We're spilling all the tea on tea and tea as speculation hits the boiling point about whether they're tying the knot in New York's Madison Square Garden or Taylor's holiday house on Rhode Island. Zendaya and Tom Holland are breaking their vows of silence on wedding rumors that have had spidy senses tingling for months. Plus how Dua Lipa and Callum Turner's fairy tale journey down the aisle is inspiring a new trend of hopeful romant manifesting their own happily ever after. It all starts now on the weekend view, celebrity, I do's, and don'ts. Who are those guys ? Who are those men ? Hello and welcome to the weekend view. We were escorted out to Arra ise, where is my husband? The viral hit that's becoming a wedding dance floor staple because today's show is all about this summer's biggest celebrity weddings, and we're all dressed for the occasion. . Yes Wait, I'm gonna give her a test. Do you know what do you know what my theme is? Yes. Not you. Am I looking at you? The earrings or the outfit? The whole thing. What am I doing? I don't know. It's something borrowed from you. This is your jacket and your earrings. She's never seen it Then do you want to guess what Tiny is? Something blue? Something blue. What else? I am a Taylor Swift fan I am a guest at the wedding And you are in your usual morning. You're going to a funeral This is what she wears to your wedding. Your wedding wedding garbage. No, this is her wedding uniform. Yes. There's no threat she's going to end up in white at a wedding, okay? Well, okay, then and you know what? Speaking of celebrities, it doesn't get any bigger than Taylor Swift and Travis Kelsey's wedding, which is rumored to be happening next weekend. We still don't know where they're getting hitched though, but there is plenty of speculation on social media about two possible locations. First one is New York's Madison Square Garden, of course , or Taylor's holiday house in Rhode Island. Let's watch this clip. Madison Square Garden in the Age of Drones. It may be the only place in the whole world that she can truly do it in private. If it does end up being an MSG, it will not look like MSG. If she can turn anything into something beautiful water into wine, the interior of the arena has no windows , which means paparazzi cameras and drones won't be able to leak any photos. It also has underground parking so guests can arrive and leave totally undetected. It is a good guess from the security standpoint, but like would you really want to get married in a place with no windows . Which people can find natural light, like they can make it. They can bring it in. Yeah . From Europe . But now there's a lot of activity going on in Rhode Island again. And the thought is that she is getting married at her Rhode Island estate . So where do you think this is gonna happen in New York or Rhode Island? I really hope it's not at Madison Square Garden. I understand the logistics and the point if you want privacy, if you don't want paparazzi shots, that's where you can control the air sp spaceace, the drones, and all that . But it's not romantic. I had the most beautiful lighting. I got married in Florida. You know, you felt the ocean breeze. You can buy natural light. You can buy natural light. with the most beautiful decor you're still gonna feel like you're in a place with no windows. That's like, you know, where the next win? That's great. Asking something though, are we speculating or do we know that? That could be a diversion too, but I think a lot of this is to try to like throw we could be in circle for nothing . You're wearing my junk for nothing. It was junk you didn't even recognize, so let it go. Her house in Rhode Island is beautiful. One of my favorite places, Ocean House is a big resort that's next to it. And I've seen it. That's where I would get married absolutely. And you can build privacy, get a tent, like do, you know? But one thing I'm wondering is can you just send drones over anyone and take all their pictures? Like is there any can she rent all the airsacep? I don't know. That's why there is no privacy anymore. You know what? I actually would love for her to get married in Watch Hill, which is a tiny little community Watch Hill Rhode Island. It's where it's probably. I know watching . And it's beautiful. I think it's very significant to her. I have friends who are from there if you can believe it because it's teeny tiny. Yeah, they own a restaurant called the Olympia Room that's been there for decades. And everybody excited. Do they know how to say? Yeah. You know, I how close are you? Nobody picked up one. I have a bulletin. That was your bulletin. I have a bulletin from the New York Times. Taylor Swift wedding, permits filed, hotels booked , new clues point to july third at Madison Square Garden notification . I think it's a diversion. She's a whimsy. Who gets married at Madison Square Gordon? You know what? Neither of them are from New York. They want a big stars You know what? It's sad that can't get privacy. She would have to get married at MSG. Yeah. It's sad that we live in time where the wedding and the intimacy of the kids an entertainer and singer. a It's like's like getting it married at work. Yeah, like getting married at a studio. Yeah, it just doesn't make sense to me. It's not romantic. I mean, remember when I was in a budget . Do you remember when I got engaged? They did that whole thing with with the garden and it was so well produced when they got engaged. It was they had pictures. They did this whole thing. It was beautiful. I just can't imagine that she would go to Maddie. Can I tell you it was probably gonna look like that ? Listen, Jennifer Lopos has had a lot of romantic weddings. She's at about four or five. All right, so this is not the romance that counts . It's not the venue. Today I want to tell you about our friends at Cozy Earth. Can you remember the best night of sleep you've ever had? Hold your horses? There's more. The apple lets you filter hotels by neighborhood, vibe, star level, and amenities like pools and spas and beachfront . Wait, I'm not done. Stop cutting the office. I breathe. No, there's nothing there was research from Emory University. They found that couples who spend over twenty thousand dollars on their wedding , which I'm sure this is much like a million, two million, three million dollars. A lot more. They have a wonderful place. Natural light is going to take those people, again with the natural light. I know I can't get over beat a joke to death why don't you? Anyway, getting back to my research , there were people who spend over twenty thousand on their wedding have a one point six times higher risk of divorce. Oh wow. You need to I think that needs to inflation. It's very different to have a wedding in New York City and the costs here than it is to have one in, you know, and I'm sure occasionally got out marriages work. Couples who spend less than a thousand dollars , wow. That's like he's doing. That's like he's working feeding the guests. Yeah , they have lower than average divorce rates. But I do think there's a lesson from you. Because the public circumstance of it all doesn't really matter at the end of the day. That marriage is what matters. I mean, I've been married almost twenty eight years and we had a good wedding. You know, we had a lot of fun. We had a martini bar, we had a lot of fun. That's going to cost you more than twenty . And we spent more than twenty thousand dollars, but I think the pop and circumst ance of it all is not as important as the actual work that you put in and the friendship. And it's about every day after the wedding. Yeah, really. That's just a symbolic . When I got married to Steve, the second time, we had a small wedding at the twenty one club, which is now defunct, by the way. We had entertainment up the wall. We had a slideshow of all the men I had dated There's Steve doing the horror with Alan Alder. That's your wedding looks so handsome. Oh, he'll tell me he never wants to be on television . But we had a show . We had to Susie Esprin MC it. It was great. Wow. We believe in putting on your bringing re younew your house? I'd love to go to something like that. I was talking about it, maybe our anniversary. Are you serious? Well, we're together this summer forty four years. Oh, that's Maggie. We're only married . We're only been married since twenty eleven. Wait, so you've been talking about renewing your vowel? No, not renewing. That's dumb. Everybody who renews their everybody who does that gets divorced, get a divorce. You know what? That's an exact. That's a bad jewelry that happens in the real housewives. They renew their volume and then re sixteen over. And I don't even kiss that show and I know it's true. Yeah, that you do. Yeah, so no, I won't do that. But maybe an anniversary show and you'll all be invited. Anniversary show on set and an not on Taylor show. No, she's not a punish show. We have celebrate and love. We can people cook and people give it a little spare. Yes, okay. So here's more on Taylor. Taylor's palms, musician Estee Heim told People Magazine that the wedding advice she gave about the wedding advice she gave Taylor Swift, have as much fun as possible . You just enjoy it. Him said she was a little overwhelm ed at her wedding and wish that she stopped to take it all in for a moment . So what wedding advice would you give to anyone who's someone gave me this advice and I love it. When you're actually up with your partner, take a pause and stop the ceremony and look back at all the people you love because this is one of the few times in your life. Your work friends will be with your childhood friends who will be with your family . Yeah. And like look back and just soak it in and look at those faces that came to celebrate that. Yes. It was like the hurt. This is what that picture looks like. You are so happy and he's looking at you like, what is wrong with me? You know what happened for that , which is hilarious? The photographer was saying something about laughing, and she goes, Well, when you start to be more candid and laugh, and so I jokingly went like he looked at me that he has every day of our marriage . That's how I look at her every time she starts crying. I know . Who else has advice, anybody? Past yourself drinking at your own wedding because everyone's giving you champagne, they're giving you a cocktail. I'm gonna be honest by the end of the night things got a little bit blurry for me . So it's the lens on the cable on the cable. Lighting. Yeah, lighting. You want the breeze, yeah. Yeah. Sunny, I was given similar advice to take it all in just with Manny . And we walked in. Sonny, you look like a baby. Sunny. Gave you that advice. My father my father did just to take a gorgeous dress. You would do it. Thank you. That was beautiful. That looks like it looks like gabe from the side. It does. I got the same advice to take it all in, but I got it from my florist who said, You know how much I've worked on putting this together? I think you pay attention. Your wedding was great We were at Joey and I were at your wedding. That was an awed. Because there wasn't a wedding in the room . It was beautiful. I wasn't there . No , no. But you want to take it in because the adrenaline of the day, the pressures of what the day feels like is all about. You try to accommodate everyone that came, but the point is they're there for you and really make sure you pause in alone moments with your partner throughout the day or night to stop because it will go fast and you won't remember. And find your partner because you do get pulled a lot of directions. And I remember realizing like , I'm not spending enough time with Justin right now and it's like our day our day. Yeah. That's that's what we're saying. I don't believe in a big. I would give Taylor Swift advice. Do not get a big weddings are like boobs. The bigger they are, the harder they fall. Might have want to talk you wanted to tell her that before she booked MSB? Really? I think a small I totally . So actor Tom Holland is on the cover Resquire where he finally confirmed rumors that he and Z endaya secretly got married in a quiet ceremony with family. Zendaya talked about why they keep their relationship private on the New York Times modern love podcast. Let's watch. I try my best to be able to have things for myself and for him as well. And so we do our best in general to not hide ourselves from the world , but just I think preserve things for ourselves so that we can maintain that joy just within ourselves and our loved ones and our families. So that's kind of like my broad way of just saying I hear it but I, also like my own little boundaries of what I like to bring up and talk about, but then also what I'm also willing to share, you know? The other one was so for clamped. Yeah. Well, you know what? Let's violate all her boundaries now. Let's talk about them on them. They're adorable. They are so sweet and they are private. And I love that because it almost gives you that feeling that everything about it is real because it's just theirs. But I love that feeling that the shares She said we talk about that. The more private she wants to be about it, the more we see people seem to want to talk about it. I feel bad that Taylor Swift has to think about how can I have a shred of privacy on my wedding? I think this is a great example for people. When you see these couples that are ultra public, they often fail. A lot of celebrity relationships just don't work out. Zede and Tom Holland, I think they will because they protect so much. They're not like putting their lives out there for everyone. And they are sacred. And they show you that you can have, as a celebrity couple , a private ceremony . There's a way that they do friends and family . They manage . Exactly. They manage to do it. And I love that for them because I think the most important thing about a relationship is having that boundary around it and making sure that it's private and so I guess I should be eloping that because that's really yeah private. Honestly, I would have been good with it And I think Manny would have been as well. They are a part of it. I'm an only child part. Right back . Only at Sephora. Hi , I let's get you a basket Okay, thank you . So singer Dua Lipa and actor Callum Turner had two fairy tale weddings this summer . There was one private ceremony in London followed by a three day extravaganza in Sicily. Now fans say that she manifested this fairy tale romance with her twenty twenty four hit training season, which is about being tired of dating guys she had to train to be good boyfriends Yeah . So did you so did you I'm curious. You guys you've had a lot of boyfriends. You're a bunch of sluts . Yeah . Who died and made you the Virgin Mary ? Did you have to put up with a lot of bad boyfriends? I know that's true of some of you. I've heard stories. I've heard stories too Oh, is it about me? Yeah, I put up with a lot of bad boyfriends and some good ones too. But you know , one of the things I loved about Dua Lipa is she kind of recreated in the first ceremony, she recreated a look by one of the people that I think is like the cool girl forever, Bianca Jagger. Oh yeah. When she married Mick Jagger. Yeah. Look how beautiful that was That was my God, your earring just fell off my finger. How do you how do you keep this thing? I think lobes have to have lobes. It helps. Okay, you know what I also what I also love about Dualefa and Calib is they met, were in like a restaurant or something. They were reading the same book . They were on the same chapter and they just started talking for hours. They actually this was my celebrity wedding of the summer because one really feels like it's built to last and it was like private and intimate and for them. But was it an interesting book? The book trust, which is an excellent book. It's a family trust in like the, you de knowal, ing with a fight name . It's a bunch of different things at once. It's by this Argentine named Hernandius and it's like, you know, it's the story you would like actually the story is told from different perspect ives . And so it's a bunch of different stories at the same time. And he had the corniest line went, oh, so this means we're on the same page. Caleb will do a lot of this. Yeah. Yeah. I like a great line to admit. I like this little book thing because I think what you read says a lot about you . You know, I always tell my son who , you know, he's dating . You know, I haven't quite liked a lot of the people he's dated. And I often tell him he reads voraciously. He reads all the time. And if you're a person that reads like the Art of War for fun , you need someone that also is a reader or an intellectual . And I ask him, ask her what she's reading. Okay, but one woman said, I'm reading your book. I know one girl said, I'm reading your mother's arm. Oh my gosh. rough? I mean my favorite chapter I appreciate the game. If both you re'adreing the Art of War, that would be scary to him. I don't know. I mean, it's, I think it's an interesting way that they met. I think it is for the long term. But I want that hat because I think it's gonna rain again . We'll be right back. The weekend view is sponsored by Rock Skincare, clinically proven and dermatologist recommended . So you're saying with Hilton honors, I can use points for a free night stay anywhere? Anywhere. What about fancy places like the Canopay in Paris? Yeah, Hilton honors, baby. Or relaxing sanctuaries like the Conrad in Talum , Hilton honors baby. What about the five star Waldorf Astoria in the Maldives? Are you gonna do this for all nine thousand properties? When you want points that can take you anywhere anytime, it matters where you stay , Hilton for the stay. without worrying about your wallet How many or on the floor? You can buy now. Wrestling, no fees, no just, no pattern The bride and Frankenstein is bad . Let's sing it and I'm going the chapel clearly we were going the chapel and Every G Every John again going to the chapel . Okay, I'm gonna draw my pen. You ready? Oh ready? Yeah . All right . Do we have to do this with this motor around my hand? No , I have to tell you, it looks like the monitor. It looks crazy. Yeah , that's not better, whatever you just say you do . You put it on. So Sunny , the other bride at the table , was recently on the Webby Award winning behind the table podcast and talked to Brian about a bride to be wedding day dilemma. Watch . A woman wrote into an advice column and said this, my sister thinks she's a great singer, but the reality is she sets off car alarms and makes nearby dogs how with her voice . I'm getting married in August and she wants to sing at my wedding . When I told her no th,re shew a huge tantrum and dragged our parents into it. What should I do? That's a hard one. My first reaction is it's your day your wedding and it's your wedding and you don't , you know, you get to have the day that you want . I think it's very selfish for someone insert themselves in that way and sort of, you know , ruin your day , but this is your sister . I don't have siblings , but I had a certain situation in my family where my cousin we were raised as siblings . Our aunt actually has a very nice voice and she started taking singing lessons to re fine her voice because she wanted to sing Ave Maria at which is heavy that's a big one to a heavy lift at his wedding . And his wife didn't want her to sing. And so he told her she couldn't sing. And she was devastating. Never forgotten, I'm sure. My assumption is this is like a church singing situation like Maria, not at a reception which is a little more . I probably would just let her sing. Just let her sing. She's gonna embarrass herself and it's gonna be horrible. Right. But you'll look like a good sister for letting her sing You love it . I love it Marie . Yeah, try that. Yeah. You see you have to be drunk to sing that song. No, that is really but, I think you could have a choir. So she's I mean, just don't give her a solo. I think you let this but you know why this happens ? Because all of these like modern parents who don't tell their children the truth, they have no talent. Yeah. So no, no, no, you can no more. And I had this happen with Julia. Julia , Julia's one of my close friends. In fact, she was my maid of honor. Did she sing? And no. Well, she had a daughter, she has a daughter who just graduated from Harvard . And she would do Easter pageants and the little girl would be put to sing in the church every time and I would say, Julia , this child sounds like she's in agony. You cannot. And she would say, I'm not gonna tell my little girl that she can't say. Well, I said, well, then she's gonna grow up and fish . No, she won't. You don't tell a child anything like that. Never. You don't encourage a child. You tell them you're beautiful., you're talented Even though they sound like they're in labor? They don't know. They're enjoying themselves. Eventually you come to school. Eventually you got a brave event will. Your sister's getting married and you want a solo at the church. Yeah . And then you say to the kid, it's a two we want a professional for this. Yes. You're wonderful, but this person has put in ten thousand hours. That's such a bold move to want to sit at someone else's wedding. It is. Like in your horse . It is, it is. I think it's great if you have a talented relative. What do you say? I've been rewarding. It's a very important detail. Yes. Yes. Very different . My man ifest related to Andrea Bocelli, I don't think your relatives should be singing at your wedding. Yeah. All right, behind the table streams wherever you get your podcast or watch us on Hulu, Disney plus, or YouTube. Before we go, we want to thank R
