The officers were the first to arrive on the scene on the third of December. The Independent Office for Police Conduct says it's possible they breach professional behavior standards, which covers duties and responsibilities and the use of force. The IOPC says the investigation will examine potential failures to recognize that Henry Novak needed urgent medical attention.
