Launching We Talk Cars and Future Plans

Today, I'm very excited to announce the largest expansion in this business' history. Yeah the business of the YouTube channel, the podcast, the website The Instagram page of TikToks, everything we do This is the largest expansion ever And it's going to be really cool. Before I get to that expansion news, I want to share with you where we come from. and where we're going and kind of give you a roadmap what's in my head moving forward So I want to take you back in time about ten years ago first started pickuptruckTalk. com That eventually became a YouTube channel and a podcast and all those things that came out of it So I created this ten years ago on a road trip to Michigan about And it really was out of well Fustration and anger. I didn't realize back then that I didn't know back then when I started doing the job People making fun of me and you The automotive media isn't very kind to truck people They're not very kind to people buuy big trucks, that lift the trucks, to put big tires on them They make fun of us They don't really know the SUV market either. They like sports cars. They like Porsches, European sports cars And they don't like us. And if you like something that they don't like, they make fun of you And I kept going to press events and they kept sneering at me and Wh's this guy from Nebraska? the Flyer state. His opinion doesn't matter. He doesn't live where people live I actually got told that once by another journalist He's like, your opinion it doesn't m becauseause you don'tve where people li I'm like, really? And then guy called The worst auto review of all time Yeah, this started go in life happen to think that the Dodge journey wasasn't a bad three rush toV I just said it was Must be popular for reason They sell lot of them And this guy went after me. K kind of crazy, So over the past two years, I really have taken heart This idiot, but You guys' comments, you guys' feedback on the YouTube channel, on our forum on Facebook and stuff, and I reorganized the hom page I remember nice stuff. I thought about, what do you guys really care? What makes you guys a really good informed consumer What are the questions you guys are asking? Well, Is it reliable? I made a whole category about reliability. I put all a reliability posts in one thing Because we do reliability really well And of course, I'm filming this as I'm filming this. What a reason, it's not going to load for me quite correctly, but come on, you can do it. So All reliability articles in one place. So We've really done a good job in growing this stuff and making You guys' questions that answered. That's the most exciting thing for me Is it not that my business has grown It's that you guys are getting information you deserve And with respect, We're not calling the Forb Maverick the only truck you ever should buy, right? That's not our outlet We're saying, hey, it's a truck that can meet some people's needs. But there's a lot of trucks that meet those people's needs too We're not saying EV iss the only vehicle you ever need Be we all know that's garbage or being practical giving us information that you need So I took this idea and this information that we've been doing The information we do really well, engineering review interviews, liability testing And I decided that it's time to add another hat the carousel. You know what the review is of it, you know what to look out for as far as reliability is, and you know how it compares to other vehicles on the market Okay. Fankly, I'm sick tired to see venture capitalists come in and byy these outlets. fire the American staff and bring in overseas staffers for have the price or rely on AI slop to put articles in your face that are obviously the flat out lies or a bunch of garbage that you have to watch on YouTube these days with faceless YouTube channels making up BS that you guys take us fact I'm fighting back I'm so funded.
