCuba, Cooper Dejean, Jalex Hunt, Tyler Steen, Sidney Brown, Cam Jorgens, N'Kobe Dean, Landon Dickerson, Milton Williams. Those are all of the round one through three picks since Nick Sirianni's been hired. Every single one of those guys you could look at and you could hear like Nick Sirianni's voice and say like dog mentality like every single one of them. And so when I look at the if I'm like pinpointing who are players that would fit for the Eagles in in the early rounds, I'm looking at traits like unique qualities with the fit with with the dog mentality. And yeah, if you like play to the senior bowl, you know, when you get to so you think of like Quinyan and you think of uh especially you get down to the second round to the the day two and it's Jalex Hunt and Tyler Steen and Sidney Brown and you go down that list, um, yeah, like that's kind of how I narrow the focus in that way. So uh I would say for Howie, those would be the things I would focus on most. Okay. Yeah, I'm looking at it now. The only one I want Jordan Davis, when he was coming out, I can't remember if he was viewed sort of that way or not. It was like the with him it was the the violence that he played with. Like it was like oh like yeah he's that that kind of guy. Like he's like obviously like a big like boisterous joyful kid, but not necessarily like the the uh intensity of, you know, um trying to think of who would be like uh the like Jalen Carter is a very intense individual, right? Like uh I I would say he's not quite that. So what is the non-dog mentality? It's it's effort, maybe aloof. Yep. That type of thing we're talking about. Yeah. If you read that in the scouting report. Okay . All right. Yeah, maybe not maybe doesn't wanna butt doesn't want to go one on one with uh Siriani when he comes in for the thirty visit, you know, that kind of thing.. Okay Gotcha. There you go. All right. Uh, a couple of I was I was thinking about this because, you know, the analytics community always they always praise the GMs who trade back. And, you know, trade up, that's very r isky. There's uncertainty in the draft. The Eagles trade try trade up or try to trade up pretty much every year now. I mean, it's almost a given that they're gonna make calls and try to move up. Now they're not making a we're gonna move from twenty three to 5 and give up future first type uh type trades. But they uh it feels like when a guy falls to a certain pick, they feel like, all right, let's go and get our guy. That has just been kind of a consistent year in recent years for Howie Roseman. So that's been interesting to me. And then it feels like they think, all right, we'll get those picks back at some point. Howie's savvy enough to make sure we're still drafting for enough volume, but let's go ahead and get a guy we want in the first round . And the other thing I was thinking, Fran, is that like , do we just have to throw out positional value with that, which you would have never said in the past? But now looking at it recently, after the jihad Campbell pick last year, I know Saquon Barkley wasn't a draft pick, but then making that move, you know, spending those resources in free agency, and you just look at like if top 40 picks, is there a position where you would say, Oh, how he wouldn't take this pick in the top forty? I kind of think there's not a position like that anymore. Uh I think that the thing that swung him on jih ad was the cause and look, they talked about it that third that night was like the br the rush upside. Um I think that's probably what allowed him to be okay with that move. I I uh to be honest, like I in terms of taking him that high. Um Fangio duped him. Yeah. Yeah, we'll use him that way, sure, Howie. So you have jihad, then it's corner, D tackle, edge, D tackle, receiver, receiver, tackle, edge, quarterback, edge, tackle, p uh, D tackle, guard Danny Watkins. Like yeah, those look so it was literally . I was looking those second round like Landon Dickerson, 37. You know, so it depends how far you kind of extend that, but that's a obviously an interior offensive lineman. So I'm like, what are the now I guess safety he hasn't taken on higher than sixty four probably with Makuba, unless I'm you know in a while. Yeah, but I mean J Jaquan Jarrett, I think it was earlier. Okay. Yeah, that was a while ago. Yeah, it was in eleven, right? Yep. Okay. All right. Interesting. To your point about the trading up. So like over the course of the entire draft, he's like average to above average contextually to the rest of the compared to the rest of the league. But it really is like it's really round one. Like six of his six of the last ten, one, two, three, four, five, six of the, yeah, six of the last ten first round picks they traded up for. And he only did that one. That has to be highest in the NFL. That's gonna be up. But it really then you look at the the rest of the the rest of the uh during that same stretch, only two of seventeen on day two were trade-ups and two of what you one two three four of forty-nine day three picks during that same stretch were trade-ups. All there was a bunch of trade down. So it's really like round one trade up and then it's it's they rarely do it uh after that. So it's they traded up for Cooper DeGene, they traded up for Dallas Goddard , they traded up for Keith Ringo, they traded up for Kyron Johnson , Jordan Mylata , and Donnell Pumphrey. Like that's that's yeah, that's that's the group. Which I mean that hey, like that that hit rate on uh on the outside of the first round on trade-ups is pretty good. That's uh yeah. When they showed conviction uh in those spots, it's a pretty good hit rate. So it sort of feels like anecdotally that would make you know, you're saying Fertron, these are the guys we've spent the most time on, have the most information on, have the strongest opinions on let's make sure we're getting someone who we fe you know these are going to be the building blocks of our organization. Let's make sure we feel really good about it. Day three, maybe you're embracing that uncertainty that like listen, we might like this guy more than another guy, but let's be honest, it's really tough at this point in the draft to feel really confident that the guy who goes um 137 is gonna definitely gonna be better than the guy who goes 159. So we don't need to go make uh crazy moves. Maybe we draft for a little more volume there. I don't know. That's just me thinking about it. It's fun piece. I actually honestly I might do a piece on that, like just looking around the league, like at the trade-ups and the last you know, we'll say like a six-year sample or ten-year sample. Uh, because that could be fun. Yeah. All right. All right, friend. What do we got? We're not done yet, are we? We got two more. Okay, yeah. I know. I'm keeping track. Just making sure you're keeping track. My number growing up, uh, number 10. Let's go number 10. Oh, a little Dutch Dalton. Okay. John the Claire. All right John Leclerc . Fly guys. Cliff's all flyer. All right. Handout. The J Cliff, you had something? You want to get a little bit more? Can you name 10 random flyers right now? Eric Desjardin, Michael Renberg, uh Eric Lindross, uh, John Leclerc, Brian Boucher , Brizgalloff . Okay. All right. Wayne Train. Come on, man. Wayne Wayne Simmons. There you go. Um what's the what's the guy? Danny Brere. Danny Brere. There you go. All right. Got him. The president of the team the president of the team correct jonesy uh we got the jonesy all right um and then bob rowski remember him bob yo how many botch flyers goalies at you? Endless. Endless. Endless. Yes. You'll notice that a lot of those were from when I was at Philly.com for flyers. But if you're wondering what was that selection about, that's what that selection uh was about. And then of course, you know, when when I was younger, the Lindros teams. All right, friend, we got number ten. I'm asking you to hand out the Jalex Hunt Drew Makuba Memorial Award. This goes to a player selected in the top 100 who seems to clearly be a Vic Fangio guy. It might be a pick that goes against the consensus. We look at the consensus board and go, did the Eagles reach for that guy? But it's a prospect that Vic Uncle has pounded the table for. And how he says, you know what? This Ms. Rob, if I don't take that guy, he's just gonna make my eye I like it. It's just gonna be so annoying to hear from Vic Uncle for the next several months. So I need one player in the top hundred that you say, you know what? I could see, even though Vic Uncle saying I might not be here in 2027. They still say, Right. You know what? We're gonna we're gonna give you a one, Vic, here in the top 100. That was one I thought about, you know, mention maybe texting you earlier, saying think about this one. But then I thought, you know what, this guy has a sick ness. He's done 267 players. I'm just going to spring it, you know, spring it on him here as we do the pot. So there you go, friend. Do you have anybody that comes to mind? Of course I do. Uh let's go, let's go Illinois pass rusher Gabe Ak is, uh who's I mean a former high school wrestler, like high school state champion wrestler. Um really f and the his game is based off physicality, you know, ruggedness. You know, he's not like a high-end athlete. He's a fine athlete, but not a not a like superb athlete. He is more like I'm going to fight you on every single snap type of player. Uh so I would say Gay Backis, it's come it comes to mind off the edge. Uh at linebacker , I would say honestly it's probably Josiah Trotter. Wow. Yeah. Two Trotters take it up. Yeah, and we'll also say like Torreon York from Tech San M. I think those guys are kind of cut from the same cloth uh as pure like uh honestly I think Jeremiah Trotter Jr. was my comp for Torrey on York uh from TechSay and M. So we'll throw both those guys in there as if pure box players. I L worikery about the athleticism, the ability to hold up in space, but uh, you know, that kind of ability to play through the traffic and play downhill. I think both those guys check that box at corner. I'm gonna go with Malik Mohammed from Texas. Um, you know, great zone eyes, he's got ball skills, he'll he'll come down and he'll play against the run. He's physical, he's competitive. I I like Malik Muhammad. And then at safety , I wanna say, I mean, Dylan Thieneman would probably be the guy, but uh you know, in terms of I don't know that you can throw Vic that bone if he were to fall to them at twenty-three just because of uh resource allocation. But Theneman, I think, would be a great fit. And then uh we'll say as a day three option there just to be safe. Jacoby Thomas, the safety from Miami, just the physicality uh and the zone instincts in the middle of the field. I mean, what a win that answer was for me because I just asked for Fran for one, and he gave me one, two, three, four, five, six. And now when your boy's putting together his seven round mock, you know, just gonna look at these. Then I'm gonna read his draft guide and I'm gonna say, all right, which one do I most agree with here? That friend gave me from this group. So that will not be the last you've heard of Gabe Backis or Tori in York on the Ringers Philly Special. I'll tell you that much. Z B, no cheating. I call Dave to all those guys when we do our seven round mock down the road. All right. That leaves us with one question. I'm scrolling. What did I not cross out yet? I'm scrolling up. E say oh, he went opposite of what he done does. And goes three last year. Okay. So or earlier you had Cliffy Dose's outside fund. Now you get access to Sean Sayed's movie fund. Oh so we look at his credit card bill from the past year and say anything he spent to watch movies, it could be tickets. It could be memberships. Yes, he does have memberships. It could be concessions. I know he's so focused on the movie that I don't know that he actually is willing to, you know, take that half second to hydrate or eat anything. But maybe, you know, he made an exception at one point. It could be travel. Maybe he's getting, you know, have you heard of this Dune three thing, Fran , where it's only available uh in this certain type of screen movie theater. There's only, I think Sayed said there's like 70 of these in the country. No. And so there was this big I think yesterday there was this big rush where you had like you literally had to just like buy these tickets. I could be What are we doing? Like we're it's hard enough getting people to go to the theater. We're gonna limit their opportunity to do it. Well, that's why we need more of these screens, I think, because there is demand for these. I don't know what's so special about them. I think it's 70 something. I don't know. But anyway, there was this big rush yesterday where people like scooped up these tickets to watch Dune 3. I think it comes out in December. I want to say I haven't seen any Dune movies. Uh, to watch these movies. so And Sean , I think could be, I don't know. He this was off the record, but I'll say it. I don't think he'll be mad. I think he's gonna be in the Philadelphia area in December at the cause King of Prussia has one of these screens, friend. And I think Sean said I he's looking around. All right, where can I get to? And he's like, oh, I gotta see this, which I mean, I can't imagine that type of commitment. But anyway, that's the type of fun we're talking about here with Sean Tyette. So you get to place the Sean Sayed Movie Fund on three prospects, same exercises earlier, but now we're saying day two. So day two , three prospects you feel the best about if you had to say on today, April 9th, these guys are gonna end up as Phil Philadelphia Eagles. If you hit, we get to double the Sean Cyan movie fund and maybe he takes you to see Dune 3 at King of Prussia. You know, maybe he takes you to lifetime afterwards, play a little pickleball, maybe go walking through the mall a little bit. I mean, the smell of the mall. Now, I don't know if he's gonna take you to the fancy stores or the bobo stores or whatever. You know, you got the different areas there of the King of Prussian mall, but he's going to take you uh on that trip with him if you nail one of these picks. So it could be round two, it could be round three. I don't care about when they're going to take them. You just feel like Friday night, when we're all potting, we're saying, oh, the Eagle selected this player. What do you got? All right. So I'm going to do you a solid because I'm just going to give you more options for uh for your for your Eagles seven records. Let's be honest. That's what this whole exercise has been about. You know, so I I won't repeat any of the previous names, is what is what I'm looking at. So let's go um Penn State pass rusher, Deny Dennis Sutton. Uh he was one other one I thought about instead of going Gabe Akis there off the edge. Um I do like Deny Dennis Sutton. Uh he plays with physicality, he tested extremely well, high character kid. Um I gu to me like, he's not a superb athlete on film, but again, like tested really, really well. Uh plays hard, productive, special teams production, you know, dog mentality, but uh check the box there. I I I like Denai Dennis son. So let's go with him as a day two edge rusher. Let's look at the day two tight ends. I would say like, all right, maybe they maybe they get the party started a tight end with Oscar Delp, uh from Georgia. Um high upside player, three-year starter, in line. He's versatile, tested really well. I think that that one makes a lot of sense. Um, you know, maybe even a surprise, like late second round pick there, Oscar Delp. So let's go, Oscar Delp . And then , hmmm. Great name so far. Den y Dennis Sutton. Yep. Oscar Delp. I mean, this would be exciting for me here on day two. Well now I now I well see here's the thing is that now I feel like I need to get you another really good name to to o. No, you don't have to just I would think yeah, you kinda here's the tricky part of this exercise. You kinda can't go now you could do this. You could go another tight end, you could go another edge, but you kind of call your shot called your shot on those two. Yes. So I feel like you'll probably go a different direction here. I'm thinking about positions maybe. Yep. Day two. Uh, you know, interior offensive line. That certainly could be one . If they don't take a wide receiver on day one, do they address wide receiver on day two? Is there someone there? Yeah. Who you feel like they might really like. I think probably you're probably a no one corner. You're probably a no-one defensive tackle unless there's somebody you really like there. You're probably a no-on off-ball linebacker unless there's someone you really like there. So I think those are the positions we're probably talking about here. So I'm gonna go with a wide receiver who I really I really like on film and he tested a lot better than I thought he would. Like I I my question on this player was the overall like athleticism and more importantly, like the top end speed. And then he goes and he ran like low four-four at the combine. He's older. So that's the only knock. But you know, we saw the Eagles do this with Ty Robinson last year and in this class. Maybe it happens a little bit earlier. I think he'd be a good scheme fit for Sean Mannion. Des ign Stribling from uh from Ole Miss. Um to To me, like the one of the better blocking receivers in this class, like I said, ran better than expected. He's got inside, outside versatility. He's got good size. You know, my comp for him when I studied him. Um, and again, this kind of gives you a little bit of a peek into the uh the skill set and the type of player that I thought he was. Uh because this guy was I believe he he was undrafted when he came out of uh of NC State a few years ago. That's and it's turned into a good player, Jacoby Myers. Um, you know, who like, all right, like line inside, like possession guy. Um, but again, like he goes here, yeah, there's stribbling around four three six at two hundred and seven pounds. So I I did not expect that uh from that player. But one of the better blockers at the position, I mentioned the inside outside versatility, caught everything , pr solid route runner. Give me uh Design Stribling as like your uh you know late third round pick, sixth-year senior, young sixth sixth year senior, 23 years old on draft night. Um, but yeah, let me get give me stribling there. Young sixth-year senior senior is like best third tight end in the uh in the NFL. Johnny Munt callback there uh to the loyal listeners. All right, so Fran does give us another great name there. Des an Stribling, Oscar D elp, Deny Dennis Sutton. I mean, Fran has just made my pod prep here for the episodes ahead so much easier. Now, was that the goal of this episode? Who's to say? Some might say yes. Others might so it's say it's merely a coincidence. But because he has done that, here's what I need you to do. Okay. I need you to go to the mock draft. I need you to go to the draft guide. Any place on the all-city network. You can go podcast reviews. You can go YouTube reviews.Anywhere where it's possible to give Fran a review for his stellar draft coverage. I need you to go there. I need you to say, this is the reason I tune in, I read, I listen, and then give it a little hashtag Philly special bump because I want to I want Fran to be texting me a week from now saying, oh my gosh, the listeners, they're crazy, you know, this is crazy. Look at this. Philly special bump here. Philly special bump here. I need to get that text from friend. If I don't, you've all failed and you failed miserably, and you know I'm willing to call you out for such things. So there you go. Fran, anything else? How do you think this went? Did you enjoy it? As expected. I love every time I'm able to catch up with you. Can I really quickly? Because I feel like I have to empty this while I have it. Uh please. I always go through you know, going through the mailbag rather than text you're like fire here. I don't want too much time. Listen, I got time. You you're you good you're a busy man. I got time here. Go ahead. All right, so here we got. Uh and this is we're like we're digging back here because I've been t I a while since you asked me on the show. Like I don't know what to tell you. So it's been a while. Um buying movie theater popcorn and taking it home is perfectly fine. We can go out for cheeseburgers or ice cream or a beer, but we can't go out for popcorn. Like get off your high horse. Have you done this? Do you do this? No, but if that's okay to me, I was like, that sounds like a great idea. Um why why not do that? Um I'm okay there. Um I agree with She don't even remember this one. I agree with Sheel's sister on the don't touch my pretzel until the movie starts stance. I'm actually very, very like I Frank, we literally just saw a movie uh th we saw um the new Super Mario movie, uh my uh me, Francis and and and Meg and the three of us went and we sat down. Francis reached over to grab a pretzel and I like smack his head away. I was like outta here until until the opening credits start. Like we're not eating during the previews. Um all right here's my move. I should take Francis to a movie, let him eat the pretzel before, and then Shield Uncle will be viewed favorably in his eye. So yeah we, might have to get that. Go all right. So Francis, don't eat the food until until the actual movie starts. I didn't see the credits. I I didn't buy the the pretzels to eat during the previews. I got them to eat during the movie. So I I I wait until the movie starts. So if you I always wait. I find that I think that's insane. Yeah. I I take I take my time on that. Um I'm with Cliff. I just pound it right away. Yeahah, yeah, yeah, ye. Yep. Smash the food right away. Uh Cliff and I have very opposite barber haircut booking processes because you say that you just like you just walk right in. No I gotta call his guy. You call day up. Yeah, you call day up. But only day of. Like you can't do it any like you can't do it two days ahead, day ahead. Like you gotta call them day of. I literally I have I have my haircut booked for like uh like week three of the NFL season. Like I it's literally liter I am so far out. Uh because uh my guy books up so fast, so I just like all right, like let's just pick a random Wednesday at eight AM and I I it'll it'll I'll I'll be in. Uh but yeah, I have to book out months ahead of time. So it's like that now. My old barber from high school, that's one of my homies now. Um he's to bro like I went from getting my hair cut in his basement. Like now he uh some of my best friends still get cut by him still. He booked out like three weeks in advance. And if you need to squeeze an appointment, it's like a hundred dollars. I'm like, damn, Oscar. That sounds like a smart CTC guy right there. I'm like it up, dog. Yeah, little exclusive club. You pay a little more, I get you in. Fam, a hundred dollars for a cut is insane. That's crazy. That's crazy. Are you calling Fran or is this online? It's all online. So yeah, they 're all like booksy and all that. Like all the apps now, they be they be locking you in now because it just makes the process easier. Yeah, and the way I do it now is like literally like uh when I check out, uh when I'm there, I'm like, all right, let me just you know, let's just book the next one and I'm like uh he's like all right what what you uh your next one's September, you wanna do uh October third? I'm like, Yeah, October th yeah, sure, that sounds right. Let's do let's do it . Once a month is that our free one. Yeah. Every uh like every four weeks. Yeah. So it's just about once a month. Man, times have changed. Since your boy would just pull up to the haircuttery, you know, ten dollars. Yo, the haircut. Couple dollar tip. We're good. Yeah. No, back in the day you pulled into the barber shop. You had to hope you had to hope that nobody was there. Maybe like one or two people in front of you, and then that was it. Nowadays, it's the apps, the ring lights, they charge in a hundred used to get a cuff for like 10 used to get a cuff for like 10 you was good and now you know it's it's the the the inflation is going crazy but times have changed yeah it's what else we got uh if someone if i hold the door for someone and they don't say thank you, I will yell at them, you're welcome. Uh I don't remember that I I have done that like several times. Yeah. Yeah. I will yell you're welcome. Uh yeah yeah And do they hear you? What's the thing they hear they might choose not to respond? But yeah, sometimes it'll be like uh it'll be a little awkward or confrontational, but like come on, Schmohawk. I'm with you. Yeah, yeah. Uh I don't remember what this was in what this was in response to, but this was around Halloween. All I wrote was scaring kids trick-or-treating. Um so I'm assuming this had to do with like uh my first time not going trick-or-treating as a teenager. And I sat. I think I had just gotten braces on, so I couldn't Halloween candy, so I can't go. So I like dressed up like all black. I put like a skeleton mask on, and I had the candy like in my lap, and the kids would come. And if they took more than one, because we assigned, I assigned like on my chest with like take only take one and so if a kid only to ok more than one I would just really quickly like grab his wrist scared the crap out of multiple just great you couldn't do that anymore I feel like. Too many people would complain. I was about to say they probably you know maybe might get hands and feet put on you now. Yeah well yeah probably um I'm not sure I will ever look at Cliff the same after being after him being okay with the double dip. I still feel strongly about that . That one a lot of people have commented on. Yeah, you're not alone there. You might have leg mailed the mailbag on that one. Like I said, in the common space with not too many people, you know, a couple homies, whatever. I don't the double dip ain't really going, you know what I mean, anger me or bother me. So go ahead and double dip around me. It ain't that big of a deal. Sheel, you have you have Dr. Wiener. Had Dr. Wiener. Had Doctor Wiener. Yeah. Mine was Dr. Cutter. What? Oh my god . Oh my god . That's worse. Doctor Cutter Doctor Wiener, I feel like he knows what he's doing. Doctor Cutter, I'm getting a little nervous . Here's the thing, okay? So yeah, it's a it's a one time visit, right? So it's a one time visit. And I'm there and the and the the nurse beforehand is like, Do you mind if I put some music on? And I'm like, Okay, okay, sure, yeah., it's fine So I'm sitting there and you know, getting ready for the procedure. And the song, and I will never hear the song again and not think of this moment, was what if God was one of us? So I'm like As Dr. Cutter goes to the room Yo I was like man this this is really uh I don't I don't know. I don't know what to do with this. What if God God. What a how did that song come on? I mean, what are we listening to? Like if you put something else on. Um unbelievable. Uh I am team, no fly. I'm just reading my note. I am team, no fly zone, no zipper, no crotch hole, straight double layer pull down. Why would you choose to have two barriers? Over the fence. Over the fence. Not through the gate, says Rand. You're a wide receiver choosing to go up against double coverage if you got two barriers there. Two different ways that things can go. That's hilarious. Absolutely not. No, we don't need to get into it, but all right, you're on the record. Lastly, I am glad that Sean Sayed revealed that I had him on the pod first . Yeah, what a that was what a throwback that was. That was incredible. Honestly, because bet you know back then on that show, it was like, all right, like I want to find someone that does like X's and O's work for each and the Vikings, you know, it's a smaller media core and they didn't have anybody that was doing like X and O stuff so great by Sean to like say like all right that's a that's a void uh to be able to jump in. He was doing great X and O's work and I was like, hey you want to come on the show on the show. Um so yeah I was glad that he uh that he pointed that out. Listen, what uh that that lore was incredible, which I had never heard before that Sean Sayed shared their little lesson. You know, he's just putting content out there, never know who's gonna pick it up? W'hos paying attention? A young man by the name of Fran Duffy was paying attention and got Sean Sayed started on this journey he's been on. That does he regret now? As I, you know, just yell at him for stuff on the pod. Maybe but, you know what? That's okay. Are you gonna get him to watch any draft prospects or what? No, I think that uh his preference is probably to let the Eagles make their picks and then he'll watch those guys and come back. I guess yeah I, don't well here's the thing. I mean, I I think here's how people now I can't speak for Sean, but people like me, like I'm not going to watch with the same expertise as a Fran Duffy uh and the volume of a Fran Duffy on these prospects. So I might watch a little bit here and there, just oh that's what this guy looks like. I kind of like that. But I the thing that annoys me about some of the draft analysis is that people speak with such confidence with their tak es and then they're totally wrong. And then the next year they forget that they were totally wrong and then they speak with such confidence about their takes again. Now it's not that different than NFL analysis, but I feel like when I have a take that's totally wrong on the NFL. Like last year, I was like, the Seahawks offense is gonna suck. Right. I'm held to account for it in week eight when it's like Shield, you were totally. I'm like, all right, I was totally wrong about this. Whereas I feel like I need an enterprising young content To start keeping receipts. You know? And that way, five years from now, we can say, Oh, Keldrick Falk is an all pro. Who actually had Keldrick Falk ranked higher than everybody else? There's got to be some way with data to analyze the analysts here so that we know who should we pay be paying attention to, who should we not be paying attention to? Because anyone could say, Oh, I had this guy. You know, nobody else had him yeah okay you're pointing to one guy you had let's look at the entire give me an entire top 50 and use some data five years down the road when they're done their rookie contracts and actually analyze who might know what they're talking about for him? And you obviously would perform very well in those metrics, but I don't, I'm not, I'm not doing those. I'm giving other people work. I can't put together that type of spreadsheet. But if you're a young person out there, go with the spreadsheets, little idea for you. We'll link you up. There you go. Well, you mentioned earlier like media literacy, and I think that there's this is not just like draft analysis, but I think it it goes like to NFL analysis too. That everyone you have to get into like the whys behind stuff. And a lot of people that put together big boards like, some big boards are putting together like I want to try and get the closest to the top 100 players that are off the board. Me personally, like I don't care who are the top 100 players off the board. Like I want to care, I'm well I'm trying to project what are those guys once they reach the NFL ? Um, but if that's what your goal is, then we're doing two different exercises. Uh to me, like that's what mock drafts are for and not what a big board's for. Um so yeah, it's uh it's all about what you're trying to do with the exercise. As always, Cliffy Two's advice, touch grass , get your steps and mind your business. Yeah. Never never been uh more relevant than this day this day and age. And then you know what? When you're signing on, you don't need to be getting s doom scrolling for ten minutes. You just go to the Fran Duffy Draft Guide there if you want to learn more about the NFL draft. All right, check out all of France work. I love that we got those uh leftover notes in there at the end. I should have included that as one of the ten, but that's okay. It's a little bonus for everybody out there. Check out all of his work, support, all of his work. Uh thank you to Cliffy Dose, Cliff Augustine, sorry, thank you to Ace Producer, Cliff Augustine as well. We will be back, I believe, on Monday with ZB going on the record with some takes for first round targets for the Philadelphia Eagles. And of course, some other. Maybe we'll get a flyers minute. Maybe we'll look at the C. Flyers! Maybe we'll see if the Phillies have scored a run by then. It's they may not have. All right. So we'll bottom half a runs in the league. All of that. All right.
