NEW ZEALAND UFO ENCOUNTER CLASSIFIED UNTIL 2070Jun 27, 2026 — starts at 0:00

Hello and welcome. My name is Al Barrows and this is UFO Disclosure, the podcast that's meant to show an average person's reaction to all the UFO, UAP news from everywhere and anywhere. Today I'd like to relate something that I saw on Via Desoncocido. It's about a UFO incident in New Zealand that their government thought was so dangerous that it classified it until the year twenty seventy. Eileen Morland was not even close to being a woman prone to fantasies . She was a married woman, had five children and was dedicated to a grueling daily routine on a nine acre farm. Investigators from the Royal Air Force would sometim e later describe her as an extremely pragmatic woman, someone whose word had the absolute solidity of a rock. She didn't read mystery magazines , didn't have the slightest interest in science fiction , and most importantly of all, she wasn't looking for attention . In fact, what happened to her that early morning of july thirteenth nineteen fifty nine left her with only one ambition for the rest of her days that the world would forget her. She wanted them to erase her name so she could erase the trauma of what she saw herself . It was exactly five forty in the early morning , Eileen stepped out of her white wooden house with an ordinary flashlight to look for her cows and start the day's work . The silence was total. Only the crunch of her footsteps on the wet grass could be heard. Suddenly, the atmosphere changed completely. The sky seemed to darken. A green glow, a light she later described with an almost physical disgust as a h orrible color began to filter through the low clouds . But it wasn't a soft light like that of an aurora, it had direction . They were two intense light sources that she compared to giant eyes or industrial lamps of a power that made no sense . They came down at full speed and bathed the entire area. At that very moment E,ileen's flashlight became a useless toy. The green was so absolute that it erased any other clarity , but it did so with a frequency that she felt vibrating in her own nerves. She felt it like a neurological invasion that shouldn't be there. Fear left her frozen for a second, but the instinct to survive was much stronger. Eileen did what any living being under threat would do at that moment. She ran towards a row of pine trees that served as a barrier. She hid in the shadows , and from that precarious shelter, with her heart wanting to jump out of her chest , she witnessed a technological sequence that the science of the time could not even begin to theorize . About ten meters from the ground, suspended in air that seemed to have absolutely turned solid, a discord object about ten meters in diameter was floating. It wasn't a spot of light in the distance or a deceptive reflection. It was right there, close enough to see the structural details of a craft that seemed to completely ignore gravity . The object had a transparent dome on top brightly lit from within, and inside, Eileen Salwood would change her life forever . Two figures, two men, or something that resembled them in a way that gave her chills. The light inside that dome was such a pure clinical white that it made the silver suits shine as if they were made of mercury scales. Their movements weren't robotic, but rather fluid and precise . They manipulated smooth surfaces that emanated a glow of their own , as if the ship and the occupant were a single piece of organic engineering, totally ahead of its time . Eileen did not describe beings of light or big headed grays with huge eyes, let alone monsters from a B movie. She saw crew members being in reflective silver suits that looked like they were made of some kind of metallic fabric or chain mail . They wore shiny spherical helmets much like, those of old fashioned divers, but with a technological finish, she couldn't quite process. Remember the date? It's important to remember here that this happened in nineteen fifty nine , july nineteen fifty nine, it was almost two years before Yuri Gagarin would become the first human being to orbit the Earth . Images of astronauts in pressure suits and reflective helmets didn't exist in the visual lexicon of a New Zealand farmer back then. Eileen was trying to explain advanced life support technology using the only analogies she had at hand in her world , diving helmets and chain mail . But the most disturbing part of this case is the detail she chose to keep quiet about for decades, a fact she only confessed in the privacy of her interrogations because she knew perfectly well that if she said it in public, they'd label her as crazy right away. While Eileen watched the crew move inside that lit cabin, she noticed something grotesque and fascinating at the same time . One of them was missing his left hand. This detail of the one handed pilot sets this case apart from other cases where extraterrestrials are normally presented as perfect or superior to humans . It breaks with the idea of the alien entity as a perfect god or an impeccable biological machine that never fails . And then the isolation came to a sudden end. Contact stopped being a passive observation and turned into an aggressive interaction. One of the occupants seemed to realize that Eileen was there, hidden among the pines . He turned, stared at her, and, according to the military report declassified many years later, shouted something in a foreign language. The most terrifying part was the moment when one of them interrupted their task. As he turned, Eileen felt that spherical helmet with no face or visible eyes was staring directly at her, piercing the darkness of the pines, with a gaze that chilled her blood. At that precise moment, the ship made a maneuver that defies any attempt at a logical explanation. The object tilted exactly fifteen degrees on its own axis . After that tilt, a sound was activated that Eileen managed to match later using an audio oscillator, a constant hum of two hundred fifty and hertz similar to that of a high frequency turbine or a transformer under a brutal load . And then in a blink of an eye, it disappeared. It was a totally silent, hypersonic acceleration that merged with the cloudy sky without leaving a sonic boom. When Eileen finally gathered the courage to come out from among the pines and return homeed, she realized something was very wrong . Eighty minutes had passed, a journey that normally took her fifteen minutes had swallowed more than an hour of her life After a few hours of entering her house, Eileen's hands , the same ones that had been holding the flashlight under that intense green light, began to burn her. Strange blisters appeared, bumps that oozed a watery liquid and that if she tried to pop them would come back instantly in the same place . A brown mole also appeared out of nowhere on her forehead and her left eye swelled in a scary way . It was the clear clinical picture of acute exposure to microwave radiation or high intensity electromagnetic energy. It wasn't an allergy or her imagination. It was a real burn produced by proximity to a propulsion system that completely ignores how fragile the human body is. Afterward , Eileen's personal scare soon escalated into a national security problem . Eileen, who was terrified , didn't go to a local hospital because even before she could go there , she was treated in secret by the chief medical officer of the Woodborne Air Base , the military didn't want the medical records of those blisters to end up in the public health system for anything in the world . They knew very well that those marks were the forens ic footprint of a technology they were trying to understand or perhaps hide because they already knew it. And while Eileen was trying to let her hands heal , something really bad happened on her land. The damage hadn't just stayed on her skin, it had spread to her ecosystem. The radiation from the ship didn't just affect Eileen's skin, it also damaged her farmland. Weeks after that encounter , the Moorland farm began to show the true scars of the intrusion, an entire row of peach trees that were right in the path where the ship had approached dried up overnight , without any pests or diseases to explain it . But what truly was chilling was when the family decided to cut down those dead trees to use them as firewood upon opening the trunks , they encountered a phenomenon that defies any logic . The outer bark of the trees was perfect, intact , but the interior, the very heart of the wood , was pure ash bl,ack ash as if it had burned from the inside out Common fire burns the surface first, but high power microwave radiation agitates the water molecules inside the organic matter . It makes the sap boil in a second and carbonizes the core while the outer wood acts as an insulator. Eileen's peach trees were literally cooked by that ship's energy field. That is the physical proof that cannot be denied . What floated over Isleen's property was a reactor of incalculable power operating meters from the ground . The official response from the New Zealand government was basically a masterpiece of contradiction . Internally, the case was treated with absolute gravity. Air Forceestig Invator Charles Milford Jennings, a man of science, methodical to the core, spent entire days interviewing Eileen. He used audio equipment so she could identify the sound of the ship 's engine. Jennings wrote in his personal notes that the woman was a totally credible witness and that what happened was real. But to the outside world , Eileen was viewed as somebody that was hoaxing or was having some sort of hysterical meltdown. The cost for Eileen and her entire family was devastating. Imagine what it was like in a small community back in the nineteen fifties for Eileen to have said she'd seen a UFO . It was an instant social condemnation . The mockery in the local papers began, the cruel jokes and, even worse , the anonymous harassment. The woman even received a threatening letter that simply said You have spoken. A direct warning from someone who felt her testimony was a danger. The pressure was so intense that the subject became an absolute taboo within her own home. Her five children grew up knowing they couldn't mention the early morning of july thirteenth if they didn't want to see their mother destroyed . Eileen ended up changing her name, moved to another city, and tried to lose herself in oblivion in a nursing home . But even though she moved and changed her name to escape the trauma, the state contacted her through legal privacy protocols, proving to her that to the military intelligence, she never stopped being a subject under surveillance . Eileen's file was declassified in december twenty ten. After a legal battle over a year, the New Zealand government released more than two thousand five hundred pages of secret UFO files. There, the drawings of Eileen's ship appeared, Jennings notes about the crew member who was missing a hand and the medical reports of the burns. It seemed the truth was finally coming to light, but there was one of those very bureaucratic traps . Intelligence chiefs decided that a very specific block of documents , the most technical and operational of the Morland case, had to remain sealed . And the embargo isn't just for a little while . The government stated that those papers cannot be touched until the year twenty seventy. Eileen Morlin died in the year twenty sixteen . She was ninety nine years old , and the one hundred and eleven year embargo on part of her case remains in place . Is it because New Zealand thinks it's a national security issue ? Why is that part of her file being guarded so closely ? My name is Alber z. This has been your full disclosure. Please remember to like, share, and subscribe. Thank you.
